We hired Primetime Movers Portland for a 3 hour job just to move furniture around in our house to make room for staging. They did an excellent job, and were courteous, quick, affordable and efficient. They cost more per hour than other estimates but had a 3-hour minimum versus many others who had a 5 hour minimum so it was a good value for the money spent.

I had just moved to Portland and had all of my belongings stored in a PODS container. There's only metered parking at my new place, which would make parking a PODS container inconvenient, so I called Primetime Movers to help me get my stuff from the PODS facility to my apartment. Nick and Rafael arrived and were very careful and courteous. They loaded everything up faster than I expected and had it all in my apartment within 4 hours. (They'd have been even faster, but I think the elevator in my apartment building slowed things down.) I would definitely call these guys again.

Primetime Movers handled a move for us on last month & we couldn't be happier. It was a great experience overall. Our crew of movers were very friendly, professional & respectful of our belongings. They were also very patient with me. I had them rearrange a few pieces of furniture and they never once scuffed at me. They were punctual, got to work immediately & had the move completed well within the quoted time I received via email. We are 20 year military so after many many moves I know a good move & this was definitely a fantastic move. I will certainly call on Primetime Movers for any future moves & do highly recommend them to all my friends & family.

We needed help unloading a moving truck at the last minute and Primetime Movers Portland came up for us big time! I left a message for the receptionist who got back to me within 30 minutes. He scheduled two guys to help us out the following morning. The guys were on time, professional, personable, and efficient. There was full transparency about fees and pricing, so there were no surprises. Overall, a great experience. I would highly recommend this company.

I have previously had negative experiences with moving companies in general, but I loved the Primetime movers! They arrived on time, were incredibly kind, and were efficient with their time. They were not picky about what they would and wouldn't take- they made it work (even our artwork that we thought we would have to drive ourselves they wrapped meticulously) I was impressed by their skill and care for our things and home. We have a 3rd floor walk up and were moving to a condo with a super tight stairwell but they found a way to make it work. I highly recommend Primetime.

We are having hardwood floors installed in our upstairs so needed movers to help us remove the entire upstairs into our downstairs and garage area. Primetime Movers Portland was very responsive and understood the details of the project. They bill based on time, and so our small project is going to be inexpensive. (Still a three hour minimum.) The guys showed up this morning on time and ready to rumble. Flexible, careful, creative (They still wrapped up our furniture since our stairway is narrow) and fast. Very happy with Primetime and this particular crew.

We used Northwest for a move from Portland to troudtdale earlier this week. I can't begin to tell you how great these guys have been. They had to pick up items from two different locations and deliver it to a second level storage unit. Most of these pieces are large and heavy. Positive attitudes throughout. We didn't pack our storage units that well, which meant they had to rearrange that as well. They sold us a dozen blankets and let me know if they get them back they will refund the cost of those. This is the moving company you need and want to hire. Ed and Oscar did an excellent job and were very professional! They were able to move and dissemble my furniture quickly and carefully. They kept all the pieces organized and and even wrapped the screws to the corresponding part so that assembly would be easier. They truly went above and beyond. Furniture disassembly, wrapping it up with blankets to make sure it reached destination safely, handling our valuables like it was theirs. Our initial moving plans fell through and in a pinch, we were able to schedule three Primetime professionals with a week's notice of our move. Scheduling was not only seamless but the transition from one house to the next was strategically planned and executed perfectly (within a few short hours!). These guys are just a very solid company and they did a great job moving me to the Pearl district. They were prompt, timely, pleasant to work with and very respectful to me and by belongings. I wasn't able to finish packing everything mainly the kitchen area so they handled it for me and nothing was damaged when I finished unpacking. They were also pretty easy to communicate with and prompt to respond to my emails/calls. I would highly recommend Primetime movers. I hope I never have to move again but if I do they'll be the first people I call.

My parents used Primetime Movers Portland and recommend them - this was my first time hiring movers. Kyle responded right away with detailed pricing and we booked the date & time for my move. Ed and Ben were so friendly and professional the entire process - they even showed up a little early but called letting me know ahead of time. The move from a 3 story townhouse to a new house 15 minutes away took about 5 hours and they were so efficient it was amazing. Hire them! Worth the money, especially with such reasonable rates.

Not all moving companies are created the same. This is the case with Primetime. I've moved from CA to AZ and then to OR. Primetime easily have the best services I've experienced. Ed and Isiah were professional, efficient and very careful over the 6 hours we had them. They were a team of two that finished the job of three movers for a three bedrooms move. The guys came fully equipped and ready with wrap and blankets. Most importantly, they were careful during loading and unloading not to cause damages from our apartment and into our new home. I wish I have pictures of the great job to share. But, I got my great experience to share. I'd definitely would hire them for my future move.

Primetime Movers have helped me move stuff around my house to stage our home for sale, and moved some things to a nearby storage unit. They were super careful with the furniture, wrapped it well and made sure everything was protected with blankets it to prevent damage. They're careful not to damage the floors with their floor protection, the carpets, the walls. Showed up on time and they were Reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!

We had a pretty major move which wasn't too far apart but our old house and our new house were in difficult locations for taking stuff in and out. They moved ultra fast with the easy stuff (boxes) and took time with the hard stuff, which they wrapped (refrigerator, dresser, washing machine drier - I could go on). I honestly can't believe they did it all in the time they did it all. Just awesome. We moved in October and were so impressed with Primetime Movers! We requested one truck with a two-man team but received a four-man team for the same price. Ed, Curran, Noah and Mario were the hardest working people we have ever met. They worked nonstop the entire day and made our move go as smooth as possible. We had a great experience using Primetime Movers. They were super professional, respectful, kind and worked really hard. We had ZERO scuff marks or any damage left from the move which consisted of maneuvering LARGE pieces through narrow hall ways. They wrapped out belongings extensively to avoid damage. I still don't know how they pulled that off. Once we arrived at our new home, the guys did an equally great job putting everything where we asked and put back together large furniture items including 2 ikea beds I highly recommend the team at Primetime Movers!!!

We are downsizing and had some larger items to move to their storage. Our two assigned movers were very professional and hard-workers throughout the six hours. They showed up within the one hour time frame they provided and didn't stop moving until the last piece was off the truck. They wrapped all the furniture in plastic wrap blankets and were careful while handling around narrow hallways. We will definitely use them to move our furniture out of storage in the future.

Very happy with their work. My family is having to sell my dad's condo now he's in assisted living so time was critical. Primetime Movers Portland packed up and loaded what I thought was an impossible amount of stuff into one truck when I thought it was going to take at least 3 trips. They got it all into storage with room to spare. It only took a few hours when I thought it was going to take all day. They were able to quickly and carefully pack up large awkward items, load them up and get them transported.

I had a truly great experience with Primetime movers. From the very first call, they set very clear expectations of what to expect and how to make the move go off as smooth as possible. On the day of, the movers were right on time. Called before to let us know that they were coming and their approximate ETA, and were incredibly hard-working and was evident early on they were pros at their craft. The movers themselves went above and beyond the four other moving companies we’ve hired in the past. Their customer service has also been excellent. We accidentally left our key with the mover and we had to arrange a drop off which was easy and smooth the next day. Fantastic moving company! I was going to try and move things myself since I didn't have a ton of stuff, but I decided to get some help from professionals for the heavier things. Kyle set up my appointment and his coworker were quick to move everything. No clock milking since they work on an hourly basis. They took excellent care of fragile items (including an antique cabinet that had been slightly damaged by prior movers). They took the time to hook up my washer and dryer for me even though thats outside of their protocol . This is an awesome moving company. They work hard, arrive on time and really care about making sure your belongings arrived without damage. Highly recommend Primetime.

The two guys that helped me Saturday did a great job! They moved out of an upstairs apartment into a new upstairs apartment both without elevators. I felt terrible that they had to do all of that hard work while wearing masks but they acted like it didn't bother them at all! They wrapped all of my furniture and were careful not to scrape floors or walls.They were polite and courteous throughout the day, and really did their best to make me happy. I would definitely use them again!

Amazing job! Probably a little more expensive than others due to the drive time charge,but worth it. They were fast, efficient, and professional. First day they packed the kitchen (over 35 boxes) in under 2 hours (2 people). Second day they moved everything and put it all back together in 7 hours. I won't be moving again for a long time, but, if I do, I will definitely use Primetime Movers.

First time using professional movers and I was very happy with the guys who came out to do the move! Brandon, Connor and Miguel helped me to move on a 100 degree day. I would not have held it against them if they moved a little slower, but they were really fast. They took good care of my belongings- wrapped all the furniture, packing the truck thoughtfully and stacking boxes appropriately. Everything was in perfect condition after the move. All three guys were very friendly and polite. Since this moved happened in August during COVID, they were very good about wearing their face coverings throughout the move. The only reason why I knocked a star off is I had a little difficulty around communication with the office guys. Either way, I would definitely use Primetime Movers again and specifically ask for Brandon, Connor and Miguel.

Very happy with our experience with Primetime movers! Our team of three were efficient (finished quicker than I expected with no damage), friendly, and wore masks the entire time. The two gentlemen who helped me with our move were phenomenal: efficient, kind and very professional. They called before hand to notify me of their arrival time, walked through the house to get a better look at things, and even setup my laZboy power recliner at my new place. Wow for Primetime! My girlfriend set up the move and I couldn't have been happier. Even before arriving in Portland to help my son move I was in contact with Kyle! He was quick and thorough with his responses AND even accommodated us with a day change! We went from 3 guys to 2 and all went super smooth! Two thumbs up to Ed & Joe! They showed up timely and got to work right away on the daunting task of moving!!! They made it easy breezy and were professional and efficient! I recently hired Primetime Movers to come move the large items into our new home. First off, they provide all of the materials needed. Blankets, plastic wrap, etc, and it's included in the hourly price. Second off they are very professional and straight forward. They called in a few extra hands to help and didn't charge us extra for it. It was the end of the day for them and their Friday. We also had some boxes still laying around that they took. Thirdly, they are very careful going in and out and carrying the items. I saw no damage to my items or house after they finished. They also moved my chest freezer while it was full. If and when we move again I will definitely be giving these guys a call.

They handled a series of shuttles to/from my house which wasn't accessible to their moving truck but made it feel easy. I have a TON of heavy furniture (9 piece mahogany desk, secondary oak desk, 9 person table) and the guys handled everything without a scratch. They took the time to wrap each and every piece of furniture in padding, then shrink wrap; even my pictures got the star treatment. I was moving in at the same time as another company was moving in a neighbor. My furniture was secured in layers, strapped down, padded. They had beds leaning over, boxes that had fallen; you could tell that their load was not secured properly. I am 100% satisfied with my choice in moving company, after seeing what "the other guys" do. I have just moved into my new house in Portland. I didn't really know who to hire to help me with this task. This crew happened to be the one I picked and my am I glad I did. This crew is extremely professional and careful with even the most brittle objects my overfilled attic had to offer. I can honestly say that I generally enjoyed their presence, a very laid-back and friendly crew, combined with the professionalism I was looking for. The whole move was made possible in a day, nothing was rushed yet a certain quality of speed was definitely there. No complaints with the stairs, no rushing the boxes, they took their time to disassembling whatever needed to be disassembled and they made sure every single bit of furniture and decoration would make it safely to it's new permanent home. Very fair rates as well. Any other company with these hourly rates for 4 men and 1 truck would most likely not be able to offer this level of quality combined with a crew as nice as this one. Kudos to these Portland Movers, I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. I hope to hire you again if I ever move in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about Northwest Movers. We are new to Portland and needed to schedule a last minute moving job. We were on a third floor walk up and the movers worked super hard carrying our gazillion boxes down to the truck. They also took great care of several antique items that have been in our family for many years. They worked hard to get us moved in the shortest amount of time, which saved us money. When we can save $$ were happy campers. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a move in the Portland area.

They were great from start to finish moving our four bedroom house in 5 hours. It was actually a bit less than that but 5 with travel time. To load and unload two full trucks in under 5 hours was very impressive. We definitely needed the second truck as well. When the moving coordinator suggested the second truck I was a little skeptical. Great call. 2500 square feet with four movers. My fastest move to date out of three moves over the past few years. Moving day was one of the hottest days in Portland but the movers were very efficient in moving the boxes, disassembling ikea beds, wrapping up furniture, as well as fragile dressers i could not finish packing, moving back and forth between 2 homes for small items. 3 story townhouse was hot! They were able to get the job done on estimated time (3-4 hours) and had pleasant experience overall. Highly Recommended!

The guys were super friendly, careful, respectful and most importantly worked as a team. They did it fast, efficient but with a focus of quality. I noticed this when they were packing or bringing down heavy items down the staircase. I've now had the unfortunate task of moving three times over the last five years. This was my first home purchase so hopefully it's the last move for a while. That being said I know the difference between a good and bad company. Northwest movers are an excellent company for many reasons. Booking- easy. Got a call back within minutes explaining rates and other info. Truck- plenty of space. In fact more then we needed but it's better to have more then not have enough. Movers- most professional I've had to date. Called and let me know their estimated arrival, which was within the time I was quoted. They asked for a quick walk through and went right at it. They wrapped everything diligently before loading it into the truck. Most care I've seen displayed by movers. We ended up at right where I had expected in regards to total move time. They were awesome in every category.

A fantastic move experience. I have a 1 bedroom and a lot of heavy furniture so to try and move myself or with a friend is basically impossible. Michael and Zach were a great crew. They even knew how to break down my recliner couch into components so it was easier to get down the stairs. Everything from small moving boxes to my washer/dryer were placed where I wanted them to in the new place. Everything was wrapped so well there isn't as much as a tiny scuff. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, most every company I contacted had a minimum rate of over 5 hours for Saturdays . Primetime had an affordable hourly rate that allowed me to have an affordable move. Three hour minimum. Bonus - I was quoted for 3people, but 4 showed up. I was still given the 3 person rate. All of the guys were great and took fantastic care of my furniture.

I don't think I could have treated my belongings with more care. I really couldn't have moved my fully-furnished two bedroom apartment by myself and so I called Northwest Movers. This is only my second time using a moving company, but I wish I had called Northwest Movers the first time too. Everything went really smoothly. I packed my boxes and they took care of the rest. Nothing was damaged or scratched and they even helped me by putting some legs back on my desk in my new home when I was having trouble with the screws. I'm the type to panic about everything but the guys were really calm and friendly. They went over the initial assessment with me carefully and I ended up paying an absolutely good price for the work. There's no reason to strain yourself or risk damaging good furniture when you can let a professional team like this one make it painless and easy. I'd definitely recommend them!

Our move only took 1.5 hours, but were more then happy to pay the minimum charge of three hours. There was no chance of our furniture even getting the slightest scuff due to how well they wrapped everything up. There was some hardware for our bed left on the truck which is a minor mistake. I scheduled a move with Northwest and was a little apprehensive because I had never used professional movers before. When the guys arrived, my apprehension continued somewhat as I expected big, burly guys to move my furniture. Well, the two guys who showed up worked hard and moved all of my stuff with the same effort as any big, burly men. They were AWESOME! The quickly, efficiently, and safely moved everything I asked. Occasionally, I would ask them to add a box or two to the truck and they quickly did it. A job that I anticipated taking up to 5 hours was completed in 4. I would definitely recommend these guys again! As far as the price - I called about 5 different companies and Northwest was the cheapest! I usually go with the best reviews, but Northwest Movers had great reviews and they are located very close to my new apartment. When I move again, I'll certainly be calling these guys!

95% of the move was flawless. There was a small issue with a bunk bed that was brought to my attention after the move. They had a mover out the following day to pick the bed up and take it to be repaired. We had the bed frame back four days later. The issue was handled swiftly and I'm very happy with the way they took care of it. The last move I did across country, I had to wait months to receive anything for a claim. Northwest didn't file a claim, instead they insisted a nearby shop to make the repairs. All things considered, we would absolutely use their services again. Great movers and even better customer service.

First time using a professional moving company and I would do it again. They got my 1 bedroom apartment loaded up and moved into my new place within two hours. Office was crisp with communication leading up to the move. Only issue we had was with parking. Their smallest truck is 24' which is huge! But its better to be safe then sorry, so if you're reserving parking in downtown Portland make sure to get two parking permits instead of one. If I need to move again they'll be getting my business.

I must say I was a little skeptical hiring movers as I've never had a good experience with them in the past but today I can say my perception of professional movers has changed thanks to northwest movers . Quick, proficient, efficient, and careful. Northwest movers did a great job in our move. This is my first time working with northwest movers. The men did a really awesome job with wrapping everything up and they moved very quickly. Granted, they said it wasn't that big of a job for them (one bedroom apartment), but they were done in 2 hours and 15 minutes, and that includes taping boxes up, wrapping all my furniture, taking apart my bed, transporting the stuff over to the new place, moving the stuff into the new place and re-assembling my bed. Nothing was broken or damaged and they put everything where I asked. I cannot say how happy I was to go with them and if I have to move again, I would definitely consider them!

I didn’t have as good as an experience as most folks for a local move back in June. The communication to plan my move was just mediocre, didn’t get much in terms of customer service form the person scheduling and coordinating my move. When the two movers arrived - they were just okay. Cut some corners, I.e. not fully unbolting my bed - which by the time I insisted we unbolt it due to the brackets bending, it was too late and now there is a bit of damage and squeaking now that wasn’t there before. One of the guys was not very careful, nor did he try to be when handling boxes and a few unwrapped items which left me uneasy and I didn’t feel like I could step away because I wanted to ensure nothing broke. It also took much longer than anticipated, which I understand can happen and I took all contingencies into consideration, but honestly I felt they was no urgency. I am writing this because I was rather disappointed after doing tons of research and seeing the amazing reviews for this company. Maybe I was just scheduled on an off day, but felt the need to share.

I've moved cross country about 5 times in my adult life, and I grew up in a family that owned a moving company. Needless to say my standards are very high. It isn't always easy to find a good company, but a few things set Northwest Movers apart from other companies from the get-go. First, their customer service was clear, professional, and on target. The person I spoke to to coordinate my quote was friendly, accommodating, and knew his stuff. Other services I've called were DOA in that sense. These movers knew the important questions to ask that many companies miss or forget to go over. I know from experience that when a moving company doesn't know the right questions to ask about your move and things come up later, it can drastically change the price of your move. Second, they gave me a good quote. Not a quote so cheap I knew that they would change it after I had already committed (I've had two of these "too good to be true" low quote experiences) but they were still cheaper than the local competitors. The move itself was awesome. They arrived right on schedule and were effective with getting the job done in a timely manner. They were organized and knew what they were doing, which made my life so much easier. They continued to communicate with me until it was time for delivery, which gave me a lot of reassurance. Other movers won't answer their phones or won't deliver at the time that was initially agreed upon, which has been a huge concern for me in the past. These movers are extremely professional and I would highly recommend them for anyone moving from the Portland area.

The service of Northwest Movers is just phenomenal. I was having a hard time thinking how to get all the furniture out of the house as there are dozens of stairs and the moving space is very limited. But the guys from the service were so strong and so creative they somehow got all the stuff out of the house without doing any damage. Although a small move, we were still impressed with the way this company conducted business. We had our hardwood floors redone, which involved moving the furniture out to the garage/ moving it back in when finished. The guys were friendly and respectful. This year was the year my sister and I were going to move from our 2-bed apartment to a townhome. Early this year, I reached out to Primetime Movers and interacted with Kyle for a quote. He quoted me a fair price, so when I finally found a new place, I booked a date for 2 movers and a truck. I was so pleased when the movers called about 10 minutes before 9am to relay they were running late but would arrive around 9:15am. Around 9:15, they rolled up and I escorted them into the second story apartment, showing them around and pointing out what needed to move and what rooms to avoid. They worked diligently to get the truck full so that by about 12:30pm, everything was loaded up. (A feat I was impressed with because they had to walk quite a distance from where the apartment was to their truck - just logistics of the apartment complex.) What I REALLY appreciated was the care they took with my Tempur-pedic bed. The Tempur-pedic mattress is supposed to be transported horizontally - something they took into account when loading the truck. They always asked before loading anything onto the mattress and took great care with it. They let me know they would go to lunch and be at the new place around 1:30pm. They had a much tougher job as the townhome was 3 stories, but they almost seemed to work faster! (I have no clue how they managed this, as I frequently observe moves and post-lunch always goes slower than pre-lunch.) I directed the boxes and furniture and they put them in the exact location I wanted. They dismantled the dining set and the couch to fit it up the stairs and took extreme care with them. And then they made sure the table, the couch and the bed frame were back together. All in all, Primetime Movers did a great job with my move. They were amazing; they worked efficiently, took my direction well, and handled my things with care. Only one item broke, and that was completely 100% my fault, as I didn't properly wrap a glass jar in a bin. I don't plan on moving again for awhile, but I will recommend them to anyone moving. And if I am moving, Primetime Movers Portland will be the first place I go to for a quote.

Dane, Kyle, and Noble are as good as they get. We used them over a year ago to move our 1,800 square foot home into a storage space out in SE Portland. They packed the storage unit to the brim, and much better then the last company we had hired. We had a similar crew come out 6 months later to help (from Northwest Movers) and those guys did a great job as well. Dane, Kyle, and Noble were huge burley men, the second crew was not so I was a little skeptical. However they did a great job. I can recommend them to all.

I just hired Northwest Movers for my move this last weekend. I had Cameron and Bryce show up to move my 1 bedroom apartment. The rep I spoke to initially in their office was Kyle, he was super prompt in responding to all of my messages and setting up my move was a breeze. Cameron and Bryce showed up right on time during the window that Kyle had given me and they were both super nice and got right to work loading all of my stuff. To move my one bedroom apartment in Beaverton which had one flight of stairs to my new one bedroom apartment in Tigard which has three sets of stairs it only took the guys a total of about 2 and half hours. They were super fast and efficient in getting the job done. All of my stuff was handle with care, nothing was broken and I was so relieved to have hired them and I definitely recommend Northwest Movers to anyone who is looking to hire movers. The total for services cost me $304 dollars, since they have a 3 hour minimum, and that included Cameron and Bryce, a huge truck, fuel, no charge for mileage, and of course me not having to lift hardly a finger to get stuff up a bunch of stairs on a 80 plus degree day which made it worth every single penny. I will definitely use them again for my next move. Thanks guys for the great service! Keep up the great work.

We recently moved to a new condo and our new condo was freshly painted and also with a brand new hardwood floors. Initially, I was very worried about damage to my new property by Northwest guys, but thanks I was glad not a single scratch has happened neither to my wall nor to my new floors! They were very quick and very efficient I was just amazed on how professional they got everything done quickly! I was generally pretty satisfied with Primetime Movers. They were friendly, punctual, respectful with my things, didn't damage anything, and their prices were much lower than other movers I've used who weren't as good. I only have two minor complaints, which is why I didn't give 5/5 stars: One: a couple times it seemed like they weren't moving very efficiently, time-wise. They were taking trips down the elevator with only one or two things loaded when it would have been faster to load several things at once. I think this cost nearly an extra hour over a dozen elevator rides, which is cash out of my pocket. Two: one of the two movers seemed a little bit... less competent. The team lead guy was awesome, he did a great job and I could tell he was trying hard to coach the other guy, but that other guy was just kind of clumsy and made some unsafe choices; it's lucky he didn't break some of my stuff. Overall, considering the 4 times I've had movers, this was probably my best experience, and definitely the best value.

Had NW Movers move us today. Their service was great and I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Their move before ours was running late but they promptly called to explain when they would arrive, and then they did. Once they arrived Christian and Raf busted their butts for 6 hours on a very difficult move that involved lots of stairs, appliances, furniture, and a lot of boxes. Excellent service - on time and super efficient. They were incredibly professional and friendly throughout the move and from booking through to completion of the final piece off the truck. Packed our furniture with care. The movers were friendly, nice and very careful with our stuff. We went from a 4th floor apartment with the worlds slowest elevator- one level home. I was afraid that my furniture was going to be mistreated when taken to my new house and expect boxes with broken lamps and dishes. Really, that wasn’t the case at all! The employees made me feel secure and treated my furniture with lots of care. By the time we arrived at our new residence, not a single piece of our property went missing, nothing broke and most importantly, it was all so organized so that it would be easier to put away. I was moving out of a two story house, so the movers eventually had to deal with stairs. I didn’t think that they would really manage to bring down all my stuff without scratching the walls or dropping something, but they did a really neat job. I hired NW Movers through Hireahelper on the Budget Rentals website. Sean and Andrew from NW Movers came to help me unload the truck. They of course were on time and very polite, professional, personable, and well dressed. Last but not least these two smelled so freshnclean that they actually improved the smell of my apartment hallway which had a funky attic odor and it was a hot day with a flight of stairs to boot. They also, without out even blinking an eye, took the front door off and put it right back on to get my couch in. I would definitely use this company again.

We were so happy that we called Primetime Movers Portland. Cameron and Desmond were kind and friendly, even as they moved our furniture up to the third story of our new townhouse on a rainy day. They were right on time. Every piece of furniture was wrapped up in moving blankets. We have a large desk, and no one was quite sure it would make it up the stairs, but they made it happen. Definitely call these guys.

Joe, Evan, and James were wonderful! I’m so thankful for their ability to move my 16 month old and I to our new apartment. They handled all of our stuff with care and if you saw the way I packed my dishes, you’d be more than impressed that not a single plate or mug was broke. They unassembled and reassembled the crib and unpacking was such a breeze. I will definitely use them again when it’s time to move again!

All went smoothly. Showed up on time, very pleasant guys, safely distanced (as much as they could) and masked. We had time constraints and paperwork requirements by our condo- which was handled timely and professionally. We had lots of artwork and a ships statue that were quite challenging but they also handled that as well. Delivered to its destination quickly and professionally. I recommend them for sure!

Used them to move some stuff from my storage unit and they were very careful with my furniture. My apartment didn't have elevators and they had to climb 3 flights of stairs. No scratches, as my stuff was wrapped and covered for protection. Will definitely be using them again for any moving needs.

I was recently in Portland visiting a friend and they needed a company to help accommodate the larger items in my apartment to be moved across town. Used yelp to find local moving companies and ran across this one. Reviews all sounded solid so I gave them a try. The whole process of getting a quote, communicating with the company and scheduling the move was very simple. I filled out the online request form and was shortly thereafter contacted by someone from the company. They reviewed the requirements with me and we set a date and time that worked for me. This move was very simple and only required one trip, but this company is definitely setup for larger moves. I felt a little bit like a wimp making this crew move around the furniture I should have been moving, but I guess that's why I paid for them :-). One more note, the service of the staff was awesome. They paid close attention to small details and potential areas that could easily be damaged during the move. I would definitely use them again and also recommend them to friends! I just wish Carrie Brownstein and Fred Armisen from Portlandia showed up to do the moving. Thank you for your great service.

This is THE best experience I've EVER had with a moving company! My little sister just landed a job in Portland, and I helped move her there last week. They took great care with her belongs (treating every single item as if it were there own), they were priced fairly, and to top that all off, they were SUPER friendly. I wish they'd consider expanding out to CT where I live! ;-) Nice work guys, and thank you so much again!

They had our POD loaded in under 2 hours. I wasn't charged extra for the wrap or rope that they provided with their service. I also received a follow up email from the company asking how my move went. The two guys we had were excellent. Kept a good pace and didn't fool around.

The move we just experienced with the help of Northwest movers compels such a review. The three man team assigned to us couldn't have been better in any way. Not only were Kyle, Seth and James super positive and friendly but we're so thorough in the way they wrapped all of our furniture as well as being so careful. They unassembled and reassembled all and anything necessary such as beds, legs on furniture, piano etc. James, the bed-smith, went out of his way to tighten and even fix furniture that had become lose over the years. Kyle & Seth worked hand in hand in a very methodical precise way one would expect from a highly rated company.

I called Northwest Movers for a quote a few weeks back. They wernt available on the date we needed and also didn't offer the service we were looking for. They did recommend me to another company (provided me the number and reassured me id be in good hands). The company referred indeed did a great job. I made some small talk telling the guys it's great that NW refers them to other people in need of movers. They had no idea NW was even doing such a thing. You think they'd be getting some kind lf incentive for recommending another company but not the case. That's pretty good customer service. Referring a competitor isn't an easy thing for a lot of companies to do. Hopefully they're services are available on my next move.

The team was excellent. They were efficient and broke down are large pieces of furniture and wrapped them up. The couch wouldn't fit into the elevator so they had to walk in down 8 flights of stairs. Amazing. They went above and beyond what was expected. Highly recommend Primetime.

Found them through Yelp. They did a great job completing the move well within the five hour window which we were quoted. I've used one other moving company in Portland and these guys have been the best out of the two. They did have to push the move by a few hours due to an earlier move. Not the biggest deal. If there was a downfall I guess that would be it. Other then that great guys.
