Kayla, is wonderful to talk to! She is very pleasant. She is the 3 person i have seen at this location and it would be nice to see her face on a consistent basis. She was very helpful. My husband usually comes in and takes care of everything so i didn't have any information on offering my bill and hefting in the gate and she helped me with no problem.

I was able to find the size of unit I needed online and reserve it. I got a call from the manager, Christine, within about 15 minutes to confirm. I went in a few hours later and another manager was there, Kayla, and she was professional and very nice. She showed me the unit and help me finish the rental agreement (all on a tablet - VERY easy) and took my first payment. I was very pleased with the professionalism and the state of the facilities. Very clean. Property has been updated recently. Therefore they also updated their computer system and it caused a few hick ups when I needed to transfer to a bigger storage unit and later on when I needed to close out a unit. But they were very helpful and patient to figure out the mistake their system made. Especially Kayla, who I dealt with the most every time I went in. She was very helpful and good at resolving problems. Extremely patient and considerate of others. If she needed help she did not hesitate to call her manager. Also she would always greet me with a big smile. She's very personable. I have never seen her being unfriendly and I've been going there every month to pay my storage unit which I had now for a while.

Wow. The customer service at a place where you would think you didn't need customer service was outstanding. Anna and the girls who were training...She (and they) looked out for me in a very big way and guided me through an upgrade to my current storage unit and she did it in a way that I know she was looking out for me. I just vacated my storage unit after storing my belongings for 6 months. I must say the overall experience was great! The facility is kept very clean and secured. The online account/payment system was very user-friendly and made paying my bill super easy. The office staff has always been very helpful and polite any time I've had interactions with them. Kayla especially went above and beyond when helping me determine what size of unit I would need and explaining policies and procedures to me. If I ever need storage in the future, I know where I'll be going!

I needed a spot for a couple months, while I tried to coordinate two different moves, and Anna was friendly, professional and very helpful.... treated me like I was buying the locker, rather than renting for a couple pay cycles, and that was even with the $1 first month. The $1 first month offer is misleading because so many extra fees and expenses are added, but that is a corporate issue that the employees have no control over. The terrific girls in the office made the unexpected charges a bit more palatable. Overall a good experience.

Haley the manager is the best! We needed a parking space asap and it seemed as though every place we called was sold out of secure parking in all of Ahwatukee. I stopped by the Public Storage location on East Chandler Blvd just to check one more time and I was fortunate enough to meet Haley. She was so sweet and informed me that space had just opened up and at this location and I could have it. What a life saver! They didn't even bat an eye at my constant no-shows due to the whole annoying moving process. Christina from the Public Storage on Ray Rd. had suggested this location to me and advised that it would better fit my needs. Once I had arrived I was greeted by Anna who had already spoke with Christina and knew exactly what I needed. Anna had everything ready to go all while training a new employee by the name of Ali who I wouldn't have even known was in training if I hadn't been told. Bottom line the customer service is awesome.

A few weeks back we needed a larger space for our growing business. We store a lot of items for about 8 months and wanted a safe, clean and practical space. My friend came across this location when he was just looking for a parking spot. Thank you Haylee and Gavin for your fantastic service! Let me tell you, I came into Public Storage not knowing a single thing about it. I was welcomed into the store by a gentlemen named Ben. Not only did he make me feel welcomed and wanted in the store, he went above and beyond to get to know me and talk to me about what I needed. He was beyond respectful and made sure I had knew everything I needed to know. Overall I was very impressed with the Public Storage on Chandler Blvd. It is just two blocks from where I live, great location! The prices were good, and the online website was very well designed and easy to use. Anna at the facility was extremely courteous and helpful, a very professional lady, and I would definitely recommend the place to my friends. It appears very clean, safe, and well run. I was calculating the pricing for my unit, and wasn't told until the last minute about taxes and required insurance, which raised the cost. I felt this should have been relayed from the start. But other than that excellent service was provided.

The best storage place in Ahwatukee hands down! We love the convenient, clean and safe location of this Public Storage. We must not be alone because we were put on a waiting list for a larger unit. When one became available, Kayla, the incredible manager, contacted us iimmediately and was very helpful in getting us in. It's super easy to get things in and out of units with the carts they provide and employees truly know what customer service is! I was impressed to see that some people even rent multiple units. I stopped by this location in preparation for moving here from Michigan (as soon as the weather permits, which looks like it could be summer at this rate) but hopefully by late April. The manager, Lynn, showed me the units I was interested in and explained the capacity of them, asked about the amount I would have stored, and made a suggestion for the size I'll need. She was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions, or as many as I could think of at the time. I'm looking forward to my move and will be using this location to store household goods until we buy a house in this area. I appreciate Lynn's help and would recommend her and this location.

I am so impressed with the way this storage facility is run. I just rented here about 6 weeks ago. I arrived at my unit yesterday (Dec. 2nd 13') to remove a few items. One problem....My lock was jammed. Lynn came out to my unit with me to try and free it up. We had no luck. She gave me a new lock to secure it so that her District Manager would be out to cut my old lock off for me. He said it may be a few days, I was bummed. I got a call today Dec. 3rd from Lynn. Her District Manager had been out and rushed my lock cut so I could have access to my things. What a great way to take care of your customers! I am very grateful for all the help. Thank you Lynn! I never got her District Managers name, THANK YOU SIR! (She said it was a man) Very impressed. Anyone looking to rent? I would recommend these guys anyday!

It all started on the late morning of April 11th, 2015. I needed a place to store a few larger items while I prepared myself for the home buying/ renting process soon to come. Naturally, being the "youngin" that is only 21 years of age, I search online first for any storage units in my area. A large number of places came up but as my extensive search was nearing an end, I found what I could only imagine as impossible. The special offer for a $1 first month lease followed by exceptionally inexpensive payment plan after had absolutely crushed the competition. Immediately I called the number on screen to reserve my own storage unit and shortly after speaking with the property manager I found myself on my way to see this unit for myself. Overwhelmed, scared, anxious, only to name a few of the feelings I had as a first time storage tenet but upon arrival, everything seemed to have melted away as I was greeted with the world class customer service and warm, genuine smiles of Anna and Chelsea. The friendliness and knowledge of the staff quelled any second thought or doubt I had about this place. The signing process and last steps went by like a gentle breeze, soothing and stress free. I loved my experience with Public Storage and would highly recommend it to any one and every one.

I moved all of my items in in late 2009 and removed them 2013. I ran into few problems there while using the facility execept the company consistently raised my rates after several years I don't understand why a good paying customer gets their rates raised like that. The game is; the longer you store it, the more they will charge. Instead if giving the long term patrons a break. oving out went very easily. Tracy did a great job if staying up on how it was coming, and she was a professional, courteous, and had a wonderful personality. Thanks to her for making the day go by so smoothly and pleasantly. Onsite people are great, Ana will take care of you, but corporate will not. They have corporate policy to bait and switch with rental pricing. They will absolutely raise your rates after 6 months and continue to so at every opportunity. Most of the safety/security lights at the complex have been broken for over a year.
