This is the third time I’ve used A2B Moving & Storage and once again I was very pleased with their services. This time I hired them to pick up a bedroom set from the Old Cannery and bring it to my home. They were on time, unpacked each piece, carried them upstairs, put them together, and placed them as instructed. Mike and Andrew were a great crew to work with; they took great care with all aspects of this job. I will definitely use this company again and will refer them to all my friends. Rose and Cheyenne, from initial contact through the day of the move, we’re great to work with; very helpful and professional. Thank you!

We hired A2B to move our company from our old space to our new office space. They were quick with the quote (I was on facetime with their person walking through the office within 48 hours of the first time I visited their website) and were able to get us on the schedule with only about a week's notice. There was a slight delay on moving day but they called us promptly and made sure we knew, and still got everything done in under the amount of time estimated. Andrew and Josh, the two movers, were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They made the experience particularly great with their wonderful attitudes. Overall, a great experience and a great company.

I interviewed about 14 moving companies and A2B was right in the middle. Although, that's only part of the reason I chose them. Ryan was very thorough and upfront when he did the bid, even giving me advice about absolutely not giving movers money upfront (which 3 of them did ask). So it took a few months before we were able to move and Cheyenne was so gracious and so helpful the whole time When the day finally came! My sig other and I were so impressed by the job they did. The guys the sent were great and did a fantastic and job! I had questions during the move and Cheyenne was right there to answer them. I think they did an outstanding job and would recommend them to anyone. They made my move doable! Thank you so much!

From start to finish, we could not have been more happy with our choice to go with A2B. The office connected with me for a virtual tour of our home and we showed them the furniture items that we would be taking. They guessed the weight within 80 pounds!! Just a few days later Tim Allen and his WA 'A' crew showed up (Sadee and Brandon) and just did a fabulous job of taking care of not only our furniture, but working with us through a very emotional time as well. The next day we met Tim and his OR 'A' crew, Shawn and Randy, and these gentleman did an outstanding job of packing the entire truck into a 10X20 storage unit with room to spare!! First time using A2B for a local move. We did a virtual consult and walk through of inventory. They were very nice to lay out the options, move only or with packing. We went with move only and they were accommodating when we needed to change our date 1.5 weeks in advance. The crew arrived on time, very nice and efficient. Travis, Leonardo and Carlos were great! They were helpful on making our move easy for us even when we had a difficult parking situation for the truck. They worked with a positive attitude, professionalism and great customer service. I have used A2B moving twice now. Both times the crew was on time and highly professional. Every step of the way the office staff was communicative and answered any questions that I had promptly and efficiently. I used them to move from a 3 bedroom condo to a 3 bedroom apartment several years ago, and more recently I used them to move from that 3 bedroom apartment into a house. Both times they sent a very reasonable price on the quote, and both times they came in significantly under the quoted price. The first time the final price was about $400 under the initial quote, and the second time was the same experience. I thought maybe the first time was just a fluke, but they really do amazing and fast work. They bill based on the time it takes to do the job, they quoted me 9.5 hours and got the move done in 6.5. I could not be happier with the level of professionalism, and the entire experience that I had moving. I would never hire anyone else to do a move for me!! These guys are top notch!

We had a great experience using A2B. They contacting me quickly after submitting a request through their website. They went over a quick inventory over the phone and was able to get an estimate emailed over to me. They sent out a reminder confirmation the day before and arrived on time they day of the move. The guys were efficient and kept going despite the awful rain we were experiencing. I would highly recommend them for your move.

Great Experience! I found these folks through Consumer Resources. We got 3 moving quotes and A2B was able to give me an immediate quote, they didn't make me jump through hoops, and on moving day my point of contact was awesome! He called to give me an ETA, he talked me through what would happen, and he was fast! I'm sorry I don't remember his name! He was awesome! Other companies quoted me WAY higher. Like double their quote. And some told me I would have to go the the city to get parking permits and jump through other hoops. So much easier to go through A2B.

I was quoted 6 hours for my move from Maple Valley to Puyallup. A couple of days before the move, I attempted to update the estimate of boxes, furniture, etc. and was told no worries, that they wouldn't update the estimate, that I would just be charged for time. Within 10 minutes of arriving, the employees knew the move required a bigger truck and it would now take two trips instead of one. The move took a total of 13 hours and I was not charged for the travel time for the second trip after speaking with the office. Saul, Juve and Chancy were great and got the job done. But if the office had adjusted the estimate, they would've gotten a bigger truck and another helper to save the last trip.

Great experience from A2B Moving. The moving coordinator was great and gave us a lot of good information. Staff were on time, efficient and very friendly. Also, the pricing was fair and accurate to the estimate we were given. Wanted to give all 5 stars, but the movers didn't wear masks throughout the whole move. Didn't bother us too much, but it did seem unprofessional during these times. Despite that, we'll most likely use A2B again and recommend to our friends.

My husband and I used A2B Moving at the end of October for a move we were dreading. We had sold a 2000 sq ft house and moved everything into two storage units, one first floor and one third, and the bare minimum of necessities into a second floor apartment while waiting for our new home to be built. We did the move for our sale ourselves and had decided that no matter what we were hiring movers for the purchase of our new home. I did get a couple of different quotes, A2B was the most thorough quote-a quote based on furniture, boxes etc. instead of house size/anticipated time of job only. The system for obtaining a quote is super easy to use and professional. On the day of the move the team showed up on time and ready to go. They had the apt and both storage units empty way faster than I anticipated. When they arrived at the new house the first thing they did was lay down floor coverings. I have zero damage in a brand new house. No wall dings, no scuff marks, no scratched floors. They put furniture where we wanted it and boxes in the correct rooms. When the time for the final bill came they went over it with me. They came in under the quoted price, they work fast but not sloppy. I would absolutely hire A2B again, we had a great team of guys.

Saul and Carlos moved my big furniture on Tuesday. They were friendly, professional, communicative and focused on the tasks of moving my furniture and boxes from the Bremerton area to Covington. Even with I 5 traffic it did not take them long to maneuver between the two towns. This was the first time ever that I have hired movers and they made it a great experience for me. I have been in Seattle for about 4 years and moved twice, I used them both times. They work by the hour and can be efficient way to move locally. I packed nearly everything. took apart the beds, tables etc. All wrapped in blankets and cardboard. They came in packed the truck, carried the heavy sofa, dresser etc.. Delivered it to my new place in less than the quoted time. If you need packing and other services, I cannot comment. But overall, I would highly recommend them. Great guys, who are prompt and careful.

Our second move using A2B came off without a hitch. Ryan and his crew arrived promptly with two large trucks on moving day, shrink-wrapping large items as they went and even provided clothes hanger boxes (free) for the closet items. They then off-loaded quickly at our new house putting every box and piece of furniture in the desired location. Friendly, great folks to work with. We'll definitely call them again if needed.

From the moment I placed an email to inquire about rates/availability, the staff was nothing but professional and courteous. The estimator (I believe her name is Michelle) cane out at the time she was assigned and was so helpful to my requests. Her follow up with the quote came a lot quicker than I expected. The ladies at the office staff were always so friendly each time I called. The day of the move was SO quick and easy. The two gentleman I had assist were nice, clean, and cautious. They did a FABULOUS job organizing my storage unit for me and handling my possessions delicately. Thought we would dread the moving but A2B made it a very pleasant task. From the beginning, A2B was very professional & we found their bid to be very competitive with others. The information provided to help ready us for our move was very helpful & A2B was very flexibility in scheduling the move knowing that things don't always happen as planned. The day of the move, they were right on time, introduced the staff, took a quick look around to see the best routes to carry stuff to the truck, laid down protective floor covers and away they went. I love a2b! I did a long distance move with them which was a new experience for me. They had an easy online tool for me to estimate what I was moving. The estimate came in right quote. They weigh empty and then full for long distance and provide you with the scale receipts. I had shopped around and compared long distance rates per lb. and they were less than the ones I compared. The best part was that they took extreme care with my belongings as well as protecting walls and floors. The move went off without a hitch! I would highly recommend them!

On 8/12/21, the dynamic team of Tim Allen, Carlos, and Abraham moved our family's belongings from storage to their warehouse in preparation to transport it to the North Dallas, TX area where we now reside. I'm glad I chose A2B Moving last weekend. My move from Bellevue to NE Tacoma was awesome! They showed up 30 minutes early and finished earlier than the estimated quote I received. They even moved extra stuff that wasn't previously mentioned. These (2) guys worked quickly and were very careful with my furniture, etc. and had no problem working with my 2 dogs running around the house. They came prepared with blankets, plastic wrap, boxes, etc for protecting my valuables in transit to their final destination. To be fair, I did a great job at packing/planning everything for the movers so to make things as easy as possible for them to get in and get the job done. I also moved my own TVs, fragile dishes/glasses, glass shelves, lamps, and expensive picture frames. I can't believe it all went as smooth as it did and I spent LESS THAN HALF the price of all the other movers in the area. I also paid cash to make sure there were no "accidental charges". Couldn't be happier with this move!

Moving day is an excruciating event. The crew from A2B made it SO much better! Tim, Brandon, Jeff, and Anthony were absolutely amazing. First, they were extremely efficient and professional. They didn't even let us load our own cars. Every time I picked something up, one of them was there to take it out of my hands. Most importantly, they had us smiling and laughing through what was an extremely difficult day. Our dog is very cautious around strangers. Brandon (who is a grilling expert) shared his lunch with her. Jeff was so patient with her, she let him pet her. Samantha and Cheyenne in the office were a pleasure to work with. This company is absolutely great! We have used them twice now. Once for a move to storage and once for a move to our two story townhome. The guys had to go up three flights of stairs and it was hard work! They had such great attitudes the whole time and worked so meticulously to make sure that everything was right. Travis and his team showed up on time. They move our entire apartment in 4 hours. They were very professional and careful with a our belongings. Travis explain to his helper the right way to move a dresser so you don’t damage the legs. We will 100% recommend and use them again! Also, they finished early and saved us money!

I turned to A2B Moving & Storage company for help when the moving company I originally contracted (DO take note: never ever think about hiring Great Moving USA company!!!) totally botched the move. Anthony and his team were great! I had mentioned beforehand that my new driveway was small so they brought two small trucks instead of one regular-sized one. They were so efficient that they finished up an hour and a half earlier than the estimate, saving us money. And they move pianos! Highly recommend. Edit: I see some reviews mentioning the lack of masks during COVID. Our movers did wear surgical masks, fyi.

I would use this company again. (As a note, the movers didn't bring their own masks, but I provided them with disposable masks and they wore them)

In fact, on my move out, the stacking mover loaded my 4 ABF relocubes with the tightness and efficiency that could rival a space utilization software program. After opening the cubes 2600 miles later in DC, there was zero damage. These guys are good. Don't hesitate to use them.

Ryan and Matt helped move all our major furniture pieces out of our four bedroom home (including some heavy patio things) and they were both extremely professional, worked really hard and fast to get in and out with the least amount of hassle ....and as a bonus they were super friendly too. Rose, who answered the phone when I called, was a rockstar and a guardian angel!!! I hired a moving company to load my trailer in Kent for my move to Alaska and they did not condense my trailer, accruing me an additional $4000 in moving charges. I was already in Alaska physically. I frantically searched moving company in Kent to find someone to go fix my trailer, and Rose took immediate action and walked me through it!!!!! She had a quote for me within an hour and was able to have their crew out there in two days!!! Rose and her manager got me through it, and even took photos of the trailer when their crew was finished. They wrapped fragile items in blankets and paper. When I unloaded my trailer in Anchorage, I was blown away at the service!! Please consider A2B with your next local or "loading a trailer" move. You are going to get white glove service!! Need to move a piano? How much do your friends really like you? Let's just say that living on the third floor of an apartment, I was not too eager to find out. My wife and I needed to find a moving company in Seattle or on the east side that was willing to help load up a rental truck to move homes across Washington state. Having working in the industry in my past, I also knew how difficult it was to find a moving company with positive reviews. I'll just say that A2B Moving company definitely knows how to earn their stripes. Even though A2B Moving is also a full service moving company, we only needed the physical labor to load our Budget Rental truck. When they showed up exactly as scheduled, we had everything packed and ready to go. The (initial) crew of three was courteous, professional, and went well out of its way to communicate the process with us, pricing was fair, and all was confirmed again a few days ahead of schedule. Everything went perfectly smooth until it was piano moving time. Erring on the side of safety, the moving crew decided that it needed a different appliance dolly and a few more hands so they called in reinforcements that were on another A2B Moving job in Bellevue and took themselves off the clock to allow enough time to move the piano when the backup arrived. Once a full team of five was on site to help with our move, the piano made it all the way downstairs and into the moving truck without a hitch. So, despite that little adjustment on the fly and a little bit more time required than anticipated (that was not charged), all was FANTASTIC! If I'm ever in the area with my piano again, I'll be sure to give them a call. Highly recommended.

The guys were super friendly and nice, and moved the stuff out really quickly for just the two of them. The only reason they have four stars instead of five, is they seemed to be really rough with our boxes marked fragile--they stacked the fragile boxes on their dolly and rolled the dolly down the stairs, so I'm just hoping nothing is broken when we get into our storage in six months. Maybe I'm clueless about moving, and everything will be fine. Overall, they were still great.

I totally forgot to do this back in February (2017). My husband refused to move our apartment lol, he insisted we hire help. I didn't want to but we agreed on A2B moving. Drew and Malcolm showed up on time and ready. They were very kind, thorough, quick, and funny. I had an issue during our move because my children's bunkbeds didn't fit through the door(which we didn't know because we set them up inside the room to begin with). It added at least an hour to our estimated time and I will say I was irritated. And then of course it needed to be put back together which added another 45 mins. I called the company because I felt that yes, technically it's our fault, but had the guys came with "power" tools the bed would have been taken down and rebuilt much quicker. I believe her name was Rose, she first told me that they do not send the guys out with power tools and there wasn't much she could do...but in the end she spoke with the owner and they were kind enough to not charge me for the time of the bed. I was so grateful and beyond pleased with the level of customer service from beginning to end. If and when we move again I will call no one but A2B moving! Phenomenal people!! Super pleased...and I'm pretty hard to please! lol.
