Cannot recommend 2 Brothers highly enough. This was my first time using movers, and they were able to fit us in with only a weeks notice. A great 4 person crew came out to help us move some very heavy furniture. They were prompt and on time, worked super fast (took about 2.5 hours), and everyone was very nice. Thanks again!

Had a great experience with our crew - it was our first time using movers and was dreading moving day, but thanks to the movers it ended up being the smoothest and easiest day of our entire moving process. Getting set up with Grace over the phone was easy then the crew - Ben, Jamall, Alex, and Anthony killed it. Ben was super organized and efficient and did a great job of coordinating the loading and unloading. The guys were beasts and knew how to HUSTLE! We’ve never felt older - watching these guys move around so fast up & down our stairs. They really respected our time more than we do! Definitely professionals, everything went very smoothly. Overall 10/10 experience and would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a mover.

We recently hired 2 Brothers Moving & Delivery and could not be happier with our experience. From the moment I made the appointment with Jamahl, who was very thorough with his questions, I knew I had a made a great choice. On the day of the big move, Drew, Justin and Mello were fantastic to work with. They were prompt, professional, and handled stress very well. Drew was the team captain, and not only did he take great care with his work, he was unflappable and I could tell he's an encouraging leader to his fellow associates. As can be seen, they all did a wonderful job, even tackling this large bed to assemble!

We hired 2 Brothers at the recommendation of our realtor and could not have been more pleased! Matthias, Ethan, and Markus unloaded our U-Pack/ABF trailer that we shipped cross country and did so with the utmost care. They were efficient, punctual, friendly, and honest. The care they took of my possessions and home could only be paralleled by one’s mothers love. They were efficient and fast. There shear strength could have only been matched by Hercules himself. They were Tetris masters. I was in awe. All I can say is that at the end of the move, I wished that Ethan and Tristan were my 2Brothers. Truly an honor.

These guys and gals are sharp, punctual professionals who move all of your belongings like they’re moving their favorite grandmothers stuff. Dylan was our crew lead and he really did an amazing job of leading his crew throughout the day and making sure all of our things were moved carefully and quickly. Case drove the truck like a G and got all of our things from A to B. Markus brought the jams which was highly appreciated. They were all very friendly and it was a pleasure chatting with each of them during the move. Ethan, Myles, Grant, and Dylan were so amazing! They took great care in wrapping all of our wood furniture and our TV. They also were very careful with the oak and glass display cabinet we have. Nothing was damaged or lost in the move, and they did not waste any time. They were very professional, but friendly too. 2 Brothers is such a solid moving company. I've moved many times in the last decade, and they are far and away the best movers I've experienced. The whole team was a joy to work with. Grace was phenomenal to coordinate with, and took plenty of time to answer all of my questions. Her calming and thoughtful presence was much appreciated throughout the process. Our movers were awesome! Trystan, Robert, and Justin were very warm and kind, and took wonderful care of our stuff (we have a fair amount of precious furniture). Watching them work was inspiring, they were very efficient and careful, a hard note to hit. When we remodel soon, I'll be having 2 Brothers over again to help pack away our stuff. I couldn't recommend them more!

We hired 2 Brothers on short notice. Their professional, efficient crew of three arrived and got right to work. They had quite a commute and called before they arrived with an estimated arrival time, and they met that time. Right before they arrived our Realtor contractor had shown up and they were very courteous and accommodating to him as he set up. Two of the crew got right to work while one of them took care of the paperwork. They loaded quickly and we’re on their way. They met me in Portland and our new residence where parking is sparse but they made it workable. My biggest takeaway from the crew that helped us out was how personable they were. In addition to being professional and efficient the handled our possessions as if they were their own. This moving company was recommended by a friend and I am so glad we used them and I will definitely recommend them to others.

I was very happy with the 2 Brothers Moving crew – Kellen, Jackson and Michael – on moving my stuff recently from Portland to my house at the coast. They did a fantastic job including moving a large refrigerator upstairs; that involved taking off the doors and carrying it up a narrow set of stairs then re-assembling it inside. I've used 2 Brothers Moving several times over the years and am never disappointed by them.

Two Brothers packed our home and moved us into storage in Portland. Then moved us out of storage to Arizona the weekend before Thanksgiving WOW! They did an amazing job. Our folks were moving and it was a complex move: stairs, elevators, an abundance of items that needed to be carefully gathered and packed plus many treasured and breakable items. 2Brothers made it look easy, even though it wasn’t! Travis led the crew –Ethan, Rob and Anthony – on the first day and they couldn’t have been better; everything was packed, stacked and prepped for our move the following day. August and Miles joined on the second day and, in sweltering heat, the six of them loaded and unloaded a very packed truck in record time. I had a fantastic experience using this moving service. Kellan, John and Travis showed up right on time and not only finished quicker than expected but paid extreme attention to detail when handing our belongings. We handled a lot of the packing, but some of the big stuff we had couldn’t be fit into boxes. They took it upon themselves to wrap it with materials they brought along with them and everything was delivered to our new location in perfect condition. If I move again in the near future, I will 100% use this service again and will recommend them to anyone that I know is moving.

Greg, Andres and Jackson were professional, efficient and had amazing attitudes even though it was a super hot day to be moving. I was admittedly really stressed about this move but these guys were friendly and polite and took excellent care of all of my items, including some very delicate family heirloom furniture and a couple of (large, heavy and awkward) pieces that they had to hand carry down a 5 story winding staircase. I would definitely recommend 2 Brothers if you are looking for movers not only with brawn but also trustworthiness, strategic thinking and unwavering professionalism. Michael and Travis moved us about a week ago and they did a great job, were friendly and professional. They took very good care of all our stuff and were efficient. They were communicative about where we wanted things to go at our new house to minimize the shuffling and moving furniture around later. Scott who did the scheduling was very thorough in helping me understand the workflow and what to expect. I chose 2 Brothers because of the evidence that they give back to the community (check out their Ministries section of website) and because they appear to be a great place to work - corroborated by our movers, who said that they had good work environment, are paid fairly and offered good health benefits. We paid a lil more than we were prepared to, but would make the same choice again for these merits.

Steven, Matthias and Torrence helped us move our personal items to a rental as we prepare to list our home for sale. They were incredibly professional, respectful, careful and kind. It was a joy to have them in our home. At the beginning of the day, Steven called to let me know they were warming up the truck and would be headed our way soon. He also asked me if there were any supplies we needed that he could bring with them. This was an incredibly thoughtful touch that no other mover has ever offered. While at our home, the crew went out of their way to do everything they could to make our move easier for us, including dismantling our son's rather complicated loft bed. They took special care with everything--doorways were protected with blankets, floors were protected with paper, everything was carefully wrapped. Best of all, these three young men were just amazing humans. As the mother of three sons, two of which are probably their age, I'd be proud to call them my own. Their integrity and kindness is commendable and we can't wait to use them again when our house sells and we get to move the rest of our furniture (hopefully soon!). I'm including a photo of that infamous loft bed all set.up in it's new location without a scratch on it!

As others have said, I can't recommend this company enough. I've used them 3 or 4 times now, have family that also used them, and every one of us has had a positive experience. For this most recent move; we have so much going on that scheduling movers just completely slipped our minds, but I called on Monday and they fit us in within the week, no problem. I'm so grateful that I'm taking time out of all the craziness to write this review! They are professional, personable, and trustworthy. Maybe a little more spendy than the competition but there's absolutely a reason for that. My stress level goes down just knowing they're our movers. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

The crew did an excellent job moving everything, and not a single item was broken. At the new office they had to parallel park the giant moving truck which was quite the feat. There is such a thing as the perfect move. Markus, Ethan, and Jemall were the best moving crew I could have asked for. Markus did a fantastic job as crew leader and wrapped all my furniture with such care. Ethan's cheerful and friendly personality made the moving process much less stressful. He was so patient and took the time to teach Jemall, who was new to the crew, ways to move heavy furniture safely and more efficiently. Jemall was super strong, and I was so impressed with how quickly (and carefully) he could hoist and then carry massive pieces of furniture. I was particularly impressed with how my questions and concerns were met with compassion and understanding. When I asked the team to be extra careful with the old woodwork and floors in my new home, I knew they truly listened. I even heard them remind each other throughout the moving process. The team had several challenges to overcome, including a small, slow, vintage elevator at the initial location and a tricky set of stairs and railing at the final destination. They never complained, and I loved hearing them celebrate with each other when one of them successfully navigated a tricky spot. Their positive attitude was contagious, and the day I spent with this crew was a true pleasure. 10000/10, highly recommend.

Our movers ( Torrence, Adrian, Jackson, and Travis) are my heroes! They were timely, efficient, hardworking, and professional. The team moved our entire townhouse and had completely unloaded at the new place within about 6 hours, which was astonishing. They took excellent care of our possessions (nothing broken, damaged, or lost) and helped wrap fragile items so they would be safe. If anyone had a question during the move (What room do you want this box in? etc.) they made sure to check in, so our unpacking was easy. They put our garage together so tidily we were able to park both cars in it the same day we moved! Two thumbs wayyy up!

The freight elevator wasn't working and they went above and beyond to carry all of our furnature up a flight of stairs. If you are thinking of hiring 2 Brothers to assist you with your move, do it! Update - January 2021: This was my third move with Two Brothers Moving and it was as smooth and painless as a move could be. Same excellent quality of service, professionalism of movers and skill/efficiency I've come to expect from 2 Brothers Moving. The dynamic trio of Vic, Trevor and Steve handled my belongings with care and were great communicators. The attention to detail was above and beyond -- Trevor even offered to remove my surfboard skegs (fins) to avoid the risk of damage in the move, and then carefully replaced them once we reached our destination. I will absolutely use 2 Brothers for any future moves and will request this hard-working team. Two Brothers Moving was recommended to me by multiple friends and colleagues. I'm really grateful for the recommendation -- they were fantastic. Mike, Jose and Logan worked as a well-oiled team to get my family moved quickly and efficiently. They were gregarious, patient, funny, and STRONG workers. I feel like no task was too daunting for them, and I would absolutely request them again. On top of it, they were great with my toddler son, who was fascinated by them and by the whole process. :)

From move on 1/10/23. Rob and Tristyn were fantastic. My wife and I moved cross-country, had everything in a POD in Wilsonville. Getting that delivered to our new address wasn't particularly feasible. 2 Brothers had Rob and Tristyn meet me there, load everything into a truck, then unload again at our place. The guys couldn't have been handier or nicer. Pleasant, great attitudes, and great communication. We got the whole thing done in under 4 hours - including their time getting to the POD and back to the warehouse. Our new place has two flights of stairs as well and they had no issues getting things to the third floor (hope I was helpful!). They were great, would absolutely recommend.

Everyone on the crew that moved us from Vancouver to Bellingham Washington was OUTSTANDING! Travis, Cole, Alex, Jackson, Michael and Grayson did a phenomenal job packing everything up and unloading, even when complications popped up. I did a local move from a house down to an apartment and I really appreciated the professionalism, humor, and great interactions with Ben, Case, Andres, and Mello. The communication was top-notch, and they helped us rearrange a few things at the end when we noticed the placement wasn't quite right for us (moving dressers to other walls, moving a carpet four feet...they did whatever we needed). I will definitely be calling them the next time I move. December 2022: Well, I said I would call them if I moved again, and I did! I worked with Alexia to set up the move over the phone, and had the pleasure of working with Ben again on the move. This time I was going 600 miles away. The crews on both ends were phenomenal! They packed EVERY square inch of the truck and even did a last minute special box for a piece of art my grandmother made. If I move back to the Portland area, I will definitely be giving them a call.....AGAIN! Hire these guys. You won't regret it.

Brandon and Drew were awesome! They helped us move on a rainy day and took extra care to wrap and cover all of our furniture so that nothing got rained on or damaged during transport. I was very skeptical picking a moving company as I had always gone the partial DIY route when it came to moving (getting my own truck and hiring one or two people to help me move.) For example, we have a 7 foot tall 5 foot wide mirror which is very heavy and awkward to move. I've used 2 Brothers for my last three moves and I can't recommend them enough! We were able to book our move pretty last minute (5 days before move) with a smaller than needed crew. We were given expectations that our movers might not be able to bring all of our stuff and may only focus on furniture depending on when they are able to arrive within the arrival window. We were pleasantly surprised when the crew notified us of an early arrival and ultimately were able to bring all of our stuff to the new home. Steven, Tristyn, and Alex were the best! They were efficient, careful, and fun to be around all day. 2 Brothers is slightly more expensive then some of the budget movers, but you pay for the service you get here, which is worry-free, excellent movers, every time! When they arrived at our new house, they again worked quickly and carefully. They moved everything into the rooms I wanted, and even efficiently set up two beds and the home gym equipment, saving us a lot of time. Again, well worth it! Even a few days after our move they were still helping us... I couldn't find a small peg that was needed to secure two parts of a bathroom cabinet, so I contacted Drew and he told me where it was packed and I found it easily. From start to finish, they made it simple, were trustworthy, and even followed all Covid safety protocols too! I HIGHLY recommend this company!

They were efficient and finished well before the time they initially estimated. 2Brothers Moving Company is the best we have had by far! While we haven’t hired movers in the last 5 years, we did move 7 times in our first 6 years in Portland. Yup, true. They wrapped everything with packing blankets taped tightly so as to be effective, taking special care with Grandma’s secretary built in the 1800's and the library table I built. This method also meant the Ikea furniture, which isn’t supposed to survive being moved, and I wondered if it could survive yet another, came through just fine. They weren’t the cheapest, another company might claim that, but the one that charged this much did a terrible job and took forever because they didn’t understand efficient methods. Sheesh. Our crew was Nick (lead), assisted by Mike, Bryton and Benjamin. They were great. Each had a very pleasant manner, didn't spend time checking personal stuff on their handheld devices (yes, that's become so common it deserves mentioning) AND they knew how to move - literally and figuratively !!! I had never used movers before trying out 2 Brothers and my experience was fantastic. Lars and Nathan did a great job; they were fast and efficient, but didn't rush. Everything was properly wrapped and nicely packed into the truck and nothing was damaged in any way. They even handled my incredibly heavy couch moving up and down tight stairwells. I want to first say my life was changed by the commitment this company provided in such short notice. I have never been more compelled to write such a review but it’s worth my time to give credit where due. As promised guys... I will deliver just as you did. My family and I have had more than our share of struggles in and out of our control. One thing that always lingered was our landlord whom considered our stay as a so called “headache”. I had informed my landlord of a faulty water heater which somehow triggered her to get rid of her “aforementioned” tenants within her rights. From that moment, may 25th, we searched for a home by 7/1 that would accommodate us three and our 65lb dog(not easy). The problem was we preparing for our family memorial trip out of the country and that was to take place June 21-29 and was set a year prior. I was told we would get 4-6 months notice but apparently her 17 year old water heater changed her mind. I called a week later asking for an extension basically pleading with her but it was falling on deaf ears. Now I was starting to panic. My wife suffers from a severe medical ailment and stress is not good for her health. After some mulling over we decided last minute to deal with whatever when we got back so that this extensive celebration of her grandfather’s life would not be overshadowed. It amazes me one’s apathy or lack of compassion. The last full day of our trip my wife and I changed our minds to see about a moving company and to at least get our deposit back. I was on the phone for over 5 hours and called 32 places... I was promised by big als moving company over the call center in Dallas that they could move me, so after charging my card, I get a local call that they cannot do it and the call center doesn’t have access to the operations of regions?? So completely stressed out, starting over, divinely my last phone call was to 2 Brothers Moving and had the pleasure of talking to the reassuring and not too over promising Grace. Righteously that’s my 4 year old of a princess’s middle name. I reiterate divine phone call. She really made me feel the best I could in the situation as our last minute signing of a much better suited house wouldn’t be available until 7/2. Grace was very clear these guys should be able to do it and this is the A team. But sadly, we wouldn’t be able to get it unloaded until the following Saturday bc of the high volume season. I stated I’ll take it and figure out how the other component will work. After 35 hours of travel to get home from abroad, we got in at 9pm Saturday 6/29 only to start moving the next morning at 8am. Now insert “4” brothers I would say whom really came through for us. From the moment the surfer dood called me..”Pete” we felt a sensation of comfort. Along with Ethan, Scotty(sp?) and Alex(Mike Conley jr) we were impressed with their professionalism and passion for my family’s dire straits. Every guy had a superior quality and more so a unique characteristic to maximizing our time. I felt compelled to talk with these guys and treat them like saviors cause they were. After seeing our true nature as congenially people, Pete comes up to me and said hey man if I can get some help I would be happy to work my day off and help you. 15 minutes later 3 of the four newly acquired family members were able to do it and truthfully I was absolutely blown away. Now I don’t have to worry about spending all of Monday finding someone to go get it from their Portland warehouse. That literally saved me so much time and money. So thoughtful gentlemen. We will never forget this and will never move without them again. I am in a business where I see hundreds to thousands of people who move residencies and I will forever be indebted to this promote this business and its people. Free advertising on me. They were quite literally running things in and out of the house and wasted no time. I’ve worked with movers who take there sweet time to rack up hours but that was not our experience with 2 Brothers. They were fast, efficient and incredibly nice. Highly recommend!!

Cannot speak more highly about our experience with 2 Brothers moving! We originally had booked our move through a different company as we did not know 2 Brothers offered nationwide shipping. The first company sent a person out to do an estimate that then tried to sell us into using a smaller company that he had a backdoor deal with. After that shady business was over we found our way back to 2 Brothers who had helped us move in Portland previously. The woman that organized our move (Grace) was responsive with any questions we had along the way. Our team led by Zan showed up on time and were swift and efficient with packing. The made sure our valuables were as safe as possible. The entire team were very friendly even with our two small children getting in there way half the time. When Zan showed up in Los Angeles he got all of our things offloaded and rebuilt if needed quickly. Only one item was damaged and it was from a poor packing job on our end. The cost of the move also came in far lower than we expected and much less than most of the other companies we had talked to. Thanks again to Zan and Grace. Moving sucks but they made it much, much easier.

I highly recommend 2 Brothers for any move! This is the third time we have used them and we’re so pleased with the service we’ve received! The first time we hired them was in 2017 for a local move into a rental house after a pipe burst in our home while we were away for the weekend. It was such a stressful time and ALL the folks at 2 Brothers were amazing, kind, courteous, and SO helpful. Then 7 months later we hired them to come back, pack us back up, and moved us back into our home. Our recent experience was moving cross country last month. We decided mid-July to move cross country and needed to be there by end of August. I called Grace at 2 Brothers (I still had her in my contacts) but they were booked so I found a mover on line that I thought was reputable. This company ended up being misleading - and very early on realized I was at the beginning of one of these horrible moving scams you hear about. I luckily made a quick move , called my bank, and got my money back. In a last ditch effort I called 2 Brothers back one more time and luckily they DID have availability!!! Grace was amazing!!! And after the stress that we had just gone through, she was empathetic, professional, and eager to help us make our move happen within a short period of time. She worked with us on pricing, finding ways to lower the cost (asked if we could move on a weekday instead of a weekend, found options to haul our car that was a fraction of a broker, etc). She quickly amassed an amazing team of people with Zan at the lead driving, Braden & Miles W. loading & packing. These guys were incredible. They’re fast and efficient, know what they’re doing, and are so respectful & courteous. Because of their professionalism and positive demeanor, they really put our minds at ease as we knew we were in good hands. Zan called us every day from the road to give us updates on where he was and what his ETA looked like. Once he got here he was actually in a great mood (like happy!;) and had tons of energy to then unload and carry furniture! After driving 3 1/2days cross country! I just can’t say enough good things about him! He’s a REAL GEM - sweet, happy, focused, professional, and just an overall nice person! As are ALL the employees we’ve had the fortune to encounter at 2 Brothers! And I have to make a big shout out to Grace for coordinating it all and making it happen! She is AMAZING!!!

Exceeded expectations! We had a move on Monday 9/20. Josh called that morning to let me know they were on the way and when to expect arrival. They showed up right on time and immediately got to work. Josh, Steven and Ripley moved all of my 2 bedroom apartment on the 5th floor down the elevator and into the truck in 2 hours. One part of our sectional couch was especially difficult to get into the elevator. I would have broke the elevator if I moved it myself but the team had no issue packing it down the stairs instead. From the 5th floor! The house we moved to has a tricky driveway that a large truck would have difficulty getting down. Just in case they sent a Sprinter van to shuttle my items down the driveway if the truck couldn’t make it. I really like how the problem was addressed before it would have occurred. Regardless, Steven got the truck down the driveway with no issue. Unloading was quick. Carpets were put down at every entrance to not track in dirt. The team ran back to the truck each time items were placed into the rooms. Seriously! What was expected to be a 6 hour job only took 4 hours. The team was friendly, attentive and even asked if we wanted anything moved around once all items were in the rooms. This is my 2nd time working with 2 Brothers. 1st time was amazing and this 2nd time was just as good if not better. We went from an Apt to a Townhome and now a Townhome to a full house. From Jamahl coordinating the move (which went tremendously smooth) to the moving crew: Martin, Enzi, Mason and Michael, the experience couldn't have been better. The crew was able to get in and get us out quickly without any major issues. They were also very understanding and patient with our toddler running around as well. Michael was a great spokesperson for the team, Enzi was a master with the truck (and dealing with my HOA!) and savant with moving spaces, and Martin & Mason were wizzes at getting the things moved. Martin, Griffin and Brandon were fantastic and I would not hesitate to work with 2 Bros or this crew again. They were patient and courteous, and worked hard for nearly 8 hours to get all of our belongings into our new home, which had a super challenging sloped driveway, as well as lots of stairs. I can only speak highly of the wonderful team at 2 Brothers. From Grace who helped schedule our move to Ben, Malachi, Zan, and Christian who did the hard work of trekking our stuff across town, everyone was a delight to work with. Being a fairly stereotypical Portland hipster, I have a sizable (and frankly far too heavy) vinyl collection. I was pretty nervous about handing the records over to strangers as I've lost records in previous moves. I'm beyond happy to say that the team was able to quickly and very carefully get them from our old place and up the two flights of stairs to our new place across town without a scratch. I'm so grateful we were able to work with 4 really positive, considerate, and professional movers on the day of our move. Moving is always stressful, but there wasn't a problem they couldn't solve nor unwieldy office chairs they couldn't manage. When we move again, and god I hope that's not soon, I'll at least be able to look forward to working with 2 Brothers again.

Now that I’ve moved with 2Brothers, I can’t imagine working with anyone else. They took tremendous care to ensure all of my belongings arrived safely and securely. Miles W., Jonathan, Ripley and Zan took care of our in town move last Sunday. They arrived within the 1 hour window arranged, and Zan even called a bit ahead of time to help make sure we'd be ready. I decided to use 2 Brothers Moving for a residential move at the suggestion of a friend and I'm so glad that I did. My initial call to setup the move about a month ahead of time was smooth and they were in communication leading up to the move to make sure things were still on. The day of the move John, Dusty, and Brandon arrived right on time and made quick work of emptying out our apartment. They were fast, friendly, and treated all of our belongings very well. There was a small flight of stairs that we had hoped they might be able to skip with the ramp out of the back of the truck, but our driveway is oddly shaped and they weren't able to get the truck close enough. This lead to a bunch of extra steps every trip and they had zero complaints about it. When they got to the new house they unloaded the truck even more quickly and they took extra care to not bang up any of the walls despite some tight squeezes. From start to finish they were able to complete the cross-town move in only 4 hours. I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use 2 Brothers for any future moving needs that I had. 2020 Review After my great experience in 2018, I hired 2 Brothers again to move to a new home. Once again, the team (Devin, Drew, and Terry) exceeded my expectations. Everyone was great with masks and distancing. I appreciate that they always pad and wrap all the furniture (even cheap stuff 😉), to ensure it's not damaged. Not a job I could have done myself, for sure. The team leader, Devin, was helpful and communicative throughout the move and answered questions I had easily. I moved from a two-story home to a single story with basement and external stairs. The person I spoke with earlier in the week mentioned that they're always sure to communicate to polite people that we can & should ask the crew to arrange the furniture as we see fit. How funny and thoughtful. They sure know their market in Portland! 🤣🤣 -- 2018 Review Alex B., Jeremy, and Jacob were total pros. This was a difficult move, with twice as many boxes than we originally estimated. The apartment we were moving from had external stairs and a lot of tight corners. In addition, our cats were scared and yowling, which was stressful for everyone. Despite all this, the team got it done within time. They were cheerful and professional; we couldn't ask for more.

2 Brothers Moving is great and hiring their services is definitely worth it! Adrian and Chase helped us unload our U-Haul Truck on 11/12/2015. I made the appointment the week before, and Jake, the man I spoke with on the phone, was friendly and professional. We discussed the details of the unloading location and our expectations, and their rates and policies were clearly communicated. Their rates are somewhat less than other moving companies in town, but this is probably because they start and end their clock when they leave and return to their shop. That is something to consider before hiring them, but they tell you that clearly up front so it's not a surprise. Adrian called 45 minutes ahead of the appointment to confirm we would be ready for them. Adrian and Chase showed up on time and were also friendly and professional. Most importantly, they worked quickly and efficiently to finish unload our truck and move everything into our condo with no damage done in just about one hour. Including their travel time, we were spot on the for the two hour minimum. Both movers would run back to our truck to get the next load of stuff out! There was absolutely no dawdling or otherwise trying to stretch out the unload time to charge us more. 2 Brothers Moving is great, and I would not hesitate to hire them again! Update 10/25/2018: We hired 2 Brothers for help with another in-town move, and had another great experience with them. Pete, Ethan D., and Tyler were fantastic, friendly, and professional in their handling of our furniture. They worked quickly yet still used care in everything they did. Another nice touch: a handwritten “welcome to your new home” card in the mail a few days after the move. 2 Brothers is 2/2 for great move experiences.

I couldn't be happier with our move. Matthias, Tristyn, Jackson and Andres were the hardest working most polite men I've ever hired to work in my house. We moved into a temporary housing until our new house is built. There was a miscommunication on the amount of stuff we had to move. (That was my mistake) instead of telling us they couldn't move the items in our garage, they called the office to get permission to add another worker and to work past 5:00. They were able to make two trips and got all of our stuff moved in! Both houses are older homes with very narrow stairwells. These guys never got flustered and knew exactly how to maneuver large heavy pieces of furniture. I will be calling Two Brothers this week to reserve this crew to move us to our new home in September.

John D., Dusty, and Brandon T. were fantastic young men who took care of our entire house. They were really great about getting all of our stuff into an older home in the city (smaller doorways and tight turns). We wanted the old fridge removed and our new one installed and Dusty kicked butt by disconnecting and reconnecting the water supply lines between the fridges. My partner and I were combining two apartments and moving to a house with the most narrow staircase you've ever seen. They were friendly, professional, and thorough. I appreciated them wrapping up furniture items so they don't get scratched during the move. We had some parking challenges with this particular move (par for the course with a move in the city), but the crew navigated those professionally and saw everything through. Update: I have now used two brothers a second time for a much larger, more complicated move and again I am so glad. My previous movers (Primetime Movers) cancelled on me on Friday - SAME DAY of my planned move via TEXT - with no recourse except to say they would refund my deposit! Awful! Recently moved to Oregon and most of our things were stored in three 16' PODS containers in Portland. PODS does not deliver their containers to the coastal region where we eventually bought our new home near Surf Pines while renting in Hillsboro. Hired 2 Brothers Moving and a 6 man crew loaded 2 large trucks in about 3 1/2 hours, and the next day a 5 man crew drove our stuff to our new home. The crew arrived at both locations on time and they were clean cut, young and energetic. They worked under the direction of Steven who displayed strong leadership skills, and I believe Zan was like 2nd in charge as they all worked well together in a fast coordinated fashion as every crew member hustled to get the job done. They were careful to protect furniture, delicate items, and our home for the move as they completed the entire job in less time than estimated bringing the overall cost down considerably from the original verbal quote provided to me. When Steven, who is very well spoken, presented the final bill to me, the breakdown of hours and overall charges was very clear & concise. I've hired movers several times in my life and these guys are the only ones that I would (and have) hired twice. Travis, Jordan, and Alex arrived on time and prepared to work. They cheerfully moved from a 3 story house to a 3 story townhouse and didn't complain once about the stairs, the convertible sofa on the third floor or anything else. They wrapped everything well in moving blankets and plastic wrap and nothing was damaged. They did it quickly too -- 5 hours and a lot of stairs! I highly recommend these 2 Brothers.

I recently had the guys at 2 Brothers move me. My team of Martin, Alex B. and Ben were so good that when my new place was ready, I asked for them again. I would highly recommend 2Brothers. This is my second time using 2 Brothers Moving, and they are great! Just used them for some in town moves as I relocated from apartments after my leases were done. The scheduling process was super easy and they were very flexible to meet my time constraints. On moving day, Lars called me first thing in the morning and let me know they were on their way, as was promised by the scheduler I spoke with. Once he arrived I was introduced to Nicholas & Josh who were also going to help with the move. All three of them were very professional, nice guys and took great care with all my furniture and equipment. They knew exactly what they were doing and moved things super quick. I used to work at an auction house with a plethora or moving companies coming through, so I've seen my fare share of lazy, incompetent, and rude movers(especially as a mid-twenties female). These guys were the epitome of what a moving company should be- efficient, hard-working, and kind workers that treated me with the utmost respect. I had a majority of my own boxes packed to the best of my ability, but anything that I hadn't thought to prep for (mattress bag, mirror covers, etc.) they were ready and handled the items like a pro. I was in particular nervous about my rather large couch fitting around a tight corner in the new apartment, but Mason and Drew handled everything like a champ. Hiring local was probably the best decision I made. They knew exactly which roads could be taken, and they had experience in my buildings, so they already knew (before I even did) what was at their disposal. They were respectful not only of me, but of the building- Mason wiped his shoes every time he entered the building (which was a lot), all while being careful to not block the street with the truck, and Drew worked to communicate not only with me, but with the building manager. Also, these guys HUSTLED. I don't think I saw them walk or carry a load less than three boxes once. Their prices are incredibly fair, and you can bet we'll be hiring them for our next move.

I can not speak highly enough of 2 Brother Moving. I called them on Thursday, and was able to schedule a move for the following Monday without any issues, or concerns. I recently had surgery, prevented me from being able to lift/move anything greater than 10lbs, so being able to have 2 Brothers ready to help me move, was of great relief. If you ask any of my friends, I was panicking for a few days prior to their arrival about small things, where would they park (I live in downtown Portland), would they be able to handle my enormous couch through the narrow halls of my apartment, do I need to do anything more to prepare for the move, etc. I have never used a moving company before, and had no idea what to expect. When Elijah and Jeremy arrived (on time) on Monday morning, the stress of moving was instantly gone. Their professionalism, knowledge, and communication with me was beyond anything I could have asked for. They were able to quickly move the boxes I had packed, along with my furniture, and were very careful in wrapping each item, and getting things out the door, almost immediately. The entire move, from downtown Portland, to downtown Vancouver, took about 3.5 hours, which is exactly what I had in mind. 2 Brothers' pricing seems fair, competitive, and beyond all else, worth every penny. When/if I decide to move again, I will be using 2 Brothers again, without any hesitation!

My two prior moves had been increasingly pleasant with each separate company. The first was exceedingly cheap, but the service was terrible and they damaged or destroyed several pieces of furniture (do NOT use Bellhop). The second company was expensive, but the service was quick and professional (however, they scuffed a bed frame and forgot our BBQ outside the storage unit). 2 Brothers was not only slight less expensive than the last mover, but also hands down the most professional, experienced, quick, and careful. Not a single item was damaged. I will continue to use 2 Brothers for all my future moves.

Judd, Alex, and Weylan went completely above and beyond to make our move quick and painless. Tedd did an awesome job helping me schedule and walk through the options. I've never hired movers before and was surprised on moving day at the things that they were equipped to take – our big tv, heavy furniture, and delicate items were no problem at all. Everything arrived safely and the guys were great about checking in to make sure things ended up where they were supposed to. They were even kind enough to move an ungainly piece for a second time when I mentioned it wasn't in my ideal location. All three were kind, professional, and fun, and absolutely put me to shame lifting heavy stuff up and down stairs. Money extremely well spent!

We have used 2 Brothers Moving four times since August 2016 as we sold a home, moved into an apartment while house hunting and then moved into a house as well as moving in and out of storage units. Loved Two Brothers! They came on time. They found a way to access a very inaccessible driveway so that loading the truck would be easier. They were speedy, but careful with my possessions. They helped me take apart and put together my couch so it could be moved. They even had a good suggestion on where to place an entry table at my new apartment. Finally they were flexible enough to put up with my indecision about whether to store certain belongings in a garage near the apartment so that they made two trips to the garage instead of one. I've used 2 Brothers for 2 previous moves, so when I was preparing to move yet again, I knew who I would call. They really make it easy and stress free which is important during a move because the last thing you need is more stress. At the start, I spoke with Grace who was prepared to do an overall inventory of what would be moved. I surprised her with an inventory via email because I knew that they would want it. By the end of our call, I was left with the feeling that I would be well taken care of. On moving day, I got a call from the moving team (Vic, Trevor, and Juan) letting me know that they would arrive in approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival, they did a visual inspection of what was being moved and after signing paperwork, they got to it. Vic, Trevor, and Juan were a hard working team and I'm really glad that they were there. They were polite, friendly, and took good care of the house I was moving out of (and into) as well as handling my boxes and furniture with care. Throughout the entire move, they were communicative and if they needed clarification on something, they weren't afraid to ask. At the end of the day, I was sorry to see Vic, Trevor, and Juan leave. It was nice to share conversation with people other than my co-workers via Zoom. They were even nice enough to invite me to go to lunch with them during their 30 minute break between the initial pack-up and final unload. A couple days after the move, I got a text from Grace asking me to rate the move on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best). I told her that I rated the move 11 (because my scale goes to 11). This moving team was the best I've experienced to date. And I hope that I never have to move again, but if I do, I will certainly call 2 Brothers to help. One minor note: the online ticketing system is a little wonky. I tried it out and it wasn't the best experience for me. There was some back and forth with tickets being closed/re-opened and I just ended up calling the office. For what it's worth, I would skip the online ticketing system and just call the office. When you speak to the folks in the office, they will certainly take care of you.

The only thing I will say is that I would set aside a little bit more money than you would expect since it did end up costing more than I originally planned. Tristyn , Matthias, Miles, and La’Dawness we’re amazing!! They were extremely organized, hard-working, and professional, and Tristyn as the team lead was communicative and fun to work with. The team took great care of all of our precious possessions as well as the junk we made them move from one house to another! We had a tricky job, picking up items from two houses to move to a new house. We are two adults and two kids who all have trouble getting rid of things so there was a LOT to move and it was a long day. The team filled the truck to capacity and then emptied it again - including a refrigerator that ended up not fitting down the stairs, my grandparents’ hutch that they DID fit down the stairs (one of the most impressive physics feats I’ve ever seen!), way too many crates of Legos, and upwards of 50 boxes of heavy books that had to be passed up a spiral staircase. And I haven’t mentioned yet that it was 100 degrees in Portland that day! Everyone on the team had a great attitude, despite the number of times we sent them up and down stairs with heavy items. They were worth every penny.

Our job was small compared to a whole house move. But to us, moving two loveseats was a big deal, and it needed to be done timely. Grace, Juan, Devante, and Aiden made it happen, and we couldn't be happier. Last week I'd contacted another local mover, and they would not consider scheduling our move; I was told, "it has to be a whole house move; we don't move just two loveseats." I then reached out to 2 Brothers, and Grace and I started a chat conversation about my moving project. Within a few minutes, we had a date and time for the move on Monday, Feb. 8th. We even received a reminder phone call from Grace the Friday before. On Monday, as promised, the movers called ahead of their scheduled arrival and let us know they were on their way. Juan, Devante, and Aiden were ready to start the move the moment I opened the door. I was impressed with their care with our flooring and carpets by using runners to keep the carpet clean. They wrapped the sofa pieces in pads and plastic, and they were very organized and coordinated. Juan explained the paperwork, and everything was loaded and ready to go. On the way to the move to address, I watched how skillfully Devante drove the large moving van through some narrow streets and tight turns. He's a safe and skilled driver. I was impressed with his skill at backing down our 200 yard-long driveway. I also noticed how Juan and Devante were coaching and training Aiden; I'm assuming he is a new hire at 2 Brothers. They talked about safety, were always in communication with each other. They're a great team of movers. Yes, our job was small, but 2 Brothers treated us like we were one of their biggest customers. Yes, we will recommend 2 Brothers, and yes, we'll reach out to them in the future for help with another moving project. Thanks, 2 Brothers, for your help.

I had a great experience with 2 Brothers Moving on 2/28/14. I've never used professional movers before because of the horror stories I've heard about careless movers breaking things, but this time I just had too much stuff to reasonably move on my own. Thankfully, my move went very well. My movers, Sean and Zac, were very careful and respectful of my things. They also didn't work slowly to try and pad the per-hour moving costs -- we moved out of my 2-bedroom apartment in about an hour and we were moved in to my new place in another hour. Overall my move went great. Hopefully I won't be moving again any time soon (because I'm bloody sick of moving), but if I do I'll definitely use these guys again. Edit: I used 2 Brothers again for another move on 1/16/2018 and it went just as well as the first time. My movers this time were Michael, Nick, and Ryan and all three were again very respectful of my things.

2 Brothers Moving was one of the best decisions we made when moving from the Portland area to New Mexico. When I called to get info and a quote, Lars was super helpful and thorough. We talked about a couple of different options to help save some money, which I really appreciated, and he came out to give a more specific estimate of costs. On moving day, Ryan, Isaac and Jo came in and immediately got to work. They were all very professional and worked extremely fast but with care. Everything was packed up and loaded on to the truck a lot sooner than I expected. Alex H. drove our truck down to NM and the unload went equally smoothly. He never got annoyed when I asked for furniture to be moved around multiple times and made sure everything was assembled and set up the way we wanted. The crew (Brandon, Martin and Austin) did a top-notch job packing our belongings and loading the trucks over the course of 2 days. They showed up on time and worked diligently to get everything safely on the truck, on schedule. They were very professional and friendly, and made the inherent stress of moving a home much more manageable to me and my family. The trucks arrived the next day at the destination, on schedule, and all items were unloaded and beds re-assembled in under 4 hours. Thanks to Nicole for the assist in the unload. The final cost was a bit less than expected, and as far as we know all items arrived intact. We would not hesitate to recommend 2Brothers to anyone looking to move homes. Thank you very much!

Utterly fantastic. I've moved in town several times and cross-country a few times, and 2 Brothers is the best moving company I've dealt with. Ever. They were so good the first time (moving from an apartment) that I didn't even hesitate to call 'em a second time to move some furniture from a friend's place. And I'm definitely calling them again a third time when I move into an ADU a couple months from now. Scheduling the movers was quick and thorough, plus they confirmed the appointment well ahead of time. Plus, they provided a one-hour window for arrival. The movers (Martin and Ethan) showed up right on time - and took care to call 20 minutes prior to arriving. They worked quickly, efficiently, and carefully. Same for the movers the second time (Adrian and Elijah). And the price was competitive and reasonable. I don't think you could expect more from a moving company.

Great service from start to finish! I originally contacted them through the chat on their website and got the answers I was looking for and was able to immediately book my move. Then Nick and Ryan showed up on moving day and they were SO great! They called when they were on the way, took great care with all of my things and best of all - they worked quickly! We are so glad that 2 Brothers was referred to us! We ended up doing a cross-state move where the house hunting took longer than usual, and they were so helpful and gracious about the whole thing. While packing our things they were very careful, and packaged everything quite safely and securely. 2 Brothers also stored our things while we were house hunting, which was so useful...we had been worried about what we would do with our stuff when the Portland house sold faster than anticipated. But every part of the process was easy and pleasant. Grace at the office is a rockstar, and spent so much time helping us plan our move date. We appreciate the fact that she was super efficient, and very transparent about costs etc. When the day of the move came, Brian, Gunnar, and Brandon were spectacular. Very polite, efficient, and careful with our things. They even managed to get our couch into the downstairs den when we genuinely didn’t think it would fit. It was amazing! This was my first time using 2 Brothers moving. Ethan and Lindsay were great. They were very friendly and made it feel like I was getting help from 2 friends rather than a moving company. Everything went very smoothly and if I was to review the company just based on those two, I would have given 5 stars! The reason I only gave 4 stars is the price. I left a deposit and was told that it would probably be enough to cover most of the moving time. Unfortunately I was scheduled between 8:30 and 9:30am so lucky me, I got to pay for them to sit in traffic. The move ended costing almost double what I was quoted, mostly because of drive times! Make sure you keep that in mind when booking. Other than that, the team that came out were the nicest movers I've ever dealt with.

This review is months overdue. Ray, Cameron and Ben from 2 Brothers helped us move this summer. It's the first time I used a moving company and we'll never go back. They were AMAZING. We had a few friends come out and carry things out to the truck and left the 2 Brothers crew to bring out the furniture and load it. Allowed us to focus on last minute packing and cleaning. :) Even though there are a lot of guidelines as to how to work with them they were easy going and very kind when it came down to it. All in all a very smooth and professional operation. Highly recommended!!!!

Alex and Thomas (I believe their names are?) we’re right on time Sunday morning. They were quick and effective. We were able to go relax, grab breakfast, and meet them at the new place where they promptly unloaded. All our items were safely and carefully delivered; nothing broken which has been the case in other moves. So kind and kept us updated throughout the move. Very professional team! Everything with the move was great. They were on time and efficient. Devante, Andrew and Steven were very friendly and offered to do the extra work to make sure things were properly protected. Tedd was also awesome at getting my appointment and estimate setup quickly. The only compliant I might have had is the cost for the final move was a bit higher than I expected but it was worth it to have it in such good hands.

I never knew that moving could be so much fun--and I have been in escrow and moving homes at least ten times in life. The 2Brothers moving team was Adrien, Jamal, Brighton, Alex C., Malcolm and Ethan. They arrived with camaraderie and a serious, purposeful spirit. Within minutes, they had the doors and hall wall corners protected and were wrapping the furniture and pictures for moving. The house was empty and their truck packed in two hours. Two hours later, they were furnishing our new home from the former house. They had personal strength and technique that was astounding to me. Throughout this process, the team was cheerful, hustling, and willing and eager to take direction about placement of objects. They were safety and quality conscious throughout.
