We made a wrong turn and end up here instead of another storage place. Glad we made that mistake. Romeo literally set us up with a unit within 30 min. He accommodated our needs and made it very convenient to get our things stored. Every time I was there he was very helpful and always goes the extra mile. Jesse is also another great person to interact with and very helpful! Will go back if I need storage again!!

You almost want to move in yourself. Very relieved to have found this place. Moving is stressful. The last thing you want is to be worried about having to use a storage facility. Booked online and went straight to unit with no problem. So far clean and staff is friendly. No complaints. (Note: units use proprietary style lock that you have to purchase, so you probably can't use your old lock.)

This is probably one of the best storage facilities in the city. the staff is very nice Romeo Kevin and maginnis gonna look out for you. This is a Harry Potter trio that feel friends more customer service representatives to their customers.they use a nice Nickelodeon slime style green that makes you feel like your at an amusement park or game show.most storages you go to look good on the outside but are dirty and old looking on the inside.extra space is nice looking inside and out.

My experience with the Spring Garden location has been great! The staff here are extremely kind and have been completely understanding during this whole process. Moving out can be extremely stressful, but their kindness has really gone a long way. I am in the process of moving out next week and was unsure about storage unit sizes. Jesse was kind enough to be able to show me the different sized units to make sure my move will be as efficient and easy as possible. The facilities are well-maintained, and the prices are better than many of the other Philly storage units around. Highly consider this location for your next move!

I’ve had a good experience at this location, the facility is clean and feels very secure with an enclosed garage and access-code regulated entrance system. The units themselves also are newer and cleaner than other storage units that I have used in the past. And on top of that the customer service was exceptional, I had a complication with my unit/lease and the site manager was very courteous, thorough, and accommodating. Definitely recommend this location.

Needed an inexpensive and reliable storage unit, quick. After calling a few places, extra space on spring garden had the best deal. Customer service is awesome! Lamon from extra space automatically switched our storage unit and gave us $10 back after they inspected and realized there was a beam in it. All this before we saw the unit. The space itself is great. Indoor garage to park your car, large spacious elevators for big items, easy access and also secure. During a crazy week of having to quickly relocate an apartments worth of stuff this place was a life saver.

Very easy process to rent space. The manager was very friendly and efficient. Security is tight, the drive-in area is clean (never mind the dust from the new cement). The exit garage door is automatic, which is great, although you need to exit your vehicle to enter the code to get in. So far, very happy with our choice.

My experience with extra space storage and La’Mon has been amazing. From the first phone conversation to me walking in the door has been nothing but positivity and knowledge. I have never received outstanding service at any other company I’ve been to. La’Mon went over ever detail with me in my contract. He had a answer for all 100 questions I had to ask. The property was well cleaned and organize. From my experience with La’Mon and extra space storage I felt like my things was at home without them actually being at home.
