This is one of the best storage places I've ever rented from. The building is up to date, elevator is fast, there are hefty carts, super clean, climate controlled and the storage prices are very reasonable! Jenelle, the associate store manager, has been nothing but kind + helpful! She walked me through the process + helped me get settled in. She is beyond kind + went out of her way to walk me through the entire building to look at the different sizes! She works super hard + is always in the building cleaning, fixing locks + helping customers. Really appreciate her making this a stress-free experience! Highly recommend renting here!!

Joe from the Harris ave location was absolutely Amazing in helping me meet All my Storage Needs!!! He got me the size i needed in a last min pinch when i needed it! He was patient with me and answered all my questions!! I will highly recommend him and this storage facility to All my friends and family in the area!!!

Fantastic storage facility - clean, climate controlled, close to Brown and super easy to access, retrieve and secure your belongings. Actually glad the original packing and storage company flaked at the last minute. Will be back at the end of this school year!

Life storage is a great place to stored your belongings. I decided to use their services because they sold the house I was living. I only had 30 days to find a place and I was unable to find a place on that time frame. That is why I started using Life storage. I did the entire process online, they have different selection of storage unit with great price. My storage unit was in the third floor next to an elevevator with great size. You can place inside 2 bedroom and a livingroom inside and was climate control. The first payment is free and then you paid every month. Also the place has good security, only people that have a unit can enter because you need a pass code to enter the building. I use their service for 5 month because we bought a house and then remodel the house took some time. I will definitely use their service again if I need them.

LifeStorage is the best. Why? Because of the personnel to begin with. The other day I was in there just to inquire and I spoke with Jay. Today I was in there to start the actual rental and I worked with the store manager, Kasey. Both times it was a pleasure to speak with folks who know their business and can do it with a smile. Meanwhile the prices are great, the deals are attractive and I am totally happy as a customer.

Store Manager Kasey was very helpful, giving me and my father a brief tour of the facility when renting a space. She showed us where to go, where things were, and we got done with business in a good amount of time. She also taught us about the locks and the space we were using, and what not to store for safety precautions. It was very welcoming experience, and hope to continue renting from Life Storage for the remainder of my college years.

Kasey at the Providence location is extremely professional. She has her presentation down perfectly, with clarity and thoroughness. The facility is immaculate. The price is very competitive. My 8' x 10' unit will only cost $135/mo, with the first month free, and with no term contract required, just minth-ti-month. Considering Providence is an expensive real estate market with high real estate taxes, this is a great deal. - Chris Eidam
