I made a purchase of furniture but I didn't have a way to get the items home, so reached out to these guys and not only was the price great but the availability was just what I need (next day delivery) they showed up and not only made the delivery on time but they even unboxed my items and set them up fast and professionally, they even took the boxes (trash) with them, unbelievably great service. Now the company I made my purchase with made an error the sent one of my items in the wrong color. These guys (A Better Home Delivery) took the item back and the next day brought the correct item (correct color) and set it up and just like yesterday took the box/trash with and because the error wasn't my fault nor theirs I might add, they did all this at no additional charge to Mr. Wow just when thought old school customer service didn't exist. These guys are amazing and I'll only use them for all my future needs in getting things delivered. Thanks as you guys (A Better Home Delivery) are awesome.

The gentlemen were extremely respectful and careful not to run into walls or other furnishings especially as they moved a bedroom suite upstairs. Very professional and you pay via phone the day before so no money changes hands. I will be using them again in the future Great job and nice guys.

Terrell is a great texting communicator! Picked up and delivered my mattress from a local furn store since the store couldn’t do a specific time frame. Terrell’s guys did though. Friendly and on time. And he uses Zelle for a payment option which is convenient. Will use again for sure.

The delivery process and set up went smoothly. Turned out the furniture store sent the incorrect screws and after they checked back with the store and still did not get the correct screws, these guys went to Home Depo got the correct screws and completed my dresser and mirror setup. I don't know where to start...I had a last minute move and they was able to help me. I absolutely love the services they provided! They called me when they were on their way as promised. Purchase a dresser from Rooms to Go and they didn’t provide transportation for the item. Instead they gave me a list of third party companies that could do the job. Better Home Delivery was very efficient and price was fair. The guys that delivered the dresser were very professional and polite! Will definitely use them again! Had a scheduled delivery for 1/22/21. They came within time frame provided. Mover professional and courteous. Delivery was for sofa and removal of mattress and box spring. Entire exchange, including assembly, took less than 20 minutes! I was impressed with efficiency and care of not scraping walls or flooring and great handling of furniture brought in. Great service. This company is staying on my contact list for future moves.

I’ve used their services multiple times and they are good when it comes to collecting furniture from the store and delivering it. They are not always punctual but they are reliable. However I recently used them for professional packing for a major move and I can objectively say they did a sub-standard job. Fortunately nothing was broken we had some damage and furniture bruising. The men were very slow and did not seem very knowledgeable about packing for a major move. I really regretted not using professional movers who may have cost more but would have gotten the job done in half the amount of time and done the packing more efficiently. All the same if you are looking for affordable and reliable local delivery services then this is your team.

If you are in need of a delivery service then these are the guys to hire! I ordered a 3 piece sectional from rooms to go and the delivery service provided by rooms to go had a ridiculous long wait. I called these guys on a Friday and they were able to pick up my furniture piece the next day and deliver it to me! Once they delivered my 3 piece sectional I realized the warehouse at rooms to go provided me one incorrect sectional piece. This delivery service was willing to take the wrong piece back and deliver the correct piece, but this process took an entire week to fix with 3 different trips! But this issue had nothing to do with this delivery company, rooms to go was at fault entirely! Even though this problem was not this delivery company's fault, they were willing to help me out to make this right without an additional cost! Hands down I would use their service again, no doubt! Also, every mover I have encountered was very professional, respectful, and very kind!!

They let me know when they got to the warehouse, what time they’d be leaving and what time I could expect them at my home. The men delivering were respectful to my wife. Put furniture down and then rearranged for her to see other options. What a horrible company. They broke my coffee table glass and never repaired it. I have been waiting since Labor Day and it’s the end of November. They have been telling me they would get it repaired and I have yet to hear back from them. The man that I spoke to( I don’t remember his name ) told me that he didn’t forget about my table and my issues. I can surely say he did and it seems like they don’t care. I contacted another company to repair my glass for me. I do not recommend them at all and will not be paying for a job not well done! EDIT* After a few weeks passed I decided to give them a call again. He agreed to pay the difference between the delivery fee and table upon delivery of the glass. He did offer to give us free delivery services in the future which was very generous of him to do. He did stay true to his word once I took time out of my day to call him for what seems to be the fifth time about this problem. I'm hoping that they learn from this mistake so another customer would not have to go through this. I lost all of my furniture during the hurricane and am slowly starting to rebuild my home and I know many others are in the same position as me. I will rate the business from one star to a three only because at the end Tyrell did do what he said he would do. It's not five stars because I did have to wait since labor day to get this problem situated and I was the one constantly calling in complaining about it instead of them checking in with me. Also because I did have to contact a glass company around my area to fix that for me.
