I had a wonderfully positive experience at this location. This is my very first time needing a storage unit and the staff was very friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the whole process to me. The location is very safe, well lit and clean. If I need a storage unit in the future I will definitely use "GOT STORAGE PEORIA" again :)

I went in due to a lock out placed on my unit. My husband and I had two units. One we paid for 2 months in advance and the second one we emptied out and sent an email explaining the unit was to be canceled on the first of the month. Somehow our correspondence was lost and no one at the facility got the memo to release the unit. I work 6 AM - 6 PM Monday through Saturday so I was unable to physically go to the location until the 18th of the month. When I arrived I thought it was going to be such a hassle to straighten out but the guy behind the counter was so nice and very patient. He fixed everything AND gave me a free month for the trouble I had dealt with. Looks like we’ll be keeping the other unit for a while more thanks to this awesome customer service. Thank you!!!

We have had this storage unit since 2013 when my family left az for Kentucky. They have been awesome. More than once they have worked with us with moving the payment schedule, or when I would forget to make one. The office staff is always great. When we came to pick up the unit I had brought the wrong keys and they helped us get into the unit.

This is best experience I’ve had renting a storage unit. Ed, the manager, was so helpful and friendly. He was knowledgeable and saved us money by recommending a the perfect size for our space. We were able to use the complimentary moving truck for our move. Ed even showed up early for work that day to get the truck ready. Top notch service and super impressed with Ed :)

A friend of mine recommended me to got storage, he told me how nice the manager was that rented to help m. I guess he ran a bit late getting there to rent his unit and the manager stayed to meet with him. When I rented the manager showed me on the map were my unit was ,i headed over there and he had walked over to meet me and make sure I found it ok. I thought that that was very nice thing to do. He was a very nice professional person he answered any questions and left me feeling very confident with moving my belongings into his storage facilities. I have heard from other people that his place has never been broke into before. That is huge for you lock it storage facilities. . Thank you.

For over 20 years, my daughter and I use storage rooms at Got Storage in Peoria. The premises are clean and tidy and the security is very good with cameras throughout. There are a variety of room sizes to choose from and the prices are not too expensive. My daughter likes that she can pay for her storage on the website. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. On the month I moved in, and month I moved out, Peoria Got storage has been incredibly helpful with both moving in and out . I can be kind of a sweaty mess as moving is hard by your self . I original chose them for their offer if use of their moving van option , and their location was close to where I was living . I had no issues. And just wanted to thank the staff, and on site management. Feeling grateful.

I had a pleasant transaction with the manager/owner of this place both on the phone and in person. Very respectful and friendly. Everything was communicated clearly and he was willing to work with me for what I needed. It was easy to make a reservation online and a nice woman was in touch from their customer service the very next morning since it was late night when I put it through. She even messaged me back after the scheduled date to make sure everything was ok. A+ customer service. Even if you’re considering another location nearby I’d give them a shot and talk to ED to see if he can help you here first. I did lots of research and considering the move in fees, insurance, specials and monthly cost this was the best around this area. Plus they have a uhaul type vehicle you can use (with appropriate insurance of course ) at no cost to you. The move in was fast and the facility was clean. I would highly recommend to others. And when you come you’re required to have a special lock I purchased at Walmart but they’re 2$ cheaper in the office on site . So save yourself the trouble and just get it there!

I've had a storage unit at this facility for 11 years. It's secure, clean and well maintained. The customer service has always been awesome. Of course after many years door seals in AZ dry up and crack. As soon as I noticed and mentioned it they put a new one on so the dust wouldn't get in my unit. I cannot thank Ed (the manager) and this company enough for all the help they have provided me. This is my second time utilizing the storage units and if I hadn’t of moved to Texas it would not be my last. Ed helped me with my moving in process, he was very honest about everything and not just trying to make a quick dollar. He helped me find the right size unit I needed and obtain the right lock and educated me as to why I needed it. The storage units and property are clean and easy to access. Being in East Texas, there has never once been a problem communicating with the staff. My name is miss cruz, 5 years ago when I lost my dad, I had to find a new place to live with my son and as a single mom this was very difficult. I could only find a small one bedroom for me and my son and could not keep all my special belongings with me, so I was in search of a storage facility. As it turns out, I came across one not too far from where we were going to be living, it is called Got Storage off of olive Ave and 75 th Ave. When I went into the office, I met with a wonderful, kind and understanding manager called Mr. Ed May. He listened to my story and all that I was going through and he was able to help me find a unit at his facility that would work out best for me and my budget. Well, here it is 5 years later and I have to just say that this was the best experience I have had, I always felt safe and secure with my precious belongings at the Got Storage facility. BEST KEPT SECRET IN PEORIA - Though its a little tricky to find - your experience at this place is definitely worth your while. The storage units are clean with no leaks or debris - its staff are outstanding folks - special pricing for my 3 month stay was unbeatable anywhere else. I am thrilled I found it while searching on the internet. As for: Andrea - a friendly gal, efficient and extremely helpful during my 1st visit. She explained everything in detail and personally showed me the unit I'd be leasing. I ended up renting 2 units until my move in May to relocate back to Wisconsin. Ed May - is a reliable and dependable manager both for the owner and its patrons. He is always helpful and accommodating in finding solutions in problem areas. I have had the absolute best experience with Got Storage- making the big move from Arizona to Florida I feel comfortable with my belongings knowing they are safe and secure at the facility but above and beyond that the staff especially Ed is absolutely wonderful. If I could give Got Storage and Ed a rating of TEN STARS I would. Headed to Arizona with a full truck and no idea where to store my things I was lucky to find Got Storage via Google. By reading all the great the reviews I decided to give them a call from the road. All my questions were answered by Ed in courteous and professional manner. Upon my arrival and meeting Ed I found all those online reviews were true. His customer service skills are an 11 out of 10. When you meet Ed you realize very quickly he is one of the good guys. Though more room down aisle to loading area at unit would be helpful, it is still convenient as I can drive up to my unit to load easily.

I switched out of my old storage unit because of poor customer service and chose Got Storage because of all the reviews that mentioned the office manager and awesome experiences regarding interactions and customer service and I have not been disappointed. On top of that the location is clean and well kept and I really like how all of the agreements and expectations are clearly laid out for both parties. The one drawback is the early gate closing time however they do open earlier.

Very reasonable prices. Good storage space had enough room to fit furniture for our 4 bedroom 2 living room house. They fumigate for bugs which is at no additional charge. Had my stuff in storage for over 2 years, and we had a bit of dust, but a quick pat and vacuum and nothing at all appears worn or rotten. Would definitely use this location again if I need additional storage. Front staff workers are always nice with a smile and always answered calls anytime my wife or I called for questions.

Very large nice facility, great hours has both storage with rolling doors, RV storage, and vehicle storage also has outdoor parking rentals. Great pricing. They really saved me, the City of Peoria wanted to put me in jail because my son has a small utility trailer they don't want parked visibly at my house.

I have been storing personal items here for several months in a 10x10 unit and really like the facility and staff. Ed is a great manager and keeps everything neat and clean. He's friendly and personable which is always a plus when calling the office for information or stopping in the office on my way to go to my unit. I just upgraded to a 10x14 unit so I can store more personal items due to moving to Tennessee temporarily because I believe this facility is very safe and Ed keeps tabs on everything that happens there and the surrounding area.

Ed, who I beleive is the manager, has always been helpful and accomdating. I travel in and out of state for work, and have somewhat of a strict schedule. Despite the constraints they have always provided options & solutions to anything that I've needed. Really like the facility itself. Would have given 5 stars except for the “ease of use” on the website. It was a guessing game as to whether my info took or not. I have had storages literally all over the valley. This place is the best, thanks to the manager Ed. I have had my storage there for over a year and I can honestly say he is why I stay. The facility is clean amazingly clean. I have not had any problems since I've been here. I've paid more for a storage of the same size through other companies and they got broke in to even with their so called on site security. The manager is on top of things at Got Storage. Never had any problems . He truly has pride in his job. Gives amazing customer service and goes out of his way to help you if he can. I hope they give him a huge raise as incentive to never leave. Because if he does I might finally have to move my storage to Tempe where I live now. For over a year I've spent hundreds in my gas guzzling van driving 50 mikes round trip 4-7 times every month atleast because he is such a good manager I didn't want to move my storage. I figure the hundreds in gas I spend is worth it for my things to be secure. And the grounds to be kept clean. He truly makes that Got Storage a great storage! Update...its been 4 or 5 years now and I still have my storage there. We had our best experience with a storage facility to date with this company. The manager or owner was communicative, friendly, and understanding of our schedule concerns and made the process of renting easy and painless. As if that weren't enough, they even rented us a full sized moving truck fir a flat fee of less than half what a pickup would have costed from U-Haul or Home Depot...with 50 miles included for free with no mileage surcharge. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to make moving or storing a seemless and stress-free experience. Two thumbs up; well done.

When I was pregnant and going through a very hard time I had owed a payment but could not make my payment because I was in the hospital giving birth to my baby and after giving birth to my baby I had accrued late fees. When I went in and talked to Ed and let him know what my situation was he was able to help me with my late fee. Also Andrea was very welcoming each time I’ve gone in. I called to reserve, which was easy, they followed up with a phone call to confirm my arrival time, I got there and the paperwork was ready and easy to complete. I was able to purchase a lock there and at a fair price. They also had a UHAUL type truck there, about 14' that they reserved for me and allowed me to use the following day, for the entire day, at no charge, I just had to put gas. The person that did all of my paperwork was so friendly and knowledgeable and he made the whole hassle of renting a storage a breeze and a much more pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend. Their prices beat most places, their service was outstanding and the use of the truck was the icing on the cake!

Ed, he's the manager, he's very nice even when he yells at you he's a nice man and he's finding out about the boy who stole my stuff from there he doesn't want him to work there anymore, and he's going to talk to the owner and call me back and tell me what the owner says it's very nice worker there I've been trying to get a hold of Ed and I don't know how do you do that cuz I left a message with the girl and she said she was going to tell Ed to call me and no one's calling me and I got this message about an action so if you could tell Ed to call me that would be very nice of you but I like Ed he's a good manager.
