I requested help unloading a POD into my apartment about a week in advance and the folks at Kangaroo Movers were quick to respond and very easy to work with. Their quote was fair, slightly lower than other competitors, and ended up being exactly accurate. The two movers who came worked carefully and quickly. They unloaded my very full 8x8 POD in under 90 minutes, and they took great care to move my items safely, maneuvering through hallways, elevators, and into my apartment. They were very thoughtful in asking where I wanted pieces of furniture placed. My only complaint is that I wish there were a 2 hour minimum instead of a 3 hour minimum for a simple job like unloading a POD, but that does seem like the market standard across moving companies in the area. All in all, I would definitely recommend hiring Kangaroo Movers!

Kangaroo is the best, I was very pleased with every aspect of the moving experience. Scheduling was easy, they accurately assessed my needs, and they showed up on time on moving day. Communication was excellent throughout the process. When the movers arrived I gave them a quick walk-through of everything that was being moved, and not moved, and then they got to work. I requested some last-minute changes during the move and they readily complied. Every item was well-wrapped, from the TV monitor to the sofa and other pieces of furniture. Kangaroo came highly recommended to me by my friends who had used them, and I highly recommend them to others.

Hands down, the most amazing movers! The crew was very professional, polite, and punctual. They took instruction well and made sure the move went as smooth as possible (thanks Juan!) They packed up my entire apartment in an organized and timely manner which made it easier for me to unpack. All my big furniture was disassembled and reassembled for my convenience. AJ, from customer service, also made sure to check in on us after our move as well. I could not recommend a better moving company than theirs. Will definitely use their services again!

I used Kangaroo movers for moving a 3 BR house with garage. The booking process was simple, and charges were predictable. Most of the movers charge for the time from their location to house, and back to their location, and then inflate these charges claiming traffic etc., but in case of Kangaroo movers, I was offered a flat rate based on distance. The team arrived on time, and worked for 4.5 hours almost non-stop. I asked them to take apart and assemble beds and dining table, and some other furniture. They were very professional in keeping everything organized, and I didn't have to worry about keeping track of screws, nuts and bolts. All the furniture was wrapped securely and arrived without any damage. I highly recommend them for hassle-free moving.

The crew was very efficient and took good care of all my items. I was impressed with how fast they were able to pack up everything into their truck. Only took 2 hours to move my one bedroom apartment. They also responded in a timely manner when I was scheduling their services and were really easy to work with. Only preference would be that in the future they clean up after any moving material they brought/used, instead of leaving a pile for the customer to throw away, but overall would recommend :)

I used Kangaroo Movers in May of 2022, which involved moving a 1 bedroom apartment from a 3rd floor walk-up (to the destination apartment also being a 3rd floor walk-up). Kangaroo's employees were on time, polite, open to my instructions of what should get moved down to the truck, and what needed to stay behind. They also took the time to review the service contract before they started so I was aware of what the final charges were going to be. The entire process took just under 3 hours, and they moved quickly and carefully throughout the entire time. Exceptionally grateful I utilized this company, and will definitely be requesting their services again, whenever the next move happens!

They are extremely professional; they loaded and unloaded a 2 bedroom apartment in less than 3 hours with extreme efficiency. They were very careful with all our furniture, and very fast. Kangaroo Movers did an outstanding job! They were quick, efficient, and careful. Everything was wrapped and secured wonderfully, and the moving guys were super pleasant and nice to be around. 2 thumbs up! My only complaint is that they provide wardrobe boxes on the day of the move and not before. After a little “negotiation” they agreed that I could pick up the boxes early but that wasn’t easy to accomplish. I think just people who are moving would prefer that and they should be more amenable. That said, overall good experience and I would use them if I move again!

Kangaroo Movers is a top-notch moving company with great attention to detail, good communication and fair pricing. They moved our company from Redmond to Kirkland in mid-December. It was pouring rain and freezing cold for most of the day but our furniture, electronic equipment, shelving and warehouse inventory made it over unscathed. Each worker was courteous and helpful, they all went above and beyond when it came to helping us reassemble our office desks and if I ever had a need to move in the area again they would be my first phone call.

I can’t say enough great things about this company. The two movers did a fantastic job of showing up early and following directions. They were fast and efficient and nothing was damaged. They were respectful of our belongings and didn’t complain at all. A pleasure to work with. Both were super hard working and took minimal very short breaks. I found kangaroo movers through google and based off their great reviews booked them when moving homes in late July this year. From the get go, their team has been responsive from reaching out through emails and responding over phone calls. On the day of the move, the Kangaroo movers team were on time and arrived at 2.00 pm as scheduled. They were not just quick in packing our furniture and other items they also packed it thoroughly providing all the necessary cushioning for the furniture. Their unpacking of our furniture at our new home was thorough as well so much so that it was easy for us to reorganize after moving. I’d definitely recommend Kangaroo Movers for their first class service and look forward to having them as our movers the next time we decide to move. Thank you!

Amazing moving team! I hired Kangaroo based on the recommendation of a friend and had a great move with them. The crew showed up on time, communicated they were on the way, and were professional and courteous the entire time. I had a large fridge that needed moving and they handled it well without damaging it or any parts of the house. All else such as furniture and boxes were handled smoothly and quickly. I called a few moving companies to compare their rates and I looked at different reviews. I went with Kangaroo because of their lower rates and better scheduling flexibility. The movers that came were very efficient they communicated their intentions well, and also followed instructions well. They also added additional wrapping for some of my furniture and items and didn't charge me extra for those. Overall my move was very well executed in a timely manner.

Great experience overall - Kangaroo movers will be my go to recommendation for movers. They were fairly priced, and very clear on the total costs (the only thing I was caught off-guard by was that the driving time from their location is included in the billing time for weekends. This was clearly called out after re-reading the email, but just a note to others for awareness). Overall my move was ~$150 less than was originally estimated. Movers showed up promptly at the start of moving window, and were incredibly quick . No accidents or damage, everything was wrapped and carefully handled, overall extremely smooth. Thanks!

I looked at a lot of movers in the Seattle area for my move from an apartment to my house. So many movers felt overpriced and had limited availability. My realtor recommended Kangaroo movers and I couldn’t be happier I went with them. They were by far the most reasonably priced mover I came across in the area, and they were on time, efficient, respectful of my wife and I our items, and had the perfect blend of wanting to get the job done and wanting to get it done right. I can't say enough good things about Kangaroo Movers. My husband and I were in a tight spot after the original moving company we hired didn't show up on the day we booked. I frantically called around to several places, and Kangaroo was able to get me in for the very next day at 8 a.m. The guys that came out were professional, fast, and very careful. They were very careful with all our items and wrapped every piece of furniture so it wouldn’t get damaged even though we are only moving a few blocks away. I used their service just 2 days ago to move from a open bedroom studio to a 1b1b and I'm very satisfied with their service. - They really took care of my stuff and always made sure that any potential fragile item would be wrapped around with plastic wraps. - Also the crew were pretty efficient and professional, especially when we had to deal with the fact that one of the 2 elevators in my old apartment build was not working. - The guys were very friendly as well, had some great conversations with them during down time. I moved from Northgate (near the link station) to University Village area, so I definitely recommend Kangaroo Movers for anyone around the North Seattle areas. Even if you're not in this area, I still recommend them for your move!

Kangaroo Movers was recommended to me by one of my coworkers as an efficient and reliable moving company within Seattle. I recently used their services to move from my apartment to a home and they were very efficient for a two man operation (though I think for my next move I’ll opt for four). They were very flexible with my apartment's service elevator being the only functioning elevator and thus not the actual service elevator for moves. If this had been working well I think they would have been done sooner and I blame that entirely on my last building. My move was incredibly quick and my items were not damaged. Considering my last movers lost half of my items and damaged the rest, Kangaroo Movers were top notch and I will definitely be using them again for the future.

We were looking for movers on a relatively short notice move. After years of doing it myself and being tired/irritable at the end of the day, I decided to hire some help. Kangaroo Movers were speedy to respond, provided a very reasonable in state/county move rate, and had had all the necessary equipment to help wrap big items (i.e., book cases). They were prompt in their time they said they were be there, loading up the truck and arriving at our new place. They helped move everything in where we needed it to be. Overall they were incredibly kind, courteous, delegate with our fragiles, and efficient. I would strongly recommend them to others if they need movers.

Very fast and efficient movers. The team worked hard and packed everything flawlessly. Nothing was damaged during the move. There was some miscommunication at the end but Kangaroo movers went above and beyond to remedy the situation with a refund. They clearly did not have to do that but it is clear customer service is very important to them. 100 percent will use them again.

I have used Kangaroo Movers for 2 moves now. One from a 3rd floor apartment to a 1st floor apartment, and just yesterday from that 1st floor apartment to a storage unit. These guys are amazing! You will not find a more efficient, conscious, caring, or friendly moving team. Both moves I had nonstop communication with the admin team, the movers called when they were 30min away, and validated all of the stuff to be moved (including what might be needed for packing). They went over the address to be moved to, and what type of unit it was before even starting so they already had an idea of time management. This company is fast, affordable, convenient, safe...all of the above. In my latest move, we were moving a 2b/2ba apartment to a storage unit. The unit I reserved was going to be a tight fit, but these guys must practice Tetris on their spare time because the team got everything in there safely and I was able to close the door with a little room to spare! Again, they are an amazing team! Hire them - You won't be sorry!

Would definitely recommend these movers to anyone in the Seattle area. I moved from an area in First Hill with hit or miss parking, to an area on 1st avenue with virtually no parking. In both places the movers were able to find parking and quickly loaded/unloaded, handling my entire apartment in less than three hours. The amount of time it saved me is absolutely worth it.

The movers were great and fast. They took good care of my stuff, too. The initial process in scheduling was a bit laborious. Unfortunate that they charge for three hours minimum, especially when I only needed an hour of their services, but I'm pleased with how smooth the process was.

Could not recommend the service enough. We were initially hesitant to hire a crew to move us because it was a 1B1B and we didn't have far to go... The price was so worth it, it reduced a lot of my family's stress, and turned a weekend job into an afternoon. The crew are responsive and very communication forward. They read the labels on the boxes (and asked where items went when unsure), handled large fragile items with attentive care without prompting (like our family's antique hope chest- it's not got a dollar value but it's deeply sentimental to my partner), and were in-all great stewards to our items throughout the move. Likewise the office staff at Kangaroo are also very easy to get in touch with and are clear about the pricing structure. When it came to the day of our move they made it fast and easy.

I recently used Kangaroo movers when moving from a two bedroom apartment into a similar sized three bedroom house, and they did a pretty great job! They did an excellent job communicating back and forth with me after the initial call to request their services, and at no point did I feel like any of the fine print was obscured or anything was unclear. There were no hidden charges at the end and to my surprise, they even offered a service to get rid of unwanted furniture items for me! That was a huge help since there was some stuff that wasn't going to fit in the layout of my new place! I'd say the only mild feedback I have is that if you do not prepare like you need to before they arrive, a lot of things will end up being packed in very large refrigerator sized boxes, making it pretty difficult to find smaller items that get piled in there. Of course, this can be completely mitigated by not being lazy and packing your own important items beforehand :) Finally, they did a great job of not breaking anything! I work in audio and have some pretty expensive/fragile equipment that they took care to get over here without any issues. Moving is one of the most horrible things to do on planet Earth, and they made it at least somewhat more bearable, highly recommend them for anyone looking for movers on short notice!

Overall process was smooth, from filing the initial request through their website to getting the initial quote and invoice (the whole process was done in 24 hours). The move itself was very straightforward, I was only moving a 1BR to another 1BR a few blocks away so the amount of stuff I had was manageable for a two person team, and I had already packed most things myself. Movers arrived in the scheduled window and was quick in wrapping up all the furniture, and the actual move was finished in about an hour or so. Only minor gripe would be it would be nice if they had a somewhat more modern payment and receipt system. I ended up using cash for the lower price.

We used 2 movers for 2 hours (3 hours paid but they count travel time as well, the only catch). Both guys were excellent. Professional, careful and pretty quick. Certainly will use them again. Moved 1BR apartment locally overall the move went well. Were well paced and neat with packaging. There were some hiccups along the way with language barriers and missing furniture at delivery. However the furniture was delivered same night and AJ followed up making sure customer service was exceptional where he refunded a portion of the rate. The booking process was simple and clear through their website. The 3 man team we got on the day of the move was punctual and super hardworking. They busted their butts and took excellent care of our furniture. Each piece was wrapped and packed with their own supplies, large furniture they took apart and reassembled on delivery where we asked. We got custom crating for our large tv and glass tabletops, well worth the small price add. And they worked quickly and effectively, no damage to any furniture or walls/floors. Right from the booking until the move everything went really smooth. I emailed back and forth with Rista and Tati for the booking process. There was a small hiccup with the mileage difference that I was quoted but was solved easily over email. There is a $50 refundable fee and a flat gas fee depending on the number of miles which worked out great for us. Moved from North Seattle to Renton. On the day of the move, we had a team of three (Igor, Badma and Andrew) for a 2 bed apartment. Igor called me 10 mins before coming in. Once he was there, he gave us clear directions of how the move was going to proceed and what to expect. We were told that there would be use of extra shrink wrap, tape and wardrobe boxes to make things easier to move. They wrapped everything well. All three of these men were fast, precise and heads down in their work. Once they reached our new home, they set it up exactly according to instructions. They also re-assembled our furniture and put it in the right places. We were quoted for a 4-6 hour move time frame and finished within 4 hours and 45 mins. I hired Kangaroo to move (furniture only) from a 2 bedroom house. All furniture was emptied and ready to go. (Other belongings were moved out ahead of time.) The new house is just 10 minutes away, so it's a very short drive. The crew showed up exactly on time and the guys were nice. They packaged everything well and took a total of 7 hrs. They made sure to put everything in the right rooms, which was great. The only hiccup was that they said they could uninstall, move, and then re-install my Ikea wardrobe. They did uninstall and move it successfully, but they broke the sliding door when they reinstalled it. I do understand that Ikea furniture isn't built to be assembled multiple times but expected that they could do what they said they would. If they had said no, I would have left it behind. I told the office about the broken wardrobe and the service wasn't discounted. They just apologized. So if you're thinking about moving Ikea furniture, you might check with a different company. Other than that, the move went well.

My only constructive feedback is that they need to be clearer about the wardrobe boxes. The website says you get 4 wardrobe boxes, but the fine print in the order confirmation says the wardrobe boxes are for loan only (only used during the move). Overall not a deal breaker because of the professional service given, but something to be aware of for planning. Definitely recommend this company for quick, painless local moves!

Moving day was a very stressful day for our family. We booked the afternoon moving timeslot to give us plenty of time in the morning to finish last minute packing before moving completely out of our house- with two kids, 1 and 3 (so a LOT going on while trying to pack final things). It was a little more complex because we had two pick up locations (our home and a storage unit) and then we were using Kangaroo for storage services as well. The person I was emailing with was very professional and helpful, sending me all the details of our move (the items I told her we needed to store), the price and any fees, and the pick-up locations listed in order. We also were required to book 4 man crew because we had an upright piano, which was all noted on our invoice. Our arrival window was between 2-5 pm - and my husband waited at our house for the arrival but hadn't heard anything. Then he got a call and 2 of the 4 movers we expected were at the storage unit (second location)... so he rushed down there to meet them and in doing so, forgot our key (so the storage place had to cut the lock which cost us an additional $50 :-P)... but the movers were efficient and got everything loaded, and then they went to our house. I believe it was about 7:30pm when the additional 2 movers arrived, but with 4 man crew they made quick time - and because of all the waiting they "started the clock" when the 2 additional men arrived to be fair. There was also a mix up with a fee, a mover tried to add for our piano being "heavy" but I emailed the office after our move and spoke to a representative and they refunded the fee since it was very clear we had an upright piano, which is why we had to hire a 4 man crew and no additional fee was mentioned. Overall we had a very good experience and would recommend kangaroo movers to our friends. Recommendations- be very clear about what you're moving so they have a record of it. Book the morning timeslot so the crew is fresh! Happy moving!

They were super efficient and actively communicating with us about what they could help with and their concerns with certain objects. They were also very careful with not bumping walls or ceilings. My company hired Kangaroo Movers to move equipment and supplies locally from Fremont to Ballard, pretty standard without any specialty items. We did have two distinct loading locations, which they had no problem dealing with and still being punctual. We were impressed with them overall, they arrived on time with all the necessary equipment, got to work quickly and efficiently, were respectful of our cargo, and finished on schedule. The movers were wearing masks and mindful of distancing; while this may not occur to some people, it was extremely important in this instance due to the building's safety standards and the presence of immunocompromised staff in the building, so I was pleased with their precautions. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others for a smooth moving experience.

Kangaroo Movers made our move to our new home easier. They were very responsive on emails when we requested a quote to them and had no hidden charges involved. We did most of the packing ourselves and left the large items for them to pack. I am a Kangaroo Movers repeat customer. The guys were awesome. They showed up EARLY,. They had to take a few items from each floor of a three-story house, and they remembered every item. But most important to me, both last time and this time the Kangaroo Movers guys did not break my delicate old furniture. I have some pieces from the 1800s that would be impossible for most movers to handle. For example, last time they moved a chair covered with wooden filigree. This time it was several bookcases handed down from my grandfather. The bookcases had separate glass doors for each shelf and a complicated spring system for each door. Those bookcases came through without a scratch. Literally, not even one scratch. The guys who did this move were really pleasant: unobtrusive when I was trying to listen to my parents, calm when one drop-off address changed, reassuring in how they handled my furniture. This is the 3rd time we have used Kangaroo movers in the last 3 years and each time the experience has been great. This time it was a 4 bedroom house move and took a long time to get it all done. They handled disassembly and reassembly of major furniture items (beds, desks, tables), packed/wrapped everything well that we had not gotten to, and they treated our belongings with great care. Damir oversaw the move, communicated constantly with us and provided plenty of suggestions and always asked for input if there was any concern as how to handle things. For us, the cost was very reasonable. We had a 4 person team and because they were concerned, they brought 2 trucks (our driveways on both ends were not able to handle trucks so they had to carry everything to the street). The process from making the reservation online to getting the quote finalized through the moving and the final bill was all clear and transparent. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Kiril and Roman came perfectly on time and were incredibly careful with all of my belongings. This was my first time using a moving service so I was very apprehensive, but with their easy-going attitude and professionalism, it was no sweat at all! Their rates were clear and they didn't charge for travel time to my home, which I really appreciated. EDIT: I had them move me this past week and once again they were incredibly careful and professional with all of my belongings. This moving company was very easy to establish the service. The price was competitively low compared to others that I was in touch with. I had two movers that came with wardrobe boxes and other moving equipment (dollies, protective wrap, etc.) and a truck to fit all of my items in. They were even able to come a little bit earlier than my scheduled afternoon appointment due to finishing another job sooner than expected. They called and asked for permission to come early and I had about 1 hour heads up. They handled my items with care and everything made it to my new home in Perfect condition. We booked a packing with move service with Kangaroo movers. They sent 2 people without any packing boxes. The people who came said they were not informed about any packing that they need to do and that they have come only to move. They started wrapping the furniture, but when it came to the bed the lead mover said that its too complicated to take the bed apart. They decided to move it as is. This resulted in a lot of scratches. At the destination while unloading, the whole king size bed was unable to fit in the elevator, so the lead packer told me there is nothing he can do about it and instead advised me to sell it and buy a new one. Ultimately my husband had to disassemble it. I did not expect this from a professional packing and moving company. It definitely took them way more time than what we were promised. I hired last minute - less than 24 hours notice realizing there was no way we could do this! 2 thin looking gentle men should up and at first I was concerned, but they were clean and well kept and incredibly nice! Their names were Damir and Roman. We did a quick walk through of what was going and what wasn't and then they started packing. They retained every bit of information and detail I gave them. They checked in regularly asking pertinent questions as needed. One moved most items with a dolly while another played the tetris game of getting it in the truck to the very top and utilizing all spaces. Big furniture items they moved together. THESE GUYS NAILED THIS JOB! They blew me away and I am not easy to impress! I hired them 4 hours, but added 2 hours for a total of 6 hours because they were doing such an amazing job, that I could not have done better! They loaded all but 2 feet of the 27 foot trailer and it was tight and packed. I enjoyed these 2 gentlemen immensely and I would definitely hire them again!

I had a storage unit and a couch from a FB marketplace place seller that needed to be brought to our new apartment. all 3 different locations. they were able to complete all of this in 3 hours with 2 men, very impressive considering the other companies quoted me 5 hours with 3 movers. we were going from a one bedroom to a studio so there was less space to work with, still the 2 guys were able to tetris all of our stuff and boxes into the apartment with a path for use to get where we need to. They even reassembled a table and a futon that we already had in the house. This was really great of them. The futon had been broken down into its smallest elements and was in seven pieces! This week, Alex and Casey unloaded our jam-packed 16-foot box truck that we drove from San Diego to our new home in the Seattle area. I had 2 gentlemen show up that made me look small. As big as they were, they deftly handled fragile items and packed the truck as if they were Tetris champions. They made the move look so effortless, I almost believed I could handle it myself...until I remembered the weight of some of the items (like a queen sized gel foam mattress that weighs over 100 lbs and they were moving it as if it was as light as a pillow). They were fast, efficient, friendly and very accommodating. I would recommend.

TLDR A 100% grade here for kangaroo movers. I moved from a storage unit to a multilevel townhouse. The move completed in less than 3.5 hours complete with furniture assembly of furniture on multiple floors. Movers wore masks all the time, and covered floors with red protection mat. Lots of moving blankets and padding were used to protect small stairways from damage. The movers arrived on time as promised and energetic trio were able to fill up the truck efficiently and quickly at the source. Damir led the team and was very courteous, was careful and patient to talk with. Roman is a powerhouse whose work spoke the volumes ! Ruslan was an amazing truck loader and unloader making the cohesive unit function in an efficient manner. The 4th floor is a beast to carry furniture up to it, but the team made it look easy. They even offered to put together a wooden converting bed which we didn't know exactly how to put together by heart; they carefully consulted its manual. These experienced guys are worth the extra 50-70 you pay compared to competitive prices I have used before in the area.

They moved everything from fragile antiques to insanely heavy boxes of books with great care. There was no damage to any of the buildings or items moved. The move was complicated. It was a mix of to and/or from five different locations. It was from a 2nd floor to a 2nd floor (no elevators). It was also the hottest day in over a month. They worked fast and continuously, but carefully. I had to encourage them to take breaks, since the job took 7 hours. And they had a good attitude the entire time. Kangaroo Movers are vastly better than the last company I used (Jordan River). I highly recommend Kangaroo Movers to anyone who wants the job done right.

The two workers called to ask if they could come earlier than appointed time, which worked well for us. We had some difficult furniture to move like a power hospital bed, power chair and additional items. Ultra heavy, but did not hear one word of complaint from them as they struggle to move them. They were careful not to gouge the floor or mark the walls as well. Supper efficient, courteous, wrap everything in plastic for protection, worked at top speed to help keep the cost down. This was my second time hiring this great company for part 2 of my move. TLDR: A second hire within 1 month and a 5 star review indicates something awesome is in store. I moved from an apartment to a 4 floor townhome. The team arrived on time as expected. Andrew and Roman were professional and energetic from the first minute to the end of 6th hour ! Andrew went above and beyond on making things easier for me at the new house, stacking, arranging existing rooms items, last minute TV unmounting etc. Roman was a silent but powerful guy, carrying boxes to 4th floor attic easily non stop.they disassembled and reassembled a king and a queen bed along with my kids crib. They were very independent in the sense reading labels and following then to the right rooms. All this with a multiple time truck movement due to neighbors needing to use their driveway for pulling out. The movers were patient and smiling throughout the minor disturbances as it was nothing :) They were efficient, fast and strong. 10/10 would hire them again.

EDITED REVIEW: Gave them a 4-star after their manager or owner reached out about my unhappiness with the move. They refunded me all of the extra's they charged and also gave me a $25 starbucks card. Not giving a 5-star because I still experienced what I experienced and owner seemed to not understand that my unhappiness wasn't due to being charged extra (I would gladly pay if I was told in advance) but that it wasn't properly communicated till day of move. Even though I gave them all of the information beforehand. Either way, great customer service and addressing their issues. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've had two other moves with movers before and I had a great experience. However Kangaroo Movers was one that I was not happy about. 1. They had left a few dings and scraped some of the furniture on the walls and created a stain on the wall. 2. They charged us $30 extra for each TV. Prior to the move, I had informed them of all the items that we needed to be moved. They never said anything about the TV's. 3. They charged us $40 extra for a staircase... I had told them before it was a three story townhome and was not informed of that extra charge. 4. They didn't take off the plastic on some of the furniture and items. I've had all my previous movers do so. Those extra charges is mostly the reason why it's a 2-star move. You should inform your customers of what could potentially be extra after giving an itemized list.

I normally use my friends and family to come help me move thing when it becomes that time. My girlfriend needed to move her stuff and we both didn’t have the cars to do it. We also didn’t have the strength to move things either because it was only two of us. We called as soon as we knew we didn’t have enough help. The only thing that made me not want to go with a moving company was because I always thought it was expensive. When I called in I wasn’t sure the price would be what I was looking for but it was actually quit affordable. I own my own business and one of my worries along with moving was getting back to work on time and having things run fast and they made things very quick and easy. My girlfriend’s stuff was well taken care of. She had some glass that needed to be moved and I was worried there would be a crack or scratch in it. They took very good care of her stuff. The glass looked like it had been before we moved it. Super happy we ended up going with Kangaroo Movers!

First time to use a moving company in the U.S! We moved 2 miles from 2b room condo to a 2b room condo. First I was concerned because of one person not wearing face cover. (I gave one disposal face mask because he jupt forgot it in the truck) 3 guys arrived just on time, 8:45a.m at 8-9 arrival window. Also they had the courtesy to call prior to the arrival. We did most of the packing ourselves and left large and heavy items for them to pack for us: 3 seater couch, wine fridge, 65in TV, queen size bed, desk& chair. They packed so quickly but very proffessionally. When arrived at the new place, there was a problem where our couch could't fit in elevator nor the stairs. (The guys even tried taking off the legs of the couch but still didn't fit.) Surprisringly they lifted from outside from the balcony with just 2 people! Igor and Valera went above and beyond. This was hell of a work. It took about 6 hours in total. On that day I found the air humidifier was broken from the move. A.J from Customer service responded quickly and helped try to solve my claim. Throughout it was a good experience.
