A friend at work recommended Best of Utah Moving & Storage for our local move. We are only moving 20 minutes away, but Quincy, Elisha, Kylan, Marco, and Anthony loaded all our stuff with as much care as moving to another state. I hired Best of Utah to help with unloading my POD at the storage facility (moved from North Carolina!) and then transporting all my stuff to my townhome in Salt Lake! From my initial call with Ben, he was super professional, helpful, responsive, and never pushy. The estimate was very clear and discussed with me on the phone and promptly sent to me via email for review. Booking the move was also a piece of cake. I never had an issue getting in touch with someone. Leading up to moving day, they were again very communicative and told me what to expect. I received a call the morning of the move to let me know their ETA which was within their estimated window and spot-on. Tyler, Tito, and the two other movers (whose names I didn’t catch unfortunately) were very friendly and efficient and took great care of our things! I’ve done several cross country moves, and I’m thankful I found Best of Utah to help with this one! Would definitely recommend and use again for my next move!

We moved a lot of boxes ourselves this move but needed some extra help with the furniture. We decided to use Best of Utah Moving Company based on their good reviews and were not disappointed! Daniel and Edvin were easy to work with, came prepared with all the supplies needed to protect our furniture, and were very polite and professional. I was also impressed at how well they kept track of our instructions of what needed to go where, but had no problem adjusting if we changed our minds about where something needed to go. Everything arrived in the same condition it left in and we are pleased with how smooth it made our final move. Would definitely use Best of Utah Moving Company again!

Jordan B., Scott & Adam worked their tails off today in the 100 degree temperatures for Rescue Rovers. We are a dog rescue & had 2 garages & a storage unit that had to be moved to our new warehouse. NO air conditioning and these 3 men worked so hard and so fast it was amazing!! All 3 of them were professional and as courteous as could be. Best of Utah Moving is lucky to have each of them as an employee!! The office staff (Landon) was very professional and helpful as well! Just moved with Best of Utah Moving Company and I was really impressed with the job they did. My movers were Travis and Edvin. They called me to let me know when they were 20 mins away, so I knew when they were arriving. They delicately packaged each item carefully. They were fast and efficient considering you are paying them by the hour. They unpacked wi. However both Travis and Edvin care. They placed my items beautifully in and took time to center furniture within a room. They centered my bed perfectly in relation to a window in the room. They placed my couch square in front of a fire place for example. I felt like they took the time and cared about my items. Both Travis and Edvin made me feel informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. Thank you for doing a job perfectly.

We moved from a three bedroom ground floor to a fourth floor apartment with enough furniture for two full offices, a main bedroom, lots of kitchen gear and wear, a piano and a TON of moving boxes. The way to the new apartment was a bit of a ways from the moving van to the elevator to the apartment - Peter and Dominik were not only professional but SUPER friendly the entire time. From strategy, care for our possessions and overall making sure we were satisfied. We totally recommend this company and ask for Peter and Dominik if you get the chance!

After moving ourselves from AZ to UT in the middle of July we opted to hire movers the next time around and we’re so glad we found Best of Utah Moving Co. They got us on the schedule with only a few days notice and Fernando, Nate, Jeff and Joey were fast, efficient, and careful with moving our belongings. We were nervous to hire movers as we’ve heard horror stories from friends and family but we’d definitely hire them again. **Update: I realized after paying our invoice the movers had taken a longer lunch than was quoted so I called back to see if they would refund the difference. Both Landon and Kingston in the office were extremely helpful and timely with their responses. They verified with the movers the extra time taken for lunch and refunded me the difference. This was the most pleasant customer service experience I've had anywhere. I expected hours of headache and phone calls and it was resolved in a matter of minutes. Cannot recommend enough!

This is the only place I'll trust to move my stuff. I've used them three times, and they've been extremely professional every time. We had Travis and Magnus this time, and they were the same this time around. Got it done quickly, even in the rain! Also, I learned today that they make a donation to Feeding America for every person they move. Between being local, and making charitable donations, it's a no-brainer on who to use. I also just used them to move heavy furniture around my home, and they were in and out super quick. A bit pricey, but it's worth having it professionally done. Arturo and Carlos did a great job.

Initially gave 5 stars for the crew but lowered to 3 because I had to wait for 20-30 minutes for the bill to be finalized. Also the first time I used the company it cost $300-400 total. This time it cost $900 for the exact same move (apartment to house and house to same apartment (ironically first move was from the third floor and this move was easier as it was the first floor). We have only one living room furniture set more than the first time. Again crew was great and worked hard. George Jeff Vinny and Samuel I just had a bit of sticker shock. Will probably look elsewhere for next move.

The total price of the move wasn’t entirely disclosed up front. It cost more than I was quoted/budgeted. I feel like they are extremely expensive, I paid over $1,400.00 for a 5 hour move. The movers are great though. I did worry sometimes about the younger guys handling the heavier items but nothing was dropped or dinged. The only thing I would say is try to get them to give you an a guaranteed quote up front… they won’t do it, but try, this industry should not be quoted by the hour. Some of their workers were fast, others are not, so really it depends on who they send to you that day.
