Ricardo was easy to work with and had me set up in a few minutes and was a pleasure to chat with. The property is very secure, clean and modern. And just a few blocks from everything in my neighborhood.

Decent prices and nice, clean, units. It also has very good security measures. U have to use your passcode 3 times to completely enter the building including using the elevator. I like this extra security. My only complaint is there is no signs or anything to direct u to where u are going. When I first tried to find my unit I walked in circles for quite awhile. Any sort of directional help, even a little, would be nice. Otherwise I definitely recommend!

Extra Space, came in very handy, when I had just closed down my restaurant and needed some space to store my commercial kitchen equipment, while my food trailer was being built. The location is convenient, easily accessible, and very secure. It can get a bit annoying to punch in your code every single time, but its for our security- us, the customers as well as the facility. But if you have to move up and down, the staff does give you a generic code for you and your movers, so that you don't have to keep waiting for them. The staff, are personable, and easy to work with. Once I was ready for a smaller unit, the staff made the move easy. And again, once I was ready to do a full move out, it was easy- Thank you, Extra Space Storage!

I rated this so highly for many factors. They communicate well, this place is VERY clean, very accessible, and very secure. Everyone has their own code for the doors, elevators, and of course your own locks for your storage. They provide carts to move your stuff which was really helpful. I’ll just add a couple of notes here that I found helpful: keep your cars off to the side so everyone can get through. If you see a car park behind or in front so to not block the drive through. You need to punch “*” first, then your code, then the “#” key to access anything. Lastly, be sure to go in to check out when moving out. They were really helpful. I was on autopay so I got charged but was moving out so they set up a move out and charge back for me. I would say if you’re looking for a clean, secure space in a good location to move, this place was great. I would recommend to anyone storing.

Super easy to rent a unit online with seamless introduction when visiting office. Tyler was great, got me all the information I needed and showed me to my unit which was available for me immediately, new lock and all. I appreciate the many layers of security in the building and the cleanliness of the facilities.

PRO: The storage facility itself is clean, well-laid out, and there are usually plenty of trolleys to facilitate moving stuff around easily. CON: The cost of storage almost doubled over 5 years. I can understand some small increases, but DOUBLING is outrageous. CON ON STEROIDS: When I moved out, I found a pool of water in the back corner of my storage unit. Thankfully it had was contained to the top of a large plastic container so there was minimal spread to more fragile boxes and furniture. But when I called the office to let them know, the guy demonstrated no concern for the fact that there was water from an unknown source. I said it twice, hoping to get through to him, and there was no response. That doesn't make me confident about their level of concern for the safety of your items. I'd suggest getting some big plastic tarps and covering everything in your unit.

Really clean, so many security checkpoints so I always felt safe being here and storing here. Ricardo was a delight and so helpful when we moved out which was super easy, just told them the day of with no 30-day notice hassle or anything.

The woman that manages this location, Cara, is about the most enthusiastic and dedicated employee I've encountered in any business. She remembers your name, she loves your dog, she knows your unit number off the top of her head, and she's just on top of every aspect of running the business. And she does it with a smile and a positive attitude and just makes you feel like you've put your things in your neighbor's garage and they're being very carefully guarded. She knows her business inside and out and it's always in a happy mood and it feels like you're visiting a friend when you enter the storage unit. She is definitely the right person for that job and she represents the company extremely well.

I can’t say enough good things about how easy and helpful my experience here has been!!! Cara is the manager here and was not only a delight to work with, but she was also extremely helpful and accommodating! If I had to get another storage unit, I would definitely use Extra Space again. The staff is friendly and the facility is always clean. The only thing that is preventing me from leaving a 5-star review is that one or the other gate is broken on a relatively regular basis. It is annoying especially if you have a trailer. Also, I am sure this is the case with all storage facilities, but just go in knowing that the rental rate is going to increase considerably after a few months.

Nice and clean place with a wonderful manager who gets things done and is ALWAYS pleasant and nice. I rented at this place because of her chipper, upbeat attitude. I also haven't had any issues with homeless using the place like I have at other storage locations in Portland and I feel secure leaving things here in terms of the building being watched and spotless. My only qualm is that it isn't air conditioned and given Portland summers now it is key the fan system remains operational and fixed quickly so the place doesn't get stuffy and hot even on a cool day.

Oh my goodness, what an easy process, the office associate Cara was clear and thoughtful about each step. Very transparent about costs and what one can expect as a renter. Very organized.. Loved every encounter with an employee here. I was always welcomed and my questions were always answered. -1 star because one of the gates is busted so it’s a little tricky to back out with a huge load. ALSO, they’ve kept the bathrooms locked which is a HUGE inconvenience, not to mention gross (because people relieve themselves in different places anyway). My stuff was perfectly safe here for 2 years, and I knew it was… that’s very comforting!

I had placed a reserve online for a unit and got called within minutes of my submission. Cara was super informative, friendly, and very patient. She provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in quite awhile! I asked a million questions and she knew ALL of the answers. I even had to hang up twice and call her back, no problem for her, she even recognized my number when I called back! The building itself is super clean and easily accessible. The only small complaint I would say I have is the elevators and carts are smaller than expected and the hallways are sort of narrow, but all manageable and got my stuff up to my 6th floor unit with no issues.

After searching for a storage unit to compare prices, I was starting to think I would have to spend more than I honestly wanted for the price and heated space. My friend helped me by letting me know about Extra Space. So I researched and found found that for the space I needed beat the competitors prices. And not only did I find out that the price was more affordable than the other storage units around the city, the space includes a heated storage unit without the extra mark up like others in the city. Easy access once you revive a code.

Cara was very helpful and we got our storage unit set up in one day! We also love that this location has hand carts that are pretty big so we could unload our cars. The place is set up nice, you can drive right up to the door with the elevator (after you open the gate) and it has keypads on the outside, the inside, and inside the elevator, which makes the place feel secure.

The facility is designed extremely well. I showed up with a trailer and was able to pull in off the street. We arranged the paperwork and I was able to pull the trailer directly into the locked loading/unloading area and cart boxes to the unit. The staff were helpful and even the restrooms were clean. When it was time to leave, pulled the trailer directly out the other side of the building -- no need to turn around. Several other people came and went, so there was ample space for everyone to load. Everything works from PIN codes -- you can bring your own lock or use one of theirs. Five star experience
