This was a pleasant experience. Troy started off assisting by telephone then Brian was our “go to” on the actual premises. This is the cleanest storage facilities ever with top notch security. I actually have other storage units in bordering state. And I wish they could hire individuals that are as informative as these guys. Brian is a stickler for the rules and that’s absolutely the best quality for this type of business. I know my unit and belongings are going to be safe and secure. So many places now have theft. And I won’t be alone in them. This place is perfect! And with Brian in charge I don’t have to think twice. I feel safe. Thank you Safeguard for making life simple!

Also love that this entire facility is keyless - really secure (monitored by tons of cameras) - and need an app to open every door so lots of safety mechanisms to protect your belongings. Brian and Troya gave me the most incredible customer service on earth. The facilities are so clean, they even smell nice. The buildingis very safely protected with an intricate technology system, and I could easily access my stuff for two months through my phone. I was moving under not the best circumstances, and Brian and Troya were truly some of the best service providers I have ever met. They were so helpful, and Safeguard's move in specials are incredible. I'm talking 2 months and 1 months free for signing on. They're the best.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage in the New Orleans area. Jill and Brian are the greatest when fixing any problems I may have. My husband and I both love talking to Jill anytime she is in the office. Access is app-based so I love the fact that no one can get in my unit except for people who are granted access. It is the safest storage unit experience that I have ever had. The units are so clean and the hallway is well maintained.

Epic Modern Storage facility. Its safe, secured, temp controlled, uses an app for accessibility (yay no more locks!!), and plenty of parking, and loading space. I wish I could give more stars because the facility and customer service is excellent. The building itself is well lit, clean and spacious. Entry to it and the office is only accessible by renters or potential renters which gives me a sense of security. The units are clean and and doesn’t give off that “storage smell” or feel. I love it. But the plus at this location is the office manager Leah, OMG I can not say enough about her that will give an accurate description of her. When I was scheduled to go in a sign my paperwork and get my unit, I was running extremely late. I kept up my location status with her and she assured me that everything was ok and that she would wait for me. I eventually arrived there and she was as bright as 8am in the morning. We talked while she worked on my paperwork and I probably kept her there a little longer than normal, but I would’ve never known it. Her personality and customer service went far and beyond and I am appreciative of her for that. If you’re looking for a great facility this Safeguard location is the one.

Safeguard Self Storage is pretty great. I chose this place because of reviews recommending Leah, and Leah was very helpful from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company--packing in and out are a cinch, building is kept secure and clean, and when I had a frustrating problem not being able to use the elevator, an off-site manager Kevin assisted as best he could. Later I found out I was trying to get to the wrong floor. 😂

This place is wonderful. The staff was super nice and friendly. I had to leave New Orleans suddenly and needed a storage unit. They were quick and accommodating 3 years ago. Today I came to get the stuff, I was worried because of the 3 years but there was no need. My things were just as I left them, NO damage or anything. The floors have temperature control and it’s always clean. There are NO bugs which I couldn’t believe. If you need a reasonably priced unit, this is the place.

The technology equipped, future-thinking coolness of the enhanced security features of convenience worked on my first attempt! I agree with other reviewers, Safeguard is a clean, convenient, and safe facility with friendly helpful staff. The hours work perfectly and they send you notifications for your billing statements. I'm currently using this facility for summer storage, and I actually got a great deal for my unit (compared to other storage units nearby) by buying it online. I highly suggest Safeguard for storage units in this area.

I’ve been a customer of this facility for a little over 2.5 years and if there was ever a reason I wouldn’t leave, it would solely be because of Leah Ward-Bolen and Sherri Bridges! The unit itself is constant so it’s not what keeps me here, but the professionalism of these two women is second to none. They are always friendly, always greet me and they immediately call me when I have a package. Best of all is that they temporarily store it for me in their own unit in the event that I am out of town (which happens often).

I spoke with a young woman, Troya, who was more than willing to help me find a storage unit at a reasonable cost. Not only did this young woman show me the unit, she took time from what seemed like a busy day to go over the billing and storage policies. She was kind, sweet, but most of all you could tell this young lady enjoyed her job. She made sure I understood when payment was due and even set me up with auto-pay. This company is blessed to have this young woman on their team. The facility was also cleaned as well as the storage. I am happy with Safeguard, and will, from now on only take my business here.
