These guys are top-notch. Reliable and super responsive. We called them at 10 pm the night before we needed them & almost immediately received a text telling us they would call the next morning at 8 am— which they did. This is our 3rd experience with College Hunks, and while not the cheapest, the service is outstanding. We were so glad to have their help. Nick was a great help in coordinating our move involving 3 locations. The crew was great - Shawna, Katsuo, and Madi were very careful with our things, took precautions with my mom's articulating bed so as to ensure safe transit. They were conscientious, asked for our input on decisions and were always professional. The job was done in a thorough yet timely manner. It was a pleasure working with Hunks, and we'll be using them again.

We have been renovating our master bathroom and needed some help in moving the vanity we ordered upstairs. The vanity was 72” and weighed a lot. We called College Hunks and scheduled a time for them to move the vanity and some other items. Ivan, Brett, and Jacob showed up on schedule and moved everything we asked quickly, efficiently, and carefully. I was surprised by how well they could move the vanity upstairs. I thought it was going to be an issue, but they made it look easy. I would definitely use them again if I need to move or if I need something heavy moved within my house!

Carson, Justin, and Jacob arrived within the time that they said they would be at my home. Carson introduced himself and the other workers, Justin and Jacob. Carson got the correct size truck for the garage. The young men seriously cleaned up my whole garage within 30 minutes. They were courteous, and they consulted me about all thing's that were getting put on the truck. My garage was truly horrific, and now it looks like a super model. Like me.

I say will this. First time manager brett from PDX, did a good with customer service. Very friendly and easy to work with. Hunks was easy to book with, set up, and were great with initial follow ups. However, I was disappointed about the execution of the move — rather slow. I only had a 750ft square foot apartment. I had already boxed almost everything. Only heavy thing to carry was a couch. It took 4 hours. I wouldn’t recommend, but they are also not bad.

Different occasion, same results. James, Shawna, and Eli were a dream team. As planned, they called to confirm my appointment and wanted to make sure I was feeling good about the job. Once they arrived they were very courteous and hardworking. Carson, Ramon and Katsuo were amazing. They loading everything quickly, wrapped everything secure and even helped move a heavy Armoire up the side of the house to the garage so I could sell it. They delivered my belongings the next day to Bend and were super speedy unloading and put everything back together. I felt bad it was icy conditions and 20 degrees for unloading but they never griped. I can’t recommend them enough! Great work hiring these guys they definitely do your business great service!

They reviewed what was to be moved during the initial walk-thru and verified as they went from room to room. Unloading was smooth and quick. Items that required disassembly to move were reassembled. Boxes that were labeled made it to the room they belonged in. Communication between the team and me was top-notch! Super friendly and funny. Eric offered great advice and customer service. His estimate was very reasonably accurate.

We were impressed with everything about our move with College HUNKS. We are glad we hired them —- they made our move day wonderful (type of move: a large household across town). They estimated well, bringing and filling three trucks with a great eye to protecting our household items. One truck (largest) was packed floor to ceiling so nothing moved, another truck held chairs, a patio torch, and numerous odd things that were well protected, and a third truck (smallest) held done unique garden ornaments (dinosaurs) needing special care. Everything was carefully protected, including the houses (their home care techniques were very nice). They delivered items into our new home according to our wishes- and cheerfully moved a few things when we changed our minds as the new home took shape with our possessions. The entire crew (6 people) were personable, professional, and hard working. We have moved more than a few times in our lives, and we have never had moving done so well. We would recommend them to anyone based on our experience!

We had a great experience from start to finish with College Hunks. First of all, they were able to schedule our move at the last minute after different movers fell through and were able to send someone to price the move same-day. Secondly, the three movers (Tim, Noah, and Justin) were friendly, professional, careful, and efficient. They thoroughly wrapped every piece of furniture before moving it and worked hard to put everything in place. The pricing was not the cheapest compared to others, but the charges were clear and set out up front. We would recommend College Hunks and use them in the future!

I used the Hunks to only load my U-Haul truck when I moved out of my one bedroom apartment on the ground floor. I had no large appliances and the largest piece was my king size mattress. All my items were properly boxed as well. The Hunks were prompt on getting to the location and communicated very well prior to the job with email, text & call confirmations and notice of when they would arrive to the location on the day of the move. The team of 3 was quick and they properly and safely loaded the truck in the manner I specified (storage items bear the driver end of the truck and items that go into my house in the front. Hunks got my entire apartment loaded within the 2 hour minimum. If I ever move to that area again I would use their service again in the future.

Every step of the way from the first "info gathering" phone call to the actual pickup was pleasant, informative, helpful, transparent and very easy. Sam and Lou were our pick up guys and very nice they were! We had very heavy items to load into the truck and they did a fine job. Amazing— they did it again! Just 4 months ago, College Hunks moved me into a house. Now, 4 months later, they moved me back out again! I tell them this every time, but they’re always the best part of my move. They all have a stellar work ethic— attentive to detail, careful and conscientious to a fault, and with a good sense of humor, which is what you want when you’re moving— moving can be so stressful. Sam really stood out on this move— he was soft spoken and caring, and truth be told I needed someone like that to talk me down out of anxiety. He brought a caring and human touch to the whole experience, while still somehow managing a whole team and carrying all my stuff to boot! Bryce and Zach on the team were diligent, personable, and courteous, and between the 3 of them, they managed to get my move from a 2bd handled in about 5 hours, everything wrapped, taped, padded, loaded, unloaded, placed, and unwrapped. I told them as they were headed out— thank you; I couldn’t ask for anything more. :)

AMAZING SERVICE!!! Lucio, Tim, and Noah were AMAZING throughout the entire day! I wasn’t sure how to pack a POD up, but these guys were obviously very well trained and professional. They made me feel great about leaving my belongings in a POD based on the way that they packed it. Everything was able to fit in the POD (I was shocked) and it was all secured very well. They were extremely careful with all my items. They got to work and didn’t waste any time. I was so thankful to have this company to help me move as my big move has been stressful so far. I can't say enough good things about College Hunks! I was able to speak with someone after "traditional" 9-5 hours and was able to get the team out to my house with less than a weeks notice. The captain, Dan, and his two wingman, Jon and Erzail, were great to work with. I wasn't quite as organized as I wanted to be when they showed up exactly on time, but they were incredibly helpful and gracious in working around my mess. Dan was very communicative and helpful with the walk-thru and communication leading up to the booking. Taylor and his crew kept in touch as the original window came and went; they were scheduled to arrive 1:30-3:30pm but didn’t show until around 6:00pm. When I sent a frustrated text to Dan, I got a call from Chuck (owner) within 2-3 minutes of the text and we talked at great length - he was very apologetic and willing to work with me on logistics and price to resolve the delay, and explained that the previous job took far longer than expected due to circumstances outside their control. When the crew arrived, they were likewise very apologetic and friendly and moved very quickly and efficiently to get the job done. They really saved the situation in a great way, I wish all service providers could be this hands on when things go wrong!

My movers called me after their scheduled arrival time to tell me they were double booked, which resulted in a delay of them coming to my apartment and a lot of stress. Luckily, the other job went quicker than expected and my moving truck company let me extend my reservation. My movers Nick and Brett were excellent once they arrived. They were very pleasant and professional, moved my belongings with great care while working at a fast pace, and packed my truck with efficiency. This company is doing their movers a huge disservice by double booking them. Either scheduling staff need more training or policy changes need to be made to make sure this is avoided at all costs.

This was the second time I've used College Hunks, and I can say that I'm pretty pleased with the experience, despite a scheduling snafu. I had a 7' container to unload to an apartment - not a huge job by any means. The original day I was supposed to move was a Saturday at 9 am and on Friday I got a call asking me if I could move my time to 11. That wasn't a problem. Saturday rolls around, and I get a call about 11:30 saying that they don't think they'll be able to come out that day. The mover who called me was friendly but I could tell he was worried about my reaction. I even got a call from the owner of the company when they made a final decision that they couldn't come out on Saturday. While these things happen, I do feel that it could have been mitigated by better scheduling at the beginning. I was rescheduled for the next day (Sunday) at 11, and at 10:30 Derek and Anderson showed up and saved the day. They were professional, personable and hard working. They had no problems getting my stuff through the ridiculous route they had to take to get from the POD to the apartment, and were careful with my stuff. They even loved my dog, which was a plus! Overall, I would use College Hunks again without hesitation.

I couldn't have found a better group of guys to help me if I'd have tried! They are fast, efficient, friendly, accommodating, and the list goes on!!! My moving project involved moving everything out of the house to take out carpet and put down hardwood floors. As is typical, the project came with unexpected conflicts that necessitated rescheduling of the time frames. College Hunks handled the changes with ease, and even hauled away some large items that I had not previously scheduled to have done. They definitely were the bright spot in what could have been a nightmare!

We had our old mattress and box spring hauled away, my husband and I were wondering where to take it, we called College Hunks (on a Sunday), and they were there in an hour. We had moved all the junk to the front porch, but they'll come in and get it, too, possibly for an extra charge. They charge by how much room your stuff takes up in the truck, so the quote and total amount won't be finalized until they're done loading. There's an extra recycling charge for mattresses and box springs, about $15 each, all of the personnel were friendly, including the girl on the phone, and they were upfront about the cost. We will call them again in the future.
