Raquel was extremely professional and helpful in my experience with Life Storage. I got to the store and found that the location and unit ultimately wouldn't work because of the size of my moving truck (the garage is 12 ft tall and my company's truck is over 13 ft). She easily and quickly got me transferred to the 8th street location. To me, that speaks volumes that even when she couldn't find a solution at her location, she was willing to go the extra mile to help me find something else. The 8th street location was just as clean and well managed as the St. Paul location. Thank you Life Storage!

Greats customer service, Elton is very helpful. However I can’t give five stars because the unit prices go up quite a bit after you have rented for some time. This is a great place if you are looking for a short-term storage solution, but would not recommend Lifestorage if you want to keep a unit over a year.

After Uhaul didn't have the units available that they claim they did... in fact they had none at all, the lady on the phone from lifestorage helped me out in 2-3 mins and the dude at the St. Paul location was super helpful. The day before memorial day, on a Sunday it took like 15-20 minutes to figure out which locker size worked best and have everything signed and official. In short... @)*$ uhaul.

I was very impressed with the entire process. The place is immaculate and the staff member, Sean, who helped us was extremely helpful and efficient. He went through everything very thoroughly and I got a call immediately following my reservation online to confirm my appointment. I am very glad we decided to go with Life Storage! I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to store any of your belongings you can't hold at your apartment or home.

I didn't catch the managers name but he was extremely friendly and didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions. The facility itself has excellent lighting, is very clean and I have no worries about my stored items. Would I prefer not to need extra storage? Absolutely. But after the necessary items, apartment life doesn't leave much room, so Life Storage it is!

Just got my first storage unit from DeVantte Adams and he was great. Everything was super simple and easy and quick. Super friendly and helped me out with everything. He went above and beyond. This man deserves a raise. When I got here they were on lunch break it said until 2:55, and they were back promptly at 2:55. Actually earlier. Great service! 10/10 recommend.

Every single time i have contacted this life storage, the customer service is impeccable. I have no complaints. The staff go above and beyond and really put my mind at ease that i’ve chosen an amazing place to store my possessions. Today i called and Sean answered. He was fantastic. This is an excellent facility in the heart of Milwaukee with the best people at the front desk. My front desk agent Kenya helped me figuring out the right size I need and walking me through the rental split ups. They ensured everything to be a smooth transition for me and have been extremely patient and polite. This service itself is a great one for folks who are in transition to a different place and need to hold up the personal belongings for a while. Hopefully everything will be this good until I take out my things from here.

Wonderful experience with the staff. They have a fantastic, positive, caring attitude, took the time to understand & answer my questions, and completed the application process, toured the facility, & visited my new unit in 30 minutes. Wow, this facility is very clean and felt very safe. I am moving from another facility that is in disrepair, has an office management staff that is never available, and that has increased the rent yearly from 7-15%, where the rent is cheaper for a new customer, vs. a dependable customer who pays the rent on time and has kept their account there for over 6 years. As long as this facility doesn't raise the rent like the last facility I was at, things they will continue to have a faithful customer for years to come.

I am glad they offer this service from Amazon, as it helps me receive my packages safely during the holiday season (opportunistic porch thieves) and allows me to interact with a new business that I normally never would have.

The service is 👍 Ms.Tameka B. Did a great job of getting me settled in. The facility is clean and easy to maneuver. I happy that she was so informative,and the online access is a plus. I stored for 1 yr. All items came home in good condition. No water damage, weird smells, pests etc. Ms.Tameka is still here, and just as helpful, and friendly as ever! ( Every store front needs one of her!)As a whole the experience was very pleasant.

LifeStorage was a great option when I needed some place quick to store my stuff when I had a lapse in leasing apartments. They had a first month promotion, and they have a very relaxed cancellation policy so I could cancel after only having it that first month! This was great as that’s the only time frame I needed. Everyone there was super helpful and friendly, and it was a very secure facility. However, the reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I picked up all my stuff, there were mouse droppings in a lot of my bins/boxes and evidence of rodents chewing on my cardboard boxes that weren’t previously there as they were brand new boxes upon moving into the unit. Thankfully I didn’t find any live rodents! Even considering the one negative, I would definitely rent from them again.

The only downside to the company is billing and late fees especially when some have to pay for travel expenses and home expenses. We had a mistake on our end in the reservation by putting an incorrect phone number in so they couldn’t reach us to book our rental arrival day. So far I haven't even rented yet and the staff member is a half hour over due from lunch and still no signs of them yet..... Update: So after awaiting the arrival of the manager that showed up she explained that she had ran into traffic and the bridge going up. Which in milwaukee is understandable. Now for the renting experience it was nice professional prompt and the property clean and well kept. Overall so far enjoying the price and space. You have to call the customer support line ahead of your move in day to get the free truck and 50 miles. So plan ahead.

This is the best storage facility in Milwaukee, period. Excellent customer service, beautiful air conditioned facility with huge moving tuck bays and lots of carts. The elevators fit whatever you need (couches, beds, etc.) and the variety of storage unit sizes is unending. they have whatever you need there. good security systems with multiple doors between the entrance and your items, as well as security cameras and motion detectors all over. The keyed cylinder locks are ultra secure, and you can put two padlocks on your door as well if you desire. Can't recommend highly enough!
