Katie at the front desk was very helpful. Upon our arrival she offered to walk us to the unit as this was our first time on the property grounds. I was a little concerned about the size I choose once we got the unit and she immediately eased my worry and informed me that I would be able to easily switch my unit if I found that it wouldn’t be big enough to hold my things. As I predicted I ended up having to upgrade and she stayed over past her closing time to assist me with the transfer which was extremely nice of her. Also in addition the facility was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this place!

I put an order in online, and the the on site manager called and confirm and got an appointment ready for me to see the unit. Once I arrived, I showed my renters insurance and we signed the paperwork and done in a few minutes. She walked me to my unit, I realized that my unit would be too small for an easy move and she upgraded me to the next larger unit for free, AND I got to keep the first month free offer!!! Cha Ching I’m saving money in midtown Nashville! They have everything on site you might need to make the move happen from flat beds (while the office is open) on site to box’s and movers numbers off site. Thanks Katie!

This place is horrible now. They've increased prices. The 1st late fee is like $20 and then a week later they slap you with another $175 or something, so they are banking on auctioning your space. The staff is unhelpful to say the least and you have to physically go to the front to rent a cart! Smh. I had this unit when it was Public Storage, they were great. Staff was friendly and always helpful, now...not so much. (Edited) The Fees were my fault. 2 months behind and the lady at the desk is always helpful as she can be

Katie at LifeStorage on 26th in Nashville is great! I stored a 4 bedroom home’s worth of furniture, books, and home goods for about 6 months. They were flexible on pricing and super helpful! It’s also very safe, everything is secured behind several passcode protected doors, and it’s climate controlled so you can store books, records, and art safely!

Front counter is amazing. Wonderful staff and very kind. They lock their carts up in the office to discourage theft (totally reasonable) but the random closures of the office make it quite difficult. Third time I’ve come during business hours and can’t use a cart. This is no quarrel with the staff. They deserve breaks but would love to see a better system for cart usage.

I highly recommend this location, not only because it is in a safe neighborhood but because the staff is so welcoming. From the day I moved in until I left, I felt that they had my security and best interests in mind. Even though I closed my unit, I couldn’t have asked for a nicer send off. Caitlyn, who handled my move-out, was very efficient and hospitable (even though she was on her lunch break!). In a time when many people do not want to work, I feel this team actually likes to serve the community. When I am back in Nashville, I will definitely use them again!

✨I live right beside this unit and it’s a super safe place to secure your items, I’ve never seen a break in occur; and the staff are wonderful! Excellent customer service! ✨I’ve rented from both of the other storage place stores on Charlotte and didn’t have near as good experience (but I’m not reviewing them so I won’t get into that mess) ✨I have nothing but positive things to say about this place! ✨The office workers Brandi & Danielle are friendly and super helpful. That was the biggest difference that makes them stand out from other Storage Place locations. They answered ALL my questions & didn’t make me feel silly for asking. Another thing is they provided me with a lock prior to moving in. I’ve rented from so many different places and I’ve never been given a lock! ✨ I give this place 5 ⭐️ And 2 👍🏽 Up!

We had to get a (additional) small short term unit while moving and were able to book online. On arrival, Taylor was very helpful and made the rental experience easy. She was able to get us this unit near our other one for easy moving. The property is kept clean, employees have always been professional and easy going when we have needed to interact with the office, access is easy but secure.

Had to find storage quickly in March due to leaving Vanderbilt mid semester because of covid... this facility is extremely clean and very secure. Staff is extremely helpful! We just moved out after 5 months and all our belongings are in perfect condition. Mary and Taylor especially went over and beyond their duties to make our move out easier! Highly recommend!

The unit I reserved over the phone was at a location that happened to be closed that day. After over an hour talking to 3 different reps to try and complete the online registration and was unable to my only option was to do go to the nearest location and see if they could help in person. Courtney was very friendly and helpful. She took the time to help me and after getting approval of the regional manager she closed her property to drive down and meet me at the location where my unit is and complete my registration. She really went the extra mile finding a solution to this “big mess” of a situation. Thank you Courtney again for your dedication to excellent customer service!

This is by far the BEST storage unit facility we have ever used! What makes our experience the best is Taylor! She has helped us in what has been a very stressful time. I have a small child, my husband is getting ready to deploy, and we're in the middle of a national pandemic. Taylor went above and beyond by calling to confirm my scheduled appointment and to answer every question I had over the phone and in person (even if I repeated myself). With my husband leaving we decided to to downsize and rather quickly and Taylor made it all happen. We've been there several months and my review is long overdue. To this day when I go by I see Taylor walking her facility and the staff cleaning. This company is lucky to have her and I think she deserves a raise! I wish there were more people like her in the customer service industry!

Well although I've used public storage in the past I've never seen an indoor public storage place so at first I was a little skeptical but once I got in to see how clean professional and climate controlled it was I was glad I chose this place. The one lady that work there alone was extremely kind and very helpful I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because of her I feel like she was in a very unsafe environment being there by herself she was working the phone, helping people into the storage, she was awesome but she really did need some help so my advice would be to get this young lady some help this is a beautiful brand new place in a perfect location great prices again only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars, just because you needed more people working there to improve the customer service so that people weren't waiting.
