Stephen, Curtis, Jason from all my sons Tempe arrived at my location and quickly assessed the items and got to work right away. They filled a 26ft truck in less then 1hr30min. With a 3 bedroom home. They drove to our destination and as fast as they loaded they carefully unloaded my personal belongings as it was their own. Nothing was damaged in the move from beginning to end these guys were great. Defiantly recommend and ask for those 3 guys!!!

I am keeping All My Sons Moving in my contacts. They scheduled quickly on a time sensitive job, called with arrival updates and a clear explanation of charges. Cam and Israel picked up this very heavy, handmade, oak roll top desk in the stated time frame and they both greeted me with smiling faces and a personable and kind manner. They were obviously knowledgeable movers with quality moving accessories to protect my desk. The drop off was just as professional and smooth. I highly recommend this company for you moving needs. They were quick to respond with a quote and followed up to answer all my questions. The week of the move, we were contacted to confirm all the details and make sure we were ready. David called the morning of the move to let us know their estimated time of arrival and were spot on. David was the coordinator for the move and he was assisted by John Paul and Lucy. All three were professional and extremely easy to work with. David started off with a walk through of our house so we were all on the same page from the beginning. They checked in several times during the move to see if we needed additional wrapping or packing done with certain items. They worked well together, finding a good rhythm and communicating clearly and respectfully with us and each other. Overall, I was beyond impressed and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs movers. David is very skilled at not only managing the team but also leading by example. John Paul had a great sense of humor that kept the mood light. Lucy was consistent in her speed and agility. We had well over 120 boxes, 5 sets of furniture, a full living room and dining room and they were able to move us in a little less than 6 hours. We had staged about half the boxes in the garage, but they still dissembled the beds and put them all back together for us in addition to setting up all our furniture in the new house for us. I am truly blown away at what a wonderful experience it was. It was a lot less expensive than I thought it was going to be and I truly enjoyed all three of the movers who came to our house. I will definitely use them again!

Kyle Keist and two others did our move (I didn’t catch their names, sorry). They were fantastic. It was a pretty big move from a third story apartment, our storage unit, and stopping at another house. Then moving all that into a two story house. I thought it would take them much longer, but they finished in great time which saves us money and as far as I can tell not one piece of furniture was dinged (unlike previous moving companies we have used). They were also very friendly and accommodating and I feel they went above and beyond. Thank you so much for helping us move, would 100% use you again.

James and his team were great! The move went fast and everything was carried carefully and all 3 men were extremely respectful and kind. The move itself was a 10/10 experience. Hidden fees: Was not informed of the packing supplies or fuel tax during my confirmation call, so ended up being charged an additional $200 that I was not expecting. But I will be contacting management about that.

I’ll put it like this, the movers got the job done, wouldn’t necessarily say it was done “professionally” but they got it done. Felt like I could’ve gotten a similar experience hiring a couple freelancers off Facebook marketplace. The young lady was good as she was more task oriented and professional wanting to focus on the job, but the young man was not really treating it like work, he was more there treating it like “play time”. Although they both did have positive and friendly/upbeat attitudes which was nice. Overall, they got the job done, but failed to follow directions a few times, taking stuff out to the truck that I asked them not to. Also, they did not even use the plastic mattress protector, and just loaded up my mattress naked, leaving the mattress protector package sitting there unopened/unused. The administrative side is A+. They checked in during the job and had great communication and responsiveness during the quoting and finishing process. P.S. - Take note that there is a 15% fuel surcharge that gets added on in the final costs, which is not explicitly mentioned during the quoting process. Only found this out during the paperwork process and after I paid the bill. Would I hire them again? Maybe, if the availability and pricing was right. Perhaps it was just the dispatched movers assigned to my job, and it might have have been a different experience with a another crew.

Overall the move was pretty good. The three guys that came to do the move (John Paul, David L., and Lerett) were amazing! They were professional, friendly, fast, and we could see that they took pride in the level of service they were providing. They were very careful to not damage anything. If the whole moving experience was these three men, we would happily rate All My Sons 5+ stars! Unfortunately, the office personnel that handled the move scheduling and packing material distribution were not as impressive. I'm not sure if they were truly understaffed and could not mange keeping up with communications, but I lost count of the number of times they said they would call or text with information and it never happened. A shame really, because the main reason we chose All My Sons initially was because the communication and follow-through were great...until they got our deposit. So, I would give the office staff 2 or 3 stars, which averages out to the 4 star rating.

All My Sons movers are very good. I had Dave and Jean michel and they were awesome - they had my stuff packed up and ready to move in just a couple of hours - they packed my pictures , and my clothes and i asked them when they got there. Nothing was too much trouble or an issue with these guys. I am in the second floor in a 1 bedroom apt and the new place is also second floor they had me done in under four hours incredible. These two guys were polite and not a thing damaged or lost. I would give them a 5 star but the person estimated the cost at half of what the actual cost was. The packing materials is what gets you. Had I known I would have provided my own. It doubled the price estimate.

Kyle Keist and his team were very professional, they hustled (so much so that I could barely keep up in front of them), they were very nice and kind (they wouldn't even let my pregnant wife carry in a lamp), and above all else they cared for our belongings. When packing up they wrapped every piece of furniture and even pointed out places that already had scratches or blemishes so we knew they weren't done enroute. **Updated Jan 25, 2023** My original review had a lower rating for three reasons: 1. The fuel charge calculation did not seem like an accurate way to determine an appropriate fuel charge (to me, at least). 2. The dollar cost charged for travel time seemed to high and I felt that a mistake might be present either in the number of hours or the rate used. 3. When I first called the local office to discuss the points above, I felt dismissed. (why I wrote the review in the first place) I then updated this review to a 4/5 after a great conversation with Monica from their Corporate office. She had seen my original review and wanted to dive deeper into the feedback. There were four key results of that call: 1. Corporate identified and corrected a (small) correction to travel time (thanks Monica!). 2. Monica helped show me that the travel time rate and fuel charge methodology was correct and was clearly listed in the quote I signed in DocuSign (but failed to read). 3. While the confusion was my own fault, I did still have ideas about how to help folks like me avoid a simila mistake or otherwise make pricing a bit easier to follow... and the best part of the call was the fact that I felt Monica, and by proxy, All My Sons - were truly listening to that feedback. It doesn't matter to me whether I'm righ or wrong, or whether they incorporate these ideas... it's just nice to know that they are a company that will listen to their customers for inspiration. 4. I learned that, in addition to owning and operating their own locations, All My Sons also franchises their operations and it's important for anyone readin this to understand that differences may exist in pricing or other matters... so, rather than be like me, you should always read and understand what your signing :) My plan was to include a detailed explanation of the ideas and feedback I shared with Monica, but it would exceed the character limit on Google reviews. I'll just give a short version: - At least for the circumstances of my trip, a flat 15% fuel charge resulted in a charge well above true gasoline cost. Perhaps short-distance trips should be based on miles multiplied by a rate that is close to what we'd pay at the pump. - This location charges overtime on combined labor + travel hours for time beyond 8 hours. It feels odd to charge overtime, not something I've seen before but that might just be my lack of experience. If you are going to do that, I disagree with charging 1.5X on the customer-facing rate of $170 because my assumption is that the true overtime cost (if any) incurred by the franchisee is lower due to (my guess that) the $170 is not 100% wages paid to the labor team. I'd also point out that - as I understand it - Arizona bases overtime on a 40-hour work and is not one of the few states that calculates it on each 8-hour day. Again, just my perspective meant as constructive feedback.

Update: Refund initiated after someone else called thinking the move was rescheduled. “Had a short notice move between adjacent apartments just need labor and called Monday, explaining a very specific timeframe I would be available and asked if that would be ok, “Yes no issues my boss will call you to confirm”. Paid a deposit and next day they are done working at 11 and not able to keep labor until 1. No refund for deposit despite no lost mileage or time for them besides the scheduling.”

Vito, Cameron, and Curtis worked as an amazing team together to move my belongings over the weekend! They arrived on time with smiles and a positive attitude, disassembled and wrapped my furniture with speed and delicacy, and transported everything in a timely manner. When we discovered the elevator was unfortunately broken at my new apartment upon arrival, they still maintained a positive attitude and somehow managed to carry all of my furniture up THREE flights of stairs in the 110 degree heat! I was overall very impressed and pleased with their customer service and service in general. 10/10 recommend this moving company!

I was disappointed with the level of services from this company. I had a very large house that had to be moved. They sent out an estimator to see what had to be moved and determine how many guys and trucks it would take to get the job done including packing. I was quoted a price.... let me just say it wasn't cheap, but had to be done, so I agreed. I was able to complete most of the packing myself, but left some things to the professionals. The initial guy who evaluated my house and furnishings saw that I had some large and heavy weight equipment and assured me that it would be no problem. On the first day, I was not home, my daughter was home to supervise the move. She said they complained and were upset with fact that so much stuff had to be moved and that it was heavy. They were rude and unprofessional during that day. The second day (it took two days to move all my stuff, which I was aware of), they were more courteous, I am assuming its because I was present this time. The move was reasonably smooth at first. They got the job accomplished in two days. It was good I had packed most of the house, otherwise it would have taken much longer and cost much more than the original estimate. The problem began when I started unpacking my things. Many items were broken. While some things were packed with care and well protected others were not. Most notably, My Macbook computer was in a large box with other heavy items on top of it and suffered from a broken screen which now has to be replaced. I had some art on canvas that was also placed in a box with other item which tore through the canvas and ruined the piece. Furniture was dinged and scratched as they dropped many items down the stairs. On the upside, my move was completed and I definitely could not have done it on my own. I wish they would have taken more care with some of my items. I also wish there was better communication between the estimator the crew. If the crew is not up to the job as a mover and moving heavy items, they should probably find another line of work.

They are all about 100% customer satisfaction from start to finish. Jeff, their estimator is easy to work with and spot on with his quote. He calls back prior to the move to check in to see how our packing was going. He was easily available for our questions. Candido and his team showed up exactly on time on moving day. They were pumped up and ready to get to work. They handled everything with ease. They followed all of my instructions directly. They asked appropriate questions. They were so good that it was my pleasure to get them to stop to eat the lunch I ordered in. They said they don’t take lunch breaks, but I insisted they stop for at least 10 minutes. When you see them hustle, you’d insist, too. They worked so hard for the 9+ hours we had them. The office called while the movers were at the house to check in to see how things were going. They were prepared to address any concerns with the team on the spot. But we honestly didn’t have any. Candido is a great team lead. He had more than 15 years of moving experience. He does a great job directing his team and teaching the newer teammates. We had two 26’ trucks and 4 workers. You will be satisfied with your choice in Tempe All My Sons—I’m very picky and I’m completely satisfied!

Really a 2.5. The two young men moving my heavy things were professional, as was the supervisor. However a few things that were old wood arrived broken to my home. Prior to their arrival at the storage unit I was moving out of, I was not made aware of the 16% fuel surcharge, so my bill was close to $1000 when I was expecting more like $700 max. I was estimated that my move would take 3 hours tops, it took 3.75. One of the biggest frustrations was I was quoted an arrival time of 11AM-3PM. I did not even hear from the supervisor moving my items until 3:35 PM. I sat in my car in Ahwatukee from 11AM to 4:10PM waiting for their arrival. I arrived early as to be prepared. Even still, I requested 45 minutes notice, and the gentleman called me when they were 35-40 minutes away. Had I been home still, 35 minutes away, I would have been late all together, racking up an even larger bill. Furthermore, I sent the scheduling coordinator Lee pictures of the storage unit which she did NOT send to the movers to prepare them for what was in the unit, so they took about 20 minutes needing to figure out how to move everything correctly. Again the two younger gentleman were fantastic and moved fast. The older gentleman was okay, but he broke a few wood items of mine, three all together, which cannot be replaced. He didn't care to take anything off the bill seeing as though they were unprepared for my move and some items were broken. Overall unprofessional, and I will NOT be using All My Sons Moving again nor would I recommend them to a friend or family member.
