For those that only read the first sentence of a review, PICK THIS COMPANY. Here's why.. This group is committed to taking care of your needs to completion. They are experienced, and train their employees to work smart, fast, and safe. I'm a nurse that has needed to move many times to where duty calls, so I have a generous amount of experience with movers. This group is the best I have worked with on communication, reliability, efficiency, and quality. I had booked a month in advance with a national moving company that may be connected with *all sorts of *my *brothers, and they cancelled on me the DAY OF MY MOVE! Priority Moving was able to get a truck and three efficient, respectful gentlemen to help me recover from a state of panic. I've attached a picture of my guest bedroom - All I did was throw on sheets - these guys dis and re-assembled my furniture as if they were carpenters. Cannot rave enough. If you want someone to handle your most cared for objects in a high-stress time of moving house, these are your guys. **Pro Moving Tip (from someone that's moved too many times) - invest a few bucks into stackable bins from Costco or the likes, and label them. Easier for EVERYONE, but especially you!

Everything about my experience with Priority Moving was great. Michael is amazing and was so easy to coordinate with. On move day, Jaylen, Jose and Blaine were INCREDIBLE. They were on time, responsive and flexible. We used their services to move a custom piece of furniture we had made to a client’s home. The piece was heavy and a challenge to get in the home but they were champs all the way around: careful, kind and completely competent. In fact, all three of them went above and beyond to make that delivery a success. I cannot recommend their services enough.

Priority movers were great! Spencer, Tyler and Fernando took great care with our furniture and belongings. They showed up on time and did a great job! They brought the appropriate size truck for size house we havr and did it all in one trip. This is not the cheapest moving company and that's why I chose them. They take the time and effort to wrap your furniture properly and make sure it and your house is protected from damage. I appreciate there hard work and attention to detail. You get what you pay for. I paid a little more than the low rate competition for quality work and that's what I got. Thanks guys!

My first time using movers and now I will never move on my own again! John, Sam and Blane were so courteous, cheerful and fast. What would have taken me days to do (if I could do it all which is doubtful), they completed in just a few hours. They moved my stuff with care and made sure to ask me for any specific requests or if they had a question about any item. They unloaded all of my things in any room I needed them in and all with a cheerful and helpful demeanor. Each one of them was very personable and I felt totally comfortable with them handling all of my possessions. Such nice people and really efficient at what they do. Will recommend to everyone that I know.

I used Priority Moving for a move from the Portland area to the Bay Area. Sam and Spencer were kind, diligent, and responsive to our needs and the uniqueness of our particular move! They were able to load and unload the truck very quickly too. For such a stressful process, it was so helpful to have movers who I could trust to do their job and do it well! 10/10 would recommend. And if I ever move back, I'll likely be giving them another call.

Now that I’ve had a few days to catch my breath, I’m very thankful for the help I received from Mitch and Tristan at Priority Moving Services. They arrived on time and immediately began to load my things. A friend who came to help me through the morning was impressed with their efficiency and safety in packing the truck. Even though there were traffic delays along the way they arrived within a few minutes of my arrival at our destination. The booking process was easy and straight forward. The response time and communication was top notch and speedy. They notified us ahead of time when they would arrive and came well prepared. The movers were very careful with our furniture and wrapped it well, very dedicated to get the job done right. Great group of guys to work with. The move was professional and efficient. Only complaint is that some clothes were folded in half rather than hung on the metal bar in the wardrobe box. Don’t forget to feed and tip your packers and movers.

I first used Priority Moving Services in 2020. They moved us from an estate we lived at for over 30 years. In-between that first move we had 4 more moves to accomplish before we were in our final home. Priority Moving was so successful with our first move that I have now used them for our 5th and final move. They are moving us in July twice. The first move Blaine, Spencer and John were incredible polite and professional. They were careful throughout the move. I requested them for our 5th and final move. No matter who you get to help you with your move using Priority Moving you will be happy. They take out the horrible moving stories I hear from other friends or family that used movers and didn't have a good experience. You can't go wrong hiring this moving company. They took care to follow all instructions as we had special needs with heavy beds and cabinets that had to go up 2 flights of steps with tricky corners. I highly recommend. Cheaper than the competition and easy to book online. I booked a move recently, but did not find an apartment in time. They were super nice and discounted the cancellation fee at first. Luckily, they were able to find another mover and didn't charge me for the cancellation at all in the end! Something that only a family run business could do. Super glad to work with some non greedy honest folks.

We moved locally, 9 miles from a house of 30 years. Priority Moving responded to our inquiry with a competitive rate. Moving crew Max,Tyler , and Hunter showed up on time, worked very hard and professionally. We had a 100+ year china cabinet with large thin glass doors that we all agreed would be difficult to move. They packed it very well and took great care. Alas, upon arrival the old caulking around two of the curved glass doors crumbled and glass fell out. Due to the expert packing, the glass did not break to all our amazement! The crew immediately said, they would take care of it and expect a call from an owner Josh. Josh quickly contacted us, tried to find a craftsperson in the northwest that could repair it. Unable to find someone, Josh learns the craft on you-tube and spent three hours fixing the cabinet himself. It turned out great. We can not emphasize how great this company and these movers are. Highly recommended!

I used Priority Moving to move from my condo to a storage pod in another part of town that will move cross country. Mitchell, Hunter and James worked to organize everything spread across four levels and somehow fit everything in the container tightly so it would not move as it went on its long journey. We recently hired Priority Moving Services to help move from our apartment to our new home. Tony, Tyler, and Justin arrived the exact minute we had scheduled with them and got to work immediately. They were friendly, quick, and thorough, fully completing a 2 bedroom 3rd floor apartment move in four hours (including a 35 minute drive). We especially appreciated the care with which the crew padded and wrapped all pieces of furniture and the secure in-truck strapping of our TV box, ensuring that everything arrives at the new place in the exact same shape it leaves. The guys at Priority Moving Services will be very quick, and have the experience and materials for a much safer move than we could achieve doing it ourselves. We highly recommend these guys for any Portland area moves.

I searched around a few places locally and ended up picking Priority Moving Services. I don't regret my decision. I moved from a 2nd story 1 bedroom apartment to a 3rd story 2 bedroom apartment. I've had lower back issues for a long time and knew I was going to need help moving all my stuff up the 3+ flights of stairs. All of the phone conversations I had were with Michael. He was pleasant and informative and seemed like a genuinely good dude. The email correspondences were also very informative and clear to understand. The day of a the move was stressful as most are, but my movers - Tyler and Sam did an incredible job. They were both very personable, easy to talk to, and hard working. Moving all my stuff up to a 3rd story apartment was no joke. I actually had to ask these guys to take a break! All of my more fragile items were packed safely and arrived undamaged. Will definitely use them again when I move out - Hopefully on the ground level :D. Highly recommend.

We recently moved to our house from our 2 bedroom apartment ( on first floor) within the same city (12 miles apart) and hired priority moving services to help with the move. Mitch and Michael helped with the move, they were pretty responsive and detailed during the scheduling part, came on time (provided a good heads up so that we were ready for them), they helped dis-assemble the big furniture (beds etc.) Brought their own material for cushioning and wrapping furniture and with all that very efficiently loaded everything within an hour. Overall the move including unloading and reassembling furniture was all done within 3.5h. They were very careful and diligent while moving/handling the furniture/bags. Made our move super easy. Portland folks looking for an AWESOME moving company MUST call Priority Moving Services!! They were... amazing! Arrived on time, very respectful of the time they spent, cognizant of the hardwood floors, stairs and of all the items they had to move... they were great. Yesterday I moved with priority moving from Portland, OR to Deming, WA. Priority Moving sent me 3 of the best helpers I could have ever asked for Jose, Mitchell and Colin. It was a super long and crazy trip with a lot of unexpected issues that popped up along the way... Long story short what should have taken just a few hrs was tripled by these issues and our movers were absolute troopers through even the most stressful of situations. They were with us from 9am in the morning until 12am the next day. They did not leave our side until the job was properly fulfilled. We are so thankful for all the help we recieved from this amazing small family business. They were so personable, hospitable, flexible and available to fulfill our needs. Thanks guys!

I had a very positive experience with priority moving services. The manager, Michael was professional, helpful, and courteous. Movers: Mitchell and Justin were prompt, reliable, and friendly. They did not waste time and worked hard until thejobwasdone. After they left, my Uhaul trailer door got jammed, Michael found a mover who would help. Spencer came to help me on his day off. He fixed the problem and stayed to ensure all items were in place. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use Priority Movers again and ask for the same three movers! Excellent job!

Wow, what can I say? This company blew me away! Tyler and Jordan worked 13 hrs (not including their drive times) and were constantly in a great mood and HUSTLED. Great care was taken in wrapping all furniture in pads. My condo was not logistically easy to move into but it did not phase either of them. Showed up on time and I immediately felt 110% confident in their abilities. GREAT JOB GUYS! I'd give you 1000 stars but Google only lets me give five. PS Michael was also wonderful, scheduling and reassuring me along the way.

In December i called priority moving. They sent out two employees, Mitchell and Jordan. I could not have been happier. They were on time very professional and ready to go to work. Tony, James and Collin showed up on a hot Thursday morning at 8:30 am sharp and worked hard the entire day until late that night-14 hour day! They didn’t walk they hustled the entire time, wrapping my furniture carefully, and carry huge pieces of furniture out of a three level home on a hill into a small urban house in west hills! I cannot express how great our experience was with Priority Moving Services! I shopped around and called numerous companies and they all were either completely unhelpful or were quite rude to me. I ended up emailing through their online quote and received a very quick response and even a call shortly after. I spoke with Michael and he was extremely friendly and I knew right away that I wanted to work with them. I even ended up having to reschedule and he was more than accomodating with that. On moving day. the movers were running a little late due to some truck keys not being ready but they called me immediately and kept me up to date. When they arrived, they got down to business and packed up the truck quickly. Just as everything was loaded and the truck was locked up, the poor driver dropped the truck keys down a drain in the parking lot which put a delay on things but they handled it with grace and got it figured out quickly. The two movers (I hate that I cannot remember their names because they truly were amazing) were quick, efficient and friendly, making chit chat the entire time. I felt like we had 2 new friends by the end of it. Also, they handled our move on a record breaking hot day so again, kudos to those guys for all their hard work. If you are hesitant about hiring movers, just do yourself the favor and book with Priority. I promise you wont regret it! Thanks again guys!

I was in a bind, having to move a 400-pound refrigerator over a kitchen counter. I called them in the afternoon, and the next morning James, Richie, Sam, and Spencer showed up, lifted the refrigerator over the counter, helped me hook up the water connection, and moved it into place. I called Priority Moving Services on a Monday asking for a crew to help with a move on the coming Saturday. I spoke with Michael who was very helpful, informative and understanding of my short timeframe and notice. Michael was clear on what I needed to do and he followed up with me exactly as promised. On the move day, I heard from Tony who is one of the crew to tell me of their expected arrival time. Michael and Tony both texted me and responded quickly to my questions. The crew was very friendly, followed instructions perfectly, worked quickly and did an excellent job. We had a crew of three and each was terrific. Alex A. and Chris showed arrived at my storage facility ahead of schedule and gave me a call 30 minutes prior to arrival so I had time to meet them there. They quickly transferred my belongings from the unit into their van and then delivered them to my apartment. This whole process took a lot less time than I anticipated. Both Alex and Chris were extremely trustworthy and dependable and I felt very comfortable leaving them both at the storage facility and in my new apartment as i went out to run errands as they worked. After frantically calling other moving companies, and talking to company after company who weren't able to provide short-notice movers, we found Priority. This is our first time hiring a professional moving company and let me just say, I will never move without calling them again. We had a weird scenario, having to vacate one house before the next was available. Josh worked with me in the planning to come up with the most logical solution. Sam and Spencer came to our house on a Friday and loaded up our UHaul with a kind of precision I honestly couldn’t believe. They fit everything we needed packed, and some stuff we thought we were going to have to deal with on our own. Everything was carefully wrapped and treated with care. They were kind, communicative, and respectful of our space and belongings, and of everyone’s safety during COVID. On Monday, Mitchell and Michael came to the new place to unload the UHaul, and cemented our view of this company and their employees. They were fast, efficient, and to be honest, literal magicians. Our new place has a narrow, tight cornered stairwell, and we had been trying for two days to wedge a queen size box spring up to the second floor. When they got here, they tried and it didn’t seem like it was going to work. Later they tried again, and like magic, made it happen. After that, they moved two more queen size box springs, four queen mattresses, and a literal couch up the stairs. No damage to the walls or railings or light fixtures. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. They are fairly priced, so helpful, and completely worth it! Thank you guys, we appreciate it so very much. <3

I have never been more happy with a moving company then I were with Priority Moving. To start off with when we called the individual my gf spoke to on the phone had actually been out of the office (it was near closing I think, our mistake), but drove an hour to go back in and schedule our appointment rather then waiting the next day to call us back. We had Anthony and Alex taking care of our move. They arrived promptly on the earlier side of the time slot we had been given. They worked incredibly hard, especially given it was during an insane heatwave and at least 100 degrees out (seriously I don't know how they did it without dying from the heat it was pretty awesome), got everything packed up quickly and safely. Everything got to the new apartment in the same condition it left in, they helped us to rearrange some of the furniture while they were there, and they even helped my gf get some heavy things out of our car that we had taken over that wasn't on the list of stuff we had originally mentioned. Everything was quick, it was well priced, and they took very good care of our things. They even informed us about some damage to one of the dressers that had nothing to do with them. The dresser was falling apart long before, but they wanted us to know anyway it was very sweet and professional. TL;DR moving is insanely stressful, I've had some terrible experiences with movers that made it even worse, so it was a huge relief that we found such reliable people and we defiantly plan on using them in the future.

Called Priority on Sunday and they had an opening on Monday between 11 and 3. Tyler and Nathan called my promptly at 11 and said they would be there in 30 minutes. They showed up at 11:30 and immediately sprang in the action. I didn't have a huge place, a 1 bedroom, 900 sq ft apartment, and I had nearly everything ready to go. They had everything in the truck in 50 minutes. My new place wasn't far and they got there and unloaded in blinding speed. These guys loaded (3rd floor), transported (6 miles), unloaded (3rd floor again) all of my stuff in an hour and 49 minutes. That includes having to move the truck 3 times due to neighbors. Nothing was broke and everything was handled with due care. If they weren't carrying a load, they were literally running to get more stuff. If you call Priority Moving request Tyler and Nathan!

I always wonder about businesses that have words like"priority" in their name. Like whose priority are they referring to? However, based on the reviews, thought that my definition of priority and theirs may be the same. And, just to be clear, my definition of priority is about what I need and when I need it! So how did it go? They exceeded my expectations. From Josh, in the office to the crew lead by Alex with Nathan and Giovanni, they were on point. Full disclosure by Josh about anticipated costs. Alex and the crew were on time (kept us informed), took great care with all of our stuff and wasted no time loading and unloading us. Fast, fast, fast...BUT NOT CAREFUL. Moved less than 10 miles from SE Portland to Beaverton and they still managed to break a TV stand by lifting it improperly and get paint transfer on my dining table when they passed it over the fence because they didn't want to remove the legs AS I REQUESTED. As a non-smoker the nicotine smell rising off the guys was off-putting. Craig was okay, but Jacob the younger guy had an attitude. Neither was very friendly. Also, if you schedule a move with them NO ONE CALLS TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT. All you can do is wait and hope they show up. I was a nervous wreck and kept calling to find out if they were going to show up because I've never had other people move my stuff before. I sure hope I don't have to do it any time soon again. If I do, it probably wouldn't be Priority. I would have HAPPILY paid for more time if they had been taken the time to BE CAREFUL WITH MY THINGS AS IF THEY WERE THEIR OWN. But they didn't. So don't expect too much, and make sure to disassemble all your assembled furniture ahead of time.
