This is the second time we have used these fellows to move us in a year. They were great! They were extremely careful with our furniture and boxes of items. They wrapped everything carefully and were very cautious with the walls in our brand new home. Unfortunately our king size bed wouldn't fit through the doorway so they had to take it apart. They reassembled it at the new place with no problems and no complaining! Even better, they stopped at Goodwill on the way to our new place so that we could drop off many items as charity donations. I would definitely recommend this moving company for your next move!

We had a wonderful experience with muscular men Movers . Nick and TJ were so very professional. As promised, they let me know before they were coming. This move required an extra stop (A total of three stops) Ans they really hustled to get to the first, second and third stops. Finally to move into our new townhouse This Is our third time using Muscular Men Movers and I would highly recommend them whenever any move small or large is needed 💜. Great guys !

The team we had was amazing in every way. They were on time, efficient and very friendly. We have lived in our house for over 20 years and the guys were careful with all our possessions. Our team was- Seau, Felipe, Perry, Josh, Terrus. Arrived at 9 am done at 2 pm. Almost 4000 sq foot house!! I highly recommend this company.

What a great experience! I dreaded hiring a moving company for our cross country move, but Muscular Moving Men exceeded all expectations. They were up front about their costs, which were quite reasonable and able to accommodate numerous changes to our moving plans. The crews that came out to pack and load us were efficient, hardworking and easy to work with. Raul, Anthony, Kaelin, Tyler and Geo worked well together and worked well with us. We're sure our driver Mike will be just as great at our new home.

Sometimes I think I purposely plan a move just to have an excuse to work with this business. I have worked with them several times in Arizona. It is always a pleasure! They move fast but considerately, treating all items like they are personal to them. This last move took longer than expected; which I was fine with. There were more items to move than with previous times. The guys felt it was taking too long. I started with 3 guys and they updated to 6 guys, this was a great surprise to me. They were just in the area, were available to help at the time and wanted to get the job done. Team work in living color! Truly an example of the ethics, morals, and integrity they stand by. Looking forward to my next move hopefully in my new house 😁🙏🏻

From the get go they were responsive and patient. I didn't have a date when the move would actually happen, and I made several changes once a date had been decided upon. The were responsive and accommodating to my new requests. I did not do any comparing of different companies as they came to me highly recommended. They arrived when they said, worked hard, packed everything up and got it loaded. They cleaned up afterwards. The staff at the house was personable and helpful and worked efficiently. They will deliver it all when we arrive at our new home in northern CA next month. I highly recommend this company..... a halo apiece to everyone I had contact with! They were just average all around. Couple big problems: misquoted by 50%! Ended up being $9k instead of $6k. Only broke one thing, a desk. Although I thought I had opted for the higher insurance they only gave me $50 for the broken desk. The packing was good. But putting things in rooms was a bit of a mess. Plus they overcharged at the end of each day while one person calculated the hours (everyone else sat around). They busted up our wall backing out. Will try someone else in the future if needed.

I normally would move myself since I own a truck but I injured my foot and was unable to lift heavy items. MMM from the start to the finish were professional, easy to work with, prompt in communication and arrival, and friendly. Moving costs are expensive which is why I prefer to do it myself. However if I had the need to hire a moving company, I would call them again. Well worth the money.

I worked with Brian, Filipe , and Brandon on my moving day in the Arcadia area, and had the BEST experience. The team was so friendly, punctual, and communicative. They disassembled large furniture like my bed, and carefully wrapped other items like my dresser and couch so that they would not be damaged during transportation. They had estimated the entire move would take 5 hours, but the guys did it in 2.5!!! I also love that I wasn't billed hourly, so it incentivized them to work faster. The team even gave me a call a few days later to see if there was anything they could have done differently. They had forgot to put together a part on my bed, and when I mentioned that, they sent out two workers from their team to put it back together for me that afternoon. I was so impressed with the service! Thanks again.

This moving company gets it! We moved out of a 2 bedroom 2 bath on the second floor of an apartment complex located at Ray & 101 into a 3 bedroom house out in Gilbert and the 202 (east valley). We can't thank you enough for making our move stress free. My movers showed up on time and not to mention provided great customer service! I appreciated them providing me a couple boxes for a few things they noticed I had yet to pack up. They were efficient and were clean. I was extremely happy with the way these two gentleman took care of my items as it was there own. The gentleman that showed up to my place did a great job of properly prepping my furniture and ensuring they did not damage my walls or valuables at either of my locations. We sold our home after two hours on the first day of our Open House. The buyer wanted to close in 10 days. Muscular Moving Men was there for us. They packed, moved, and stored our entire household within two days and our home closing was on time. We had the "A-Team" move us out of our beautiful home. Their work ethic and standards are extremely high - as evidenced by the work of the Men that made our move - dare I say - "enjoyable"! Each of the men were very personable and professional. I've used Muscular Moving Men three times now and I've always received top-quality service. On my recent move, the team showed up on a time, were friendly, and worked so efficiently that I ended up saving money toward my quote. They even dismantled my large bed and reassembled at the new place. My living room furniture is pretty heavy and was complicated getting through the new place's door, but the team managed to move them without hesitation. I highly recommend them for any move, large or small.

The office staff and schedulers were very responsive and helpful. Though my delivery date was pushed out several times, they let me know right away and always gave me answers. Cedric in the office is fantastic. Reggie was my driver. He was also responsive, kind and did a great job with my delivery. I do not think one person should be responsible for a 2500 lb move though. It’s not fair to him to drive 13 hours and then unload an entire semi alone. The person I spoke to a few days before my delivery told me it would be a whole team so I felt pretty bad Reggie was stuck doing it solo.

After struggling to find movers on short notice, I found Muscular Moving Men through a google search. I called and spoke with Chris. During our phone call, we walked room by room through my house with each item that would need to be moved. With that, he gave me a quote that was accurate. The customer service was impeccable from the start. Prior to moving day, they communicated to confirm when they would arrive. On the day off, they gave me a call with how far out they were. All three guys were professional, hardworking and even assisted with rearranging my son’s room to ensure everything fit in there how he wanted it. I know it’s hard to find those you trust you move your possessions so I wanted to get this review out there. I highly recommend them and will be hiring them again when I move next year!

The overall experience of our move was well handled by Muscular Moving Men and Storage. The crew arrived within the provided time window. They were courteous during the loading and unloading process. The total costs, which involved very few packing and boxing fees as we had done much of this prior to their arrival, seemed a bit high, but was competitive nonetheless. Unfortunately, there were a few items damaged during the move; however, this was swiftly handled by the office. While the amount dispersed for the damaged items was nowhere near their value, it was better than nothing. I would recommend this company to others.

We Have used muscular moving man for two other moves and never had a problem. The crew we had last week were professional and polite. The biggest issue we had with this move is the truck we had was not big enough to hold all of our stuff. This resulted in us having to make the 70 mile drive 7 times to get the rest of our belongings. This is the last thing you need when going through a big move. The second issue was the hardware from two bed frames was lost. One of the beds is from Ikea and I still have not been able to locate new hardware for it. The second bed I found the hardware in the carpet when I was cleaning the apartment but I am missing part of it. We talked to someone at the office about these issues and they just gave excuses. I don't plan on moving again but if I do I will likely not use this company again.

Here I am after 2.5 years . I had such a phenomenal experience with Muscular Moving Men & Storage the first time that I decided to call again. I was lucky enough to be assisted by Cederick, and he was extremely helpful. This move is much larger than before and I was afraid I could miss things on my list. We broke down each room by what was in it, and what would need to go in the truck. It made me feel more at ease that he was walking me through it. He also knew to suggest things in the garage that I completely forgot about (bikes, shelving unit). I also had no idea how many boxes we would have but he gave me a rough estimate of what other individuals in my shoes were doing. All in all a great experience yet again! And even better yet, since I am not handy at all they will be able to disassemble and assemble back all of my belongings. I am looking forward to working with Muscular Men Moving again! I have a few scuffs on the walls and some chipped furniture, but my furniture was cheap anyway and I have the touch-up paint for the walls. Overall a positive experience, would recommend!

These guys were great! We had Nick, Tim, and Mike move us and they were so fast and efficient. We moved two apartments into one house and then took the left over furniture to storage and they did this in a half a day! If I was to do it myself it would have been at least a 2 day process. They were also very fun and respectful, and were actually muscular, as the name of the company states. They even helped us move storage units after discovering termite damage in our other storage unit (Our storage unit is not with muscular moving men, it is with another company, but we are now considering moving to muscular moving men storage because of this incident.) A guy also came by to check on the movers and make sure they were doing well and were being respectful. I thought this was a really good idea, to have a guy spot check the moving and make sure everything is good with the move. I can’t remember his name but he was a well groomed guy with a nice beard and he was also very nice and polite. Overall this was a great experience at a great price and would recommend anyone moving to use these guys!

Muscular Moving Men (MMM) is a good company to call. We have a large house (3400 sq ft with 3-car garage) and moving 2000 miles away (1800 sq ft house with 2- car garage). MMM we’re professional, friendly , and helpful. One day they came and packed. The next day they loaded the truck. The first day the crew was Chad, Xavier, Daniel V, and Louie. The second day the crew was Fernando, Kordell, Daniel E, Daniel L, Daniel S, and Mike. They were flexible and responsive to my requests to pack my items extra safe in bubble wrap. I did not have every room ready when they arrived, so they packed rooms in the order I requested. Also, per my request early in morning on the second day, they arrived at 9 am instead of earlier in the morning because I wasn’t feeling well. When they did arrive, they were friendly, supportive, and helpful. They got right to work and they were efficient the whole time; no one was slacking. I have every confidence that our items will arrive safely at our new home 2000 mikes away. Very professional company in my opinion.

The 3 man crew sent out were a great set of movers that took care of the wrapping up the furniture and packing the truck. The move may have taken a bit longer than estimated but I appreciate that they took the time to make sure everything was wrapped up properly for storage and for the local move. I along with the care they took with my furniture they also took care and the necessary precautions during the pandemic. The men wore gloves and masks throughout the move even though it was extremely hot.

The day of the move they were on-time, polite and organized. More importantly, they worked efficiently as a team, not wasting any time. I was amazed at their positive attitude in the 112 degree heat. The home I moved from faced East, so they worked in the direct rising and overhead sun as noon approached. The home I moved into, same day, faced West. So again, they worked in the direct beating sun. Never once did they complain. In fact they were singing and whistling and helping each other out. They protected the flooring and doorways in both homes, disassembled, then reassembled bed frames and other large pieces, asking and confirming where I wanted everything. They worked fast and were effective. When you are paying by the hour, that is important. I highly recommend Muscular Moving Men.

Moving is always stressful and it is even more stressful when you are using a mover you haven't used before. I recently moved 1500 miles away and my previous mover didn't do out of state moves. Muscular Moving Men was recommended by a woman in the leasing office where I was living. She said several tenants had used them and all reports were very positive. So I looked at both the Yelp and Google reviews and was impressed and gave them a call. Zack was very patient with all my questions. I got a "binding quote" and compared it to at least a dozen other movers. They beat them all. I read every line of the long form contract and raised some questions. He gave me his word they would deliver my stuff within a 10 day agreed upon window and there there would be no hidden charges. The day of the move arrived. 3 guys showed up on time and packed my stuff up with care. Everything arrived safe and sound within the window. I should add that Brandon, who delivered my stuff, is the hardest working human being I ever met. He carried a 3 seater leather couch up a flight of stairs by himself.... no problem. First off the crew (Packers) that loaded and unloaded my families belongings were friendly, funny and professional. My biggest problem is the lack of communication during transport. We had no idea where our belongings were located, what day they would arrive or if they are being taken care of. It took 7 days to get our belongings from Phoenix to San Diego! Our belongings were the only items on the truck trailer. On top of that, we bought the extra insurance for our items. Items were broke and lost, which we did not realize until we were fully unpacked. They had value and we were offered only 40 bucks for the damage and loss that they caused during transit. Would I use them? No. They need to respect people’s belongings as value. Not their value that they see fit. Just ask questions before you agree to THEIR terms.

Muscular moving and storage totally saved the day! With only 48 hours notice they were able to accommodate my move during our shelter in place! They arrived promptly on time and finished with an hour under my quoted time! The two gentlemen were very thorough with not only the detail to move, but also wearing the PPE (gloves and mask). (As of the day after this post below I was contacted and they said they will be taking care of this issue) I am not sure about the moving process, but I am the president of our HOA. When they came to move a resident they could not get their semi and trailer through the gate as the turn inside the gate is too sharp. They should have seen this when they came to do the bid for the resident. By the time a resident notified me they were stuck in the gate entrance and when I got out there they had run over a light and plantings. I told them to back out, not enter and get smaller trucks. The driver said he could not do that and got a number from him and I called the long haul manager. They refused to do what I asked and spent a great deal of time moving the truck back and forth and finally squeezed it through. We have had our gate damaged several times in the past from trucks that are too big to turn once inside. I told them I was going to inspect the gate after they left and sure enough they caught the truck on one side of the open gate, ripping it off the hinges and damaging the metal and panels in an amount of just over $1,500. We have billed them twice in the last 60 days and they have yet to pay. Obviously unwilling to take responsibility for their poor decisions and actions. More action to be taken to try to get our damages.
