He explained the policy as other employees made me feel that didn't have time n it took three days for me to decide because of misleading information.. Excellent service. Jermaine was wonderful . He greeted us upon arrival and completed my request extremely quick. He explained my contract thoroughly and showed me the unit I would be renting. The storage building is spotless and close to home which was also important to me. The price also is the best compared to other companies. The only complaint I have is the operation hours, they close so early you can barely access your unit.

First off, both employees working there were very friendly and courteous. A pleasant surprise in business these days, and also for storage facility. Extra Storage allowed me to do everything online without having to spend time at the front counter. The employees were very accommodating in showing me sample unit sizes, and also changing the unit location to an area closer to the elevator than what was initially assigned to me. Excellent service and a great product offered by Extra Storage. I will definitely recommend this facility and company in the future to friends and family.
