Perfect moving is exactly that, perfect!! Truck 18 was at my house at 9am on the dot. They were prompt, and professional!! They were careful with my items and most importantly super friendly. The move was quick and easy and we were done within 2 hours leaving me with the rest of the day to go shopping and prepare for my new apartment. Hopefully I won’t be moving anytime soon but I would definitely use them again and will definitely recommend Perfect Moving to friends & family.

Miro and Nicola truck #19 is the bestest!! I was so stressed before the move, I'm so glad I chose Perfect Moving ( my friend just moved with them last month and highly recommended them)! I never write reviews, but I am so impressed by my experience with Perfect Moving NYC that I felt compelled to add to their long list of rave reviews. Any time I’ve hired movers in the past, they took a lot longer than their estimate and so I was very nervous beforehand, knowing I had to move into my storage unit in Maryland by a certain time. I kept John aware of my concerns and he was extremely accommodating, adding notes and reassuring me that everything would pan out. My original time frame of the movers’ arrival was 11 am - 2 pm, but because of my concerns over time, they arrived an hour early and had my things in the truck in a whopping 30 minutes! I live in a studio apartment but it’s a walk-up with a tiny stairwell and my move IN took movers from a different company 2+ hours. Perfect Moving NYC also disassembled my bed and wrapped all my furniture to protect it within this 30 minutes. They arrived at my storage unit in Maryland ~10 minutes after I did and unloaded everything in record time. I cannot stress how pleased I am with their speed, efficiency, and professionalism. Their services were worth every penny. I wish I could have them in Maryland for my next move! And for every move the rest of my life! Thank you to Ryan and team!

Perfect Movers was exactly that: The perfect movers. They responded quickly and accommodated our move date four days later. They were extremely professional and friendly. They also wrapped our furniture and set it up. We moved from the city to the country and not one thing was scratched. They were also really fast with loading and unloaded the truck. PERFECT MOVING SAVED US! I am the CEO of a small women's charity in NYC. We were in a big bind when the first moving company we worked with was unable to complete our move since half of our stuff did not fit on the truck they had available. We had 24 hours to find a solution. I reached out to many people I knew and some that I didn't. One of those strangers was Perfect Moving! I Googled them and sent them a DM on Instagram. Misty their social media manager who said “so sorry you are in this stressful position...we can help you…hopefully you can relax now.” From there she connected me with Rock Katnic the owner and the magic ensued from there as he donated their services to get us out of the jam! That evening, their rockstar movers Nikola and Miro came promptly and executed beautifully. Great care was shown and a wonderfully positive attitude. The next morning they arrived to our new home on time and worked efficiently to move everything in. This all happened in under 24 hours. Everything arrived in beautiful condition - no damage - due to the TLC that they showed. We are so grateful that they responded so quickly and thoughtfully. I highly recommend Perfect Moving in every way!

The team at Perfect moving was awesome to work with! The sales rep was professional and responsive, and the movers that I worked with day-of were awesome. They took great care of all of my belongings, provided extra boxes for a few things that I had loose, used shrink wrap on my furniture and blankets for protection, and were very quick and efficient. After a quick Google search I’ve decided to go with perfect moving despite having a little bit of suspicion on the perfect rating. Have to say, I loved my experience. Nikola,Lazar and Vlada did an absolutely amazing job with wrapping my furnitures, Breaking down and reassemble my desk, bed frame, among with other pieces. They were professional, on time, speedy, and super humorous; they made this tiresome and tedious process fun! Next time when I move, I absolutely would go with perfect moving again!!!

This is my second time using perfect moving in 6 months ! We were beyond pleased both times. The movers were very fast, efficient , and professional. Absolutely excellent. Nikola, Vlada and Lazar were fast, reliable, and efficient. I had a big mirror and mattress and they wrapped it up fast and carefully so that there weren’t any scuffs. They were also very enthusiastic and had a great attitude which I always appreciate. I couldn’t ask for a better moving service or a better team. Perfect Moving is FANTASTIC!! - from first contact with Alexandra who went way beyond to answer questions and accommodate our needs. The day before we were asked if we wanted to movers to come earlier than scheduled which worked wonderfully for us. They arrived at an agreed-upon time, 4 hours earlier than scheduled, and had everything expertly and carefully wrapped and packed on the truck in 2 1/2 hours. The next morning they arrived at 9:30 am to unload (this was after a 5-hour drive from NYC to PA) and had everything unloaded in 90 minutes. Everything arrived in perfect condition. We had a very large bookcase that did not think would fit into our office but our 3 movers were determined to make it happen and they were successful after much careful maneuvering. And their price was fantastic too! We do not plan to move for a long time but would definitely use again if we did. THANK YOU PERFECT MOVERS FOR A PERFECT MOVE

Incredible experience with Perfect Moving! Communication was extremely clear and efficient leading up to the move, even with a change in customer service rep during the process. My movers, Leo and Nick, were wonderful to work with. They were professional, kind, efficient, and demonstrated quality work. They were able to pack up my studio with over 30 boxes and several furniture pieces into their truck in under an hour (while sharing a double-booked freight elevator). Leo was especially careful and effective wrapping all of my fragile items and furniture (there was a lot!!), and I expierenced no damages. Once at the new apartment Leo and Nick placed everything where asked and rearranged with care and patience. The whole move took about 3 hours which was a pleasant surprise. Cost was slightly more expensive than some other quotes I received but still well below several others. I went with Perfect Moving because of the consistently positive reviews, and I am so glad I did. Cant recommend enough!

You definitely want to go with Perfect Moving for your next move! I moved in two parts, and so needed storage in between move #1 and move #2. Prior to the move, everything was very smooth: Perfect Moving helped me identify my cubic space requirements and had a reasonable rate for storage. Overall, I found their pricing competitive/comparable with other companies. (I called around and received 3 quotes.) The moves themselves were also case studies in efficiency! They showed up early the 1st time and right in the projected window the second time, and were super speedy each time. I'm very glad I chose them for the move, and will use them again. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with Perfect Moving, from quote to moving day. I was moving out of state and I got a quote from 3 different companies for my long distance move. Perfect Moving gave me the best quote and also had great reviews, so I decided to go with them, and I'm glad I did because they did a better job than either of the 2 moving companies I've used for previous moves within NYC. On moving day my moving crew was headed by Davor, and they did a wonderful job! They were punctual, efficient, professional, kind, communicative, and did not damage anything (furniture, buildings, lawn, etc). I'm very happy I went with Perfect Moving and I will be recommending them to everyone I know in NYC. I'm only sorry I moved out of state because I'd like to have Perfect Moving take care of all of my future moves. Big thanks to the whole team for a job well done, and for greatly helping to lower the stress level of this move for me!

Hi, Everyone in this company is super nice, yesterday I had to pack and move my mothers house. She lives in a building on the 4th floor without an elevator. Nico, and Miro as soon as they came was so friendly and despite the work load I had for them was still in great spirits while working making jokes making conversation. I’ve moved a couple of times and never experienced such great movers that are so friendly and have a great sense of humor. If I have to move again I will definitely be using truck #19. I’ll definitely recommend this company to anyone who is moving they are so reasonable and staff is super responsive and respectful. I wish I could put 10 stars !!! Super satisfied with this company!!!

I have used Perfect Moving 3 times this year. They are always totally calm and professional For most of us moving is a stressful nightmare I’m saying these are the guys to use. They resolve any issue calmly. Everything is wrapped perfectly and expeditiously. Twice I used them to fully pack a home I just sat and watched them and it was a pleasure. They don’t complain they are respectful I repeat calm and in control. Their blankets are clean they pack and wrap like magicians. I’ve never had one damaged item. They quote a price double check inventory until the last minute and the quote sticks. Their customer service office is available responsive and precise. I am totally stress free when I use Perfect Moving.

I had Affordable & Assertive Moving cancel on me the day before my NY to FL move after two weeks of being on schedule so I called Perfect Movers right after and they got a great crew of guys the very next morning as I needed and it was just overall the smoothest process. Leo and his team were awesome! They came right at the beginning of the arrival window and were efficient and kind the whole time. I underestimated how much stuff we had and our quote increased with the volume but Alexandra at the office offered a discount on the increased quote without me even having to ask! Unfortunately our couch was unable to be moved out of the apartment and they did discount the price for that but it wasn't a very significant amount considering the couch was the main reason we hired movers in the first place. Overall would recommend!

Perfect coordinated all of my move from NY to PA from collection, furniture disassembly, storage for 2 months, delivery and furniture reassembly. My whole experience was very positive. Arrita was an incredible agent as she accommodated my many unique conditions, was patient and kind throughout the process and helped me find the best rates. Mike and his packing team were punctual, communicative, efficient, and diligent in their work. They worked very fast and with care. For both collection and delivery, they arrived dot at the beginning of the arrival window and completed their work briskly and diligently and finished ahead of schedule. They showed great care and had packing blankets, compressors, wraps for everything and my furniture remained entirely identical at the end of my move. I received all my items and they were mostly in near-perfect condition. This is one of the best moving experiences I've had!

Leo, Niksa, and Mateus were excellent! We had a tight turnaround to move into the new place, and they helped us make it just in time. Everything made it over just fine — nothing stolen, nothing lost, nothing damaged. They took good care of our things and made sure to pack up all the furniture thoroughly. They also dissembled the bed at the old place and then re-assembled it at the new place for us, which was nice. Both the moving company and the movers were very flexible with any changes needed, and the move was affordable. The movers were also warm and friendly. Would use this service again!

I truly can't say enough good things about the team at Perfect Moving. The sales rep I worked with, Alexandra, was extremely patient and understanding as I navigated the inventory list, payment, deposit, etc. She shared all the options with me and made me feel understood. She also patiently updated the inventory list many, many times as I navigated what I was going to keep or discard. I did the bin rental, which was an absolute life saver. The bin drop off was easy, the bins were large and clean and easy to pack and stack as I organized and sorted my belongings. It's the silliest thing, but I also liked that the bins were a bright and friendly purple color. I rented 25 bins as part of a bundle, which also came with two wardrobe boxes. They came and picked up the bins five days after my move, which was plenty of time to get all my belongings unloaded. The most important (and most impressive) part of the move was the actual moving day, of course. The movers arrived right on time and got straight to work. The reason I hired movers was because I was moving out of a sixth floor walkup. I'm eight years older than I was when I arrived at that sixth floor walkup, and I decided I couldn't do all those stairs on my own this time. The movers looked around, identified what was to be moved, and then got to work. They were shockingly efficient, but it still took about 3 hours to get everything down my stairs and into the truck. They never complained, but did acknowledge that the stairs were a challenge. I kept them supplied with seltzers and sat back and watched my life get shuttled out of my apartment. Like with the prep work, the guys were super duper friendly, professional and attentive about my cares. I let them know which boxes contained fragile items, and they carefully wrapped up my art and electronics to ensure they wouldn't be damaged. Everything arrived in the condition it left my old apartment! Overall, Perfect Moving truly lived up to its name. The service was worth every penny. I tipped the guys extravagantly for their time and feel hugely satisfied with how it all went. If and when I move again, Perfect Moving will be at the top of a short list of options. I've already recommended them to the couple who is moving in to my now vacant apartment. My only wish is that it's not the same movers that have to deal with my six flights of stairs again. Everything went great! Best quote I received (and flat rate), communication was pretty good and the whole process was really efficient and professional!! After moving, I had to storage my things for a few months before coming back to the city and I was worried about how my things were going to be delivered after all that time. It turned out that everything was in perfect condition, not a single scratch or missing item. Couch had some color transfer from the blankets it was wrapped in, but nothing that couldn't be cleaned easily with some fabric cleaner. I would hire them without hesitation if I have to move again in the future!

This is not my first move, however, I must say this was the most stress free move I have ever had. The guys on truck 12 moved me and my fiancé today and they did an amazing job! I'm a woodworker and have a lot of heavy tools and other nonsense. I really appreciate how professional and efficient they were despite the weight and number of our boxes. I also used to work in event industry driving trucks and moving rental furniture. I know how tough the job can be and these guys killed it! Really great! My fiancé and I are super appreciative of all the work they put in and the courteous, professional service they provided. The three movers (Boban (Bobby), Branislav, and John) were so quick and efficient that I thought there were five of them! All three of them were friendly, kind, courteous, professional, and strong! The price was very reasonable and they were flexible with scheduling as we had to move ten days earlier than originally anticipated. Boban wrapped the fine china very carefully and everything arrived safely. They started early (around 9 a.m.) and finished packing the moving van around 4 p.m. and drove through NYC traffic and into the evening so that they could arrive in Virginia around noon the next day. They were a very hard working team and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Perfect Moving!

Moving can always be a tedious struggle with efficiency, steadiness, and tiresome work. Moving is that one that thing that makes people avoid having to change apartments as frequently as they can. Going into the process I loathed the thoughts of all the ailments waiting for me, but after finishing my move with Perfect Moving that all changed. From the first call I was able to receive a quote and an appointment on the spot. The two movers, Nemanja and Oji met me 15 minutes before my appointment time in a large company truck 18. From the initial interaction, they were friendly, reassuring, and professional. After showing them the pieces to move they immediately went to work - wrapping each item extremely securely. I rarely post reviews- but for this company I really want to share my experience. We completed our move this weekend and I can't say enough good things about the company and the two movers. It was very fast and very smooth and safe move, without even a small scratch. For comparison we have completed a move with another company 1.5 years ago, it took 6 hours to move out stuff for 2 people completed by 3 movers. For perfect moving it took 3.5 hours to move out stuff for 3 people (us+baby who has a crib, a lot of cloths and play devices) for 2 movers. Office staff is also very nice and provided excellent service.

The movers did a great job disassembling and moving our furniture to our storage place. They were kind and professional getting the job done in a good amount of time. Perfect Moving was nothing short of perfect. I had Boro, Peter, Miro & team for my move, and they were absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough! They made an already incredibly stressful day a lot less hectic than it otherwise would’ve been. They were friendly and pleasant, offering to help more if they could at every turn. They arrived super early but were willing to wait and did not pressure me into getting started early, which I really appreciated since I was running behind myself. They packed the few loose items and clothes (into the included wardrobe boxes) super efficiently. Not a single thing broke or was damaged by the end of my move, I have some expensive furniture pieces I am quite precious about and quite a few boxes marked fragile/glass (I had shown them this, and they clearly moved them accordingly). Perfect Moving also had the best price amongst all the moving companies I got quotes from. Will be using them when I move next.

Perfect moving was beyond perfect! We used them to move an herb school from a busy crowded city St in BK to upstate NY. It was difficult to figure how much we had to move & we underestimated the amount - BUT Jovan’s crew amazingly fit everything into the truck like a jigsaw puzzle -and did so jovially even in the high 90+ heat At the other side Jovan's unloaded quickly and skillfully, moving big heavy boxes like marshmallows and not taking any breaks even in the heat. Wonderful experience! My move was incredibly smooth and efficient. Though it was only a 60-block move in Manhattan, the new apartment was a 5 story walk-up duplex, so the movers had to move the upstairs bedroom furniture up another staircase to the roof then into the bedroom. Despite this, they finished everything (from showing up at the old place to finishing moving everything at the new place in ~3 hours). Other moving services estimated 5-7 hours (and charge hourly). I had several heavy/delicate pieces that were all handled perfectly and with care as well. This was my first time moving with a moving company and Alexandra was very helpful with answering all my questions. When Marko and his team arrived he did a quick survey of the items and told his team what he needed. They helped us tape down boxes and Marko looked like he should be cast in a Marvel movie. He lifted my couch like it was a potato. My partner is Polish and I thought he was strong since Poles are known for being champion weight lifters. Oh no, these Serbian guys could tear guys apart but they are too nice to do that. I like that they sent 3 guys and took turns and breaks. The guys were really friendly and smiling. Our elevator broke at the start of the move and they switched to taking all our stuff down the stairs, despite it not being in the original plan. First, I never leave google reviews but I’ll take the time to do this because I was truly amazed by the services provided by Perfect Moving. I was referred to them by a colleague of mine - and this was my first time using moving service. We were moving about 15 miles away from our 1 bedroom and into a bigger space in New Jersey. The three man team, headed by Nick, arrived on time despite having a job prior to mine. He kept me updated and was very easy to reach, approach, and speak to. Seeing Nick and his team get to work was absolutely insane to watch - they are machines. They moved our desks, tables, bed, frame, and other big ticket items that would’ve broke me or my dad’s back if we tried to do it alone. They finished as quick as they could and it was certainly a hard job. With 80 degree whether, and 3 flights of stairs at the moving location, they never skipped a beat. Honestly the best moving service I've ever engaged... and I've moved a lot. First, they answer their phone and continue to answer even after the "sale" is made. Price was more than reasonable. Impressed how they stayed in touch as the date of the move got closer. The day before, they provided all the information I needed, time they would arrive, etc. On the move date, they arrived right on time letting me know a bit beforehand that they were getting close. The gentlemen that showed up were professional, extremely careful and more than willing to perform a few last minute changes. With my move, they also had to go to a storage area. All of that was known and went off without a hitch. At the destination, they were just wonderful as they help me arrange some extra items in my garage where I was still able to fit my car. Some of it wasn't easy, but they handled everything with professionalism with an attitude that they wanted the customer to be happy. I just can't say enough about these guys. Perfect Moving were just that...PERFECT! The guys were soooooo nice, starting with my sales rep Marko and finishing with the movers Marko, Alexander, and Georgi (not sure of spelling on that name). The price was very reasonable! The guys worked very hard to make sure all of my things were safely wrapped. They were extremely courteous and patient. During the move I "changed my mind" a couple of times as to where to put stuff, some of which was very heavy. The guys couldn't have been nicer! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! They politely asked if we can pause for a little bit because it was pouring out and they didn't want my stuff to get wet! They made a VERY stressful move so much better!!! I made a move from the bronx ny to Washington state. When I tell you perfect moving had my BACK! Whenever I called them just to update something they would help me they were always so responsive. I was moving a 75 inch tv across the country I was terrified it arriving working! I provided my own box but that tv arrived perfectly. The only thing that happen was a scuff pn the bottom of leg of a chair! That’s impressive considering It was an entire apartment move with king size bed and baby items! It was impeccable service from the retrieval of my items to the communication of when my items would arrive to the actual arrival of my items. My delivery team the main contact was John Paul the driver of the truck delivering my items and he was AMAZING. I was completely stressed about moving and every step of the way Perfect Moving was helpful, courteous, and professional. Emailing the office regarding my inventory, they were able to set everything up with a fixed quote. So comforting to know exactly how much something would cost up front! Jovana even adjusted my move time to coincide with when the service elevator was available in my new building, even though it took many emails to accomplish this. Such relief to have someone working WITH you to solve all problems! When the movers called me on the morning of the move at the very beginning of their arrival window, they had already found parking and were so friendly. “Good Morning!” was my greeting from the team leader of this cheerful trio. Projecting total confidence, I was immediately put at ease knowing my stuff was in great hands. The team worked efficiently and methodically to pack the truck, wrapping all furniture with great care, wearing masks the entire time. I needed some extra help with my mattress, the plastic cover bag I had used didn’t fully close, so they easily wrapped the end for me. My couch gave them quite a struggle, and they maintained their positive attitude as they pulled out all stops to get it out of my apartment. I was so impressed! When the truck arrived in the new place, it took them no time to get everything into my new apartment, putting all furniture exactly where I wanted it. I can’t describe my relief to have everything taken care of so efficiently and professionally, all with a smile and a kind word. I’m so thankful. These guys are moving angels.

I hired them because they offered a Relatively good cost, and saw someone talk about them online. I figured I don’t have anything crazy, just the average stuff in my apt. Unfortunately one item was damaged which they paid me for, but it’s still a heavy object I now have to rebuy, bring up 4 stories and put together. On top of that one item was lost, which the payout was fine, but not what I paid for the item. Again something I now have to rebuy. Then the small things like my mattress being put on upside down.. just under whelmed by the company. Overall it was “fine” but wouldn’t use again.

After a recommendation from a friend, I contacted Perfect Moving and Peter was very prompt in his response to provide a quote for my move. Their prices are very reasonable, and they allowed me to use Bins from Bin It to have a more sustainable move. They also were quick to provide the COI for my building. Moving day was very fast. They arrived within the early part of the time window I was given and it took about 45 minutes to get everything wrapped and loaded (I didn’t have that much) and then about 30 minutes to get everything unloaded and into my apartment. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

The preparation, service, and execution of this move were superb. Peter and Irina were great to work with in the planning. They were patient and responsive to every little adjustment I needed to make in the date and size of the move. I was moving from an apartment where my wife and I had lived for over 20 years; we had accumulated a lot of stuff. I did almost all the packing in advance and it took over a week to get it all ready and staged for the move day. On that day, Rush and his team arrived right on time, a little before 6:00am, and he and the other two guys on his team were so efficient that they were all loaded up and driving away at 7:05am! It blew my mind. I own a furniture manufacturing company in upstate NY so I am extremely attentive to observing whether a team works smoothly and efficiently. These guys were up to the highest standard of that. Perfect Moving is both lucky to have these and, I imagine, should get a lot of credit for finding them and helping them give such great service to the customer. One little incident I wanted to mention: they weren't speaking English to each other and I asked Rush what language it was. He apologized and said it was Serbian. I said it to him then and will say it again here: please don't ever apologize for that; to come to a different country, work with such dedication, and be learning to speak a second language (his English was excellent) is something to be very proud of. I would recommend Perfect Moving every time; it was a pleasure to work with them through every step of the process.

I asked them if they could get to my apartment at a certain time (in manhattan) and they even called me to let me know they were on their way and showed up right on time. Amazing work! I highly recommend this company. I was helped by Rush and Juan. Both of them were so friendly, efficient, hard working and really handled everything with care. I had to move on short notice and they made the move so much less stressful. I moved from lower east side up to Inwood and they took care of everything for me, even disassembled and reassembled the bed frame, and even fixed the loose screws. I had packed a lot and was nervous they couldn't take it all, but they took everything and more so I don't have to move anything else. Perfect moving is amazing!! I moved all my belongings into a storage unit and they made sure to wrap my furniture carefully to transport. I was moving from NJ to MA and Rush and his partner, Juan, made the process so easy, seamless, and stress free in an otherwise highly stressful situation. Best moving experience of my life. I had such a complicated move with 3 pick up locations and our destination would only allow to move at a certain hour. But these guys did a fantastic job with not letting me feel any of the moving pain. The movers were very professional and time efficient. They are also great with tools and were able to figure out how to assemble/dissemble furnitures without any manual. Fantastic movers. Perfect Moving was very responsive both in the days leading up to the move and day-of. They moved several larger unwanted furniture items curbside at no extra charge - and gave the excellent advise to put in a Bulk Item Disposal request ahead of time with the city, avoiding issues with my building. On the day-of, they were so kind and always left their masks covering nose & mouth. Everything was moved so carefully, even wrapping items in blankets that I didn't think were very fragile! It was raining the whole time, but they did a great job of avoiding items getting wet as much as possible. Very transparent as well with FANTASTIC customer service. I've used other moving companies in NYC but none compares to Perfect Moving in terms of care and service. Highly recommend!

Bob and his team were exceptional. I lived in a 5 floor walk up and only had one bedroom to move out, but it still ended up being a ton of boxes, suitcases, and furniture. My moving time was 1-5 pm, the team arrived right at 1 pm to do the first walk through and by 1:30 pm everything was completely removed. I haven't finished unpacking everything but I am confident everything was moved with care. Someone else mentioned the team had a lot of pride in their job and I couldn't agree more. They are exceptional at what they do and cracked many jokes along the way and were beyond respectful. I have to move again in a few months and will use them again if I use a moving company.

We used this company for our move from one Brooklyn neighborhood to another. The customer service was phenomenal each step of the way. A representative patiently went over the contents of our apartment over the phone, which is a lot better than a form in my opinion, to get the most accurate estimate. I had a complicated move. I needed to move a few large items from my apartment in Washington Heights to my new apt in Brooklyn. I also had to move several items from my apt in Washington Heights to my mothers new home in Pennsylvania. Not only were they able to accommodate moving items between three locations, one of which was out of state, in one day but they made the experience a breeze. Booking the move on the phone was easy and they made sure to get every detail of the move down correctly. On the day of the move, they were scheduled to be at my apt at 7am and they were twenty minutes EARLY! They moved everything down my five floor walk up quickly and carefully. The movers were polite, wore masks and maintained a safe distance during the move. They were communicative, letting me know if they were stuck in traffic and how far away they were from the next location and mostly importantly, were helpful, polite and respectful to my mother. They even called me once they finished moving her in to tell me they completed the job successfully and that she was taken care of. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone moving, especially in the time of COVID and I will definitely be using them again.

I've moved 11 times in NYC and Perfect Moving is by far the best services I've ever had! The office was very professional and communicative with paperwork. My reps were Peter and Tasko; my crew were Vukasim, Almas, Damir, and one other member I didn't get to know by name. They were amazingly fast in moving what I boxed, and helped with consolidating my odds and ends. When I encountered an unexpected scheduling issue with the new building on the day of the move, management worked with me to rent the truck for 2 nights and deliver the items at the next available window. The team's efficiency was unmatched and management's flexibility, problem-solving was a God send. Seen the stress I had to go through, they even gave me a discount and assisted me with relocating a couple of my missing electronic boxes. Everything was literally PERFECT. The movers showed right up on time, were extremely friendly and packed and wrapped everything with care - I paid extra for the packing service and it was the best money I spent. I didn't have to touch a thing - they emptied out my closets, drawers, etc - and labeled everything! Tasko spent extra time with me on my first call in, going through an inventory list and answering all of my questions - I never felt rushed. I also sent in a video of my apartment to get an accurate quote, and that was the price I was charged on the day-of. There were no hidden or surprise fees. I wish I was as good at my job as Perfect Moving is at theirs. The entire experience was, well...Perfect. From the start, the process couldn't have been more seamless. When I got the quote, they didn't act like sleazy used car salesmen (sadly I had this experience elsewhere). Their prices were reasonable, their emails were clear, their reps were easy to deal with, and the logistics in terms of documentation and payment were seamless. Now, let me get to game day - just incredible. They put on absolute clinic in how to move an apartment's worth of stuff. They were like a well-oiled machine. All the big pieces were wrapped and packed without breaking. Everything was properly logged for storage. The loaded truck looked immaculate. Oh and they were properly dressed, with masks, and extremely professional. Honestly, the only reason I noticed this part was because another apartment was moving that day, and the other company had twice as many people who looked disheveled and the truck looked like a nightmare - in fact, I saw a random person off the street helping those other movers keep a mattress upright. Thank goodness I chose Perfect. It was like seeing the major leagues up against little leaguers. Even my building manager said he wished everyone would use the crew from Perfect that day. Soup to nuts, Perfect has got this moving thing down pat. Don't waste your time using anyone else.

Everything from reaching out for initial quotes to the actual move day went perfectly. I moved from Brooklyn to jersey city and shopped around for quotes. Ultimately went with perfect moving because they offered the best flat rate and all the reviews seemed positive (Yelp, google, Reddit). Even saw their purple trucks around my old apartment building before. I was initially a bit worried about fake reviews since other movers have quoted me double the price. Peter was very quick to respond to my emails and even let me add a few items to my inventory without increasing the price. Dan and his team texted me the day before to confirm the move and they were very punctual on the day of the move. I scheduled a 9am move and they were done by 12pm (I was completely packed so all they needs to do was shrink wrap furniture and load/unload the truck). I highly recommend Perfect moving! I wanted to take a moment to commend my move from West 107 to West 103. The George and the guys were respectful, professional and diligent. I made the move out as simple as possible having the majority of the boxes moved to the basement for them anticipating the move in to our 1800s Brownstone to be a bit more challenging. We had two flight of stairs to carry everything up and the guys never wavered. The asked me for assistance when larger pieces had to be maneuvered to get upstairs but they never gave up. I can not recommend Perfect Mover’s professional service enough and my three guys went above and beyond. In choosing my mover, I relied on Yelp and Google reviews and Perfect Movers were excellent.

the 5 stars speak for themselves! after doing a lot of research for local movers, their quote was the most all-inclusive (paid for parking tickets, covered basic dis/assembly, COIs) without added costs here and there. i loved that it was a flat rate too so we didn't have to worry in the case that it took longer. blertina who helps coordinate everything prior to the move is super responsive and thorough. she did her best to accommodate our last-minute move. the move itself was done so efficiently, proficiently, and the movers (Sam + crew) were so polite. i had totally forgotten to include two full-length mirrors in our inventory and they covered the cost and packaged them safely. they set up our sectional, rugs, bed, dressers where we wanted in our new place and saved us hours of moving furniture. from start to finish the move from hudson yards to LIC took 3.5 hours. would highly recommend perfect moving!

Jovana (quote agent) was very informative and transparent with pricing options which has helped me to decide and pick the best cost-effective option for my move. I have moved 22 times so far and I have never experienced the level of detail and genuine care that I did with Perfect Moving. The entire team's attitude was outstanding--so friendly and efficient and flawless--I mean not a scratch, not a single dent, no damage whatsoever to any of our items and that's even with my building's overly stringent policy of not allowing moving blankets within the building! They had to move my furniture in and out of elevators and in the pouring down rain without moving blankets and still no damage. NONE. I was so used to all my previous experiences with other moving companies-- grumpy movers, carelessly dropping our belongings and leaving us to deal with the damage and having the weeks of hassles of filing insurance claims. That's why I cannot say enough about what a seamless experience it was with Perfect Moving-- starting with Tasko who was so kind from the minute he picked up the phone and provided the estimate and COI's within minutes and then the moving team who arrived--Rush, Bob, and Juan who were so careful and yet so fast moving us out of our old building and into the new one. Moving is normally so stressful and we were dreading it after such an incredibly awful year with COVID, but this was actually the LEAST stressful move we've ever had. I couldn't believe it. Just to give you a tiny snapshot of how amazing they were-- I had an item that wasn't really expensive but it was important to me, and it was in an awkward box so it was vulnerable to damage, so I just asked Rush to take extra care of it because it was fragile and he said "don't worry, we treat every box, every item of yours as if it was fragile." And they did. To me, that says it all. Plus, their prices were so much more reasonable than the 5 other companies I got quotes from! I'll be hiring Perfect Moving for all of my moves for the rest of my life.

Their price, including packing, was more than fair, and I'm really glad I went with them. Within one day we had someone scheduled to come out the next day to provide a quote. I am so speechless I don't even know where to start this review. What happened with these guys is sheer out of this world. Everything was super easy in the beginning. I'm a control freak and cared a lot about my stuff (cross country New York - Los Angeles move, tons of beautiful designer items and furniture etc.). These guys were differentiated from the get go - many moving companies will force you to get on the phone, or won't give you a binding quote, or will generally operate in a way that's a huge hassle for someone working long hours who can't take hours to figure out quotes etc. Tasko accommodated my schedule, was willing to be available over email 24/7 planning the move, gave me an exact quote based on just pictures, was available by cell personally anytime I wanted to speak through a question, the quote was about half what the other reputable companies had quoted me and saved me a lot of money. And of course their reviews were completely perfect - I couldn't believe a moving business would have so many high reviews. Everything was managed perfectly and so easy for me. I think with customer excellence, delivering a routine playbook is one thing that a lot of companies can potentially get very good at. They come and move stuff and that's kind of it - lots of people can be good at that. What makes a customer service experience stand out is, what happens when things don't go well. And it's here that Perfect Moving has taught me one of the most important customer / business lessons I will ever learn: stand by your name, be PERFECT, deliver, no matter how difficult circumstances make that for you. Long story short, there was a hiccup with the LA delivery guys, everything was messy, the bed wasn't assembled right and my leather chair got "squished", making it look really horrible. I freaked out completely as soon as I saw this and called them; they picked up phone at 10pm New York time, and over the next 2 weeks worked with me to get everything fixed, texting, talking on the phone at all hours. Here's they arranged to make up for things: - They sent a cleaning crew to come clean up my whole apartment, remove empty boxes (huge help!), clean some of the marks the movers had left on my mirrors, on my glass table etc. They were so generous about it, they said I could have the cleaning crew do anything I needed in the apartment. That on its own was just so helpful (and the girls were so good I hired them for regular cleaning going forward) - They hired handymen to come fix the way the bed had gotten set up And here's where it gets unbelievable. IN ADDITION to the above (which others may have done too), they hired the best leather restoration company in Los Angeles (completely as his own suggestion and initiative), coordinated with the building to have my chair picked up, got it perfectly restored (it looks better now than it had before the move!), and delivered back to me, all within a week, without me having to lift a finger or pay a cent. Wow, I ran out of characters, Simply put, I'm coming out of this feeling more valued as a customer I ever felt in my life. I simply don't know how to say thank you. These guys were PERFECT!

I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for Perfect Moving. Last time I moved in NYC, it was one of the most traumatizing experiences I ever had. It was so bad, I said I was just going to die in that apartment. I did end up moving, and when researching a moving company I spent hours. I had never seen flawless 5-star reviews on any company and was honestly mildly skeptical. When I reached out for a quote, Tasko was incredibly responsive and helpful. He answered all my questions and helped tailor the services to my needs. My anxiety pre-move was still very high. But when Viktor and his team arrived perfectly within the window slot, I was immediately calmed down. They handled everything professionally, quickly and politely. They cleared out my whole studio apartment in about 40 minutes. I also had to dispose of a HUGE Ikea wardrobe, which they handled quickly and efficiently. They moved everything into my new building super fast and asked where I wanted my items. They wrapped everything so carefully as if it was their own possessions. On my moving day three energetic movers showed up at my doorstep, ran my boxes out of my apartment with a lightning speed. Two flights down at my old apartment and one flight up at the new one weren't a problem, neither was my heavy three seater and bedroom dresser. Guys dismantled my bed and put it back together. Polite, communicative and hardworking these guys. All I heard was fast taping and footsteps running stairs like they want to save you the extra hour. From my first email with Jovana to their two-man team dropping off our last box, everything worked seamlessly. Their pickup window at the first location was 8:00 am - 10:00 am and they called 30-minutes before arrival and arrived at 7:45 am. I was worried when I realized it was only two men but they worked quickly, efficiently, and didn't break a single thing. By 10:00 am they had taped all the boxes shut, wrapped and moved out all of the large items, and made their way from the Upper West Side to the West Village for pickup number two. This apartment was a 4th floor walk up with tight corners and they moved items like a stationary exercise bike and a 5 drawer dresser with ease. And by 12:00 pm they had arrived in the Financial District! They got everything into the apartment and were out the door by 2:30 pm! And like I mentioned before, they didn't break a single item!!

Despite COVID and snowy conditions on our moving day, they made the experience seamless and stress-free for us. Details of our experience are below but would highly recommend using them for anyone planning a move! PRE-MOVE & QUOTE Tasko answered every little question I had and always responded promptly (always within 24 hours, often within a few hours). Over 30 emails back and forth: COVID precautions, inventory changes, disassembly & assembly, how it would affect the price, and so on. Some of these exchanges made me realize I forgot to include a few big items. He gave me a quote and was fully transparent for how it could change (which in the end was exactly what was quoted). Leading up to the move day, I received email confirmations for time arrival and Rush arrived right on schedule for a quick assessment before the rest of the crew joined. PACKING DAY The team wore Surgical masks, hand sanitized, social distanced, and always stopped immediately anytime I had a question. Rush, Bob, and Juan were extremely thoughtful and very considerate for any items needed for the night (since moving was the following day). Every single item was carefully packed with the utmost care. SO FAST. 2-bedroom apartment packed in 2.5 hours (I was expecting it to be 6). But also high quality -- everything unpacked in our new place was in perfect condition. MOVE DAY Rush called ahead to communicate their ETA (while it was snowing) and still arrived in the time slot he communicated. They cleared out the apartment and walked with me for a final inspection for any last items to take. They even cleared out all the garbage of extra packing materials and tape ends. Rush said he’d reach out at regular intervals throughout the drive (from NYC to Boston) to put us at ease and did exactly that (calls and texts). They arrived before we could at the new place and they began the work sending pictures and used perfect judgement for where to place our things. I asked to move some items to different rooms, and they did so immediately with no fuss. Furniture unpacked, asked about orientation, and again, final walkthrough of each room as well as the moving truck that everything was to my satisfaction. FINAL THOUGHTS We’ve had over 5 multi-state moves over the past few years and Rush, Bob, and Juan were by far the best team we’ve worked with providing us a phenomenal and truly perfect experience. Worth every single penny we spent. I recommend them to EVERYONE and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I can’t recommend them enough! They were fantastic! They got there on time, and were patient while I got my keys after locking myself out. They moved everything quickly and gently! When I got to my new place and found the bed frame wasn’t fitting up my walk up they worked really hard to try to get it up there.
