Overall the place is clean and safe. I moved my stuff here because they offered a much cheaper price online than at my former storage unit. I made a reservation online for the lower rent. When I went in person to finalize the rental, I was told the unit was no longer available, that it had been rented earlier that day. They offered me a similar space for a much higher price. I stood my ground and suddenly there were several units available at the original price. Nevertheless the rent went up a few months later, however the price was still lower than what I was paying at my former unit. Don't move here on the first or last day of the month for you'll end up paying your moving crew a lot to wait around for the elevators.

Public Storage is a clean space, easy access and a convenient place to store your things. It’s secure and works well for me. Orquídea was very pleasant and helpful. Very informative and respectful. She was ready to show me the space and walked me through everything. Thank you! Very pleased

Michael was friendly, responsive, and was super helpful, going above and beyond, and was patient with my many questions. He's a gem. The location is clean, quiet, well organized, and it's not hard to get to and there is not a lot of traffic, so it feels pretty stress--free considering moving is generally stressful. Well done.

This location is great however the public storage corporation in general is not. I switched to Public Storage because the other place I used raised my fee to well over $200 for a 5x10 unit. I began with public storage in 2019 at $97 per month, they raised me to $107 in 2020, $145 in 2022 and now beginning February 2023 to $189 for a 5x10 unit!! Ridiculous. Guess I’m moving out…again.

Mike was very helpful in our transaction. I was looking to store a motorcycle for the winter and he was able to accommodate me with ease. He set me up with a 5'7 storage unit and he even made sure it was in a location convenient for the maneuvering of the bike. The storage area is climate controlled so we didn't have to worry about the bike freezing up. Probably the best part about the experience is the customer service. Mike and Dameon were very welcoming and quick to answer any questions I had. I would def recommend this storage unit, it's new and in great condition.

I found this location of Public Storage and thier staff, especially Lisa, who treated me with a professional and cortious manner on my first day Exceptional.. the building is clean, elevators Large, garage is Large and capable of even professional movers to use. Super helpful courteous staff. First off, the facility is brand new and super clean. When the space I reserved online didn't quite fit my needs, the team here (led by Javonne) took me space-by-space till I found one that would accomodate my stuff. They quickly and efficiently adjusted my account (no change in price since the space was similar) and I was on my way. Highly recommend this spot for affordable storage.

Great customer service! Yesterday I came to public storage to buy an outside storage space and the girl on the phone told me that they had spaces directly acceable from the outside which was a lie. The miscommunication was very frustrating but another girl, Keaga was very nice and directed me to a property in Rockaway. She was very sweet and helped make the best out of a bad situation.

I was searching for storage units and decided to see what Extra Space Storage had available. This was the second location I came to and I was extremely pleased. The staff Michael and Sheniqua were extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Michael showed me multiple units addressing every concern and answering every question. I felt comfortable enough that I reserved a unit, left, and returned within 45 minutes to rent it. It is clean and the staff is extremely helpful. Great experience renting. (First time renter)

I've used several different storage units in New York, and this is far and away the best experience I've had in the city. My unit and the facilities in general are clean - they are seemingly brand new. The loading dock is convenient and spacious, and the facility seems safe and secure. The store manager that helped me, Sheniqua, should be promoted to CEO of the entire company. She was pleasant, professional and thorough, and explained the facility's policies, the rental agreement and the bill to me in a clear manner. She personally took me to the unit and showed me around. If you're in Bay Ridge, Sunset Park, or the surrounding neighborhoods this is the only place you should be looking at.

Quick access to much needed space! I wasn't for the idea initially of keeping storage space. But the convenience of how close this place is and the extra space I now have in my place is great. Storing my winter clothes and vice versa with summer stuff when the seasons change has been helpful. I would recommend this place for any needing more closest space.

Javonna is a good human. We thought we had 24h access to our space. We don’t, the facility closes at 5p. We arrived at 5:05p with a full moving truck and were told that the place was already closed. I pleaded w Javonna to make an exception for us, and she kindly let us in and stayed TWO HOURS longer on a Sunday night to let us access our space. She is a complete saint and went above and beyond for customer service, hope she never leaves this company!

Hello everyone, I just wanted to take the time to appreciate the customer service of Mike, Shaniqua & Paula, They were very helpful, answered all my questions and always made the experience at this facility a pleasent one. It is my first time renting a storage unit; I always found a way not to lol. However, I realized that I needed a safe and clean place to store my Dj and Film Equipment and these fine people convinced me with honesty and a digilent work ethic. Since I first signed a few months ago I have upgraded my starter unit and I am looking to upgrade again in a few weeks. Check this place out before you go anywhere else. Ask for Mike, Shaniqua or Paula, they are awesome!

Seamless move in process. Best price around, easy access to elevators, and courteous customer service. Damien was there to guide me through the check in. I recommend.

Good location for me. Take the 39th St exit (for Costco) on the BQE and it's a 1/2 miles from there on 2nd Ave. The elevators and doors are secured with a unique passcode. 2 freight elevators for 4 floors of storage can get a little busy especially on the weekends. Carts can also run short. Luckily the wait is never too long. David and Orquidea were really helpful in showing me the units and answering all the questions I had for them.

Had to move my personal items to a place, been looking around online, was initially skeptical about the size of a 5 by 5 storage, turned out much bigger than I expected. The manager CJ and associate Elker walked me through the place and explained the pricing. Hours later, moved everything in place and brought a lock. Would recommend!

well i came with my brother since i introduced him to extra storage establishment and its him who was renting to place his tools for work i told him there was a new one with a better price deal so we've decided to make a reservation and go take a look we found the place very clean close to his house actually 1 block away 3 ave up cust svs rep's were very professional with a smile and welcoming attitude actually how it should be the rep who was attending to my brothers indecisive ways was very patient actually his name is Michael i totally appreciate his calm knowledgable demeanor the only questionable issue were the measurements to the storage rooms the 5 ×7 is actually a 5×6 since he's in the construction business its one of the things he noticed upon showing the room. we decided to look at other sizes and exactly thought that at least the room are clean & airy ;but again the measurments are off by sum hopefully the the professional reps the one month free and the great prices will make up for the shorten rooms other then that parking lot was big & spacious enough carts and maintance workers incase of a water spill broken glass leaks etc. we appreciate your time and attention. i wish there we're more workers w/units extra space & reps like michael.
