Sam, Conner and Josh were great. I was really impressed on how fast the move went. I appreciate their attention to detail and asked how I wanted my furniture moved and wrapped. Sam went above and beyond with my bed frame that didn’t fit up the stairs at my new house by breaking it down and rebuilding it in my bedroom without hesitation. Everyone was professional starting from day one when I called to get a quote with Janelle in the office. I even received a follow up call from John mid-move to check on how things were going. Having USA Family Moving definitely eased the stress of moving.

When I talked to a representative on the phone they went over the logistics and offered their recommendation of what would be the most cost efficient for me. Josh, Holden, and Isaha were my movers and they blew my mind over how efficient they were. Everything went as planned and without a hitch. They completed my entire move within the timeframe the phone representative told me and all my furniture and boxes was treated with respect and nothing got damaged. Overall, I thought they did a good job moving us out of a small apartment into a house. The three guys worked very hard and were courteous and professional. My two complaints are that they charge for packing materials like tape and shrink wrap that they use on large items which they did not tell me about until the day before the move, they also showed up nearly an hour before their scheduled start time which caused everything to take much longer due to us not having a reserved elevator in our building.

I don’t normally review as experiences may vary day in day out as we’re all human and have variance on all levels of that spectrum. However Warren, Dave, and Jordan knocked it out of the park here for me. It was a dynamic move, that required plenty of critical thinking and adaptation. If you need a move done, request these three gentlemen. They were professional, courteous, and had a positive attitude and mental outlook throughout the day. Most importantly they packed and moved in an extremely timely manner. From one veteran to another, especially as a business owner myself: hard-working, can-do labor is a rarity. Danny and Josh were fantastic! Talk about going above and beyond!! They wrapped everything, were so careful, didn’t rush but super efficient and worked so well together. Then when they got to our destination they tried to get a couch downstairs and tried different ideas and they got it!!! Then they had to take the basement door off to get a recliner downstairs. And all with a smile, so polite, so so great!!! I’d hire them again in a heartbeat!!!!!!!!

My family made a decision to go with USA moving to our new home. Our estimate was under competing moving companies, and the reviews weren't bad so we took a chance. We are very pleased that we did! From the estimate, prompt attendance (they said they would arrive anywhere from 8-10 and showed up at promptly 8:45!), Working with our family which has 8 members, it was an exceptional experience! Surprisingly fast and efficient, clean cut workers who were friendly, considerate, and careful of our items. They took the utmost care of our items in delivery. Ensuring items were placed according to our wishes, and setup items. Super friendly, GREAT pricing, and wonderful execution. What more could you ask for in a mover? Hello. I had a very good experience. The reason I picked you (other than the good reviews I read) is that I had to have my items stored overnight. The other guys wanted to unload the trucks, put it in storage (for 12 hours!) and then load it back up again. More moving means more money spent and more of a chance for damage. This was a dumb move. With you, my truck was secured and then came back right on time after I closed on my new house. The crew for both days were fun to work with and did a good job protecting my big TV (85") and my glass coffee tables and other precious cargo. I would recommend your company. Moving is stressful, this made it less so.

The team was a joy to work with. They communicated well with us to coordinate arrival times, they were very careful with our larger items, and they were polite and courteous. We asked them to deliver items to 2 different addresses, and they handled that request without complaint. My typical experience with movers is that I just hope to get through it without too many scratches and dings, but this team far exceeded my expectations both for speed of moving as well as careful handling during the moving process. Excellent work and I’d happily recommend them to others!

Yesterday , I had furniture moved from one townhome to another about an hour away. The movers in my project were Alex, Jonathan and Carlos. They worked hard, lots of heavy carrying , and they wrapped furniture to keep it from getting scratched or damaged..all loaded and unloaded in good time frame. They were polite and easy to work with, they also helped to rearrange at the new smaller place. I was thankful for the big clean truck they used…. Its just furniture but I felt confident they were taking care and doing a good job….. another time movers had shown up with a rusted out dirty smaller truck. When originally booking these movers, the office employees were easy to talk and explained the process well. On the day of move got a followup call from the office to check with me if any questions or concerns. Overall great experience and good value I feel… I had paid the same amount previously for having much less furniture moved. I would recommend USA Family moving!

My move with USA Family Moving went very smoothly. I scheduled the move about a month in advance. It was to move my elderly Mom and Dad from their senior apartment into an assisted care building. I reserved one large truck and two men. My parents had a LOT of stuff packed in their two bedroom apartment and two storage lockers. The day before the move they called me to confirm and go over the details. On the day of the move they called a half an hour before they arrived on time. We didn't quite have everything boxed up when they got there (our fault) but no problem they helped us box several more things up including a big screen TV. Each truck carries some additional packaging material you can buy if needed for a very fair price. It helped remove a lot of the stress because they were able to still do the move even though we weren't quite finished boxing everything. Over all they were extremely fair with the pricing. I like that their hourly rate is pretty low and they charge in 15 minute intervals. This is the second time I use their service and they were great both times.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used USA Family Moving and both were great moving experiences. This time, I needed last minute help getting my Mom moved in to her new place here in Minnesota. My family started the move but everything took longer than expected and most of us had to be back to work. In less than 24 hours we had a three man team there to unload and get everything moved in. Sarah was awesome getting this setup for us . She promptly emailed everything for my review. She was super friendly and worked fast to get us setup. The dispatcher was thorough and let me know what to expect. Right on time, I heard from our guys with their ETA. Josh, Sam and Shawn were there exactly when they said they would be. They are professionals and really know moving! We really appreciate how prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and patient these guys were. This was not an easy move for my family. There were some scratching on the floor, which is to be expected with hard woods floors and a major move, but when the manager called to check he communicated company resources to repair the damage. I highly recommend this company for the following reasons! First, they are very respectful and professional. Second, they communicate with you very well as well as with each other. I had a crew of 3 men and an example of the communication they had with each other was making sure they firstly walked thru my place, mapping out how they'd proceed. During the actual moving of things there was lots of communicating between them to make sure they didn't scratch anything and to ensure that they did things as efficiently as possible. Thirdly, the timely manner in which everything was completed was highly satisfactory. All in all I'd recommend their services to anyone, and I'd use them again.

Excellent experience with them and price was very competitive, better than most other companies I called. Booking for my move was easy. They called a week before the move to verify everything. On day of move the crew of 5 showed up on time and they were faster than I expected. Very courteous and respectful. Treated our furniture with care. Nothing was too heavy for them. I I can’t praise them enough. moved on March 17th. I had a mover setup and they called that morning to cancel because their truck had been vandalized! USA Family moving was on my list of previous contacts. They found a team for me and arrived by 11:00! They only had a two man team versus three. But they made it work!! Henry and Edgar were my movers. They were so hard working! They had a lot of walking to do. They were so careful with my precious antiques and everything else. I can’t praise them enough!! Thank you

But the 2 guys that moved the couch into the establishment and took it through that freshly painted hallway; did amazing! Not one scratch to the walls or the couch! My husband and I moved from an apartment to a home in the local area (less than 10 miles) on 9/12/2020. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the day of our move and the USA family movers team. The movers were on time and were ready to work. I offered them food and beverages during the move and offered them to take breaks as needed. But oh my goodness those guys were so focused and had great work ethic. They were fast and efficient. They also had great communication with us throughout the move. There were items in our apartment we were not overly worried about in the move but they wrapped things and handled our things with such care. The 3 gentlemen helping me move were very kind and worked very swiftly. My move from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 1 bedroom townhouse took about 3 hours. A few items were damaged in transit. I wish they had packed the truck a little tighter to avoid everything tipping over and sliding around. Overall it was a good experience. I hired 2 movers from USA Family Moving this year in February and I could not be happier. The weather was -60 and they were still willing to move us and stay until the job was done! We were doing a short-notice move of a 5 bedroom house and the guys helped us wrap everything up, finish packing, manned the extra truck we ended up needing, and they completed the job without a complaint. The move included several boxes, oddly shaped items, a display hutch with breakables, multiple electronics and televisions, and even a piano. Not a thing was damaged and they unloaded the items and helped us set up the furniture. The price was extremely affordable and they made the whole process very easy. The guys were professional and great to work with. I would definitely recommend this company.

Average moving company. This company is good or nightmarish depending on which crew shows up. The trucks are always missing some standard industry equipment and will perform most moves understaffed with lacking equipment. The meager crews and underequiped trucks means longer moves with strung-out movers. Often moves would continue past 10 hours on one move and expect employees bright and early at 7:30 next day. I wouldn't work here again and I'd never hire em, but with the luck of the draw your move may be perfect.

They treated all our items with great care - whether it was a glass front buffet or our little dresser from Ikea - each item was wrapped and secured. I’ve hired movers twice before in my life, and this has been the best experience so far. The owners were quick to respond to my quote request and answering questions. The day of the move the movers greeted me with enthusiasm, and the entire crew was incredibly respectful and professional. Each of them shook my roommate and I’s hand before starting! The team made quick work of loading up the home, and would ask questions if they ever weren’t sure of what needed to be moved (1 of my roommates wasn’t moving with us, so not everything was being taken). My new apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, but you wouldn’t know it with how quickly the crew unloaded everything. They were also very patient with the fact that everything had to be crammed into our living room since new carpet was being installed in the bed rooms. They were able to get all of our furniture into the small space, including a tough to maneuver couch and bed frame. I highly recommend using this moving company, and I will be going directly to them the next time I need to move.

Johnny made sure we walked thru the house and show him what we wanted moved and again at the end of packing up the truck, we went thru every room. The crew was fantastic. All the floors were covered. I decided on USA Family Moving because of their pricing. I will say this about this company; it has great owners who are willing to go above and beyond if something isn't going as planned, the movers work hard at their job and I appreciated their effort during my move, none of my belongings were broken or harmed during the move. What I didn't appreciate was how long the move took; I have a one bedroom apartment that has only ever taken, at most, four hours to complete, it took this company almost seven and half. With that being said, if you're considering this company, I would over estimate time, and make sure you look to see what supplies the movers are using, because you will be charged.

USA Family Moving moved me from MN to TX on 2 weeks notice. I had just gotten a new job and all the other preparation of moving left me with an unpacked house, I called them two days ahead of time and they let me know they could do a full pack job, and they would bring all the needed materials. They brought more than enough materials for the whole job, however the workers were conservative with the materials and I was only charged for what they used. They did a great job packing, nothing broken upon moving in at my new place! They were quick to get to my destination too and had the same professional attitude while unloading. 5 stars, would use again if they had services in Texas!

Despite the nasty weather that came causing delays everywhere. This service is by far the best I have ever worked with. The office is great with communicating with the customer and the driver, Brandon, continued to stay in communication. The group assigned to the work was only a 2 man crew instead of a 3 man that I requested however they did the work I would expect from a three person crew with just 2. I was disappointed at first but their hard work and steady pace proved me wrong. When the arrived they were very quick evaluating their task, and despite the long hours they’ve been having they still got to work and keep a steady pace. I did not expect how well he treated my items. They protected and prepped them to ensure no scratches dents or anything could happen. Even though I only have items that has been passed down 5-6 times they still made sure they were safe. And to my surprise it did not take long to protect my items. The following day is when it was delivered and again still surpassed my expectations. Quick tour around my new home to evaluate deliver, quick estimate and payment. After the go ahead to unload it was amazing the pace they had! Non-stop, steady and efficient. The unload ended up being 2.5 hours faster then estimated. Their pace was fast enough I felt a little slow when they needed to know where I wanted the items. At the end is when we all looked at the clock, and I believe “wow” was the first thing we all said. I highly recommend this company. From the time I called to the time the invoice gets done it’s all professional. I couldn’t have felt so relieved from all the stress of moving but they definitely can take a lot away. Great work USA Moving! And thank you Brandon and Mike!

I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this moving company. It was our first time hiring professional movers and I wasn’t sure what to expect. First of all, our movers didn’t take everything. We didn’t realize that they wouldn’t/couldn’t till they were done and we still had to take multiple car trips ourselves. However, they did take several large items that we’d told them we didn’t want moved, like our couch (we were replacing it.) This meant we had to pay to move something we were throwing out. It was also just an excruciatingly long process. I felt like the movers were taking much longer than was necessary. When we were moving in, the time between each round of bringing things in was 30-40 minutes. I understand there are things they were probably doing that I didn’t know about but I wish they would have told us we could leave or something—we were sitting around waiting for 2 hours for example while they were driving from our old place to the new (about 6 miles.) The movers also were constantly asking us if we were satisfied with their service, which felt to me like they were asking for tips. We’d planned to tip them but it just felt forced. They also broke our bed frame—not so it’s unusable but the under-the-bed drawers don’t work well anymore. I liked the guy who sold us the service—he answered our questions and gave us tips like to make sure our renter’s insurance covers moving which it did. However he left the company, which I found out two days before he move when I called to find out what time they were coming. Overall it was fine—they did the job, within the estimate. However the process was unpleasant. I almost would have rather moved myself and saved the money. I’d hire movers again but not this company.

They were kind, curtious, and gentle with all my belonging. not one box was ripped broken or crushed and even though I am still unpacking I have not 1 thing broken yet. I was assured the movers would show up on time and prepared. Unfortunately neither of those happened. The crew was short one person, so I ended up being the fourth team member. They had no tools and therefore could not move all of the furniture. At least ten furniture items were damaged including a very expensive granite table, which I asked them to wrap, but they did not until it went in the truck. They also scratched expensive bed room furniture To the credit of the crew, they were nice guys and I had fun helping out. I think sending an estimator would have helped determine the correct crew size.

This was the first time I ever used professional movers and USA Family Moving was the best choice I could have ever made! The guys arrived right on time, looked at what needed moved and where it needed moved to, then went to work non-stop. The men were very polite and very considerate, packing and taping where needed then working it down a flight of stairs ind into the truck and then off to my new apartment. The new apartment was up a flight of steep stairs with a bend but they made it look easy, without a word said. Try as they might, I have a ver large couch they couldn't get through the door so they reloaded it into the truck and took it to my work-place where I could store it. They would have finished ahead of their estimated time if it weren't for fighting the couch for an hour. I have made plans to have them move the couch once we do some carpentry work on the door. A Five Star rating doesn't seem high enough! GREAT JOB< USA FAMILY!!!!!! Not even a nick or scratch on anything, either!

How does a company flip a 4 star experience into a 5 star experience? Usually through discounts via complaints or not at all. USA Moving made up for a late arrival by having a competent, charismatic, quick, and caring team show up. When a beyond full day of honest work wrapped up, there was no longer a need to complain. Despite answering precise questions with an estimator, it can be hard to explain your moving needs over multiple correspondences. On moving team arrival, the workload that we required was above what they expected, but the crew assigned to us made the BIG move as easy as throwing a hotdog down a freeway. The entire 4 man crew screamed competence, but I want to personally thank DJ (DeeJay?). I was able to quickly identify traits of a leader within him and believe he will be dynamic enough to succeed in any field. Thank you team USA Moving. We hope we don't have to reach out to you again (we think we'll like it here), but you have made a traditionally miserable experience pleasant as a peacock.

So I looked at National moving companies... they blow your phone up one after another.. so I called USA family moving and talked John.. he let me know everything the big moving chains don’t... they may pick up your stuff on Saturday... but then you don’t get it back for 2-3 weeks later... they nickel and dime you to death..USA was on point for pricing.. but ended up having to do it myself because I waited to long... So point being.. call John and don’t wait and don’t put your email into google for movers.. the calls never stop... good honest people.. I appreciate their advice, because it was right..

Although things did not go as planned I do thank you for taking the time to listen and follow through. I updated my star rating because these two people did show great service. 9/29 Alright, so I was quoted 179/hour for 3 hours. They said that they would arrive in the window of 8-9:30 AM, but most likely 8:40 because we don't live that far from them. 9:30 rolls around, no sign of them, I call USA Family and they say the crew is on the way now, alright fine. Well, at 10AM they call and say 9 minutes out. They arrive at 10:20. So we're approaching 2 hours past when I was told they'd likely be here and almost an hour past the latest end of the window, so now my landlord is waiting at the new place and we haven't even started. Well they start loading everything up, I leave ahead of time to drop some smaller things off at our new place, and my boyfriend and his brother stay behind with the movers. My boyfriend texts me at 12:49 and calls saying they just left so be on the lookout. Our new place is only 20 minutes from our old one. My boyfriend took his time, left after and brought more things to unload and beat them. They didn't show up until 2PM. An hour?! Then he pulls out his clipboard and the are charging me $1100 when I was quoted 3 hours- 4 hours at 179/hr. They are now charging for 4.75 hours plus shrink wrap, tape, and bags, that they used on their own accord without telling me first that they would be charging that. I call the operations manager because this is like $500 over what I was planning for, and it's ridiculous that they show up that late, then take an hour to get to our new place, no traffic. None. I told him I felt cheated and that if I had known I was going to be treated this way I would never have used them. He says he will call and see what's going on. They say that they stopped to get gas on the way from our old apartment. If you were that late arriving how was there not already gas in the truck? And how does gassing up extend a 20 minute trip to an hour? They offer to take off 30 minutes of labor. I don't at all feel that is fair, but fine. One of the guys says there's only 5 pieces left and they should be done in 20 minutes, which puts us at 3PM, well 3 rolls around and then he pops back in, "Oh there's a little more to do so we're gonna have to get you back on the phone with the boss and he can charge your card another half hour of labor." UM no you won't because you just said you were taking off half an hour. Oh and the manager does nothing, just says I need to talk to the crew because maybe they had to refold some blankets or something. TERRIBLE, AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I PAID THE SAME AMOUNT AT 2 GUYS AND A TRUCK AND I REQUESTED MOVERS SAME DAY, MOVED FARTHER, AND WASN'T NICKEL AND DIMED.
