My work recently used Ace for a weeklong multi location move. It was challenging in many ways, due to both location and the items in our loads. We had the most phenomenal team with Will, Chris, Chas, and Damon. They were supremely friendly, professional, careful, conscientious, and kind. I’ve worked with many different moving crews in the past eight years of this work, and this crew was far and away my favorite. They were phenomenal. They were not only on time—but early! They were so thoughtful, careful, and unbelievably hard working—even in a downpour of rain. They were also each an utter delight to chat with and get to know. I can’t say enough good things about this moving company and this crew. I want to request them specifically for all of my work’s future moves. Supremely professional and remarkably nice.

Preparing for this move has been incredible stressful due to the pandemic, border closings, and ever-shifting rules, so I had many questions. I made a cross-country move to Oklahoma last year. Through a contract I was provided storage of my belongings by Ace Moving and Storage (Sapulpa Oklahoma). I am honestly going to state that although I was not satisfied with the overall experience of transportation of my property, and the assigned storage had issues, I was very grateful for the direct assistance provided by the Vice-President of Ace Moving & Storage; Chris Howell. Do to multiple logistical problems, I had some lost and damaged property and was at wits end on finding a resolution. Mr. Howell stepped up and through professionalism and ethics assisted in resolving issues with my move and storage. I am honestly and thoroughly impressed with the service and professionalism of Ace Moving &Storage Mr Howell not only showed diligence and professionalism, but compassion and understanding. Definitely upholding the values of his company. Based upon this interaction with Mr.Howell, I am a firm believer that Ace Moving and Storage is definitely a company above the rest that I would recommend for anyone who needs moving/storage assistance.

I was very fortunate to have Ace Moving & Storage assist with a retail construction delivery that we had in the OKC market this past week. I can say with the utmost confidence that Dennis and Terrance were extremely professional and diligent the entire process which I cannot emphasize enough since we were battling very low temperatures and freezing wind chills the morning of the construction delivery unload. I have had quite a few bad experiences in the past personally and for work purposes with similar delivery/moving resources but I can say this has been my best experience to date, bar none. Had this company move our household goods for our change of station. The packup alone was worth the rating. Our mover Justin was extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire process, taking great care of our belongings, and making sure nothing was packed that we were personally moving. Not sure why the company only sent one guy, but he absolutely busted his butt for upwards of 12 hours, and got the job done (we felt bad)! In the end doing an amazing job. If the rest of the move process puts in as much effort as our pack-out, we will definitely be returning customers. Thank you so much for the work!

Ace Moving & Storage was a God send. I had set up to have my packing and storing of my household goods while a remodeling was taking place at my house. The last minute - I am talking a day before the contractor I thought I was using fell through. Frantic call and I was told no problem let us know when you are ready. Fast forward 5 weeks - signed a contract on Tuesday and on Thursday Amy and Jose D showed up ready to pack up my house, along with Victor and another lady I do not remember her name. They were professional and took great care of all of my belongings. Saturday another group showed up to put all of my belongings in storage until we finish the remodeling. The guys were great and careful of our home and our belongings. I opted not to have a majority of boxes unpacked for a military PSC and was told they did offer a box pickup later on, which is something they don't HAVE to offer military clients and I have had companies not offer it or offer it but then never come to actually do it. They came about a month later and picked up all the unpacked boxes and packing material. Thank you!
