Rader, Tyler, and Xavier helped me move. They were fast, efficient, super helpful and kind. I wouldn't dock a star for this but I did say up front that I didn't need much moved and they brought a rather large truck. It was a bit too big to fit in the driveway of the new place but they made it work thankfully with no damage done so they get to keep the 5th star for that. That one can be on Conner since he's the one who I spoke with initially. Either way the job was done super quick and with care of my items without much hassle and cheaper than most other companies. I'm happy with it.

Our Colorado mover Affiliated Moving contracted with YMM to unload our goods in Edmond. Must say we’ were skeptical due to previous negative experiences. I’m a renewed believer of quality service now! Matt, Noel, Jeff and Jacolby did the work in 3 hours. Not a scratch - ANYWHERE! They surpassed our hopes and high expectation. Cameron, Xavier, and Brian came over and moved my things out within 2.25 hours. Xavier and Brian especially did an excellent job taking care of my things and getting them into a storage unit, and were very friendly. Price ended up being about $200 more than quoted, excluding the tip, but I will be contacting the company to see exactly what went wrong there… movers were great dudes though, they did a great job. Update: I did talk to Konner, one of the managers, and he was extremely professional and considerate. He made things right and I would highly recommend them for your move. These guys are quick and all of my furniture made it to the second location in beautiful condition. Thank you again Konner, Cameron, Brian, and Xavier. You made a quick, stressful move for me much easier and I appreciate all of your help.

Joe and Brandon were so awesome! They packed and unloaded my stuff quickly with no issues and even offered to help me carry up some of the things i had brought in my car. If youre moving on or off base though know that the truck will have to go through the search pit at the truck gate. I specifically called to ask about the size of the truck concerned that it would not be allowed through the main gate. The lady assured that they have moved on base several times and have never had an issue getting through but that didnt end up being the case so out of the 2 hours i had budgeted for the movers (especially since i had just a few items) over an hour was spent just trying to get the truck on base and in the end it ended up being about 3.5 hours so way over budget for me.

Xavier, Brian and their helper came to move my wife's belongings out of her third story apartment. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the two gentlemen who were working very hard to move us out in a timely fashion. Their helper however may need some remedial work on ensuring that he doesn't bang customers belongings against walls or stairs. On the whole we were very satisfied with our experience. However, we were initially quoted approximately $200 less than we were billed at the end of the experience. We had initially requested a 2 person crew, but recieved a 3 person crew and were billed more for that. While this should've made the experience faster, it does feel as though their helper didn't contribute as much as Xavier and Brian. At the end of the day we are asking for a review of our bill, were satisfied with two thirds of our movers, and very little damage was done to the apartment or belongings. We wish Xavier and Brian all the best, as they deserve a raise for all the hard work they put in. Edit: We had Konner, the General Manager, reach out to us to discuss the situation. He was happy to discuss the situation and did everything in his power to rectify our problems. For that I wholeheartedly believe that they deserve 5 stars, and your business.

This was our second time to work with the You Move Me OKC team and I will definitely use them again for our next move. The entire team was polite, professional, thoughtful and patient throughout the long day of moving many large items from a large house, carefully disassembling and reassembling several pieces of furniture. This was our second local move in three months with Konner’s crew from You Move Me. They come in. They get it done. They get out. And we laughed along the way. I’m pretty good at moving. Military spouse, Canada and the U.S. These guys make it happen. FULL pack plus move. They almost make me believe it’s fun. Brandon was excellent, and he and Kyler, Marcus, and Neil made the worst part of moving (the actual moving) the best part. Our belongings were handled with care, and our things were packed and unloaded into our new space in a way that made unpacking as easy as possible. We’ve used them twice, and we’d use them again. I hired this company to complete an office building packing job, and they knocked it out of the park. I often hire companies from a remote location, so I'm not typically on-site. We contacted YouMoveMe Okc after a mix up in our apartment. We unloaded everything after moving cross country and had to switch apartments. We were so upset! We called around to get quotes and every single place was giving us $400+ for a very small move. Luckily I happened to call YouMoveMe and they gave me the BEST lowest quote around (and they had a promotion at the time!!!) And said they could come first thing the next morning (I had called them near closing time). Sure enough promptly around 8 Brandon and Benjamin came and got straight to work. It was raining and then snowing and they still were able to move all of our belongings quickly and RESPECTFULLY. I could not believe their work ethic to be out in the snow and still pushing on. The next time we have to move I know 100% who we will be calling. I can't thank you move me,Brandon, and benjamin enough!!!!

I reached out to use you move me because I had used them twice before in the recent past on the second between the second move and the third move the last final move I had a piece of jewelry missing I have not found the jury it meant a lot to me it was a ring I hadn't had it over a month I had it just sized and I am hurt over it I had my luggage was damaged I had things broken I had my personal clothes tossed any type of way into boxes and containers I was not told that the Garment boxes could be rented and I could get a return on them I was really not satisfied between the last two moves that I use the company it was a hurry job and I've spent over $3,000 for their service so I'm not a happy camper right now. Although I did talk to Dustin and he came out to try to straighten up what had been tossed around and throwing around as far as my belongings but I was a bit concerned about how he felt about the piece of jewelry that was missing so I don't know what and how I will proceed at this time but I do know my ring was valuable and it's not any place I waited until I went through everything that I could go through and the ring has not been located I have been good to these workers I fed them I've given them cash tips and I've even cooked for them and giving them items out of my home that I did not want to move. I am a widow disabled woman here in Oklahoma City and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and I will be contacting the owner of the company and possibly filing a police report and contacting the Attorney General's office it's my right as a citizen it is my responsibility as a citizen and as a consumer. The guys came on time, were polite, and packed everything well overall. We were a bit disappointed with some scratches on some furniture and doorway, broken tv stand that one of the guys did try to fix, and torn grill cover in some places. I recommend them but I believe the job could have been done more expeditiously as we only had furniture to move for a small house and no boxes. Despite the small load (that they even commented on), it took them 6 hours which it should not have. The price agreed upon was not the final amount. Overall, their service is great.

Joe and Adaylas were timely and friendly, and did all the moving during a HEAVY rain storm with no issues (which was super appreciated!!). I’ve said it once but this company is definitely the one to use if you are moving in OKC. They make it easy and as stress free as possible. I’ve used this company twice and they have been amazing for both of my moves. I called on a Thursday after my original moving plans fell through and they were able to squeeze me on that following Sunday which was a total life-saver. James, Gunner, and Victor finished the entire move in an hour flat which my bank account appreciates. Overall, I would say if you’re looking for a great moving company in OKC you can stop looking and book with them.

So thrilled with this company and thankful we hired them for our move. Konner was the sales rep and he kindly came to our house and provided us a no strings attached FREE estimate for our move before we even decided whether or not we were going to use them. His estimate actually was higher than what the cost ended up being, which I appreciated because we were prepared to spend more but didn’t have to because the 3 movers he sent to our house (Brandon, Jeff, & Deontre) were so efficient that the move only took 3 hours instead of 4. They also took time to wrap & tape all our furniture in large blankets, which I wasn’t expecting but was pleasantly surprised with. They all arrived on time, called us 30 minutes prior to let us know they were on the way, and handled all our items with great care. They were also very friendly and professional and made it easy to trust them. Konner, the sales rep, was available every single time I called him before and after the move and he even contacted me the day before the move to confirm and go over all the details of everything. The price for what we received was VERY fair in my opinion and their customer service exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using this company for my next move! I highly recommend!

Joe and Adrian were amazing. They made everything so easy. My things were being moved to two different locations. They kept everything organized, were fast and arrived right on time. They also reached out before hand to keep me updated on timelines. Hand down will be using You Move Me in the future.
