Brandy and Sam—The 💣!!!! As is the same for thousands of other military families, the moving experience is commonplace. This experience was not commonplace. Brandy and Sam are professional, efficient and so friendly you don’t realize how great a job they have done until you are signing the paperwork. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. These two define teamwork—-as in the number one team Select Van and Storage has to offer! Request them for the best packing experience you can ask for!!!! On a side note, kudos to Heather for bending over backwards to take the stress out of the entire process. She is truly AWESOME!!!

We had a miscommunication with my agent causing an oversight on my part which prevented the scheduling to proceed. I called the day of the move and explained the situation. They got on it and had Chris and Austin out to my site within 2 hours. These guys worked their tails off on a hot day and had my belongings packed moved and unpacked in half a day. Really - went from will I get my move done today to it’s done. Big thanks to these guys for stepping up.

Lorraine and Chris showed and immediately got to work. They worked out a game plan and absolutely killed it. Checked in with us periodically and as they got to different areas of the house to make sure on items that needed to be packed. Super professional and efficient. Not sure if you can request teams, but if you can try to get these two.

Matt Schaefer and his team did an exceptional, thorough job at moving me from apartment to apartment across town. They were extremely careful with my fragile items. Also, they were attentive to where each box I had marked belonged. They are affordable, polite, and hardworking no matter the size or volume of the move. So much so that I referred them to my mother, who was moving the month after me. They packed her 5000 sq foot home from top to bottom to perfection, showed up to move at the exact times specified, worked diligently as a team to make my mom feel comfortable and cared for, and got her from Point A to Point B in a time frame that was easiest for her to work with. Matt and his team are flexible and will do everything to make the client feel at ease. I could tell he went the extra mile on many of the details of my mother’s move and mine. The moving team was exceptional. I recommend them with high regards. Their professionalism exceeded expectations and more companies should follow in their footsteps.
