John (owner), Jimmy, & Raymond (affectionately known as Ray Ray) showed up to my house on the rainiest day of the year - but they were ALL SUNSHINE! Despite the tornado warnings and torrential downpours, their team got it done! They were accommodating, honest, kind, diligent, hardworking, efficient, prompt, and came at a great value. I researched a lot of movers and chose this crew based on their reviews - BEST DECISION EVER! Search no further and hire today! To the We Haul team, thank you. I had an amazing experience with We Haul. Nashville. Having used multiple moving service companies in the past with varying levels of competence and professionalism. I can confidently say they are the best company I have used so far. The movers were friendly, fast, and funny. Communication for setting up service was simple, and the exact date and time were scheduled, unlike other moving providers that would use a floating time frame that could cover multiple days even. All that said if you are moving in the Nashville Area make a smart decision and use We Haul Nashville if you value your belongings.

I had a booked a pod moving service and needed a third-party mover to move my stuff to the pod center to pack in a pod since there was no where to leave a pod where I was living at the time. I chose We Haul Nashville because they are a local business that is insured with access to a moving truck that have a physical address, a contact phone number and email, an active website, no hidden fees and good reviews. John was very responsive to my emails with dates and times of availability for the move and pickup and drop-off locations for my stuff, and gave me a quote that I agreed with. Jimmy walked me through the contract details and gave me time to read it before I signed it. John showed up at the beginning on moving day to check if I had any questions or issues. Jimmy and Ray were able to use the ratchet cables I got from Amazon to secure my things into place in the pod. I had three pods because I didn't know if my stuff was able to fit into two; I only had a handful of items left for the second pod after Jimmy tried his best to configure into one pod with the ratchets; it probably would have if I had spent more time fitting stuff in small boxes into my larger container that were less than half full, but I appreciated the effort. None of my items broke on the move to the pod center so I appreciated that. Jimmy would follow up with me about every half hour if I had any questions or concerns. Overall fantastic and reliable service, if I was moving back to Nashville I definitely would contact them again.

I hired two workers from We Haul for a mid-May move. They showed up promptly and took care of my move. I used the same company about two years ago and it was just as good this time, albeit a bit more expensive by a couple hundred dollars but I guess that's a sign of the times. I was missing one item - a TV bracket - but We Haul returned it right to my doorstep for me when I asked about it. I recommend this company for a timely, professional move.

My husband and I used We Haul back in 2018 to move to an apartment, and they were fantastic, so they were the first people we called to help us move again when we bought our house at the end of 2020. Stephen and Cortez were so incredibly respectful, efficient, patient, and careful. They moved us from a third-story apartment (with no elevator) to a three-story home in a few hours, including dis-assembly and re-assembly of major furniture, in just a few hours. No issues with fragile items and everything arrived intact. They are also just great guys and we really enjoyed our casual conversations throughout the process. We felt so comfortable and in good care, as we did with our first move with We Haul. I recommend them to all of my friends who move. Just exceptional all around!

Steven and Jimmy were great!! They were true professionals and took great care of my items. I was on the 4th floor with no elevator and they not only had a great attitude the whole time but also were so polite and engaging. When we got to my new house they were so careful on the unload and thoughtful to make sure my furniture was in the exact right spot. The only negative about We Haul was a slight scheduling miscommunication causing the guys to arrive an hour after their scheduled window. This was easily overlooked as the crew was quick and efficient. I would absolutely use their service again!

I had a great experience with We Haul Nashville! I called them about 2 weeks before my move date and they were able to accommodate my date in the short notice. The town home I was moving from had several sets of stairs and they handled them like champs even with several very heavy pieces of furniture. They were wry careful to wrap everything and made sure to let me know of any damage they noticed to any furniture prior to loading it on the truck. We Haul Nashville was great, and I'm glad I did my research beforehand to select them. You have many options for moving, and many of the larger companies send you promo material, so it can be easy to choose what is right in front of you. I'm glad I chose We Haul instead. When I contacted the company, John was very responsive and coordinated with me via email. Two days before I called them to confirm everything was still set for our Saturday morning move and we were good to go (this is my personal preference to call, as to make sure nothing is missed). On Saturday, our 3 man crew arrived promptly at 8:15am (our window was 8am - 10am). Jimmy (the lead) came in, discussed everything with me, and the guys got straight to work. Everything was wrapped and being moved onto the truck before I could even turn back around - talk about efficient!! Our crew did end up having to load the truck and move us twice to fit everything. This added an extra 1.5 hours onto our move, but we still finished in 6 hours, which I was pleasantly surprised. And truthfully the guys wasted no time what so ever. While being quick - they were certainly not careless. My townhouse is difficult to maneuver large items down the stairs etc. and they did a great job. Only one small dent in the drywall (from the washer/dryer being moved). But again - it is a really difficult space to move in and pretty dark to see at the bottom. I reiterated that the home we were moving into was brand new, so I requested extra care. And they sure did deliver - really no issues with marks or dings anywhere. They laid mats down in the entry hallway to walk in and minimize dirt. The guys were kind, and professional. We really appreciated everything they did and we couldn't have asked for a better move. Glad to have needed and used their services. Highly Recommend!

He recommended a two man crew and gave us a two hour time frame in the morning for when they would arrive. Fantastic experience! We read through a LOT of reviews before we picked We Haul Nashville, and were so glad we did! John and Octavius were friendly, efficient, professional, and came prepared with everything they needed to wrap up the furniture and load it up. They made moving our sectional couch and king sized bed down three flights of narrow stairs look easy. Also, HUGE plus: they stuck to the time limit we asked for. We didn’t have a big budget so we asked them to cap it at 2 hours, but when they loaded up ALL of our stuff, we thought they might go over the time limit in order to get it all unloaded... nope! They were done right at 2 hours, and there were no unexpected charges or fees. Stayed and chatted with us for a few minutes after they stopped the clock. Just super nice guys. Would absolutely hire again!

We had an amazing experience with We Haul Nashville -- we moved from Nashville to Austin and it was actually smooth and stress free. The team arrived right on schedule at 8:30 AM and was out of our apartment by 11:30. We had quite a bit of stuff so I was impressed with their efficiency and they took good care of all of our furniture as well. They arrived in Austin by 11 am the next day and fully completed the move within a couple of hours. Nothing was damaged despite it being a cross state move and the team having to move all our furniture up a flight of stairs on the dropoff side. Moreover, the team was incredibly respectful and easy to work with. Lastly, their quote was only half the price of some of the other local companies we checked with. Would highly recommend We Haul Nashville!

Little late writing this but had a great moving experience with We Haul Nashville back in Oct 2019. I had a 2-man crew move me from a 3rd floor apartment in Hendersonville to a another apartment east of downtown and really appreciated the service. With only stairs, it took the crew just under 2 hours to load up and move out of my old place. With no stairs at my new place, they had everything moved in 20 minutes after they parked! My group was lead by "Big Mike" and he is really what made the service and whole experience great! Mike was great to talk to and work with and made the entire experience easy and positive! We Haul Nashville did a great job for a local move. The price cannot be beat! Cash and Gregory were professional, on time, and took great care of our stuff, wrapping all the furniture neatly. I really would give them like 4.8 stars. The only concerns I had were that they did not wrap the doors as advertised, and one time took some paint off an interior door while they were moving bins inside. Otherwise it would be 5/5. But I would use them again for the price value and care they took with my items, which you don't always see. They also completed a 2 bedroom apartment to 2 bedroom house move in 5 hours, and asked me if they could take a 15 minute break while eating lunch (which I appreciated).

They wrapped up all of our furniture in pads and/or plastic, laid down mats on the floors and doors to protect them, and worked quickly. All of our furniture was moved out of the old place and into the new in 3 hours. Couldn't be happier!

On, a late note I found my move out date was a week earlier than previously discussed. In any case I hired these guys thru Uhaul and they were just great. You simply pick up the truck you want and they will come and load and also unload it at the next place. Amazing! They did an excellent job and you couldn't help but tip them well. They did an excellent job and one of them in particular was so calm when we realized the job was bigger than I thought. I was nervous about this move after experiencing a terrible move by another company. This company is the best. They let me know everything up front. They notified me when they were on their way, had me walk them around and show them all that would be moved. They covered hardwood flooring both in house I was moving from and house I was moving into. All furniture was wrapped and most importantly, handled with care. For the first move ever, not one piece of furniture was scratched or broken. These guys worked from start to finish. They were kind, considerate hard workers. There was a very minor issue that was rectified very quickly. On accident an item was left wrapped on the truck. The moved ended late in the day. First thing the next morning, they had my item at my house and offered an apology. In a time when some moving companies don't care, that little bit meant so much. They are the best moving company around. Hard working, honest, polite gentlemen.

Wish I could do 4.5 stars. They were wonderful! We received a call ahead of time of when they would be arriving. Everything was wrapped and handled with care. The entire move of our office was done in a little over 4 hours with only 1 truck and 2 movers. Both men were nice and helpful. Only issue was they forgot to close the doors from the building we were moving FROM after they had left (which was told to us by our prior building landlord but we hadn't noticed). Price was also very reasonable and Victor(Viktor?) was very polite from start to finish when we booked and afterwards to check in on how the move went. We had such a great experience with Nick and Jimmy yesterday! They arrived at 8:30 and moved quickly. They did a thorough walk through of our apartment to make sure we were all on the same page, and made sure our things were protected (all furniture was wrapped, even our inexpensive Ikea furniture, and they had pads on the floor). Our move was not an easy one - we had a basement apartment, which was two stories (so UP two sets of stairs for some big items to get to the truck), and moved into a house which is not on ground level (so UP a steep driveway and then another set of stairs with everything), with LOTS of books, and they made it happen. Would highly recommend these specific movers and this company. WELL worth the money, including a good tip. I only wish I would have been insistent on a 3rd person because of the stair situation - it would have given these guys a bit of a break. I also have to give a shout out to John who answered all of my e-mails. He was always fast in response and professional. We had a shelf that we were concerned about getting out of the apartment (we had SO much trouble getting it in), and he asked some really specific questions, asked for pictures, etc., and Nick and Jimmy had no trouble getting it out. He also made it easy to switch dates - we thought we'd be ready and had to push back our move date. John was able to accommodate this switch on fairly short notice (about 5 days prior to the move, and a week and a half before the new date). A few points which I would find helpful as a customer on the admin side of things (or just to know before I move). We assumed things like lamps, etc. could go as is, versus in a box, which wasn't the case. There were a few other things like this (like our small TV which had a box but we couldn't get the feet off). Not a big deal and makes perfect sense, but I there is a bit more at my apartment that we have to go get than I was expecting. Knowing that up front would have changed my packing strategy. I also would have liked a copy of the agreement I signed in the morning ahead of time with info on what is insured, etc. It was all pretty standard, but I'm THAT type A person that reads everything. Again, still HIGHLY recommend, those are just a few pieces of feedback.

The original idea was to have the POD delivered to our new house and unload it there. Unfortunately we found that the POD wouldn't fit on the driveway, and the road was too narrow to be cited there either. We Haul to the rescue - They were available at short notice, and at a great rate, to drive their truck to the POD storage facility and unload the contents of our POD into it, drive to the house and then unload everything into the house. Everything went perfectly with no drama - The guys were super careful and efficient and knocked out the job in no time with a smile. Ultimately this worked out even better than having the POD delivered to us, as we got everything done much more quickly than we would of managed ourselves. Highly recommended.
