I needed storage quickly. Pods told me it would be months. I called go minis and they were willing to work with me and do what was necessary to get me set up with a unit immediately. The representative was very professional and courteous as was the delivery person. I ended up having to keep the unit longer than expected because I got very sick. Go Mimi's was understanding of that as well. They are more expensive than PODS, but the service has been worth it. I will use them again if the need arises and will recommend Go Minis to anyone needing onsite storage.

I definitely recommend Go Mini's. I called they delivered, no problem. Pickup is not as quick as delivery, I'm still waiting for them to pickup to close out my contact. Unit was empty on Saturday 4/30 and today is Tuesday 5/3 they have not picked up. I called they said it's supposed to be scheduled for Wednesday 5/4.

The company was very easy to work with. We needed a container quickly, and they were able to accommodate that. We had the largest container dropped off, later moved to a new address, and then picked up. We had the container for several months. I have to say that it was fun to see the container being loaded and unloaded from the truck. They were able to get it very precisely in the location you wanted it to go. Communication with the office was also reliable, and they were polite and helpful. The only negative that I can think of is that I got a quote online for the storage unit, including the date that I wanted it to be dropped off. But when I talked to someone, they said there as an additional $100 fee for having it dropped off that same week, and their computer system had a glitch and didn't show that information when you get quotes. It was not the cheapest storage pod option, but it was the one available when we needed it, so we went ahead. The storage container itself was in good shape and no issues with leaks or anything like that. Even if it was not the least expensive, we had a great experience, and I would be happy to use them again if the need arises.

But Jeannine and the staff at GoMini’s in New Orleans went above and beyond keeping me updated on when they would have a unit available for me. This was a very difficult time for me. Not only had I lost my house but I lost my dad 3 weeks after Ida and dealing with all of this was a nightmare but this company made everything so much less stressful for me. And when I needed to cancel it, they came and picked it up the very next day. No questions asked. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will definitely use them again!!! This is at least the third time we’ve used GoMinis. We’ve used them to move, store on their site, and then return to our new site to complete a move and then during renovations and projects on site. The delivery driver has been courteous and professional and deftly managed to get it into our desired spot. The containers have been water tight and clean. The office staff have been helpful on the phone and prompt with contracts and information by email. The direct debit was also a plus for us as we didn’t need to worry about remembering to pay on time. Pricing better or comparable to others. Easy to arrange delivery & pickup. Very pleased. Highly recommend!

Go Mini was great to work with. The large container arrived at my home and was placed in my driveway for immediate use. It was a big relief to be able to get such a large container for the price. Other places were charging ridiculous prices for smaller containers. I was able to keep belongings in the container safely in my driveway while my home was renovated. It was so much easier than moving everything to a storage unit and back. And if I needed to find something it was right there in the driveway. Jane was lovely to work with and always available to answer any questions. Arranging delivery and pick up was as easy as one call each time. I highly recommend Go Mini.

I needed a pod like immediately on a Friday and everyone else I called couldn't do it till the next week and I needed it put through my driveway into my yard and I didn't think I was going to get it in there. This was a fantastic experience working with Jeannine and Jane! Was a little extra complicated from me, scheduling all of it from 3,000 miles away but it went off without a hitch. The only hiccup was that I was charged an extra $25 tight driveway fee and wasn't informed of that until after it hit my credit card.
