The team at Ample Moving is the best I have ever experienced. I have lived in NYC for 32 years and have used movers many times, but this company is the best hand's down! From communicating with me, estimates, speed, efficiency, so friendly and hardworking! I recently had to leave NYC to move down to NC to be near my elderly parents and had moved most of my apartment from Manhattan to a storage unit, in Garfield NJ. Months later, I needed to get my belongings from Garfield to New Bern, NC- Without being there as well. Ample was amazing. They collected my stuff from the unit, stored it for me, and then brought it down without any hassle. They have an option where you can pick a specified moving date, and move or be more flexible with combined customers and move date, which I chose the latter. My move took no time at all when they got here, much less than I expected, they move fast! Alex and Kevin are in the office helping with logistics and Ivan and Mike with the move itself- the best team! Also, I could not be happier to find out that they are from Ukraine, so being able to help/support them in some way was a most added benefit! - You see the hearts and energy and stamina of these great people in action! I highly recommend them and would use it again!! Thank you!

My entire experience with Ample Moving was a very pleasant one. From my first phone call when I was provided a quote through moving day. Ivan and his crew helped us move and they did an exceptional job. Ivan scouted everything out first asking for any specifics (what was going, staying, what needed break down, wrapping, blankets etc). Once that was sorted out, they got to work. They worked quickly and efficiently. The job took about 3 hours (2 bedroom, 3rd floor walk-up moving to a 2 bedroom, 2nd floor walk-up - for reference). The job ended up being less than what had been initially quoted. No surprises, no issues, just 3 men working hard and getting it done. I'd highly recommend Ample Moving to anyone in the market for movers. They did an excellent job.

On moving day, Karen and his team arrived promptly, were careful and very hard working. He even called to say he was 10 minutes away. I recently had bicep surgery and used Ample Moving to move from my apartment in Jersey City to South Plainfield. Dima, Jamal, and Pavel we’re very friendly, professional, and very quick. They took everything in my apartment down into the truck in about 45 minutes and everything was wrapped up and handled with care. They were were very patient even when I asked them to rearrange things in my new garage more than once. Would highly recommend them to anyone moving, I had never used movers before and was skeptical but they did an awesome job and I couldn’t have been happier.

Karen was great with setting everything up and the crew did well to get my furniture into the new apartment. Unfortunately, the movers used my last box as a doorstop when moving things out of my last apartment and that box got lost. I contacted the office and they have not gotten back to me. I guess this box is just gone now and I won’t be compensated for my missing items. Other than that, everyone in the office and the crew were professional and the process was smooth. Update: management handled the issue very well and issued a refund for the missing items! I definitely recommend ample for your next move.

The guys were great! Took about 3 hrs to move from a studio apartment to a 3 bedroom condo from one side of Jersey City to the other. Getting a quote was very easy and hassle free. They put protective blankets on the furniture and disassembled the larger pieces. Very quick and easy. It made our moving day pretty stress free. One note - everything should be in boxes or closed containers for them to move. We had some tote bags that we ended up moving in our own car, but it wasn’t a big deal. They offer boxes and suppliers at a small cost if you need any last minute. Awesome job. Thanks!

It was the first time one of our clients have used Ample Moving for small batch moving services. They were polite, neat and wrapped the china cabinet with multiple blankets and more plastic wrap then you would think necessary. They took care to watch the hardwood floors and the walls to make sure they didn’t damage anything. I would recommend them to clients in the future.

I was looking for a reliable yet cost effective company to move locally from my one bedroom apartment to a house. I found Ample movers and they filled the bill nicely. They called me to ask preliminary questions like the addresses and a rough list of items that will be moved. I was given a quote and I placed a deposit to save the date. On the day of the move, Karen, the foreman, and his crew arrived on time and was ready to work. They safely moved my furniture including a 65" OLED TV (which unfortunately was an extra fee to move but understandable due to its unique dimensions and fragile nature) from the apartment to the house in a timely manner. They were very nice, respectful, and polite as well as hardworking ensuring each piece of furniture was well protected prior to moving it. I highly recommend using Ample if you are in the market for movers.

Vlad and his team were great, efficient, timely, and thorough. They were very professional, and made sure everything was packaged properly and then placed all items and boxes in the correct spots there after. From the beginning, they gave me a decent quote, listed everything upfront so no surprise fees, and made sure they got everything done in time. Very impressed with the job and handled most items with care. There was only one small nick on a vanity table corner I noticed but it was not an expensive piece and something I could fix. I have hired MANY moving companies in the past few years. Local moves within the state, as well as cross-country, and moving is stressful enough the last thing you want are horrible movers. I’ve experienced pretty much every kind of nightmare with different movers, broken furniture, missing valuables, being completely ripped off, lazy workers, to blatant disrespect and so on. I say all this so you understand how terrified I was to hire movers again. Even before this move the last company basically broke all my furniture and were probably the worst. Then came ample moving. I didn’t know what to expect, but when I did talk to Kevin to arrange the move I didn’t make it easy on him. I was very clear with my expectations, what I will and won’t accept, and he patiently listened to all my concerns and my past moving experiences. He reassured me repeatedly this would be different, they are professionals and strive to deliver the utmost in excellence. I was cautiously optimistic but told him I’ll believe it when I see it. He gave me his direct phone and said call him even day of move if there were any problems but the workers will spend the entire time working, not messing about or wasting time. Even after we spoke I would think of something after combing through the charge and fee breakdown and he fully explained and put my mind at ease. Day of the move- Ivan and his team showed up around 9:30 am which was in the range agreed upon, he was very nice easy to talk to, and scoped the space and started carrying things out. I booked for 3 hours, and let me tell you, the speed and efficiency I saw was next level. They worked well together, climbed up and down 3 flights of stairs from my old apt to my new 2 story apt and didn’t complain once. They wrapped valuable pieces in blankets, and even stuff I wasn’t originally going to have them move like my 70” flatscreen TV I felt confident enough at this point to let them take it. That is trust, I always move some things I absolutely wouldn’t let movers take and this time I let them move some of my most prized possessions. I couldn’t believe how fast they moved without breaking stuff scratching walls or taking breaks. I tipped them all, and called Kevin after. I thanked him for coming through on his promise, and sang the movers praises. Guys- I don’t like moving companies at all honestly they are horrible, but I would book these guys over and over and recommend them to anyone. The fact that on such a stressful day I didn’t have to worry about the movers was worth it’s weight in gold. Do your research read the reviews yes of course and if you have questions ask ALL of them it’s your right and you need to feel right about it. Me personally, I was blown away.! Ample Moving is the best among the rest! Believe me, I spoke with 32 movers in New York City and even a few movers from upstate NY. Ample moving is the only company that gave me the MOST AFFORDABLE quote and they did not charge me any surprise hidden fees for my move from NYC to Upstate NY. Alex was very accommodating. I originally scheduled a Sunday move but due to some problems in my NYC apartment, Alex worked things out and agreed to reschedule my move same day Saturday - without any additional fees. The team who helped me were Vlad, Michael, and Igor. They did an amazing job, wrapped everything, helped with disassembling/assembling and they were quick! They delivered upstate on time! I’m definitely recommending Ample Moving to everyone. All other companies gave me quotes that are unbelievably expensive. Some other companies gave me super low quotes but when I googled them they have really bad reviews wherein they wouldn’t deliver your stuff unless you pay them more money. Vladimir and the 3 other men were excellent. They were professional, fast, efficient, honest, and pleasant. They notified me they were on their way, which was great. Vladimir and his team did a great job loading and unloading all my items from my house and storage unit. Vladimir even fixed my wobbly chair. Excellent professional movers. Highly recommend and we will definitely use them again. Side note: with ample movers, wrapping/packing the mirrors/glass was a bit pricy for $35 a piece, so we decided we would just move them ourselves since it was quite a few items.

I hired ample moving for my "long distance" move (NYC to Philly). Their pricing was the cheaper but it wasn't the most expensive either. I read some reviews and I decided to pull the trigger. Alex who was my point of contact was very responsive and answered all my emails quickly. It was a pleasure to interact with him. On the day of the move, three guys showed up and on time. They were very professional, efficient and polite They came with blanket and wrap and tool in case they need to disassemble something. Once the truck was loaded they were on their way. Once they arrived to the final destination they were once again quick and very professional to unload their truck. They kept asking where I wanted the boxes to be put etc.. Very fast, very communicative throughout the whole process, and constantly checking in to see if they could help more (moving things around the house, assembling the bed, etc). We actually got screwed by another moving company when their truck broke down on the way to our house, but Ample was able to make our move happen the next day, and they didn’t even gouge us for the last minute reservation. I recently inquired about moving from my 1 bedroom apt in Jersey City back to my parents house an hour and a half away. Ample Moving came back with a quote within an hour and was one of the best quotes out of all Jersey City moving companies that I inquired about. Eli and Michael were so nice from the very beginning and moved all of my stuff very fast and efficient. Everything was wrapped and packaged perfectly and no damages. Not only did they do a good job moving, they made sure not to waste your money by taking too long. I just moved from NYC to Alabama. I did a lot of research before doing so. There is a lot of fraud in this field. Ample movers gave me a quote they did not stick to but that’s to be expected since you always forget to list some stuff. All in all their price was reasonable. I also had them pack for me. All my stuff arrived in one piece and no scratches. Very professionally packed. They delivered within the time frame they gave. They worked fast. This was not an experience I was looking forward to but they did what they were supposed to do. I’m writing this review to hopefully help other people that are facing the same jungle I was.

They were prompt, professional and efficient. Starting with my quote, they hit the nail on the head with the price we paid at the conclusion of the move. Our point man was Vlad for the move, him and his team of 3 total. They packed everything quickly, transported in a reasonable amount of time and unpacked everything and got it up the elevator 20 stories all within the quoted amount of time. Ample Moving was able to not only accommodate a last minute time change (and not give us any problem), but they showed up a little before the appointment time to get started! Five star rating goes to Ample Moving (thumb up!) Mike and Victor are my movers and they did a fantastic job today! They were half an hour earlier and even helped me pack my stuff when I had no clue how to wrap them up (ordered boxes which came as much smaller size than expected so had lots of small boxes). The entire process is smooth and streamlined with their help on dissembling, packing, wrapping furniture and finally unloading and reassembling. They asked where everything should be put and did a great job for setting up my new apartment. I would definitely recommend Ample to my friends and will use Ample again myself in the future.

Vlad and the team were excellent!! Very attentive and careful with the furniture, equipment and walls. Before they started, Vlad explained the whole process in detail, which I really appreciated. They disassembled and assembled my furniture and kept everything really well organized. They were efficient and always asked for direction if they weren't sure about something. They offered to move items around if we were not happy with the location and left both the old and new location clean of any moving materials or debris. The time it took for the complete move was longer than I expected but I just underestimated the size of the job, the movers were very efficient! Fantastic job!!!

These guys are really great! We’ve moved a few times used different companies each time. Ample was by way and far the best. They are transparent (and competitive) with pricing, the foreman was really great and the team too. We had a two day move over long distance and everything worked out as well as we could have wanted. The crew even worked around our two toddlers who really wanted to help - they were super accommodating of the boys pestering, considering how much they had to do! I can genuinely recommend Ample. Ask for Alex or Stefan. Both really good. As and when we move again, we’ll be calling them.

I have used Ample for my past 3 moves. They have been exceptional each time. You will receive quick replies from Alex with a detail outline discussing costs and what you can expect on move day. The rates are very competitive and worth every expense! They have made my moving experience so pleasurable each time and I am amazed how efficient the movers are. I have moved from 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and they have had the truck loaded within 50-75 minutes tops. They are very careful with the furniture and ensure large items such as couches, TV stands, tables, etc are wrapped in padded moving blankets and then taped up to ensure they stay on. The movers themselves don't speak much English (Russian primarily) but they are very polite and always come with a smile. I was happy the crew was on time, worked very hard, and efficiently, to load the belongings, and transport them six hours away and then unload them. It was a long day for everybody. The two guys who actually moved the stuff were great. Kept everything in the right place. Moved fragile items very carefully. My sofa was oversize for the pathway. The team very tactfully managed to get it in without damaging anything. 2. The team wore masks at all times and maintained social distance. 3. Planned time for move was 2:30. I was informed they can’t commit to specific time for afternoon slots. The team arrived at 4:30. There was no proactive communication about when the team would arrive.

They were great! I had to move from Brooklyn to NJ. On the phone I wasn't expecting much like another quote from so many other moving companies I talked to within the day. I talked with Cory just before 9PM was kind of shocked they were still answering calls at this time. Cory answered all my questions and other tips to make the moving process run smoother. With the reasonable price I booked it. On the day of the move the foreman was Eli and he had two other men with him to help with the move. Before I signed anything he let me know what I was signing what the price would be and their goal was to move in less than 3 hours. But before that the other two guys were already moving stuff they got right down to it no small talk wrapping furniture and packing up the TV's. It was like a small conveyer belt. One man was packing stuff upstairs, one was taking the stuff downstairs in the elevator and other was packing it up in the truck. When it was time to go to NJ they kept in contact by text messaging. I wasn't able to get to the NJ apt until like 20 mins later before the movers did and they were already moving things into the lobby to get things started. They didn't waste any time. The movers got everything moved within the time they said they would. It was a stress free transaction. I recommend ample moving.

Alex and team did an amazing job with our move which included a few very heavy weight items like a 500lbs safe. It was all no problem for Alex and his crew. While assembling the furniture at the new place we lost power and they could have very easily said we can't finish and walked away at that point but instead they took out their cell phones and used them as lights and kept on working. Used Ample two years ago to move a few pieces of furniture down to my mothers house. Loved how they took a lot of care with each piece, were on time, and the price was fair for it being just 4 pieces of furniture. So, when it came time for my apartment move yesterday I decided to give them a try. They were on time (actually were able to be there a half hour earlier, but I wasn’t ready!) they showed up exactly at 9, began working right away and literally never stopped. We drove the few JC blocks to the new building. We needed to wait about 15 mins for the broker to get my keys, and I let them know this assuming they’d just wait and take a break, they didn’t! They just started unloading the truck and moving everything across the street in front of the building. They made every effort to put bins and furniture where they thought it should go and offered to move things around as I wanted them. Final price was EXACTLY what I was quoted, and I love that they quote for the first 2 hours and then it’s billed by the half hour, which is awesome as we finished at exactly 12:30. Highly recommend!

I had to transport the piano for my daughter and a couple of old grandmother's paintings, for which I was very worried. The guys came and packed my piano so that all my worries came to an end.
