This moving company is pretty standard (hence the 3/5 stars). They were contacted by a mortgage broker (Countrywide Relocations) to do the move from MD to MI. They estimated the move via Facetime, and then when they came to move my items, the moving price increased from $6k to $9k when all my items were packed and inventoried. The thing is, I've dealt with this for other moving companies as well (even the more known ones). In fact, I asked the other reputable moving companies first for estimates, and they were still much larger than what I finally paid for AIO (and other movers I dealt with also jacked up the price during the move as well). Overall, the pickup movers were polite and efficient with packing, disassembly, and moving. Delivery was also pretty straightforward. I had to delay the earliest move date for personal reason, and AIO was accommodating. The delivery arrived 11 days after pickup. My items were stored in a warehouse after pickup and then delivery was subcontracted out to someone else (once again, pretty standard for moving and companies). The delivery mover was nice and also reassembled all my furniture. I've done moves with the more reputable movers, and AIO is pretty standard. In fact, AIO didn't break or lose any of my items, which is more than what I can say about the other reputable movers. Just know that when you're moving, you're working with a business whose main goal is to make profit. If you're aware of that and protect yourself accordingly, and AIO isn't that bad (at least for me).

Wow what an experience 😳 they picked up my son's items on January 3rd and held them in storage until January 13th. Finally we received the furniture on that Sunday January 16th. The dispatch was nice but there are things about their CONTRACT that you must read. Like they can store your items up to 21 days. That it's only an estimate when talking to them on the phone, the real cost comes into play when they actually pack your items on the truck. To make a long story short. It seemed like they out serviced my move to Triple Z trucking and they were awesome. The driver called me the day before and his guys that moved the items into the apartment were very nice. Use All in one at your own risk. My experience wasn't the greatest but working with Triple Z trucking located in Hollywood, Florida was the best. The guys that came from All in one to pack up my son's apartment was great, everything was packed and wrapped nicely. My son received all of his items nothing missing or damaged. JUST READ YOUR CONTRACT

At first what impressed me about All In One Moving & Storage was their customer service. They called me back in just ten minutes with an amazingly reasonable quote. The movers arrived on time and packed up my 3-bed apartment very quickly. It would have taken me forever to do that job. The movers were just so professional and efficient. The delivery was made the next day. I checked the inventory and nothing was missing. Not a single item suffered the slightest of damage. I don’t think my words are enough. You need to hire them to understand just how efficient these movers are.

The moving company we hired was the best and we have no doubts or hesitation to share our experience with all. We called at several moving companies but we wanted a good quality packing with reliability in delivery. All In One Moving & Storage was the company which helped us move and they did an excellent job for us.. The move was perfect . We checked all the boxes once they were unloaded, nothing seemed to be missing or broken and we were impressed by the efficiency of the moving team. I was moving from NJ to AZ. I hired All In One Moving & Storage after a recommendation from my friend. When I called them, they seemed very friendly. I was handed a quote by the sales rep that seemed reasonable. Their movers arrived right on time to pack up everything. I wasn’t sure how efficient they would be. Frankly, all I did while moving was calling All In One Moving & Storage and driving to my new house. Everything else was so expertly taken care of by the very capable movers sent from the company. They arrived on time, took inventory of everything and got to work. They packed up my 3-bedroom apartment meticulously into their van waiting outside. Then they were off. They made the delivery on time and all my belongings were in great condition. They unpacked everything and put them where I wanted them. It really was the easiest relocation ever.

The moving teams on both ends of the trip were fantastic and deserve 5 stars. They were prompt, very hard-working and friendly, and were happy to do all the assembly/disassembly of wooden furniture that I requested. None of my furniture was damaged or missing. However, the agent on the phone, Jay Bell, severely underestimated the space required for my 1-bed move in order to show a competitive headline price and get me to sign, and gave me verbal assurances about the price range that proved wildly inaccurate. After packing up all my belongings, they attempted to charge over double what was originally advertised. Make sure you get any guarantees about flat pricing or price ranges in writing... Additionally, if you have a particular move-in date in mind, don’t be confused by the phrase “1st available move-in” date. According to the fine print, this allows the company to deliver any time in the subsequent 30 business days after the quoted date. Once again, make sure you are aware that their verbal assurances are not sufficient for this date range. We were told by the agent that a Monday-Tuesday pickup was guaranteed, but when I called to ask for an update on Monday morning, they told me the following Saturday would be the first available time. After a bit of arguing and “talking to the owner”, they were able to accommodate their original promise of a Tuesday delivery. Also, make sure to have tons of extra supplies on hand like boxes and tape, as the company charges quite high rates for those extras. The company initially charged me $3.55 per cubic foot, plus a 7% fuel surcharge. Additional charges for the amount of stairs and distance traveled by the crew. You should consider everything negotiable.

These guys were great from day one. I had originally planned to move to FL and was referred to them by a friend. Upon first speaking to Michael he was extremely helpful. I went over to their address to pay my deposit and I was given plenty of tape and boxes for packing up. Plans changed and my wife and I decided to stay in NJ but still move to a different apartment. The moving crew was right on time. The lead guy Chris was extremely friendly. All three guys made sure all of our furniture was effectively protected. They worked very quickly and were in and out in no time. After reaching our new apartment, all of our things were up a flight of stairs and unwrapped of tape and blankets in minutes. I have absolutely no complaints,everything was done very professionally and it was a pleasure working with this moving company. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I even went back to their office to personally thank them and the owner.

All in One Moving helped me when I was in a tough jam! They accommodated my last-minute move out of my apartment in Rochester, NY. They were able to safely store my belongings in their storage facility in NJ for 6 weeks. They provided 4 weeks of storage for free. They have options for climate control but I did not require it given my move was in the summer. Once I found an apartment in Manhattan, they helped move me in within the week. I would recommend them for others. Customer service seems to be at the front of their minds. The reasons I am giving 4 out of 5 instead of 5 out of 5 stars are the following. On move out from Rochester, I was told I would have an afternoon move out between 2-4pm but the driver called at 9am saying he was an hour away. I had to scramble to get the last remaining items packed, but the driver and mover were understanding. They worked very fast, but so did I! On the move into Manhattan, I was told I would have an early afternoon move in between 12-2pm but the driver called at 3pm saying he was an hour away. This made me nervous because my new building has strict rules about moving times and use of the service elevator. It seems these problems could be better managed if the office staff could give more accurate time estimates - or at least the same estimate to the customer as to the driver. In Manhattan, one of the movers broke a sconce in the hallway and did not tell anyone. My superintendent came to my apartment the next day very upset that I had not told him and arranged for the moving company's insurance to cover the damage. The office staff assured me the insurance would cover the cost. In Manhattan, the driver got a parking ticket but the office thankfully did not transfer that fee to me. All other costs were expected and previously described to me over the phone, via email and in writing. All in all, this company provided a good reliable service. I will surely recommend them in the future.

was very pleased with the cross-country move that AIO did for my daughter. I spoke with Steve, who was excellent in explaining the process and who encouraged me to seek quotes from other movers to compare. At the end of the day, I chose AIO because of Steve's integrity and honesty. The icing on the cake was AIO's moving crew. Though I was on the other side of the country, the movers were on time and very helpful to daughter. Though her belongs were small and took up less than an eighth of the truck size space, they treated it with the same care as a full sized move. We were flexible with the delivery window. They gave us a two to three week window for the cross country move. And AIO delivered on-time and within budget. The only suggestion I have for AIO is to have some sort of online tracking of the move, similar to FedEx or UPS. With today's technology and apps this should be fairly easy to implement. And it would have earned a 5 star rating. wcf

When it was time for me to move, I talked to many companies. All In One Moving & Storage won my heart with their customer service- so I hired them. I am so grateful to them for delivering on time and saving the trouble of having to beg them to give my things back. To Oren Your crew did a hell of a job. They are hard workers that get the job done quickly, carefully and neatly. Oh did I mention honest? I was surprised to find out that my wife hides money under the mattress (really! not kidding!). Well they came running out of the bedroom yelling Miss! Miss! Miss! with a significant amount of cash in their hands. Our move was from Bloomfield Nj to Hilton Head Island SC. We opted to have Booth use one of their largest straight trucks to p/u and deliver. They packed on a Monday, drove most of Tuesday and pulled up to unpack at 11 AM on Wednesday. George their Relocation Specialist was spot on with his quote and recommendations. Danny and Christian took great care with my belongings treating them as if they were theirs. I am actually surprised to see many negative reviews. Our experience was great and we hired them twice. One to move stuff into storage and thrn to our new house. They were very accomodating and finished the job in less time. The charges are by hours including driving to destination and coming to pickup. My sales agent was Alan and he was very through and honest. We used them in Jan 2014 and April 2014. We requested the same lead guy. We had the biggest truck they had to cover 1700 cf.... I would recomend them. Note that we wrapped our funiture and boxed our stuff and provided tape rolls... Obviously if you ask them, they would charge more plus wrapping time.
