I have moved several times. I’m originally from Texas. Budget movers where awesome. Loved every step of the process. Nick made sure things where handled well and done professionally. They had to move my piano, I just about had a melt down. Budget movers removed all doubt. On this day it snowed two days prior. Nick brought a truck with trailer. Genius solution to get through the snow while moving. As a regular moving truck may not have made it through snow. I’ve provided a picture. I would highly recommend Budget Movers!! They are affordable, precise, respectful of belongings and very detailed in making sure the move goes as smoothly as possible. Thank you to all three movers that where here today. I appreciate ya’ll an if I move again I’ll definitely call Budget. 😊

Adam and Conner did a great job. They were very personable and when the truck was too small, they did everything they could to make it work. They also were very sincere and worked hard to make up the time they lost but having too small of a truck. Best deal I’ve found and Tim, who set up the move, was friendly, thorough, and responsive. Would recommend if you’re moving in Omaha! I promise you won’t find better rates or better service.

The guys (Adam, Jalen, and Giovanni) were hard working and explained everything in detail before they started. They were careful, yet speedy. I have moved 2 other times, and the final price was way more than the estimate. With Budget Movers, the price was within $10-$20 of what was quoted. We were pleasantly surprised! I had not idea who to call to move us, but I saw good reviews on Nextdoor for Budget Movers. I emailed Nick for a quote and he emailed me right back with a very reasonable quote. The movers were awesome! They were organized, fast and very efficient and got all of our belongings got to our new home with zero damage or problems. The amount we paid was very close to the amount quoted. I would highly recommend Budget Movers!

I moved on 8.25 and they were absolutely amazing. I called as a last minute move a week before. Everyone else was full and so expensive! I only had two options and the other one was twice the price. They called right away and we're very good about communication. I was able to be flexible with timing and they worked with me to make sure it all got done. The movers themselves were amazing and even took apart my husband's desk (that is not great to begin with) and put it back together when they moved it in. They made sure all the boxes were where they were supposed to be and moved a chair from upstairs to downstairs for me, even though it was very heavy. They even moved a few things that they normally don't! I was very happy with the service and the pricing. Would recommend them to everyone.

This is the second time that I've used Budget Movers. Connor and Garrett absolutely blew me away! They showed up exactly when they said they would and got right to work. Loved them. It was scorching heat and heavy boxes, but the whole time I did not hear a whine. Not one a single one. Andy Was professional and friendly at the same time. In all the rush,I forgot about my cat hiding behind the bed. That boys could've created a scene or inconvenience but both Andy and Jack, were courteous to both my cat and I. Small little things, like the way they responded to him, made me very happy with their service. Rafael was a cheerful lad, tried to keep conversation and did a great job. Hopefully I don't have to move soon but when I do, I know I'd call for budget movers and preferably ask specially for the same people- Andy, Jack and Raf. Thank you gentleman, for making my move easy.

Booked Budget Movers for an in-city move. Had hoped we'd have 3 guys, but due to staffing issues (and those are everywhere now) we only had 2. Those 2 guys crushed the move. They were courteous and hard working.

The process of moving can be stressful, but having the right people in your corner makes all the difference! I cannot recommend Budget Movers enough. I spoke with Tim who was kind, thorough, professional, and so helpful. Tim called back 2 days before the move to make sure everything was on track and to solidify the last minute details. On the morning of the move, Nick (the owner) called about 15 minutes before they arrived, which was in the time window Tim and I had agreed on earlier. Nick walked me through the process and the paperwork, and then did a quick review of the house and items. Nick had 4 incredible crew members with him who were courteous, kind, pleasant, and efficient. A job that I had estimated would take most of the day, took them less than 2 hours! We got to the new home an hour and a half later, and the crew had us completely unloaded in 2 hours, including set up of our larger items such as beds, bookshelves, etc. If you are looking for a moving company who is efficient, pleasant, and wonderful to work with, look no further! Budget Movers is the best moving company in the Omaha area.

We have moved a lot in many different places, but have never had such a positive moving experience as we had with Budget movers. They worked SO hard to get us moved out of our apartment and into our new home very quickly. We have had other moving companies take nearly double the time with less stuff. Also- I have yet to find anything with a single scratch on it. They took great care to move our things carefully and not to bump anything in our new home.

I needed a little extra help to move out of a storage unit into my apartment so I checked online for movers. Budget Movers was the right call. They had the right price and the right people! The owner can be a little brash but he's a good guy and very professional. Brice and Kayd are the movers that came out and they are great! They're fast but careful and also very professional. I had spoke with Tim to set up an appointment time. He was great. Kind, professional. On the moving day, Garret arrived- he was kind as well, very professional, walked me through the paper work and got to work right away while waiting for the other 2 to arrive. James and (I am so sorry I can not remember the other guys name) arrived shortly after and the 3 of them knocked out the loading rather quickly, they unloaded everything at the new location even faster. My total was about $100 less than the estimation. Which was a very pleasant surprise. All 3 of these gentlemen are just fantastic. Nick- the owner- had stopped by to make sure everything was running smoothly. Not a single one complained (they had to deal with 4 flights of stairs! I’d be complaining with every step!) They were all so professional They moved quickly and efficiently I highly recommend this company. Not only are they the lowest priced in town, but their customer service is beyond anyone else’s I’ve ever seen.

Unfortunately I've moved three times in the past three years. The first time I used the PODS self move, second time I used Blackbelt Movers and this last time, Budget Movers of Omaha. I hope those of you who are searching for the right moving company, read this review. If you have to move today, tomorrow or some time in the future, choose Budget Movers all day, any day, everytime! Professional service, friendly people including the owner Nick, Tim his office manager, and his crew Jeremy and Kennedy. Their approach was simple they cared as much about my stuff as I do.

Nick and his team saved the day for me! Do not hesitate to get him and his crew into do your move, no matter what it is! 1000% recommended! I'd bought a jukebox in Omaha and drove 4 hrs. to get there yesterday, only to find that there was no way I was going to be able to move it with my buddy. It weighed 370 lbs. and the stairs were crazy (the jukebox was in the basement!) with a couple turns and very narrow landings. Mission Impossible, right? Wrong. I called 'em after spending a couple hours trying to solve the issues w/ a friend and while I know this isn't something you should count on, I was amazed at their response. They happened to be finishing a job in the area and within 45 min. showed up and kicked some a**! Seriously. It looked like I was going to drive another 4+ hrs. home, empty handed but they nailed it. It wasn't easy and I'm sure they'd wished they hadn't answered, but I'm so thrilled they did. They were professional, capable, very methodical about how to attempt the impossible and they came thru with flying colors. Fun to talk to, so incredibly helpful. If I lived in Omaha, I'd have them move every time! I'll hire 'em every single time. Thanks guys!

Best moving company in Omaha. After another company failed to show up two times we were in a real bind. I called and spoke with Nick. He found a crew sameday! My experience from booking to moving was great with Budget Movers. I spoke to Nick to initially get an estimate. He was very thorough with his questions about the job and the pricing was competitive for the area so we confirmed the move. As promised, the movers called about 20-30 minutes before arriving within the scheduled window. The movers got right to work and were very good at communicating their plan and asked questions about specific items like bed frames and desks. I still can’t believe they fit our whole house in 1 truck load, but they did. I felt the price we paid was very reasonable for the job they did and it saved us a lot of time and backache by doing it ourselves. If we ever needed to move again or if someone I know is moving I would happily use their services again or recommend them. Thank you for making our move way less stressful!

This long over due. I'm sorry about that. I have used Budget Mover's twice, once for my daughter and then for myself. I CANNOT begin to say how incredibly awesome this experience was. From the initial phone call, I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman I talked to, however, he was very professional and EVERYTHING he said they would do they did! Raphael, Kennedy and Garret were my movers. Those young men worked so hard. My move took much longer, not because of them, but because I misjudged as I was not only moving myself but my mother too. They were professional and NEVER took a break. I offered to get fast food for them and they thanked me but declined. The move took 6 hours!! I thought it would take 3 max. Believe me, it was NOT them. I didn't realize how much extra I had with mom's stuff. I can't thank you men enough. Do yourself a favor and request Brice and Austin for your next move. I hired them to load a 16 foot truck. I was a little worried about the cost since you don’t pay in advance (except a booking fee). You pay for their drive time and moving time so i was worried it would cost more money than expected. The exact opposite happened. The guys were fast and efficient and loaded my U-Haul like a perfect game of Tetris. They thought about how to pack the items securely and smartly. They made sure to protect all my items with moving blankets and whatever else I had for them to use. I have a HEAVY couch and they carried it up the stairs without touching a wall. They swiftly loaded the truck… it was by far the best $ I spent during my move. I’ve moved many times and I was truly impressed. After having a horrible experience unloading it even highlighted how great these 2 were at their job. They communicated well and are experienced. If I needed moving services again I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these two. They were worth every penny.

Grant, Kenton, and Jacob did an amazing job! They were fast paced with good attitudes. I had originally booked for them to move my things on a Friday. But when I got a curiosity call on Thursday I had asked whoever had called me if there was any way I could have them come that day. He got a hold of this awesome crew and we're at my place within an hour. I got really lucky with that! I didn't think we would have made it into town that early then what we had planned. From the first step, to the very end, those guys were PROFESSIONALS! This is our first experience in moving and we were worried about how everything will happen. Tim in the office, was very helpful, patient and explained every detail that we should know. The day before we got phone call from the office. Having to relocate your family across town is hard but across the state is even more hectic. My wife made one phone call to BUDGET MOVERS of Omaha. These guys are something very special. These guys packed up and loaded my 4brm 3bth house in 2 hours. They unloaded it 200 miles across the state in even less time. On a Saturday. Wow, such a great outfit, great team. From the Veteran Owner to his entire crew. On such a short time frame, these guys made my wife and I lives so much easier. I have no problem with recommending these guys to you and your family.

I just have to say that these guys were BADASS!!! Dan, David, Ethan and Toby were great. They were fast and efficient and knocked it out of the park even in the scorching heat. They were great with my dogs and kids and were very respectful and courteous with our belongings. They also went above and beyond to make sure that our to big couch made it into the basement through some very difficult twist and turns into the stair way and door to the basement. We have moved a lot in the last ten years and this was the smoothest any move has ever gone. What in the past was a two or three day job, was done in just a hand full of hours. I've used Budget Movers twice in nine months and both experiences were superb! In October 2020, Andy & Caleb unloaded my 26 ft. UHaul after an 1,800 mile move with a great deal of care. When I told them to be careful with my antique table they were. In July 2021, I moved upstairs - from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor in the same complex. Grant, Tage & Jeff came and moved all of my stuff upstairs in record time. They were very careful with my very old, antique wardrobe and my new solid Mahogany sleigh bed and night stands. Tim was also wonderful about returning my phone calls. He worked so hard to me and squeeze me in at the last minute for my July 2021 move and flawlessly coordinated everything. I wouldn't use anyone but Budget Movers. Thank you Budget Movers - Tim, Andy, Caleb, Grant, Tage & Jeff! You're all a lifesaver! I certainly couldn't have done it without you.

Our movers were Caleb, Cam, & Tony and they were amazing! They came early and moved all of our large furniture. Friendly, quick, and efficient. All 3 guys were extremely easy to work with. I have to say the young men that help me move were the greatest. Very professional and polite, on time and efficient. I had a lot more than I had previously stated and I apologized and they told me no problem and got me moved. Super pleased with the job the guys did moving large items out of my storage into my 3rd floor apartment. They even made another stop of items stored at a second location. They were quick and efficient and carefully place all my items in the truck. They unloaded with ease, and to my surprise, 2 more men assisted once we arrived at the apartment to unload! Did a short distance move from a split level to a two story and Budget Movers was the most transparent with their pricing scale, and they answered the phone which is a plus. They also seemed to be enjoying what they did so it was nice to have some positive energy around as we stressed out over the move. It was a reasonable fee and everything came back accounted for as we expected and the workers came back the next day with the same positive, hard-working demeanor. I could not be any happier with my experience with Budget Movers. They were set to move us on our closing day (a Friday), but an ice storm was forecast to roll through on that day. They called me on Wednesday to give a heads up that weather could make it very challenging, and offered to complete the move on Thursday instead. Since I didn't have access inside the home, only garage access, they offered to move everything into the garage on Thursday, and then send guys out Friday after the storm cleared up to complete the job - to keep everyone safe and still have a satisfied customer. The gentlemen working were all in great spirits, even though the conditions were pretty rough. It made for a great experience moving into our new home.

I’m usually too lazy to write reviews, but these guys were awesome. Best moving experience EVER. I have used other well-known moving companies in the past and had come to expect that the movers would inevitably move at the pace of lethargic turtles. However, these guys busted their tails the entire time. They were also extremely professional and friendly, and were very careful with our things. The guy loading the truck must have been a Tetris champion in another life because there was not a single inch of wasted space in the truck, thus saving us a second trip. The cherry on the top was that they were extremely affordable. We moved a four bedroom house for only a couple hundred more than it cost me to move a one bedroom apartment with the company with those cute ninjas on the truck. Two thumbs up. Five stars. We had a great experience with the guys from Budget Movers! They were right on time and ended up having to do 2 loads from our house, as well as moving our stuff out of our storage units. They were professional and also hilarious guys. Great personalities and a lot of fun to be around while they were moving our belongings. These guys were great! They showed up on-time and were ready to go. They packed our entire apartment in their truck in under two hours. This same apartment took 2men and a truck 7 hours to move the previous year. The entire move across town was complete in under 4 hours and they didn't damage any of our stuff or our new house. I was extremely skeptical after talking to Nick, the owner, just because he doesn't come off as the most personable guy, but I'd go with Budget Movers for my next move and recommend them for anyone. My only advice to the owner is to not respond to all the negative reviews on here so personally. You have a really good company with some really good guys that offer some real quality service. If you are prepared for your move by reading the Budget Movers website then this will be a good mover to use. We prepared all our boxes and placed them in the garage or near the front door so the movers could move quickly. The company was able to move all the items in a 4000 sq ft house locally in under 5 hours and well under $1000. This included 2 trips between our two houses which were 5 miles apart. I did purchase the insurance with my move and the owner followed through on a few dings and dents we had during the move. The largest damage was to a corner leather couch piece from Nebraska Furniture Mart. The firm provided a full replacement of the corner piece.
