From submitting an online request for a quote, through setting up the move to completing the move the folks at Mr. Mover were absolutely amazing. While we worked through what we wanted them to move and the ongoing adjustments to our inventory, their patience was always on display. The day of the move the crew was not only professional and polite but very accommodating to our needs as they moved us into our new home. And while we were as accurate as we could be with what they would be moving, our final bill was less than the final quote, yes, LESS! Mr. Mover was always quick in responding to any email or phone call and made it feel effortless. If you need to move, look no further, this is who you want to hire without question.

Mr Mover is amazing! I will never use another moving company again. My move was stressful and they made this the least stressful experience I have ever had with a moving company. They were fast, efficient, showed up exactly on time and handled my furniture with care. I was impressed. I couldn’t figure out my bed, and they went above and beyond for me. Mr. Mover is a high quality moving company who takes time to ensure your belongings arrive at your new location as they were at your old location. Worth every penny. Staff is friendly and work is performed on time. No issues at all with staff or services. Workers used clean moving blankets and ensured my items would not be damaged. Happy that Mr.Mover now has PODs. Will likely be using on my next move.

We used Mr Mover to move my mom from Neshkoro to Milwaukee and they were excellent! They arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. Bryan and Dan worked very hard and were very efficient. They asked us where we would like certain items placed and also laid down blankets as not to dirty the new carpet! I really liked being able to get an estimate by filling out a form online and not dealing with any pushy sales people. The crew showed up on time and were very careful and efficient. Fantastic Experience!!! It was important to me to find a local business to move my house. I called about 2+ months prior to moving out of our 2700 sq.ft. home in the Falls. Melissa, Andy and Luke were awesome in their communication as we kept each other posted on dates, "stuff" to move and the overall plan; including a secondary stop for a storage unit. We checked in a couple days prior to the move and verified all details. The day of the move, Steve, Yusef and Sean showed up promptly at 8:30 and were completely professional and communicative. We reviewed the plan with a walk through and they got to work. I don't think I've seen a better coordinated, hard working team! Their efficiencies and effort were exemplary! There was an element of intermittent humor sprinkled in too which kept it real. The same work ethic was shown at the storage unit stop and the final destination. Moving is an intense process and we all work hard for our money. It is SO refreshing nowadays to have a business exceed your expectations with quality service, personnel and value. 5 Stars! Outstanding experience. We had a large move from SE to NE Wisconsin. The process was seamless. The cost estimate was spot on, but it is on to he customer to properly calculate. The staff was easy to work with, kept their promises, on time. They packed, unassembled, loaded, unloaded, set up. No damage to any household goods whatsoever and not even a scratch on a wall or door trim at either house. Very capable employees, polite, professional and worked well as a team. I had Steve as the lead person on my move, I would highly recommend him and the company.

Following my sister's recommendation, called Mr Mover to move furniture from our living room/ dining room into garage temporarily, ahead of carpet replacement, and then move back a few days later. They showed up right as scheduled and literally had everything moved out in 15 minutes, including large China cabinet and upright piano. Completely amazed. When a glitch with our carpet installation necessitated us have to delay the move back, they were extremely easy to work with in terms of rescheduling. Highly recommended!

Mr. Mover has been FANTASTIC! We have now hired them 3 times: once for unloading a moving truck when we arrived in Milwaukee after a cross-country move, and then twice for moving heavy pieces of furniture, appliances and whatnot around our house while we are renovating. We have worked with 6 of the Mr. Mover guys now (Ed, Matt, Darius, Anthony, D and Jeremy) and each one has been kind, courteous, respectful, professional and incredibly mindful when moving things around the house. Their mothers and bosses should be very proud of their positive attitudes and diligence. Additionally, Melissa and Andy in the office hate always kind, efficient and responsive by phone and email. Overall, Mr. Mover is an excellent and well-run company. We will be hiring them back!

Mr. Mover is great. No need to ever call anyone else for your moving needs. They work fast, are very friendly and have clearly been trained very well, which is very noticeable compared to some of the other companies. Their quote was very reasonable, and on top of being the best at what they do, it made our move as pleasant as a move can possibly be! They moved our 2100sf house in less than 5 hours! Don't waste your time with anyone else.

Moving is always a stressful process, but the people at Mr. Mover do their very best to minimize that. I spoke with Andy and Melissa in the office and they were very prompt in their communications when it came to phone calls and emails. As for the move itself, Eddie and his team were very friendly and super efficient in how quickly they worked. I was moving from a studio in Glendale to a 2-bedroom in Milwaukee. The more packed up and prepared you can be as a customer, the easier you make it for the movers, which in turn makes YOUR life easier! These guys moved so fast and did everything exactly as I requested. They were worth every penny. The next time I move, I am absolutely hiring these guys again!

They have a very good estimate process - you detail all the big items and estimate number of boxes, they double check at move. Day of, they were very professional, efficient. Working with them was definitely the easiest part of moving! Highly recommend!

My wife and I hired Mr. Mover to move our furniture and large/bulky items from our previous home to our newly constructed home. They took the necessary measures in protecting our existing home, our new home, and our furniture. Their crew of 4, (Steve, Colin, Nate, and Anthony) were extremely helpful, hardworking, and friendly. It was nice to see the experienced crew members helping out and training the new guy. We were impressed with their ability to remember what was being moved and where it was to be placed in our new home. Mr. Mover was one of the higher priced movers we looked at, but we knew we would be getting quality service based on all the reviews we read for their company as well as competing companies. If we ever have to move again, they will be receiving our first call.

Did I say, "It was freezing outside?" 2 young men emptied the moving truck with 45 boxes, 1 bicycle, golf clubs & tools in ONE HOUR And like Melissa these men were friendly, efficient & careful. Fantastic service and great prices. We used Mr Mover over the holiday week in December 28, 2017. There crew was professional and clean. We had a problem getting a couch upstairs due to our small staircase. One of the crew members noticed we had a balcony and placed the couch in my sons room. Our move was on a very snowy day. If I would have gone with one of the hourly company’s I’m sure we would have paid double. There one rate is the best! Thank you!

We hired Mr. Mover because they were recommended by a friend. They moved all the large furniture from our old house to new, including our platform king sized bed. I think they were professional in that they went over all the items with me beforehand and when we got to the new place they went over where everything was to go. The price was reasonable too. The issue we had came to the disassembling and reassembling of our bed. After it was reassembled and they had left, we noticed that evening that the base was not assembled correctly. I called Mr Mover back the next day and spoke with the manager to explain what happened. They were apprehensive to come back and fix it, but eventually the moving team we had came back to fix it. They were polite about it and acted as though they knew they had assembled it incorrectly in the first place. Fine. They fixed it and left. Later that evening we found that they decided not to finish reattaching the platform to the bed. Just laziness. All in all it was an okay experience, nothing got damaged, just make sure you check everything over if you are having anything reassembled.

We needed to move only .8 miles away, and we were moving a 4,500 square foot home including outdoor furniture. After researching and getting quotes from 5 different moving companies, Mr. Mover was recommended by a friend. They were so prompt with calls and emails, and their online quote system was very straightforward. Although we were hesitant at first that they don’t come to the house to give a quote, their price was the best and we were told the move could be in done in one day versus two days like other companies stated. Hands down, best decision we made to hire Mr. Mover! We had an awesome crew of 5 guys. They were friendly, strong, and quick even though they wrapped up and taped every piece of furniture. We had a 4 month old who needed to nap in his crib a few times that day, and they quietly worked around him and allowed the nursery to be wrapped up last and then put back together first at the new house. Let me save you all from doing the research, hire Mr. Mover!! Anyone who is moving, Mr. Mover will do it the best!

BEST MOVER EVER - BAR NONE - We have used Mr. Mover at least 10-12 times (no not in witness protection) over a 15 year period - they are simply the best - courteous, good value, hard-working and reliable. If you move locally in MKE or in-state, you are crazy not to give them a shot at your business. And even if they are 10-20% higher, it is SO WORTH the peace of mind - use them!

We hired this company to load our rental van for a 90 mile move. The two men were prompt, efficient, courteous, and did an excellent job loading our truck. The movers that we hired 6 days later to unload the van were very complimentary about the way the truck was packed. This was an affordable solution for our personal move. Our company helps seniors downsize and move, and we've recommended and used Mr. Mover for several years. They are always responsive and eager to find space in their schedule for moving our clients. They are the only ones I'm aware of who give guaranteed estimates based on information gathered over the phone. UPDATE: 10/8/20 Luke reached out again and was very pleasant to work with. He replaced my damaged smoker and adjusted the final price to close to the original quote. Luke was very understanding and helpful and in the end I feel things were resolved appropriately. I changed my original one star rating to 4 stars because Luke reached out quickly and resolved my concerns quickly and fairly. I would like to give 5 stars. However, even though things were resolved, it still created a lot of unnecessary stress on moving day when things were already chaotic. In the end the issues were resolved properly and I so I'm happy about that and once again thank Luke for working with me on these issues. UPDATE: 10/6/20 Received a call from Luke at Mr. Mover today. Very pleasant on the phone and we are trying to come to an agreement. I appreciate the call and willingness to make things right. I will update again after resolution..... Original Post: This mover came recommend and seemed decent at first. Things were very different on moving day. They were late to arrive. I had to leave before they arrived to attend closing. Fortunately my realtor was able to be at the home to deal with Mr. Mover when they did arrive. I called to check on where they were and the dispatcher told me something completely different than I was told before the move in terms of when they would be there. When they arrived they backed into a tree and then blamed us for "rushing them". Before the move I advised the Mr. Mover I had included several very large, heavy items (table saw, air compressor, drill press, large furniture, etc.) that might not need to be moved on moving day. I was told they would just deduct the cost if they didn't need to be moved. On moving day those items did not need to be moved. I did have numerous wall hangings that did need to be moved along with other small misc. items that were not originally on the quote. These were very small items easily moved compared to the large things that didn't need to be moved per the original plan. Ultimately, they ended up charging me several hundred dollars more than the original estimate. In the process they ended up damaging / incorrectly re-assembling a bed frame because they used a power drill on hand tool only fasteners, an electric smoker was damaged (that they then refused to move), they damaged concrete in my new home and dinged up some stairs. The people on the moving crew were generally polite and decent when I had the opportunity to experience them on the move in end of the move and they were receptive and willing to move things where I asked them to for the most part (one large item didn't get moved into the basement but I think it was an oversight). In the end I feel very taken advantage of. It's moving day and at that point you have no other option than to agree to the higher charges. I didn't realistically have the option to tell them to leave because of the ridiculous extra charges for misc. small items. What else are you going to do when you absolutely need to be out of the home on moving day? They knew they had me over a barrel and I feel taken advantage of.

It was a last minute move from a house to a condo. Everyone was booked including Mr. Mover and they made time for us anyway. A little schedule shift and they were able to fit us in. The quality of service and the process to get set up was great! The way they charge for services is a better way overall compared to other places. You know what you get and what you pay. Pros: Good communication from office staff, arrived on time, 4 movers worked hard for nine hours moving items from my house, garage and a storage facility. Cons: Very disappointed that my moving day excitement was immediately gone upon meeting the driver and team lead.I was expecting at a minimum he would say good morning and introduce the four movers. Maybe even some friendly chatter throughout the day as other reviews said. Nope. Instead I felt like I was walking on eggshells all day because he was so unpleasant and complained all the time. TV was broken, some boxes put in the wrong room (though they were clearly labeled). Some boxes were put on top of others that were marked fragile. Hard working team but not a good experience overall. Would not recommend.

I've used Mr. Mover 3 times over the past 8 years, most recently in April of 2019. Different crew of guys which was OK, but the bill was Significantly higher with fewer items to move and less distance to travel. I felt taken advantage of. Not planning to use them again.
