We requested 4 quotes from moving companies with the highest online ratings for my daughter’s move on Dec 18th. “Dose Moving” was not the lowest bidder based on hourly rates, but they definitely offered the best value. Marilee at “Dose Moving” responded immediately with a clear quote and no additional stairs fee or other “hidden fees.” The quote included a very reasonable fixed “Trip Fee,” which attracted our attention since the Trip Fee quoted by the other bidders was not fixed, nor was it reasonable. When I called Marilee to confirm the details of her quote, she also provided a specific arrival time, rather than a 4-hour window per the other bidders. Marilee was very understanding about our needs, and assured us her movers would arrive on time. On move day, the movers called 30 minutes before arriving, and text us when they were 15 minutes away. Travis and Cole arrived at 8:30 AM sharp, and immediately began working. They were very professional, and worked hard without taking a break. Travis and Cole were also very patient with the long walks between the elevator and my daughter’s apartment, and also during the time waiting for an elevator. Our only regret was not adding a 3rd mover to the team, as that would have cut the overall move time significantly. Bottom line, we had a very positive moving experience, and will definitely hire “Dose Moving” next time we need movers in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

Dose movers were amazing! They were friendly, very hard working on 115deg packing weather! They were flexible to changes in furniture layout etc. they did an amazing job packing and unpacking. We moved 3 years ago with a large company which was nothing compared to Dose. It was very nice that the same people packs and unpack, they know your stuff and where you had it. They drive directly and do not give you a long waiting window. These guys work very very hard but I hope they are very well celebrated for this move… Tyler, Eric, Don, Anthony and I’m missing one name. Thank you guys, made our move a good experience.

This company was awesome from start to finish!! Everything was so easy!! 3 Movers showed up on time and they were very friendly and professional!!! They had to make 2 stops before to pick up boxes and furniture that I had at my son’s house and then in a storage unit… my son recommended this company when he move here with his wife about 7 years ago. Then recommended Dose Moving to his mother in law when she moved out here to AZ and she was very happy with with them so that’s why had them move all my stuff!! I use Dose for all my moves. I have used their services a few times. This past weekend I worked with Brandon S., Terrell, and Amir. The team was very professional, lively and fun! They all had great personalities and they were so nice to my dog. My stuff was well protected and they were respectful of my new build. I had a lot of large furniture that was tough to get up my windy stair case. They were able to get my belonging upstairs quickly without damaging my staircase.

From start to finish I was very impressed!! It was actually kind of fun? We had a team of 4 pack and move our Mesa two bedroom apartment into our new Gilbert house. Cost was about $1900. Totally depends on amount of packing materials needed, drive time, amount of stuff, etc. But this was without a doubt WORTH the cost! The guys were kind and funny and very cool about positioning furniture the way we needed. 15/10 would highly recommend 😊

I used Dose to move my storage unit to my home. The crew showed up on time which was good. For the most part, they did very well. They were careful with my belongings and packed things into the trucks professionally. My only complaint was that I think the crew members were relatively inexperienced and I believe that cost me at least an hour, probably two. At $265/hr, that means something. Well into the 9 hour move, someone who I was told was a "manager" arrived. He was able to quickly give direction and had them utilize the second truck (which was parked) so things would move faster rather than stack things in the hallway. When he was there, things moved quickly and I couldn't believe how fast things happened. Before that, the crew seemed motivated to work but less organized. Sometimes there were a couple guys standing around awaiting direction and for me, that was money wasted. I wish that guy had been there at the beginning, even if he were to leave later.

We initially used another so-called top rated moving company I will not mention their name but had a second move to do so we decided to give Dose a try. Are they the cheapest, no but I do believe you get what you pay for. The other factor is the quality of the crew you get and the number of people. While this move was much easier mostly boxes and less furniture it worked out great and could not be happier. Again thank you for listening to our concerns and making sure this was the pleasant experience we were hoping for.

We have relocated numerous times in the past 6 years. Dose was by far the best moving experience we’ve ever had. Travis, Ruben and Xavier worked so fast while at the same time extremely cautious and careful with our furniture and boxes. We had quite a bit of large wall decor which they double wrapped everything. We can only hope and pray that we find someone as good as them when we move back to Georgia next year. Carrie was also awesome to work with scheduling the entire process.

Used them this morning and they were awesome! I picked them because they were the only moving place that didn’t blow my phone up with phone calls when I requested a quote. And also they sent me the quote right away in my email where as the other companies wouldn’t quote me unless I talked to them directly first. They also communicated directly through text which was so nice and better for me. The guys who came to move us were awesome, friendly, and quick. Would absolutely use them again!

These guys were great. We hired some other company to fill up half of our POD. They were slow, broke furniture, filled up much more then half and did an all around terrible job. I was referred to Dose after a bad experience. These guys were rockin and rollin. They unpacked the other companies mistakes and were able to fit everything plus my entire house in to the same pod that was full when it got here from another location. I was very skeptical about hiring movers as I never done it, but after a recommendation, I decided to hired Dose to load up my house onto a truck I already rented. This morning, Kevin and Ahli showed up right on time to move my 3 level townhouse. They were careful, quick, courtesy and very helpful with wrapping furniture without me asking and securely strapping everything in the truck. Everything took about 2 hours! Highly recommended and will use again!!

Best price from the three quotes I’ve got. Marylee was great in coordinating with me, super easy, one phone call transaction and an email reminder with all the details and expectations. The guys came very prepared with supplies to protect furniture and make move easier. We scheduled Dose for a local moving job on Monday for a Thursday appointment and they were very accommodating. Communication and details about the move were crystal clear. We had a great experience moving with Dose! Because we had a delay between moving out and moving in, plus a "packing day" assisted by Dose employees, we had multiple crews, all of whom were very helpful and extremely courteous. You can actually speak to a live person when you call them, they're responsive and dependable, and the cost was quite reasonable. We had two other quotes from local companies; one company didn't respond at all to numerous messages and attempts to contact after they gave us an estimate and another company's bid was 3 times what Dose charged us!! What an amazing experience. Moving is so stressful on a good day! When we reserved Dose Moving and Storage we were met with very professional and thorough communication. There were no questions left unanswered. Elliott, Tyler, Eric and Denzel showed up on time and ready to get to work. We used Dose recently to move homes. All of their costs were upfront and fixed with no hidden fees being sprung on us mid-move. They communicated before the move and that morning as they arrived. After a quick walkthrough of the house, they reviewed everything before they started to make sure everyone was on the same page. Once they started, they didn't stop. They were able to move around a mess we were still finishing packing while expertly wrapping and moving all our our furniture and boxes. Our movers were Tyler, Travis, Steven and Forrest and all four very extremely professional and polite. They were able to get everything exactly where we wanted them. Even the boxes were brought to the rooms we asked and they checked with us before leaving to make sure everything was where we wanted it. Dose will be the only company we would use going forward as I only have good things to say about them and I'd recommend them to anybody. Thank you Dose, Tyler, Travis, Steven and Forrest!

Overall, Dose and the movers were great. Prices and service are fair. But public announcement for all to be aware of: The mover dropped and completely destroyed our refrigerator. Accidents happen and I felt bad for the mover who dropped it off the truck. Upon seeing the refrigerator being unsalvageable, they informed me I will be contacted regarding the insurance claim. I gave them a check to pay for the services and handsomely tipped each of the movers for their work. The following week I was contacted by Dose. To my utter amazement, I was told the claim for any damages would be reimbursed at 60 cents per pound of item! Apparently, this is in the fine print of the contract. I received a $175 check for a perfectly running refrigerator. I probably can't even purchase a door replacement for that amount of money. It is ridiculous for damaged claims to be based on weight. So a $2000 big screen tv if damaged would be reimbursed $110?? They claim additional insurance is offered at the time of booking (which I don't recall being offered), but it may be wise to get.

This was our second move using Dose. To say we are happy is an understatement! Very professional and courteous team. Arrived on time, prepared and loaded all of our furnishings carefully and delivered to our new home. Unloaded and placed things exactly where we wanted them. Reassembled all the large items, bed etc. Finished the job in less time than originally estimated! A huge thanks to C.J., Brandon S., Anthony M., Mike, Kobe and Dontrell for an excellent job!!!

I contracted with Dose Moving to relocate our furniture from Scottsdale to East Mesa. Greg was the crew leader and from the get-go the crew was 100% polite. I was apprehensive based upon experience with a previous mover that was less than careful. I was so impressed that Dose used a moving blanket on each piece of furniture, then plastic wrapped and taped it. We had some collectible Indian art that is very delicate. They double wrapped it and were extra careful. Our previous mover gouged us for one hour to, and one hour from, travel time, PLUS added a 16% fuel surcharge. Dose did not add fuel surcharge and was mouth more reasonable in overall expense. I felt I received a very good value. Honestly I would highly recommend Dose to anyone needing a mover. Efficient, careful, polite!!!

We hired Dose Moving a little over a month ago for a local move and they were on time, professional, and overall excellent. We moved from a 3rd floor apartment to a house and had 2 guys moving everything. It took a little over 4.5 hours total including the drive and finishing up at our new home, which took a little longer than I initially thought it might take but I can attest that they worked the entire time, no breaks, they worked as quickly as any movers could and there was no lag-time with the drive over. They were prepared, wore masks and had all the equipment they needed. They were definitely worth the hire and they had the best rate of the other 4 companies I received quotes from. I would definitely hire them again if ever needed and would recommend them to anyone.

I called Dose Moving at the recommendation of a friend and was not disappointed. Four men and two trucks showed up and made short work of our move. They were professional, courteous, and prompt. We were moving a 4 bedroom home we had been in for over 30 years so there was loads of stuff. I coordinated the move over the phone and the office was responsive and accurate. Nothing was broken and the guys took great care in packaging items for the short across town move. The unpacking was done promptly and they placed the items where we had marked them to go. We had labeled all the boxes with room numbers to aid in the unpacking. I would definitely use Dose moving again and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a local move. 5 stars, guys!

I have used Dose 3 times now, and have received exceptional service each time. I selected Dose for the first move because they could accommodate multiple pickup and delivery locations, but their quoted price was still the lowest. I stayed with them because of the exceptional service and great pricing. Starting with the friendly and professional office staff, and excellent communication. The crews show up on time, are friendly and professional. Each time they were very careful with my belongings, carefully wrapping furniture and double-checking when they weren’t sure about something. Despite the care they take, they move quickly. All three times the move took less time than I was expecting. Dose is not looking to “gouge” customers by taking longer than needed to rack up the hourly labor charges. Their prices are very reasonable. Three moves accomplished quickly, and no damaged furniture or antiques and no unexpected increases in price from the quoted estimate. I highly recommend Dose.

I received a referral for Dose Moving from Junk Rescue and I’m glad I did. We used them for an in-state office move last week. Scheduling with Marilee the owner was incredibly easy as she is very responsive. Then the day of the move Mitch and Steven showed up on time (early even!) and came completely prepared with equipment and materials to wrap the more fragile items. Nothing was damaged in the move. Dose was the first to respond, the cheapest price and could complete our job within two days (unlike the other responders' dates of completion). Their arrival was prompt and beyond efficient. This is the fourth moving company that I have used and they were by far better, more efficient, friendly are, and more caring about my move. Brandon, Giovanni, John, and Basilio where am I movers and you could not ask for for better guys to do this job. The pricing was better than the last company that took three more hours to complete. They did not add on cost at the end of packing tape and moving supplies and materials. And what really makes this kind of pricing straight forward is the that the crew work, and I mean REALLY works, the whole time they are there on the clock. And the clock starts when they show up, not when they leave their business. And let's talk about the crews. They are amazing! First of all, they know each other and seem to enjoy helping each other. Dose doesn't use day labor, which is why their reviews are fairly consistent. You may notice the varying degrees of satisfaction (or horror) with other movers. That's because it all depends on who the movers are on a particular day. Dose hires folks, run background checks, doesn't allow them to smoke and so you have a crew showing up that you don't have to be afraid of, are friendly, and they are like Energizer Bunnies. They never stop. Not even for lunch. They are careful, quick, funny, strong and innovative. They got a desk up the stairs around a 90 degree landing and into the office. I thought we would have to buy a new desk, as by the measurements, there was no way it could have gotten up the stairs, But they did it. Oh, did I mention honest.... One guy found an envelope of cash in a drawer that they were packing and immediately handed it to the lady of the house. It could have gone into a pocket ands no one would have known. No muss, no fuss on the move. One incident with a washer and dryer putting scratches on a hardwood floor, but it's being taken care of. Things happen even in the best of circumstances. How a company deals with it is the measure. And as I said at the beginning, I'd give them 10 stars. 'Nuf said

Wow! Just... wow. I've used many moving companies over the years, and have experienced everything from broken furniture to damaged flooring and banisters to the movers complaining about the move itself. Those experiences are behind me now; I am never using another moving company. I'll be a Dose customer for life! I cannot thank my moving team enough. Ricky, Jasper, and Alonzo were the absolute BEST. They were incredibly polite, and so professional. I've never had movers use "ma'am" so often before. Ricky was a new crew leader, but he didn't tell me until we were signing the paperwork after the move, and I never would have guessed! The guys walked my apartment and listened very carefully to what needed to be moved, and what needed to stay with my roommate's stuff. Everything was meticulously wrapped and packaged. Even my 75" TV, which I couldn't find a box for anywhere, made the trip in perfect condition. I don't know how they packed it, but there isn't a pixel out of place, and that's shocking to me after 30 minutes in the back of a truck of furniture! Did I mention Ricky, Jasper, and Alonzo were literally RUNNING to my apartment to bring more things to the truck? It was quite a long walk, but I expected walking! Nope. Not good enough for this crew. I don't know if they needed cardio alongside the weight lifting, but that's the impression I got. LOL. Overall, if you're looking for movers, you simply cannot go wrong here. And don't hesitate to ask for Ricky and his team; these guys were so respectful and really hustled. This was by far the easiest move I've ever had, and I will be referring Dose to any of my friends who move too! Hire these guys; you won't regret it!

I chose Dose Moving for my recent relocation based on google reviews. The owner came to my house to provide me with a quote; he was on time, professional and very nice. The day of my move, our crew showed up three hours early! I was thrilled about getting an early start ( and ultimately an early finish). The team was very mindful when carrying our belongings through our two story home- taking time to wrap each piece and not to hit walls. Upon leaving to the new home, the lead mover asked me to conduct a walk through, which I did. They left in the truck as I finished clean up. I departed 10 minutes after them only to nearly hit 4 bikes laid out in my driveway. They forgot the bikes and our extremely heavy bbq. I called the owner and she said she would reschedule transport of the missed items. Three days and an additional $150 (to an already expensive move) later, we have all of our belongings. This company is good, but I most certainly don't feel the extra charge was appropriate due to a mishap on their part.

Overall, the experience with Dose Moving was excellent. The team that helped us move were polite, cooperative, and extremely hard workers. The only hiccup was that we were scheduled for four workers, one was sick so we only had three, and only had one truck. The initial assessment was for four workers, one truck, 6-8 hours, and clearly we needed two trucks and at least four workers. It took the team of three 12 hours, and in 115 degree heat, I felt it was very hard on them. I can't stress how outstanding the team of movers were!

From the first call Dose was an amazing company to hire for our move, they were available for the Saturday we needed, ans gave us a 9am arrival time. A very straight forward & honest business transaction. 100% perfect move from start to finish. I can’t stress enough how nice & professional victor and his crew were throughout the entire move. We've used Dose twice in the past year and a half and both times they have been so amazing. We learned from our mistakes with our last move so this one went more smoothly with EVERYTHING in boxes. They cleared out all of the boxes from our large apartment in about 45 minutes and then an hour/hour and a half for all the furniture. They came to the house quickly and it only took a little over an hour to unpack the truck. We had a team of 4 guys; Nick, Mynor, Luis and Jose and they were all helpful, especially Nick the foreman. He was incredibly personable and informative throughout the day. Marilee in the office was great too, kept us updated through the entire process. So worth it, made moving 100% less stressful!

These six guys never stopped, did everything we asked, including taking apart a “U” shaped desk and put it back together at the new house. They also took apart an eight foot dining room table and put it back together. We also had an upright piano that did not faze them. We had a tri-level house, stairs everywhere, stairs in the back of the house and a very steep driveway to walk everything to the street. They were on time and did a great job.
