Very professional. They showed up on time and ready to work. They were quick and efficient. Our furniture was wrapped and my large breakables were wrapped in moving blankets. I highly recommend them. They did an awesome job. If I could give them stars I would.

Trevor and his crew moved us last week and did an awesome job! They were very efficient and careful with how they stacked and placed everything. They had a great system between the 5 of them and never stopped moving until everything was where we wanted it in the new house. All of them were very polite as well. Fast, friendly, efficient, professional and most important affordable. My first time hiring movers and I made a decision based off Google reviews of 2 different local companies. I'm still waiting on a return call from the second company. That was 6 weeks ago and FFOTM already have me moved. Start to finish great communication. Crew was very efficient, I was given quote of 5 hours "give or take" plus expenses, 4 guys and 1 truck. Crew was on time and finished in 3 1/2 hours. Highly recommended!! Absolutely nothing damaged and all furniture was wrapped up. Great job guys!!

I purchased a heavy & bulky piece of exercise equipment from a local seller. I needed to find someone who could move it from the seller's house to mine in a relatively short period of time. Firefighters on the Move got back to my inquiry quickly and arranged the pick up and drop off within a day of speaking with me and getting the details. Matt’s team did a fantastic job moving my fiancé and I from Omaha to Minneapolis. Matt was very communicative and thorough from our first interaction. Matt and his team were exceedingly punctual and friendly when loading up the truck. We have two Pelotons that he and his team took great care of during the move. Johnny spent plenty of time ensuring the treadmill was in perfect condition during the entire process! When it came to unloading the truck in Minneapolis, there was some snowy weather but it didn’t stop these guys. Matt and Johnny had everything they needed to be successful and keep our house and belongings safe. Overall, very impressed with these men and would definitely recommend!!

Moving aspect was pretty good. Exception, they used upstairs bathroom and left water running...all day. Second, forgot to take dryer vent with them to new location, 3rd...did not properly insert washer drain hose into pipe, water seeping through basement at 100 while doing first load of laundry. Pay close attention, or babysit if you must... Follow Up - Josh personally came out an addressed the issues that we had with the moving team. He was truly concerned with the issues and will be addressing these issues to prevent future miscommunication. As stated above, the actual moving part of the process was great and the team was courteous. It was raining all morning and they took extra care with our belongings. This company does care about your move!

I cannot even begin to express how please I am with Firefighters on the Move. From the consultation with Matt and then on the our actual move date with Matt Bech and his entire crew. Moving is an extremely stressful situation and these gentlemen all did their part to make it as easy and as seamless as possible. They were all professional, polite and hardworking. I highly recommend them. If the need should ever arise again to use them, I will do so with no hesitation.

Despite the winter mix and rain, the five guys that were sent to move our first home to our forever home were fantastic! Everything was taken down, loaded, unloaded and set back up within 4 hours. My husband and I just had to sit and point where things went. They even took stuff we hadn’t originally planned for them to move. I was moved by Jacob P., Brennon M and Joey on Friday, October 14th in Lincoln, Nebraska. They did an excellent job. They were very friendly, professional and accommodating for my move. You often hear people complaining about the "younger generation", they obviously haven't worked with Jacob, Brennon or Joey. They were great representatives of Firemen on the Move. I will recommend your company to my family and friends that need to move.

Fire Fighters On The Move were awesome! I had previously worked with a another moving company. I won't mention their name, but I will just say I hope they are better at martial arts than they are at moving. The first couple times I used them, they did great. The next time not bad, the following time was a little less impressive than I had hoped for. This time, when one of them bent over and the mini bottles of vodka spilled out of his hoodie pouch, it was a good indicator that I needed a different moving company. I called FFOTM and begged them to come help on short notice. Josh was able to scramble and get 4 guys here with a truck that day and they did an AMAZING job. Lane was the leader of the crew and every single one of the 4 guys did an incredible job. This was my 28th move in my life, and if God forbid, I ever have to move again FFOTM will be my first call. I just referred a friend, and he got a very timely reply and they are helping him move next week. Thank you guys!

We've used Firefighters on the Move four (4) times in the recent months as we've downsized & moved. The communications via text & phone have been excellent. The multiple crews have been good to work with & efficient. In particular, I've been impressed with their handling of large items like the upright piano, chest freezer, refrigerator, etc... very steady & firm handling without slipping or drops. The crews coordinate smoothly through the moves with little stopping so the time spent on-site is focused on the move with minimal down time. Thanks to everyone for job well done! Two thumbs up! 👍👍

Firefighters On the Move are beyond amazing!! Showed up a little early, busted a**, didn't balk about an extra stop along the way to clear out the storage unit, and were so professional while still being fun! (Lots of "dad jokes" were shared!) They covered all the doorways, walkways, steps & stairs, and railings. Not that I wanna move again any time soon... when I do, I'm calling these guys! Tony A., Justin S., Joe S., and Cameron S., you're all Rockstars and I couldn't be happier with each one of you! Highly recommend this company! They communicated with me before the move date, they showed up at the time they said they would, and they worked very fast and very efficiently. The crew that moved us worked very well together and you could tell everyone enjoyed their job. It was extremely hot outside but everyone maintained a smile throughout the entire move. They were very cautious with our items and making sure not to scratch the walls or door frames.

Firefighters on the Move! I give them 5 stars. I would give them 10 more if the ratings scale went higher. From the first meeting with Kevin, to the moving, with Matt Beck (driver) and his crew - Kyle C., Tony A., Trevor, Jack Z. and Ty K. it went in perfect harmony. They are true professionals! They checked out our house and started taking items out quickly and without any discussion on what or how to do it. Boom-2 hours later our 4 bedroom home was in the trucks and ready to go! I had 4 fireproof file cabinets that were 1,000 lbs each...and they were FULL. Trevor J., Dru A, Conner F, and Tyler M. all showed up and got them moved with NO problems...and very quickly for as heavy as they were. Thanks guys for making our move go smoothly. You do not need to look any further for a competent and professional crew to take care of your moving needs! The group of Jacob P., Jacob L., Brennon, Trevor, and Braden worked quickly and efficiently to accomplish a rather large move in a short amount time, putting the items where I needed them to go! Derrick and his team were great! They showed up right on time. They were all very nice and did not stand around or waste any time. Everything was handled with care, no damage to anything. I used Firefighters on the Move in January 2022. This was the first time I've paid movers, I wasn't sure what to expect. After contacting them a company representative, Josh, made a house visit. We were provided a quote along with a breakdown of costs. Josh explained that he had estimated 'high' based upon the number of movers and estimated time required. He elaborated that anything I could do to shorten the time of the move would result in cost savings. Understanding the process, I took the time to stage my packed boxes so that they could be easily maneuvered into the truck. On moving day a crew of six arrived with two moving trucks. I met the foreman, Matt, and he quickly scouted out the house before giving directions to his men. They worked quickly; I was impressed with how much they communicated when handling large furniture around corners. Matt positioned himself in the truck, stacking boxes and offering encouragement. He spent several hours in the truck; it was zero degrees outside. After the hustle and bustle of the loading phase, the unloading was anticlimactic. I was surprised when another crew arrived during the process. They said they'd finished their job and had come to help the crew finish the job and get out of the cold. I appreciated the attitude and team spirit. I was extremely satisfied with the good work of this company.

They moved a refrigerator from the garage to basement and a VERY heavy marble table from main floor to basement. Not a mark on the walls, floors or anything. They were very impressed with their organizational skills, how much care they took with their home furniture. The guys disassembled bed frames and set them back up. Even hauled items to garage from basement that weren't making the move but needed taken out of the home. One big truck and less than 6 hours the family was moved in and ready to experience their new home. Huge smiles all around. Hard workers & very professional.

I could not ask for a more respectful crew of gentlemen. I had booked a move with a company that gave me grief and severe anxiety they called last minute to reschedule for a different day then the night before called to say they didn’t have a crew to do the move the next day in a panic I called everyone I could look up then one of the companies I called who didn’t have anything available gave me these guys so I called left a message got a call back and in five minutes was able to say we have an opening for the next day I was so greatful and then the crew was 3 gentlemen John was the one in charge then there were two younger gentlemen who were so polite, very respectful and didn’t mind me saying thank you and be careful of course because I didn’t want them to hurt themselves the whole time. They put everything where I needed it to be and worked quickly I just commend their parents on raising such wonderful respectful young men. We used Firefighters on the Move to load our truck for an out-of-state move. They were really great. We had a tight schedule to load all our household goods onto a truck the afternoon prior to closing. When the movers arrived they were very professional and courteous. After the walkthrough to see what needed to be loaded they informed us we would need a second truck. Fortunately we were able to procure one quickly, and they stayed to load the second truck as well even though it went well beyond their time estimate. They were very careful of the furniture, especially moving large pieces through some narrow spaces - no dings on walls or anything. When we arrived at our new house, the unloaders we hired specifically mentioned what a good job the loaders did. Absolutely worth the money to hire these guys!

I've never had a move go so smoothly. In two hours they moved me from my old place to my new, just before the rain started. They were professional, fast and took excellent care of my stuff. I worked with Josh (a partner/owner) who was responsive, timely, courteous and very reasonable. We scouted 7 companies received 3 in-person bids and 1 e-mail bid the rest never responded or sent an apology email. Aside from being the most reasonable cost, Josh seemed the super honest. His competitors tried to offer add-Ons like "free boxes" or quoted an obnoxious amount of additional hours in labor cost. Instead of padding labor fees, Firefighters added a few additional crew members and trucks to get it done quickly and efficiently. The day of the move everyone showed up early, each person was personable, clean and respected our belongings. They moved a 4 bed, 3300 sq. foot home in 4 hours. They were fantastic. I hope we never move again but if we do - we'll use them again.

If I could give these guys ten stars, I would. They were FANTASTIC!!!! They were running ahead of schedule and called to find out if I was ok with them coming early, which happened to be perfect because it started pouring rain about 15 min after they left. I only had a small amount of things I needed them to move from my old apartment over to my new place within the same apartment complex, but it was all super heavy! I don't even know if they were here an hour! They were so quick and extremely careful with everything. All three of them were great and incredibly professional. They even offered to move some extra stuff for me! Any reviews on here that are even remotely negative are absolutely FALSE. These guys are awesome and I will definitely be using them the next time I move!!

I have used them twice and would highly recommend them after both. The first was at my house to get a 950lb safe from the late 1800s. The size made it very awkward and the corner before the stairs made it worse. Not a wall was scratched or tile chipped in the process. I also used them for my general contracting business to move 88 full size, fully loaded file cabinets and 32 shelving units. They moved them per floor plan and dealt with all the changes on the fly. Highly recommend them for a residential or commercial setting.

I used Firefighters on the Move to move some furniture from Lincoln to Omaha. They were right on time for the pick up and delivered as promised. All furniture was in good condition. Kevin was not responsive with answering the phone. No choice was given for start time, or number of people. 4 people may take less time, but wasn't needed for the amount of stuff we have. Kevin the father had a take it or leave it attitude, and couldn't be bothered to answer a single question, so I left it and won't be returning. Josh the son called to apologize, for this I am changing the stars on my review because i am familiar with family businesses.

We had an excellent experience with Firefighters on the move. They moved my daughter's apartment furniture from NW Omaha to Bellevue. They were exactly on time (maybe even a couple minutes early), they worked quickly, and had everything moved in less than 2 hours. Unfortunately, a foot on the big TV was broken in the move, but the guys were back a week later with replacement parts. The quote was right on target. I am 100% impressed!

WOW! We had these guys scheduled to move a HUGE gun safe. They were prompt, and did such a great job. It took these 4 guys 3 different attempts to get the safe down in the basement. My fiancé and I had these guys move us from one house to another today, and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Polite, careful with our belongings, pleasant to talk to, and even moved furniture that they didn't bring in the house but was already in the new house. They even put a table back together for us that I didn't realize had a loose leg. I would reccomend these guys for sure. As far as other people complaining about bid estimates, if you underestimated your move, the amount of stuff, the distance they have to walk or drive between places, how difficult it is to get certain furniture out of places, of course it's going to be more! Some people just like to complain! Don't hire a mover if you're going to nit pick! These guys charged me less than other movers I have used previously.
