We can’t say enough about this company TWO MEN AND A TRUCK! Tyler and David were absolutely amazing. And their slogan “Movers Who Care” isn’t a lie! We have heavy old antique wood furniture and they wrapped it all up to protect it. And so friendly. Can I also mention they are LGBT friendly and allies of our community. Can’t thank y’all enough and best decision ever hiring them! They will be hired again once our house is built!

Absolutely wonderful. The moving team was quick and professional, there were reasonable prices, the staff was friendly and accommodating (both in the office and on site). Everyone was amenable to the multiple changes in schedule that were outside of my control. The work itself was done under the 3 hour minimum when quoted for between 4.25-6.25 hours, so I saved over 25-50% of what I would have otherwise paid. When I eventually move into a more permanent house, I will be using them again, and will recommend them highly to others!

First, they have qualified people that they will hire out to either load or unload your stuff and you don't have to use their trucks. The leader of the loading crew, Cornell, was great! The office person that I spoke with to enlist their service was very helpful and the pricing was very accurate. The truck was packed expertly and nothing was damaged in the move. The loaders were fast and efficient. There was one minor scratch to a wall, but overall it was an excellent experience. The office staff after the move were not well informed. They did not respond well to the report of damage, insisted that pictures had to be submitted, when this is clearly not the case and the crew documented the damage. The manager was not in at the time and I have yet to hear from her.

I had a lot of real wood furniture that was not light in comparison to most furniture of today and they handled it easily. The were quick and polite when I was in the way. Helpful and efficient. The office quote was close to dead on and the they arrived as scheduled and finished just as fast. Wonderful service and people

Two Men and a Truck are the go-to company for all your moving needs. They are prompt, their communication is exceptional and they are very attentive to customer needs. Unfortunately one furniture item of ours was accidentally damaged during the move (heavy antique going up the stairs), and Two Men set about quickly to send out their repair man to remedy the issue at no extra cost to us. Although pricey, the money is well spent and you know the job will get done hassle-free and with as little stress as possible. Highly recommended.

Two Men and a Truck, in our case, was actually 3 men in a truck! We had a LOT of stuff moving from Carrolton to Gentilly. They got everything loaded out in 3 hrs! The movers were very friendly, cautious, and efficient. I would definitely recommend them. The phone operator, Debby, also had the nicest telephone voice.

I had to move my elderly parents and knew that the new apt had some tricky hallways to maneuver. I knew that I didn't want to deal with my parents' big dressers so I called Two Men and a Truck. The price was reasonable (obv much more expensive than calling a few friends and moving items yourself) and the guys that came out were great. They were perfectly on time, very professional, and worked efficiently. I never felt like they were taking any longer than necessary to complete my move and stay within my estimated move time even with my parents adding items that weren't on the move list. Best moving experience EVER. I will never again recruit able and willing friends to move me because Two Men and a Truck made my move so easy and quick! Christian and Moses were so professional, respectful, and courteous. Although my furniture was heavy mahogany, my movers never seemed disgruntled or frustrated—they moved my heavy furniture with a smile! We made two stops on my move and both times my movers were very mindful about other furniture and walls in the house. When parking the truck, they were sure to avoid the grass as much as possible! The payment process was super easy—my mover called the main office and spoke on speaker with the office to assure me of what I was being charged for. The price was super reasonable! On the backside of things, the people at the office called me before, during, and after my move to check up. It was so wonderful to feel like I wasn’t alone during this move. I will absolutely used Two Men and a Truck for my future moves!

The movers from two men and a truck were great. This was easily the best money I've spent. They protected all of our pieces, and moved them very carefully even though it was raining outside. They were friendly and attentive. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them. They made our move much easier, and they cut our moving time by more than 50%. I highly recommend their services. The guys were great and they were actually early! They nice and polite. They followed the CDC guidelines for Covid-19. They worked efficiently and quickly. The furniture was properly wrapped. Zero damage. I would use Two Men and a Truck again and I highly recommend them.

Once we arrived to the new house, they were thoughtful about where they placed belongings, assembled all my furniture and made sure everything was centered and to my liking before they left. All of this was done in 90-degree heat! I want that crew to come back next time I move!

We had a great experience. We contracted them to just pack our 3 bed/2 bath. The guys showed up within the contracted window. They were very professional and got to work right away. The were efficient and packed our belongings with care. They went over and above to be helpful, especially Ken Smith. They packed everything in about 4 hours and did a great job. The team I was given to help move did an outstanding job. The younge men were professional, well spoken, detail oriented, and punctual. They not only gave me great service, but were fully aware of their surroundings and always made sure my new neighbors were never inconvenienced by the move. There were no shortcuts taken, but the speed they worked at made me question how long they had been movers. Sure they all looked under 30 but worked like they been on the job for 40 years now. Not a single item was damaged or lost amd they even insisted on helping me with even the small furniture. My wife was so scared about the process because she couldn't be there, but they made everything so fast and easy i didn't even think to call her and tell her how it was going. When I move again, this will be the first company I contact for help.

From the lady providing me the quote (VERY ACCURATE) to the 3 men securing and moving our contents all were very professional and amazing to work with. Arrived promptly was picking up from two differnt locations and delivering to another. Not a huge move; but, the minimum charge is 2 hours and they completed in 1 hour. Due to a traumatic injury, I was hospitalized for two months and had to find a new place to live that was more accommodating. Once that was accomplished I was told by two different friends to use Two Men and a Truck. They accommodated my unusual situation, moving all of my belongings without my being able to be there dealing with my friends who said they were very professional and courteous. In dealing with them over the phone they were always courteous to me as well, and took extra steps to ensure I was satisfied. The best part of the entire experience was it they came in well under their estimate. I ended up paying far less than they estimated. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck New Orleans!!

Simple estimate (by time spent moving). Quick and friendly staff while loading the truck. When arriving at the new house, we had to wait for the landlord to bring the key. The movers were patient and sociable. I’d use this company again!!!!

I’ve been told that you need to watch movers as they charge by the hour, but these two dudes didn’t stop working. A 3-man team was sent out to move 3 bathroom vanities from a storage pod to our new house. On arrival, one of the team stated that they would not be able to move 2 of the vanities (even though the office was notified in advance of how heavy the packages were and sent 3 men for that reason). We were charged the full $420 even though the team refused to move 2 of the 3 vanities and were only on-site for 25 minutes. We contacted the manager and sent an email requesting that the situation be remedied. Another team was sent out the SAME day to move the vanities at NO COST to us. The lesson here is that if you have a problem with a particular team, contact the manager of that location and they will handle the problem quickly. Thank you to Jolene for resolving the issue in a quick and professional manner!

They wrapped every piece of furniture and I thought that was because I was moving my things to a storage space for now. But I was amazed to find out that's how they do every move! This was my first time using Two Men and A Truck. The movers (Kyler and Delano) called ahead to let me know they were on the way. There were a few obstacles maneuvering the furniture from a second floor apartment and getting it into a house. Talking it through they handled my furniture with care and there was no damage done. In talking to them through conversation they both just started with TMAAT week prior to my move and this was their first move working together. They work GREAT together and should be paired together for future moving assignments. I have no complaints. They were AWESOME! My experience with TMAAT was AWESOME and if I should ever have to move again I want Kyler and Delano as my movers. I would recommend TMAAT to anyone who needs assistance with moving.

we had a very oversized fixture that we needed to deliver in the French Quarter, on the second flood across from Cafe DuMonde.... The ad said they specialized in French Quarter moving, and everything went off without a hitch! Deborah answered all my questions when I called, Roy and Malcolm called before they got here, and were right on time. We received a call letting us know that the streets were blocked off and the guys couldn't get there, but they caleld the customers, she directed them there, and I received my credit card receipt within an hour. We called our customer a little bit after, and she said it was perfect, and the guys did great! We made the right call!!!

Seems odd, however, once they arrived at my daughter's house, the two men were professional, efficient workers who got the job done quickly. I had a cast on my broken foot and my son was recovering from a concussion. In the middle of packing the truck they stopped and said i had to pay more money or they would unload my things. A $300 move went to $460 and they broke my trunk lid ....which i didnt realize for a few months....so they eould leave an injured person with no help for $160. I complained but nothing was done. I tell everyone not to use them nor buy furniture from compass who owns the trucks and employs the movers. Dont use them they are shady.
