THE MOST AMAZING FIRST EXPERIENCE USING A MOVING COMPANY! First let’s start off with Matthew, Matthew was an amazing introduction to the company asked about what needed to be moved and gave me a quote the same day, no payment is processed till the move day and the flat rate is reasonable compared to others. He was also a great conversation piece, (I love Matthew he will make your day better one move at a time). then we have the actual movers Turner & Zach they did a splendid job with all our big heavy items (we lived on the 3rd floor so that says a lot ) they moved swiftly and efficiently!!! Covered and wrapped the items we needed moved and assisted with other small items we needed moved. They were kinda and brought great energy! These are not lazy movers !!!!! Bigger better movers are TOP NOTCH for sure. We were moved under the allotted time. Very grateful.

Really appreciate Bigger Better Movers, especially Laramie, Cory and Seth! They were such a huge help in moving me from Oklahoma to Texas. Super efficient, professional, and they took great care of my items! Took apart some furniture and set it all up with no problem at all. I’ve recommended many people to use bigger better movers to use because I’ve worked with the team working in property management but finally used them moving myself this weekend. I cannot say enough great things about the whole experience! I got text, email, and call confirmation the day I booked and did not have to pay anything up front. The day of - Ronnie and the other pro (I feel so bad I did not get his name) were INCREDIBLE! Ronnie called when they were on the way twice to ensure I could be ready for them. They were kind, funny, and they moved me with such efficiency! I haven’t moved in almost 8 years so I was nervous that I wasn’t prepared even after reading the instructions multiple times. They assured me I did great and even told me I was super helpful to them so it could be an easier job. They took care of all my items loading and unloading. I felt so comfortable putting all my items in their capable moving hands. I will be using them for any other move I have in Oklahoma. I highly recommend Bigger Better Movers!

Brian, William, and James came today to help us move several appliances and a lot of heavy furniture to a new town. These gentlemen were so professional, courteous, FAST, and they took great care with our belongings. They were really great at communicating with us along the way to make sure we were all on the same page, and were kind enough to place everything exactly where I wanted it at the new house. Because they were so fast, we ended up almost $200 UNDER budget (which was already quoted at half the price of the competitors we researched)! All in all, we are extremely pleased with their service and will definitely use Bigger Better Movers in the future!

The young men they sent out were amazing!!! Very Respectful, and polite. They took great care with our old home and our new, asked questions as to where we wanted things placed and how we wanted things set up. I was very impressed with the service. When we originally did the estimate I was scheduled for two trucks, and we only needed one. They took off the second truck and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving. The two gentlemen who did our move were absolutely amazing! They spent from 2pm till about 6pm working nonstop and made sure to communicate with me throughout the entire process. This is the 2nd time I’ve used this company and I won’t use anyone else. The ease of placing your reservation online, the responsiveness of how quickly they call to confirm date and time is just the start. Last year I had 3 guys move me an hour away and were so fast I was shocked. I didn’t have the same crew as last time but had Tyler and Jonah and they were amazing. These two guys took such care wrapping my items and clearly communicating what I wanted done. Exceptional service.

Absolutely fantastic!!! We moved from a large house to a tiny apartment. I had everything color coded as boxes and furniture went to 3 different places. They were quick but careful. The day we were to move it was pouring down rain. David called and worked everything out so we got moved into our apartment and they came the following day to move the rest to storage. Everything went very smoothly we couldn't have asked for a more professional, courteous and efficient move from the time I placed the order to move, they provided the costs upfront the day I scheduled and also verified what contents were to be moved. Phenomenal experience- Across state move - utilized Bigger Better Mover for unloading Pod to a truck and then into apartment building. They were able to work with my schedule and make the move happen on Saturday. Best part was Exavier and Keenan who were phenomenal- took all necessary precautions to make sure no damage, were on top of the move, working non stop and completed it in timely fashion. Will definitely utilize them again.

Here’s the thing. I moved from VA to OK. I packed up my own TWO trailers in VA, and on the last day suffered a hand injury. So, I was left looking for last minute help in Oklahoma… and I gotta say, these guys delivered. Truly a fabulous experience from my initial call to when they rolled away from the property. They were quick to help, quick to offer support, and amazing on scheduling with the shipping company’s arrival window changes. Love this company and highly recommend them to ANYONE looking for good folks with good hearts putting everything into helping people. We had an excellent experience with Bigger Better Movers. Scheduling the move was easy. After scheduling I received both a text and emailing confirming date & time of the move, and the pickup & delivery addresses. I received a text the night before confirming. Then the morning of the move I received a call and a text letting me know the guys were en route with an ETA. Moving truck was newer with hydraulic lift on the back. The two gentlemen who arrived, Grayson & Ronnie, we’re very courteous & professional. They carefully took the furniture apart (desks) and carefully wrapped every furniture item with both a blanket & plastic wrap before loading. They delivered the items quickly and put the furniture back together where we indicated it should go. The cost was reasonable given what was moved, distance between pick up & delivery addresses, and how much time it type. This is easily the best moving experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Bigger Better Movers to anyone needing movers! AAA+++

To be completely honest I had the most wonderful experience that I have had with a moving company. Two gentlemen that came out was super sweet very thorough they wrapped everything that I had electronic glass tables and stuff and I just I couldn't be happier and they understood my circumstance and helped out with everything I honestly if I ever had a move again I would most definitely call them and more than likely asked for the two gentlemen that I had before wonderful they did such a great job in helping me out and being professional and patient I gave them 50 bucks each for doing such a wonderful job and it made my moving experience wonderful and so easy I would definitely recommend them to move you because they are the best that I've ever had period !!!

Estimate doubled from what I was told. The guys took their time (very slow) and wrapped every single thing they could, even unbreakable items including toothpicks.... They packed 8 empty boxes into a larger box... I really feel like they stretched the time as much as they could. I have moved dozens of times and never did it take 6 hours to pack up a one bedroom apartment. Also, one gentleman stated he almost didn't come because he was having problems at home. I get people have problems, but don't bring them to work. It wasn't our fault you have problems. He continued to complain constantly.

BBM did a decent job, were friendly, and showed up on time, but failed to move a large piece of equipment that was part of the original bid and part of the price I agreed to pay and did pay. Unfortunately we paid them over the phone before we realized they didn’t move that piece, we were not on site at the time. To their defense, a guy we had on site doing other stuff for us did say, after BBM told him they were not going to move the piece, “fine we’ll figure it out”. My issue is that that piece was part of the original conversation and part of the cost I agreed to - that cost was not deducted. They also did not respond back after we asked them again about finishing the job. We had to hire a second company to finish the job for us. We likely would not hire them again.

10/7/19 Update! Now that my move is complete I can report that Bigger Better Movers deserves a 5 star rating from me! As I unpack I see how carefully and thoughtfully they packed my items. I have not found anything damaged. They worked carefully with me every step of the way helping ensure all my moving needs were met and exceeded. All the while both crews of movers and Daniel, were so polite, kind, hard working, and professional. I really am so thankful to have found this moving company! I have used many other companies and none of them measure up to Bigger Better Movers. I highly recommend them without hesitation. 9/26/19 packing day—So far my experience has been outstanding. However all we have done is pack up all my stuff. Next week we move and then when I unpack I will be able to give a more thorough review. Daniel, the workers, and everything communicated and promised had been delivered as promised. The men that helped me pack today were awesome. Polite, helpful, kind, hard working. No time was wasted. One of my kitchen table legs is completely split up the inner piece to the bolt that makes the table permanent wobbly. Chunks of wood are missing out of the side / corners of my entertainment center. My other furniture made it in one piece. Thankfully. Luckily it's just replaceable furniture, but if it was a family antique....I would move it yourself if you can.

Had a great experience with this company. There was rain forecasted for our move date and they already had a contingency planned for moving us the next day of the rain happened. The morning of the move there was drizzle and we were contacted and advised they were going to delay our move by an hour to see if the rain cleared. My experience started with excellent customer service from Kalyn. She laid out everything I needed to know: everything is based on time (first two hours were a flat rate and every hour after that was another rate and prorated in 15 minute increments), 3 pro movers bring tools, pads, wrap, etc. all I needed to do was tell them what was going. Two days before the move, Kalyn called to tell me that due to inclement weather on my move day, I’d have to be rescheduled. I chose to move a day early (ooof). Tyler, Dane, and OJ arrived about 30 minutes early and Tyler did a full walk-through with me before they started loading. Each of them were extremely professional and handled my belongings with utmost care. I was scheduled for a base of 5 hours and the entire move was done in 4.5 hours, so we came in under budget. I never want to move again (unpacking is a bear), but, if I do, I will definitely use Bigger Better!

Overall, we were very satisfied with these movers. The 3 guys that moved us appeared to really know what they were doing and worked hard in extremely cold weather and snow! They were late arriving and did not call. I had to call and check on them, so that process could be improved. I can understand them being late due to the severe weather, I just wish they would've called. Also, the estimated time was way off. I understand it is just an estimate, but we didn't add anything that we didn't show the guy that came and walked through for the estimate. I thought it seemed a little low, and sure enough, it took them about 2 hrs longer than estimated. But our furniture arrived in great condition and they were working hard the whole time. Great job guys!

JUST BEING HONEST

Move started at 2:55pm and ended at 4:20pm for a 1 bedroom apartment which consisted of a metal bed frame, king mattress, 2 twin box springs, a small hope chest, a dresser, a small TV stand (which got scratched on the side), a small wire shelving unit, a disassembled table, 4 chairs, a small computer desk and the rest boxes. They were polite but didn't strain themselves moving. Moved at a steady pace but definitely could have completed the move in 2 hours had they put a pep in their step. It would have saved me $50. Definitely would have saved me $25 had they not taken an extra 5 minutes. Although it started at 2:55, they removed the extra 5 minutes it took to go to 7-11 for drinks which would put my move at exactly 2 hours and 20 minutes. Wasn't super hot outside either. Think it was 90. The new place I moved to was literally down the street so the drive took about 2-3 minutes. And downstairs. One the the 2 youngmen didn't seem quite as experienced as the other either. Didn't save as much as I thought I would, using this company so I am not sure yet weather I would use them again.

Which was extremely upsetting as that was one of the main safety issues the young lady assured me of when scheduling the move with them. I immediately offered masks to both but they declined! What should have been a simple 21/2 hr $345apprx move ended up being a 3hr 45min move and $500. A toolbox(heavy) was left behind a dresser was dropped on concrete breaking a treasured keepsake and 2 wall hanging mirrors were also broken in transport. Gave them $$ for lunch and was charged $10 extra on my card unknown to me. Communication was lost in route having me double back to find them, wasting time and adding $$$ to their time clock. Sadly, I would rate them a 3* combined and I would not recommend Bigger Better Movers as they were simply not as professional as I was lead to believe they would be, polite, Yes, professional, No.
