Our family had a very stressful move, as we sold our previous home prior to finding a new one to relocate to. we are a family of 4 and needed guidance on how much storage we needed and we also needed a company that would be flexible to our ever changing situaiton. I couldn't have found a better company to work with. when we realized that one container was not enough, they immediatley picke up our filled one and brought us another so that we could be out on time before our closing. then we stayed with friends while we searched for a home. UNITS was very understanding of the fact that we had no idea of when we would be able to take delivery of our storage containers or where we were moving to. when the day finally arrived, the units were delivered exactly as we asked and picked up promptly. It was a blessing to have the containers at the old house to load as we found the time, and the same on the other end. No back and forth to storrage facilities or rush to do it in one day. I would definately recommend UNITS for your next move. Hopefully we don't move again... but if we do, I know who I am calling to help with the moving and storage of our stuff!

My whole experience with Units was great. Theresa was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our move went smoothly. We had extra moving straps and she even offered to pick them up so I wouldn't have to drive down to her office. They communicated before each pick up and drop off to ensure things were moving to the right location. My daughter also loved watching the remote control system pick up our unit once we were all set! Great company and would highly recommend!

Recently moved from Pewaukee to Delavan using three units containers, which were also stored for a month. Units was much less expensive and able to accommodate our schedule much better than several competing brands. There was virtually no damage: one furniture item broken, but it was clearly the loader's fault (me). I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I'm more than pleased with my experience. We had to store all of our stuff for 6 months and there was no damage whatsoever. They were great to work with and very responsive when we needed to have the units picked up and dropped off. They even called to make sure the units were put in just the right spot. I would definitely use them again.

We would absolutely recommend UNITS portable storage! We were super pleased with our 1 mo rental. Everything from initial contact, quote, delivery and pick up was excellent. The reviews were right, they are the best choice. UNITS of Milw provides awesome customer service, communication & competetive pricing. We'd use them again in a heartbeat!

I just had an excellent experience with UNITS and couldn't recommend them enough for your Milwaukee portable storage needs. I worked with Paul & Janelle who were incredibly accommodating with a last second delivery due to a quick home sale and a fast pick-up. I felt confident UNITS was actually going to deliver & pick-up on-time which was important for the tight closing window. The communication with UNITS was seamless and made our move so much easier.

Units Moving was great! The office was easy to get ahold, they talked me though what products we would need, and they where timely and professional. The movers we hired to load the Units also told us they prefer Units to any other large portable storage option because of the quality of the storage container (no leaky roofs, better strap system to secure furniture, etc.). Highly recommend!

UNITs was terrific to work with! They were very thorough in explaining the process of renting/expected costs. I realized I needed the pods on short notice and they were able to get the pods to me within a few days. The employees delivering the pods were super accurate and accomodating in the pod placements. Great customer service all the way around!

UNITS was awesome to work with! We are so happy with our decision to rent from UNITS. Everybody we worked with, including Janelle and Daniel, were so friendly, knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. The drop offs and pick ups of our 2 UNITS were excellent. They always came during the designated time, gave us a call when they were close by, communicated with us on where we wanted the UNITS put and did everything they could to make sure we were feeling OK with the process. We loved them. They made our oh so stressful move so much more manageable.

We used UNITS for our last move. It both saved money over having movers move non-fragile items and added greatly to the convenience of the move. With a month to load, transport and unload, there was ample time and no need to rush. The delivery was amazing, and UNITS was able to place the unit inside the fence in our driveway and still leave room in the driveway for my car. Can’t say enough about how accommodating they were. Would say I would use them again, but they’ll have to carry me out of this house with a forklift!!!!

UNITS was recommended to me by our realtor and we're so glad she did. The UNIT was dropped off exactly where we wanted. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. For the safety of the workers make sure to keep snow away from the UNIT for efficient pick-up during winter months.

We used UNITS for a recent move in which we needed temporary storage for our 3400 sq foot house. We talked to many moving and storage places but decided to try UNITS after talking over with the office staff. Wow what a great experience! They were able to “guestimate” correctly the number of storage units we would need but they were also flexible if we needed more or less. They called two days before each pick up and delivery of the units and were always very nice. Chris, the delivery GURU , was always helpful, and happy. He was able to negotiate our driveway around cars and a low hanging tree as well as deliver to a new construction house on a busy street and with a gravel driveway! Always on time and happy. Thanks a bunch for getting us settled . I would highly recommend.

The crews delivering & picking up the Units were professional and placed the Units perfectly without damaging anything or leaving marks on the driveway/lawn. Janelle in the office was excellent in communicating the schedules and answering questions. Not a single item was damaged throughout the entire house move. Would HIGHLY recommend.

So I have to agree with so many other reviewers -- while the very-competitive price quote was what initially attracted me to UNITS, it was the A+ customer service that really "sold" me on this company! Every person from this company is friendly, good communicator, organized, punctual. The UNITS, er, unit was exactly what we needed. Our materials sat in that container for over a month before we moved to the new house, and everything inside was dry and safe. Tip: do follow their included "tips on loading your UNITS" carefully, this will help prevent a lot of potential damage from goods shifting during transport. Also, rent plenty of the securing straps (get at least 4 more than you think you'll need), those are KEY!

We went with UNITS because they had a more competitive price. Moving from one side of town to another it was helpful to have a clean, dry space to store our "stuff". When the renovation at our new house took longer than expected it was no problem. The company was very accommodating to us, when to drop off, when to move & when to pick it up. Would use again!

We used UNITS for temporary storage as we decluttered and staged our house for sale. It worked! We had an offer in under 4 months. Everybody we worked with at UNITS was fantastic. Janelle was quick to return calls and the driver was very knowledgeable and professional, not to mention prompt! They accommodated same day pick up/drop off for the pod. UNITS was worth the investment. Load at old house, unload at new house. No need to transport or lift boxes in and out multiple times. Much easier than a storage unit and more secure.

When my family and I recently moved, we decided to go with UNITS versus the "other guys" based solely on price. Some people will tell you, "You get what you pay for, etc." NOT the case here. Your customer service and flexibility are just a few of the positives I'll mention. Darius is very professional, and did an amazing job placing the UNIT exactly where I asked him to. When we had the UNIT move to the new location the movers from the previous owner were still packing a few last minute things and, Sean was courteous enough to wait for them to drop the UNIT on our new driveway versus making us reschedule (never mentioned by the way). Again, the UNIT was placed exactly where we requested. Thank you to the entire UNITS team. It was a pleasure working or speaking with each of you. I wish you continued success.

I had only a couple of weeks to get my 4 bedroom home packed and into storage. Units arrived and gave me the opportunity to load at my pace and not a moving company's hectic two day pack. When I was ready to "unpack", JJ dropped the unit right where I had expected. I expected the Pod to have some issues with shifting but everything was secure as I had left it. The unit didn't smell like it had been in storage for a month! Janelle is so friendly to work with. She is very accomodating to your schedule of pick up and drop off. I am so glad I chose Units as my storage option!

We used UNITS for a recent move. The people moving into our house used PODS. The PODS truck didn't fit in the driveway, UNITS had no problem. PODS had to come days in advance to measure, UNITS just showed up when they delivered the unit. Everything was right on time and really easy.

Very pleased with the service. Unit was clean and was delivered and picked up promptly. Contents were undisturbed upon re-delivery from warehouse. Delivery persons even put wood blocking under corners of unit to protect my asphalt driveway.
