Matthew was real helpful with everything and easy to talk to. Only gripe I have is my card getting declined even though I had used it there and it worked earlier in the day. Solved it with an ATM, but have no clue why it declined when I had enough funds.

Hadn't been here in a bit to check my storage but got caught up with Jacob's able courteous and efficient service in no time. We knocked a couple things off my list and set me up for an order tomorrow no fuss... no muss. Thanks Jacob and all the guys here. Always top notch!

Great staff, heated floors, many options, they rent trucks here, the staff is nice and very knowledgeable And helpful. Even the required lock you must purchase is fairly priced. And it's the first STORAGE facility that I've ever seen that has a plastic debit style card you use to enter and use the elevator instead of a passcode

A different UHaul place screwed up my reservation. I stopped by here hoping they’d be able to help since they were on my route. They were fabulous, really went above and beyond. They transferred the reservation to their shop and got me exactly what I wanted.
