The amount of care that went into preparing my furniture, and extra precautions taken for glass cabinets, to say nothing of the TV, helped confirm that I made the right choice. Highly recommend! From start to finish this has been a wonderful company to work with. Super responsive and great with communication. I first spoke with Natalie who laid everything out for me and answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently. They then followed up with texts messages to make sure they had the right move date and time which was great! Who doesn’t love a follow up; right?! The day of the move went super smooth thanks to the foreman and the 2 movers he had with him. I couldn’t be happier with them! It was pouring rain and I didn’t hear any complaints. They were super happy to help and I’m so glad they did. 100% recommend!

Please excuse me if I misspell his name but Guram and his crew were exceptional. Extremely professional and quick. They were in almost constant motion, moving boxes and furniture. They wrapped and protected everything we hadn't already packed. Pictures and vulnerable furniture all arrived in excellent condition. No broken glass!! The cost was very reasonable. I have nothing but great things to say! The team were fast, extremely professional, and wrapped all my furniture with care so that nothing would break. I have a tight staircase and they were able to navigate down it with ease, even with my bulky bedroom furniture and desks. All my items were strategically placed on the truck, and everything was packed perfectly. All three movers were polite and efficient. They went through every single cost breakdown and explained each and every amount that was a part of my bill. It's nice when a company is up front. The service I received was professional and excellent from start to finish. I reached out on Yelp and got a quick response. The person I spoke with was helpful and even when I had to move my date because of closing delays everything went smooth. On move-in day, the guys were all great. They took extra care packing up all my belongings and were careful not to damage anything while moving it in to each particular room of the house. I highly recommend Zip to Zip!

I found ZiptoZip in application. George and his team came on time. All the team members are so responsible and helpful. I have three bedrooms home lots of stuff and a workshop with 200 boxes and electronic devices like engravers plotters etc… They moved North Brunswick to Warren. At the new house they placed all stuff where I want. Sometimes I want changes they did immediately w/o any doubt. I am very happy to find them. I strongly advice ZiptoZip. Thanks George and all team. These guys are THE BEST! Hands down! I called many different companies and very few responded and most were completely unreasonable until I found Zip to Zip. These guys literally made the impossible happen. They moved 2 trucks in one day, worked a 15+ hour shift and did not even stop to eat. Everything was protected perfectly, nothing damaged, and I still cannot believe they pushed through all day to make sure we were happily moved out and in all in one day. George and Alex (the formen) were especially amazing. They even let my 3 year old son “drive” the truck and honk the horn which literally made his entire month. The only word to use for these guys is perfection!

Zip to Zip guys were on time, had 5 men to take care of my 3 10x15 storage lockers. They had them done in 2 hours. Traveled to my new home with 2 truck full and the meticulously wrapped and taped my boxes to give extra support and they were terrific! Great move! Kosta’s team did an exceptional job today for our house move. Everyone should go through such a team of movers during their move. I have had some movers in the past just slack around and charge extra. These guys are professional and in my opinion charge appropriately to their quality of work. They kept me updated on their arrival all along. His team estimated the move perfectly and packed all the things inside the truck in next one hour. By two hours they packed the entire apartment including dismantling stuff. In the new house, they patiently asked us where to place each and every item, helped even setup our living space, bedroom and basement. Kosta is especially a furniture expert and manages his team well. He fixed and dismantled furniture just like his back of the hand. On top of all that, These guys hardly stopped for a water break. I am still amazed how these guys achieved all this to the perfection.

These were truly the best movers I have seen. Working in logistics, I was so impressed with their skill level in the deliberate and intelligent manner in which they moved us from one large home to another. Google, can I give a million Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟? I am utterly in shock after Zip to Zip moving just hauled my move for 11 hours. I forbid to write a sub-par mediocre review because these guys deserve all the praise in the world! First let me start off by saying, this was NOT an easy move. I had 3k square feet of house plus a garage and a shed. The kicker was that they couldn't have any truck bigger than 16ft (800 cf) come down my driveway due to the incline and turns.. so I knew it would take 2 trips. The ending location was an hour away. So I also knew it would be a long day. LET ME TELL YOU- these men did my move in ONE truck load and fit everything without sacrificing quality of work. They wrapped every item that they thought could be damaged with boxes and saran wrap to ensure NOTHING would be damaged. They reconfigure the truck to ensure everything would fit too. These guys arent your typical movers, they're intelligent being that they found the best way to fit everything perfectly. They didn't cut corners and had a goal and SURPASSED that goal. I had wood furniture, a hutch with extremely thin glass, beds, dressers.. boxes..... and 3 flights of steps! Nothing was damaged. My entire family is in complete shock that they were able to tetris their way into a, what was probably, a record breaking move! They didn't stop moving, I literally had to stop them to make sure they took a break to drink water lol They were considerate of MY time and MY things. They did the best job of anyone Inhave ever seen. They were considerate of my money alsoband gave me upfront and honest options and opinions. Not only were they an amazing group of individuals for the spectacular job they were doing, but they were SO nice and a pleasure to talk to. It may the day go by faster because of the casual conversation in passing really making me feel comfortable with them handling my things. They introduced themselves to my parents who were there to help me, and my daughter, it made them look like people, not robots just hauling things away. Almost like I had my friends helping me. It was so different than what I expected. Having that trust was key for me. I'm in awe of the professionalism and quality of work these guys put in. If everyone had their work ethic, the world would be a better place. I highly reccomend this company. They hire quality individuals that work their butts off. Thank you Zip to Zip! I'll see you in 2 years when I move again!!!

Update: As promised, we used Zip to Zip moving again for our move away from the 2BR APT into our brand new 5BR single family home. They were efficient and careful packing and moving our items, and were able to maneuver our larger items through tight spaces without damaging the walls. Again, highly recommended. Zip to Zip moving was a fantastic group of professionals to work with. They were on time and packed everything perfectly and efficiently. We contacted Natalie at Zip to Zip Moving several weeks ago to schedule a move of our 3 bedroom apartment to another town in NJ. Natalie gave us a very good quote and explained the process fully. We planned the move and she answered all my questions along the way, right thru the move. On Moving Day last week (which unfortunately was rainy), Goga and George's team (3 total) came on time and they couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and professional. They surveyed the apartment with us, noting any special issues, then got right to work. All furniture was wrapped and treated with care (including an antique bedroom set with large mirrors). Furniture that needed disassembly (eg., power reclining sofa) was broken down, wrapped separately, then reassembled at the new location. It was a LOT of furniture and it was a long day, but Goga and George didn't stop until all was completed and in place. Thank you Natalie, George and Goga for an excellent move. We highly recommend Zip to Zip Moving, especially those noted above!

However, I still feel like it shouldn’t have gotten to the point where I needed to leave a 1 star review for them to address our concerns .. ————————————————————————— Unfortunately having to change my review from 5 stars to 1… the movers were hard working but they were 4 hours late and the company’s customer service is a joke. i got a call 15 minutes prior to the end of our 2 hour window informing me that our movers “got a flat tire” .. they were originally scheduled between 3 & 5 pm but when we asked if they had morning availability we were offered an 8 to 10 am slot. they didn’t show up until 1:30.. funny how their flat tire brought them closer to the original time we were offered. we were told by Mary that we would receive some sort of compensation for the inconvenience .. well after having to chase her she offered us a refund of 200 bucks for the inconvenience and a broken light fixture. ridiculous. not to mention that our final cost was 600 bucks more than originally quoted. horrible customer service & would definitely not recommend.

Plus: All the four movers were fast, extremely professional, polite and efficient. They wrapped all my furniture with care so that nothing would break. They navigated bulky bedroom furniture and desks through tight staircase without any damage. None of our stuff was damaged. Negative: The customer service and sales representative underestimated the size of the work and they sent smaller truck compared to what was needed. Hence we had make two trips and we lost almost 2-3 hours in that and ended up paying for those hours when it was the error at their end. Also the time estimated by the customer service and sales representative was way less then the actual time it took. They had estimated 12 hours job but it took 17 hours. So their estimate was lower than what it actually took. I would recommend to budget accordingly and ask for bigger truck and more movers from the get-go.

One annoying thing was, before unloading, I gave them 10% tip (120$) as the leader told me that’s recommended, but after he saw I have extra money in my hand he kept asking for more, finally I gave him 200 dollars tip (4 people). Make sure you consider that when you get their quote. And tips should be given after things were done.

A team of three showed up right on time. Everything was moved with care, they wrapped wooden furniture so they didn’t get scratched. When we got to the new house, they unloaded the truck and helped set up the furniture, moved couches/tables/dressers to where we wanted them. The team kept up a good pace and didn’t waste time. I was excited to hire movers with such fantastic reviews, but I have mixed feelings about our move this past week with Zip to Zip. On a positive note, our movers were meticulous and packed all of our furniture very well. Everything made it to the new house in one piece. However, we also had some issues. If you’re using Zip to Zip, be sure to read all the fine print and discuss extra charges ahead of time. They charge for every little thing… packing tape, shrink wrap, cardboard to wrap TVs. We paid an extra $370 in these fees for a simple two bedroom apartment move. None of this was discussed with us, and it felt ridiculously excessive on top of the hourly rate and service charge. The other thing that really bothered us is the condition in which they left both our old apartment and new home. They left empty tape rolls, Gatorade bottles, shrink wrap, etc. all strewn about the floors. It was multiple garbage bags’ worth. I’ve never had any sort of mover, contractor, or delivery person leave a mess like these movers did. They also broke our mezuzah (a glass case a fixed to the doorpost, part of Jewish culture) and didn’t tell us, and they mentioned that the company recommends a 20% tip for the movers multiple times, which I found to be tacky. All in all, we were disappointed in the service we were given based on what we paid and all the rave reviews we’d read ahead of time.

We had an awesome experience using Zip to Zip Moving! It was our first time working with a moving company (we’ve always done the job ourselves), but with so many heavy furniture items and boxes, we just didn’t have enough time and energy to do it ourselves any more. We worked with Anna, a sales manager who created an account for our move and gave us a reasonable quote, an approximate number of hours for our job (moving from a 2bdr, 2bath to a house 30-min away takes 7-8hrs), and only took a minimal deposit to schedule the move. I then updated the account with all our furniture inventory and boxes including some pictures of the odd-sized items and chose to pack most items on my own, other than the furniture and TVs. The company charges per hour rather than per item, which made us worry-free since we were packing until the last minute and didn’t know exactly the number or sizes of boxes. Geo and his 2-man team arrived almost 1hr early to assess the items to be moved and got started at wrapping everything so that we used the service elevator time efficiently. The 3-man team worked nonstop and moved heavy and fragile items with a lot of care, which we really appreciated. They did an amazing job disassembling and then reassembling our office desk, our 6-seater sectional sofa, and queen-size storage bed. Very impressive amount of effort (everything done in 7hrs) and overall attention to detail. All in all, an excellent experience - I’ll definitely use these guys when we have to move again.
