I don’t remember the name of the individuals who moved our belongings into our new home, but they were very professional. He made small talk but more importantly made sure we had ALL of our property and took precautions to avoid damaging the walls/floor etc. We have a camper in the driveway but he was able to back up the rig into a tight spot to make the delivery a quicker/safer experience due to a lot of ice in parts the driveway. I was ready to connect and move my camper but I’m happy I never had to. I’m really happy with the experience.

We had Josiah T., Kevin W., and John L, come and pack for us they were fast, so friendly and very professional. They cracked jokes and were so nice. They were stacked boxes so efficiently and neat. The following day we had Joseph G, Antonio S, Lawrence Q and Kilioni M., come and move everything into the truck. My husband said they were the nicest guys he ever met. The helped us move some things around that we’re staying in our rental and went above and beyond. The moved everything into the truck and we’re even done earlier than we expected. We appreciated their service so much! These guys were number 1 in our book!

Blake was extremely responsive and helpful in answering our questions and getting our move scheduled. Joe, Javi, and Jose were a super-crew. I had Josiah pack my move this morning and he did an excellent job. He was SO fast, very cordial and helpful. He took precautions to avoid harming the carpets and the door ways from dirt and bumps. And he got rid of a couple pieces of furniture that would have otherwise been very inconvenient for me to dispose of. That was going above and beyond! One glitch that was not of his making was that the admin person told me he would be at my house between 9 and 11. Josiah, however, called me multiple times a little after 8, I believe, and between how quickly he spoke and that it was so far ahead of when I was expecting anyone, I had no idea who it was that was calling. Luckily, I was there to answer the door. Regardless, I would gladly use Josiah and Mesa Moving again.

Kevin and his crew just left my home after packing for a move. They were extremely efficient, professional, and friendly! There's a separate company organizing my move that told me to expect 2 days for packing and one day for loading--this crew of 7 finished packing in about 7 hours, and from start to finish on loading day was 3 hours. Despite the speed, I got the impression that they cared about packing everything safely, as well as keeping things organized and in place. I'll have to wait a while to see for sure, but from what I witnessed, I don't believe I have any reason to be concerned. I can't imagine having a better experience with a moving company!

We LOVED the crew that came over and moved our household goods to storage in October 2022 while we are having our home remodeled. My wife and I were fascinated by the process of "playing Tetris" with each storage container. The entire crew was very professional and also very polite. The same is true with the crew that brought our furniture, etc. back to the home as we get closer to moving back in in December 2022. They were great to work with and very efficient in putting things in the rooms we directed them to and keeping track of the inventory as they went along.

Note: This review is for the packing services and loading services thus far. It does not yet address the actual moving (which may be a separate review for United, the national moving company involved). I opted to purchase packing service along with my cross-country (Utah to Baltimore) moving services from Mesa (with United handling the interstate portion of the move booked through Mesa). My packing team included Joe, Jose, Javi, and Juniper (lol, do you need a J name to pack for Mesa?), and they were delightful! They did show up earlier than expected, which I would wayyyy prefer to later, but they were very friendly and professional. They were careful to do a walk through before starting so we were on the same page about what should be packed and what shouldn't. They were lightening FAST. I had this same stuff packed just 7 months ago, and it took all day. These folks were hustling and got 1250 square feet plus another 100 or so sq feet of storage packed up in about 2.5 hours. Plus they were neat, clean, and organized about it. It really couldn't have gone more smoothly. They finished up with another walk through and then continued to their next job. It was an excellent and easy process for me. I hope the rest of my move goes as well. I will report back! But A+ on the packing of the stuff. I was also pleased with the sales process thus far. Mr. Crockett was my rep, and I think I spoke with at least 8 movers, and he was so nice and patient. He also did not seem to be over-promising which I appreciate. His quote was competitive - not the highest or the lowest. The person coordinating the move, Ms. Wileman, has also been very communicative - - an attribute I do appreciate. She has been emailing me all along with reminders and what to expect, and the whole process feels well orchestrated. UPDATE: 8/17: Yesterday, the crew, headed by a very experienced leader, Diego, came to load my furniture into a truck. That went equally smoothly. They arrived right at the beginning of my time window and worked continuously until the job was done. It took about four hours to get everything loaded (which in an apartment with slow elevators seemed quite efficient). All four men were very polite and neat and in uniforms. The apartment was undamaged in any way. I don't see how it could really have gone any better. Next up, and the part that makes me most anxious, is the hardest part - - the coordination and timing of the move into a downtown apartment on the 35th floor in a building with much stricter moving rules . . .but again, my coordinator, Ms. Wileman, at Mesa seems to be taking everything very seriously and is attending to the details. I think it is more on the United organization (national) at this point, but she's keeping me apprised at each step, and I totally trust that she is communicating the specifics to those who need to know. She's been outstanding thus far. UPDATE 9/7: Our move is now completed, and I was very satisfied. The company delivered within the window that they promised. We are in a huge high rise in a downtown location which meant coordinating closely with our building to ensure loading docks and freight elevators were available. Ms. Wileman took it upon herself to speak with our residential building manager to make sure everything was coordinated. The movers showed up early for their time slot, and things went smoothly. The United movers were energetic, friendly and polite. We had one damaged floor lamp, and UAClaims responded quickly and is going to cover the cost. Honestly, these cross country moves are rough and have a lot of moving parts. I was extremely happy that I didn't have any major problems and that everyone seemed customer service oriented all along the way.

Mesa Moving provided unloading services as part of a corporate relocation package and we couldn't be more pleased the performance. I believe our movers were Trenton, Antonio and Justino and they were excellent. Everything about our move from start to finish was great! Our coordinator was very helpful and kept us in the loop through the entire process. Our packers who packed us up in Arizona, Wolf Pack AZ, were great! Had a super great experience with Mesa Moving and Storage! Manuel Gonzalez and Jesse Montes came by early in the morning to help us pack everything for our move. We gave them a quick rundown of our place- we live in a basement apartment that was already partly furnished, so we let them know what to pack and what not to pack. The overall experience was very great! The movers (Josiah, Estefan, and Jon) were right on time and moved very fast, and were careful in wrapping and packing everything in such a way that I was not worried about anything breaking at all. The movers were also very professional and cordial as well as friendly, I spent the whole day with them and they were very polite and courteous. We had more stuff than they were expecting so it took the entire day until 5, but despite that they still worked hard and did not complain. The only thing is that several cupboards went unpacked until I pointed them out (which were then immediately packed with sincere apologies), and then one drawer of some pans were accidentally left behind (easily replaceable though). Wonderful experience, very happy with the moveout!

I am very grateful for the two young men that delivered my household belongings. Terrel and Estefan were very quick and productive. Checked to make sure all my things were delivered and not broken. Truly assisted with putting things together. They didn’t cause any damage. They took into consideration how I wanted things. Mesa Moving is helping us move to France from SLC. So far the service has been amazing - from our coordinator, Katie, QC Tara and packers/movers Alex, Bernie and Jessie. They were able to accommodate our tight schedule and secure a 20' container for shipping overseas. The moving crew was very professional and courteous. They took great care with our things and were wizards with making all our stuff fit into the container. No small feat! Now it's a waiting game to see when our container arrives!

We have moved many times over the last several years and our experience with Mesa was by far one of the best. We contracted our move with United as we have in the past. The packing team (lead by Jesse) was great. Everything was packed with great care and arrived undamaged. The driver of our load (Jesus) was also part of Messa and kept us informed on the progress of our belongings. Our move coordinator (Annise) was incredibly responsive. We initially thought that due to a driver shortage our belongings were going to arrive late but she worked with us, United customer service, and the dispatch team to re-route a driver so that our belongings were delivered within the contracted window. I would want both of them if we ever had to move again - having just unpacked 1/2 the boxes, I'm hoping we don't, but Tim and Michelle made it as easy as it can possibly be to move to another state.

Mesa moved me in to my new apartment and I was very impressed with the crew and the coordinator. The crew showed up to my home on time to pack - this was no small feat because it was pouring rain and I live in a rural area on a one way, one lane road and 99% of people get lost the first time they visit. The crew lead checked out the situation and realized the truck was too big to make it up the road - instead of bailing and rescheduling, he said "we are going to make this work!" They shuttled my stuff in a pick up truck to the bigger truck. That's what I call amazing customer service. They showed great care and got it done. Two days later, my furniture and household goods were delivered to my apartment and this crew was also wonderful. They were very careful, removed all the paper and the boxes, were friendly and helped me put together my bed frame (no hardware but heavy). I can't say enough good things about the professionalism of these crews. They are my first choice for when I move again.

Joe and Jose showed up the first day to start packing our 5 bedroom house. They called ahead and let us know that they were coming and when they got there, they were friendly, courteous, and got right to work. They made excellent progress on our downstairs and we were amazed at their speed and efficiency. The next day they were back with no sign of fatigue and unfazed by the size of task still ahead of them. Again, they finished well before the end of the day and were ready for loading the next day. The third day, they came again along with Javi and Arthur to load their 53' semi-truck trailer. They got right after it and seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing. Surprisingly, they said it wouldn't be a problem for them to finish by the end of the day and beat the estimate we were given of four days by a whole day. Sure enough, they finished by 4:30 and didn't cut corners or rush carelessly just to beat the clock. Joe took the time to go over everything and let us know what would happen from that point onward. Out of the half a dozen moves that we've done both local and inter-state, this one was by far the best packing and loading experience that we've ever had and it all had to do with Joe, Jose, Javi, and Arthur. Great job, guys! Excellent work.

Their team of three arrived exactly on time despite a snow storm, they packed our things carefully and professionally, they had the necessary "unplanned for" but needed extra supplies, and they delivered our household goods exactly as scheduled. This is a review of a government move, which was complicated by two pick-up sites and two drop-off sites. We had never used a professional moving company before Mesa and overall had a positive experience! 5 STARS to the Bozeman, MT crew who included Amanda & Erin. Amanda completed a site visit with me prior to the move & decreased a lot of the anxieties I had about utilizing a moving company by explaining the process in detail. Greg, Ben, and a young woman (sorry, did not catch her name as she arrived later) completed our packing & they were professional & efficient. The next day we had a different crew including two men & a driver (Jesus) and no problems there either. They were pretty quick to pack up the truck! I appreciated that the packing crew took off their shoes & the moving crew tried their best to lay down blankets/runners & coordinated inside/outside movers so the carpets were not trashed (esp. with outdoor snow/mud). 5 STARS to the crew out of Las Vegas (partner with Mesa--United/Chipman--for 2 different drop-offs due to a somewhat complex move). We had the bulk of our stuff in their storage for about a month with no issues. Sandy & Jason completed the first location drop-off. Tony, Juan, & Daniel completed the second location drop-off. All of the individuals named were friendly & working hard! They were all easy to interact with & also professional. We only had a few small casualties of our stuff--mostly things that were not packed in boxes including a fan, paper shredder, and large suitcase. As a pro-tip for anyone with items that are left out to be packed (furniture, big suitcases, etc) they only wrap those items with a blanket. For good quality, heavy items that is sufficient but it was a lot of strain on antique pieces (nothing expensive, but items that I want to keep in shape). In retrospect, I probably would have added some of my own packing to that furniture. This is probably the truth for ANY moving company anywhere, but might be a suggestion to Mesa to mention adding your own extra packing to antiques or other vulnerable large items. Our only reason for the 4 stars overall is a few issues with general coordination. Once we did not hear back on a drop-off time for the next day, which was a little stressful since we were trying to juggle some other appointments, etc. So, in the end it worked out, but did require some extra steps/stress to figure out what was going on at the last-minute. Thanks to the Bozeman crew for letting me reach out after-hours & helping us out in this situation! Also, sometimes housing locations do not show up on Google Maps because they are remote. We tried to communicate this up front & to the staff. At the last minute, the coordinator sent us a panicked message that our drop-off location could not be found on the map. We had already given specific directions, but somehow this fell through. I would certainly recommend to Mesa to research all locations prior to the day before, which would help to avoid such situations. Despite these small hiccups, we are overall pleased with our move, especially given some of the horror stories we have heard from friends and colleagues during their move!

Mesa helped me move across the country when I changed jobs and overall they did a stellar job. Kacie, my representative, did a great job at working with me on times/dates/logistics by consistently reaching out via phone/email to provide updates. Pickup: They did a great job in terms of wrapping delicate items, packing things efficiently, and being flexible in terms of loading times. However, the majority of the crew members spoke little to no english. This language barrier lead to some confusion around the inventory and the labels on all of the boxes were borderline useless. Still, everyone was very friendly. Delivery: These guys were spectacular. Incredibly communicative and helpful so that I felt I had a complete understanding of the process. The crew was quick and organized in how they moved-in items, minimizing confusion and allowing me to unpack quicker. One fault is that they assembled my bedframe incorrectly, which I didn't notice until that night. I was able to put together a patchwork solution, but my bedframe is still damaged. Overall I had a good experience, but would dock them points for the issues mentioned above. Still very satisfied and would recommend them to others.

Over all the move went smoothly. My coordinator (Kristen) and my lead packer/driver (Durael) were great. Two items caused the review rating to be only average. 1. When I moved with United before I got a credit for a weight adjustment and a packing adjustment. This time, no packing adjustment. This was big because I had the packing estimated before I did my own packing. The original estimate for packing was 130 cartons to be packed by the Mesa. The actual was only 97. A 28% over charge, be watchful of this. 2. One of the packers didn't heed (or hear) the instructions to leave the soft goods in the dressers and cabinets. So I ended up with extra boxes packed full of towels and linens. Something else to watch. As always there was some breakage and the claim was paid fully and quickly.

Great service. Got here when they said they would. Friendly. Kind. We had to have a few of our things moved prior to getting our items moved in. They assisted with that as well. There was one item that we thought may, or may not, make it down the stairs and to the destination. They got it down and put exactly where we wanted it. I have a mixed experience. I moved once with Mesa with a corporate financed move. Mesa was one of the actors in the layers upon layers of middlemen my company hired for the move (probably 10 companies were involved). The process went very smoothly at every single process except the unloading crew but they were subcontracted by the subcontractors of the subcontractors and I don't think it had much to do with Mesa. But overall a very good experience. So I attempted to hire Mesa again for a personally financed move since I've had a good experience and the treatment was radically different. For one I could not reach anyone for 7 days. I was given the direct contact my company had so it was a direct number but most times I just got the voicemail with the message saying 'I'm away for the weekend of the 3rd of May' or something when it's already mid-June. On the occasion I reach the operator of one of her colleagues, they would give me a bunch of pricing structures and other info and were generally helpful but only this one person can process self funded international moves so I had to go through her. They would all leave a sticker on her desk (this is already after a number of voicemails and a few days later). They each assure me I would be called back a bit later and at worst the next day. I called so many times that even her manager got on the line, gave me a bunch of info and assure me that I would get a call back right away (this is a week later now). I managed to catch her on the phone once (she never called me) and she's completely unaware that I already left a bunch of voicemails and that she has a bunch of notes asking her to call me back on her monitor and keyboard etc and in a thoroughly nonchalant way just tells me that it's too late to book a move now and that no agencies would be available. Through conversations with various colleagues over the week where I was assured each time of the price and the date etc, it feels like the company is very small (maybe 5 people) and is thoroughly unmotivated to do business.
