Was not the best situation for them as it probably shouldn't have been moved in in the first place, due to its size and the size of our home. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Did everything go smoothly with our move? The answer to that is No, Did Leroy and his team adjust improvise adapt and make it successful? YES THEY DID!!! When moving nothing goes as planned. We sold our house with a rather large safe in the basement (1200 lbs) The buyer then decided they wanted the safe removed. Leroy and his team on short notice were able to make adjustments and arranged to move the safe from our house to friends house. When packing up all of our personal possessions everything was professionally wrapped and Placed in our Upac containers. There was zero breakage or damage to any of our Belongings.

I called Leroy on Saturday about moving two pianos. Wednesday Leroy and his crew had moved the pianos. Leroy kept me posted throughout the whole process. The crew was professional and friendly. One piano was an old, big upright which required some careful maneuvering. Would definitely use their services again.

After doing some research online, I found Furniture Master Moving Services and saw all the great reviews they had. I can honestly say they did not disappoint! I needed an organ moved into the basement, which it was a particularly tricky job because it was around several tight corners and through a tight doorway meaning the organ could not be wrapped in moving blankets. Leroy and his team were able to handle it expertly however in less than an hour. He is extremely kind, keeps you updated on timeframe, and was well worth the cost, which was incredibly fair and competitive. I will definitely hire Furniture Master Moving Services again when I need the organ moved back up the stairs in a few years! I can definitely recommend him!

These guys were amazing. The showed up on time. Took my ARC elliptical trainer from my garage all the way around my house and down the stairs into my basement. Made sure it was where I wanted it before signing off on the job. The trainer was 425 pounds and didn’t really have anyplace to hold onto. They took special care to make sure not to damage it or anything else. These guys are well worth the money.

They were professional, personable, quick, and despite some of the tight turns there wasnt any damage at all. They took incredible care to wrap and protect the piano and bench for transport. My stairs outside are kind of a nightmare, and they were very mindful when moving down them. I used Furniture Master for the first time today and couldn't be happier. Leroy was very responsive to my phone calls and kept in touch up until the day of the move. That morning, he called to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time, with three other guys to help move a very heavy safe from the garage to the upstairs. They wrapped the safe in moving blankets, wrapped that in cellophane, then taped the cellophane at the seams. The safe was very well protected. They then verbally coordinated every move to insure the safe and the staircase were not damaged during the trek upstairs. A great bunch of guys who did a fantastic job. After trying more than a dozen furniture moving companies over three days and not even getting a callback, I was pleasantly surprised when I called Furniture Master and a real person answered the phone. The owner Leroy and I discussed the job, moving a newly purchased solid wood armoire to my house. He gave me a fair price and we arranged the move for the next day. I had an upright grand piano that needed to be moved to an upstairs apartment, and the stairs had a couple of turns in them. Now, I had a unique situation in that my piano is not a real piano - it's old and not worth restoring so it's halfway through an upcycling project. I've removed all the piano guts in the process of turning it into something else. So my piano didn't need quite the amount of delicacy as it otherwise would have, but Leroy and his team made sure to still take good care of it and make sure it didn't get damaged. Despite looking like there was no way this large piano body would get up these stairs they were willing to try and I'm so impressed that they gave it their best effort and were able to make it work. We seriously discussed where to take the piano if/when it didn't make it, but because of their efforts it did make it and I'm very grateful! I will definitely recommend them if I hear of anyone moving a piano!

We had a surprise urgent piano move to be done yesterday. We needed to get a baby grand piano moved out of the previous owner's house by day's end, and after calling many places, we were getting desperate. Then we had Furniture Master Moving recommended to us by my wife's mother. We called them up and were delighted to hear that they had time to help us out, and that their rate was affordable! They came and moved the piano with kind words and cheery dispositions. They were cheery even though they'd had to navigate their way through thick traffic at the point of the mountain to get to us! They stuck to their word, doing a fantastic moving job, and not tacking any new charges on to their original quote, even through all of the traffic and hassle it took to get to Provo. We are very happy with these guys, and we'll be calling them again when it's time to move our piano to a new place.

Mr. Smith, Owner of Furniture Master Moving, accompanied his 3 employees to move a custom couch and table from one house to another. First, the entire staff was professional, well mannered and respectful of our home and our family. Secondly, each piece of furniture was individually padded and shrink wrapped as if we were in surgery and the furniture was the patient. The time spent securing and padding our custom items was similar to an antique store before shipping an item. All 4 people worked together as a team to wrap, pack and load the pieces. When we arrived at the destination it was the same thing in reverse. Each piece was carefully unwrapped and placed in the exact space requested. Mr. Smith has been doing this work his whole life and it shows. He was the ultimate professional. His staff were careful and respectful the entire time. The price was more then fair; yet even if I were charged more, I would pay it immediately. You can not find a company that moves high quality, high valued family pieces like Furniture Master Moving. 5 Stars!

My family has had a piano that has been with our family for 3 generations... On Friday we found out my sister was moving down south with little notice. Nobody in the family had room for it - nor could afford the payment of having it moved. Saturday morning my dear mother-in-law said she would house it and I called around to get prices. The first was very high (but I wanted to call around to get prices) the second couldn't even get to it until 2 days after she had to be out, and the 3rd was Furniture Masters. I had anticipated calling a few more just to see, but the price was so good I didn't feel the need. We were crazy busy that day with other things, but they moved the piano and made sure it was protected. I was very happy with their service, but my mother and grandfather are elated that the piano could stay in our family despite the short notice. We will definitely be calling again when we find our more permanent residence to move our piano again!!

Six men, with amazing service and performance, did what three other entire moving companies refused to do. The object: One 700 lb. cement table, eight feet long and four feet wide. The journey: Down four flights of stairs, across the city, then up three more. They did an incredible job and I was very satisfied.
