We were so happy with our 4 man crew from Integrity Movers. They were very courteous, careful, and considerate in moving all our furniture. They took time to access the best way to load and unload the truck. They took extra time to be careful not to scratch the furniture or the walls of our new home. We were very impressed with the quality of guys. Not to mention they moved us on a "snow day" which added stress for us but it was no problem for them; his clearly wasn't their first rodeo! We would highly recommend this company for affordable pricing, great crew, and excellent communication throughout the process. You won't be disappointed if you select this company. I'd use them again and recommend to friends.

Integrity just finished a 3-part move that included storage for us, and it was a great experience. It's nice (and rare) these days to have everything go exactly as planned/promised. Integrity Movers impressed me from the start. They were the only local company that sent a person, Pat, out to our home to give us an estimate, and they were the only local company that called me back quickly (like, within an hour). The quote the provided was competitive yet lower than other, and even better, the quote was straight-forward — no extra lines for ticky-tacky charges. On moving day, four young men showed up, all respectful (and sober!) and they worked their tails off to move our 3-BR household. (I wish I’d gotten their names, but the lead was Tyler.) The president of the company, Ken, stopped by our place too and introduced himself, asked if there was anything else we needed. Amazing customer service. Our move took longer than anticipated because we had a lot of boxes in the attic, but they never stopped… they made two trips with the truck. And the crew was so careful with our belongings! They even moved items around in our new home when we realized certain furniture didn’t fit where we’d planned. (I overheard one of the movers say “this kid’s moving into a new house in a new neighborhood… he needs this toy cube with the train sticker to be facing the right direction.” So considerate.) I was exhausted by the end of the day — and all I had done was pack boxes — but they just kept hustling up and down stairs. Most impressive part of the day: they moved my 100-year-old upright grand piano — which weighs at least 500 pounds — out of the old house down 6 stairs, then into the new house up 5 stairs to get it into the living room. Integrity Movers is appropriately named — this company is top-notch and our experience was excellent from start to finish. Excellent customer care, hard working and respectful crew, reasonable straight-forward rates. I highly recommend them for any move.

They were professional and courteous with our many pre-move questions and helped with planning. On the day of the move, they were on time, courteous and proficient. There are so many wonderful things to say about Integrity Movers, but I'll attempt to pick out the best parts. Pricing: their quote was darn near spot on to actual cost which has eased anxiety about moving budgets - which can get out of hand quickly. Relative to other moving companies, I found their price quote was much more affordable - sometimes by as much as 20-30%. Efficiency: The moving team showed up early - be still my heart - and worked tirelessly and ceaselessly until the job was done. I actually saw them RUNNING up and down the stairs to go and grab additional boxes and materials. They broke down and set up bed frames and furniture with expertise and ease, making for a smooth transition between locations. Thoughtfulness: The moving team asked all the right questions - including some questions I would never have even thought of. Asking where things went, intuiting our needs, and correctly anticipating where things would go. Personnel: The moving team (Tyler x3 and Jay) were simply really nice guys. They were friendly, funny, and deeply patient with the inherent anxiety that comes with any move - especially one from Massachusetts to Maine. If you need movers local to Scarborough and Portland or if you need movers from Massachusetts to somewhere else, I would strongly recommend Integrity Movers for their refreshing combination of efficiency, competitive pricing, and logistical savvy. I'd give them ten stars if I could.

I emailed Integrity movers within 2 weeks of needing to move. Ken was out 2 days later to give me a quote and help schedule my move. The team who moved me was wonderful, quick and efficient. I highly recommend, and if they are in business in 25 years when I plan to move again, they'll be my first choice!

We hired Integrity Movers just this past weekend. I have never hired a moving company before, but this experience really convinced me of why they exist. Everyone was professional, quick, and extremely pleasant to work with. We had a representative do an initial estimation after a walkthrough of our home, pre-packing. We were responsible for the packing, and we did not have them move every single item, but they majority and especially the large furniture. As I said, not only were they professional in the way they managed the entire booking, but extremely pleasant. We had to push back our move date 2 times and I was not ever made to feel like it would be an issue or hassle. When the movers arrived day-of, at precisely the time I was told, they were quick to ask the questions they need answered and get right to work. I was really impressed with how fast they managed to get everything on the truck and prepare some of the wrapping/packing on more delicate items (and, admittedly, some things I just forgot to pack completely). The entire process took only a little over 2 1/2 hours, start to finish. We didn't have very far to travel at all, but quite a few boxes and large furniture items. Moreover, the actual cost of the service came in well below the original quote which is always fantastic. Although I hope I won't have to for some years to come, I would definitely use their services again, and I would be pleased to recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable moving service. Pat was able to give us a fair and accurate on-site estimate before we booked, and the company even worked with us to reschedule our move last second when our house closing didn’t go as planned. I was really lucky to have seen these guys while looking for someone to move just one, but large and very heavy table from a refinishing shop back to my home. I spoke to someone when I called who actually lined-up the move. The paperwork was emailed almost immediately, the date and time was confirmed right after that. On the Sunday night before the move, I received an automated text reminded me of the appointment. And I received a call, right on time, from the driver when he was 20 minutes away. I would think that anyone who lives in Maine can appreciate that due to how incredibly difficult it is in this state to get a business, ANY business, to just return a phone call. I'm not a fan of the general business and work ethic of most southern Maine businesses because they all seem to be such pains to work with; from restaurants to service providers .But this business is the exception to that rule. Just an all around seamless experience. The truck was professional, as were the drivers and they took exceptionally good care of my table. Could not have asked for more.

We hit a slight hiccup with the team becoming unavailable on the morning of our initially scheduled day, but they were able to reschedule us for two days later. We just moved from our home of 20 years in Maine to an apartment in New York City. Making such a big move was stressful, but from the first interactions with Ken to get a quote to the final signing of paperwork as the move was complete, we found the team professional, friendly, and responsive. Ken was great in answering my questions timely, providing the Certificate of Insurance to our building management, and stopping by during the load in to check in and make sure things were all set. And the moving crew of Tyler, Tyler and Jake were amazing. They were polite, careful with our belongings, and helped with wrapping up a few items that we hadn't gotten to yet. What amazed me most was their positive attitude and work ethic. Moving into an apartment in NYC is not an easy feat... and they did it on a 91 degree day. They worked so hard, including carrying one of our larger pieces of furniture up 7 flights of stairs as it wouldn't fit in the elevator. They were patient and worked with us as we tried to figure out how to set up the furniture, and were just nice to work with. I was also impressed that the cost of the move was very close to the estimate that Ken gave us. I highly recommend the team for a move big or small.

We asked them to move an upright piano up a flight of stairs in our old house. It was clearly a far bigger project than we anticipated, but the crew was extremely accommodating. For a move from Vermont to Portland I deliberately chose a local company, Integrity Movers, over the big national brands. Maybe I should say I lucked into them. They were really good. Everything happened on schedule. The staff, from my initial contacts, to the individuals who did the physical moving, were all pleasant, reassuring, professional. Not a single thing was damaged— from a baby grand piano to glassware to glass cabinets and many dozens of boxes. The truck itself was impeccably loaded. Most of all, the three people who did the ‘heavy lifting’ (Keith, Bub, and Mariah) were not just skilled and hard-working— they were a pleasure to work with. Over the years I’ve had a lot of moves. Hardworking, flexible and great crew! Having to change the date of my move last minute due to the delay of completing my newly constructed home, Jim was able to squeeze me in even with their fully booked weekend. Integrity Movers are the best!! I needed to move on a certain date and they accommodated me. They only had a small truck available but the movers packed that truck so expertly that we only had to make one trip. They even stopped at a seperate location to drop off a few items. They were respectful and treated all my items with care. It was wonderful to just be able to sit back and watch them do their work. They were so good that we hired them again to move items from the storage unit to my new home.They even reassembled my bed.! If you hire them you won't be disappointed.

This was a great experience!! First, Jim the owner was the nicest and most responsive contact we had of all the movers we called. He brought two young guys with him, both who were respectful, pleasant and extremely hard working. They were understanding when I underestimated the amount I had to move. They packed our items with care. They spent an entire day, 9 hours, working hard to get us settled into our new home. They were careful when unloading into the new home with a scratch or dent on ANYTHING. I would recommend Integrity to anyone moving in the Portland area. They showed up the day they were supposed to, delivered the day they were supposed to, took good care of our belongings, using probably 100 blankets or so, and everything arrived in good condition, despite the long trip from Maine to Tennessee! The staff was friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Can't ask for more from a moving company; we went with Integrity at the last minute after the moving company we had previously contracted with failed to show up for 2 sets of moving dates and then told us we'd have to wait another MONTH. Integrity got us out of our dilemma. I'd recommend them to anyone doing a move.

200% SATISFACTION!! This is our second move with Integrity Movers, and they are stupendous! This move involved getting an upright piano from a basement. Piano in new home and sounds great! They also had to struggle with moving a new stainless refrigerator thru 1900 Victorian size doors. They took their time, with TLC, and job was accomplished. YOU'D BE CRAZY NOT TO USE THEM!

Jim and his crew moved me locally, in June 2014. They did an outstanding job! After a nightmare and costly 1500 mi. move this past year using one of the big, national moving companies, I was afraid to hire anyone to handle my possessions again. I found Integrity Movers by looking out my window one day and seeing them move someone else on the block. I watched how they were handling the furniture and cartons, and was very impressed with the care they took. I wasn't disappointed when I hired them for my own move a few weeks later, to move me out of a rental and move my stored items from a large storage unit. These guys are just awesome! Jim, Ed, and the rest of the crew really saved the day for us. We were left high and dry by a moving company from North Carolina two days before our closing in Maine. Our realtor responded to our plea for help and recommended Integrity Movers and they responded immediately. Jim and Ed were at our house within hours and the very next day loaded all of our belongings into their truck. Integrity Movers was AMAZING! Our move had a lot of question marks as we had sold our house long before we bought one. It was also going state to state. Dan was awesome at working with us on timing of move, storage options until we closed on the second house and was extremely responsive to any questions we had throughout the process! The crews were different for the move out and the move in but both equally friendly & professional. To top it all off, our final invoice came in lower than our quote which is such an awesome surprise with all the costs of moving! We would highly recommend Integrity!

Integrity Movers does what they promise! I had an upright piano to be moved from Falmouth to Kennebunk. They were able to arrange a mutually convenient moving date, and sent 2 men and a truck, and all equipment necessary for moving the piano safely and efficiently. When I had same piano moved two years earlier with another moving company, they needed 4 men and seemed to fuss around much more than Integrity Movers did. In short, I felt like I was in good hands with Integrity Movers!

I had an awesome experience with Integrity Movers. I moved from a third floor condo to a ranch, both located in southern Maine. They packed all my kitchen cabinets for me which was nice to not have to do. Derek, Riley, and Bob were so funny and easy to get along with. They were the guys who moved everything from my condo and storage unit. There was a week's time between house closings and they stored all my belongings in that time. Such a relief! Then they were so nice and flexible when closing dates kept getting moved around. They were able to accommodate perfectly when things were pushed back. Jim and Bob were the guys who moved everything into my ranch (in the pouring rain). They had door guards and mats to put on the floor too! Overall, they were very professional but also personable. I love the added touch of the care package. In the end it all came in under the quoted price. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move, it certainly made it a whole lot less stressful.

I've been meaning to write this review for a month and am finally getting around to it. I seldom write business reviews, but wanted to make the effort to give a big 'thumbs up' to the folks at Integrity. They really made our move from southern NH to coastal Maine go smoothly! The home inspector who examined our condo in Maine actually recommended Integrity, but have to admit that I chose them because their price was the best of the 3 quotes I received. Now, sometimes when you select the lowest-cost vendor you end up regretting it, but in this case I have to say that Integrity was exemplary and a pleasure to deal with. Jim and everyone I spoke to at Integrity was consistently pleasant and responsive to our questions. Just before the move, I asked them to pick up some extra items at my wife's office and drop off some furniture at my son's apartment in nearby Portland, and they readily agreed to do so for a very nominal fee. All Jim's helpers were polite and careful with our belongings, and placed them exactly where we asked them to. I cannot speak highly enough about this business and the effort Jim puts into pleasing his customers. If all businesses were run this way, there would be no need for Yelp! or the BBB or Angie's List!

I could never say anything but great for The Integrity Movers of Portland Maine. They moved us from Harpswell to Nottingham NH. It was a very difficult move and they handled a long day and many problems with , well Integrity, The move lasted all day and into the late evening. There were two stops to be made. They were careful and handled everything perfect. Our house sold much faster then we had thought. Our attic had not been completely boxed and then I ran out. The guys were great. I would love to have them move us out of storage and into our new home next summer but they may not want to come this far.:-)

To begin with, thank you very much for a great service. Few weeks before the move I called and made an appointment for a site visit and a free estimate. During the visit Mr. Dan Roy came to our apartment and checked everything we had and gave us a rough estimate. Late, he gave us a final price; he was very understanding of the situation and helpful with the price. On the day of the move Mr. Jim Frati and four guys came at the exact given time for the move. The move was very easy. The guys were extremely helpful and friendly. They moved everything out of the house within no time. When we arrived to the destination they unload everything even quicker. Keith, Jake and Richard helped us to move in Saco. They did a good job carefully packing and unpacking each piece of our furniture. Jake did a great job disassembling and assembling back our beds. They worked quickly and seem to be quite experienced and found the most efficient ways to carry the furniture out and in. They brought plenty of blankets to wraps the furniture and to cover the floors. I was especially pleased that they were careful around the corners, didn't scratch the floor and walls, and didn't leave scuff marks on stair risers.

I found Integrity Movers by calling around at several moving companies for a quote to move a full upright piano that I had purchased on craigslist. I was given a reasonable hourly rate in which I would be charged a minimum of 2 hours. With the piano being in Portland and only needing to be moved 10 minutes away to where I lived, I was assured that it shouldn't take more than 2 hours for the move. Happy with the quote, I scheduled a time that Friday morning. When the day came, I got a call about a half hour before the scheduled time and was told that the movers didn't show up for work and would need to reschedule for the early afternoon. That wasn't a problem because I work from home and my time was flexible. I get another call later in the day slightly after the rescheduled time and was told that they were stuck in traffic and would be a little later than expected, but they were on their way to get the piano. I was glad that they were keeping me updated and was fine with them being a little later. What I didn't know and what wasn't made clear to me when I called for the quote was that they begin charging as soon as they leave the warehouse. So I was being charged for the time that they were stuck in traffic before they even reached the house to get the piano. About 2 hours later they arrive and I was very surprised to find that there were only 2 people to move a 600-700lb piano. Jim was very friendly and apologized for the delay, and described the difficulties of getting the piano out of the previous owner's house. Luckily the move into my house was quick and painless. When the job was completed, I was told that the total time came to 3.25 hours, which caught me off guard. That's when I found out about when they begin charging. Jim was kind enough only charge me for 3 hours, which was appreciated, but the whole thing left a sour taste in my mouth. Once they left, I noticed that the tires of the moving truck had damaged the curb on the sidewalk in front of my house when they drove the truck onto the lawn. I understand that some things were out of their control and there could have been better communication, but overall my feelings are rather mixed about the whole experience. I'm am undecided if I would do business again.

These guys are great. We had a very complicated move. Items going to three different states and two places in each state. The third state needed to be delayed so local storage was needed which they helped us with. With 2/3 of the move done, can't say enough good things. They showed up on time, were careful packing and loading, and delivered in between a nor'easter to the first two states. Nothing broken or damaged. The movers working at all locations were good guys, polite and thoughtful and I was comfortable around them. Prices were competitive as well. If you need to move, call Integrity!!

These guys were contracted out from the Orange Box store to deliver my daughter's swingset that came in 4 giant boxes, totaling nearly 700lbs. They were going to deliver it from southern Maine up to central Maine (about 2hrs), and couldn't do it for 2 weeks beyond what the store quoted me for delivery. I needed to put this together while my daughter and wife were on vacation as a surprise and this would have killed that plan. I got in touch with Pat, who MADE it happen!! Starting with positives: Dan was very responsive and had a quote to us quickly. The guys who did the move were super polite. The quote was fair. Not-so-great: The movers were three hours late and no one called to let us know (I was able to get in touch via text). We had labelled items to go in our new garage, basement and attic - but much of the stuff was put in the garage (discovered after the guys departed). So lots of crawling around garage trying to find things during an already hectic time. Not awful, but more angst than we needed on a stressful day.
