Taegue is a super star! I have been renting a unit here for a few months now and have felt very secure with my belongings here. No weather related damages, the building is super secure. I recommended my sister open one since she needs some extra space for a move. Taegue helped us with that today and he was amazing and patient and walked us through everything. He answered all our questions and was very personable. Would def recommend this property to anyone looking for a storage unit they trust.

The Manchester facility is nice and clean and the staff was friendly. I am only a week or two in but no issues so far. My only issue with Prime Storage was when I had to call. I called the number to the facility and it routed me through to their call center. Both times I called before I signed up I found the call center folks extremely pushy and willing to fudge the truth a little to get me sign up. For example, I left the Manchester facility after a tour and called with one more question. The call center guy said she wasn't available, even though I had just left there 30 seconds before with no other customers in the office she had somehow become unavailable. Then he really pushed me to reserve a unit, saying that if I signed up today he would give me a better deal with an extra month of free rent (total of two). I knew from looking at the website that the standard promotion was two free months, so he was basically lying, saying the promotion was one month but if I signed up then I would get two. After that I told I wasn't interested at this point he went all used car salesman on me, really pushing for the reservation. After saying no for a out the 5th time, we said goodbye. Then the next day, I come to find out that he had reserved a unit for me under my name and number without my permission. So in summary, the person in the actual facility was good, the call center definitely not.

You want to make sure no issues happen with their equipment because they don't care about fixing in a timely manner. If your personal property it valuable they say leave it they will deal with it when they can. Still waiting for a emergency call back from district manager (3 weeks ago)

Got into a new storage quickly and they were very helpful with all my needs. Elevator to help move items up and down floors very clean place as well. First month free as well. Needed to downsize also and they were extremely helpful with that

Beautiful new facility with amazing people to come greet me when I visited for a new unit. Sue, Pam, Lindsey, and Tammi were all excellent and a wonderful help for a first-time user selecting the right storage unit. Very secure - tons of camera views visible at thr front desk with coverage of the whole facility. I highly recommend storing your stuff here!

Great experience- very easy to rent a space. The facility is far better than what I’ve experienced at other locations in the past.

Units were very clean and secure. The drawbacks overshadowed the pluses. Lift was shut down for a weekend, the second floor unit was a trek for older patrons. The location was/ is good for local moves, but as I said the access to the second floor and then the hike to the unit ( 183, I think) took a toll on this 70 year old renter. I knew the situation when renting but just felt to ired after moving out in four trips. Helpful office staff, I must say.

I’ve been a happy customer on and off for the past three years with Life Storage and I’ve had exceptional customer service the whole time! It’s a clean and safe place for your stuff for sure! Shout out to Jen and Jim at the Manchester location! I can’t thank them enough for being both caring and understanding. You don’t find people like that to often. I would definitely store my belongings with them again in the future and would recommend anyone to!

This place has been great, but why are you not contacting your renters that you changed companies? I received nothing about the change. My auto-pay never came out, and that was the only reason I looked into it. The new company doesn't have an auto-pay option which is disappointing. Very confusing over all! This was “Life Storage” and now it’s “Prime Storage”.

I’ve only recently rented a storage unit from Prime. I find it extremely clean & the hours of operation are great. I love the convenience of being able to access my belongings 7 days/week, 365 days/year.

I'm not impressed with the prices as I took a second floor thinking about the elevators make easy access anyway. But there is no easy access up there..you put your stuff on a freight elevator and walk upstairs. Sucks at move in at 50 yrs old. The only reason I am giving three starts is for the first two months that are free. I also think you should be aloud to have a person for secondary rights but you can't. Only as a second contact. So if something happens to me I have no one to entrust to my belongings. The bathrooms are not available either unless someone let's ya in. Sux on Sundays. pS besides pulling the carts over the door ways and the lift at the freight elevator, the freight doors are forever stuck.

Jenn and jim are absolutely amazing! Granted its a bit on the pricey side but well worth it for the security and the fact the employees show they appreciate the customer! Clean, secure and just the right amount of space for your storage needs! No need to worry about water damage or theft here! Great customer service! What more could anyone ask for?

I love this facility, the girls are so helpful and they not only have sat with me while emotionally unpacking my newly parted parents belongings, childhood memories, and all kinds of furniture. One of the girls who is no longer at this facility helped me unpack! Pam and her have BOTH been there and extended very helpful hands. Thru the COVID outbreak they were so wonderful working with me to get me back on track. Clean, safe, friendly. I'd never go anywhere else! I drive over AN HOUR for this facility!

It's a brand new facility, so it's very clean with great security. I love having a key fob instead of having to remember a code for the doors. The woman in the office was extremely friendly and helpful. My husband and I are very happy with the place, so far.

This storage unit is indoors, very clean, and has great security measures in place. The reason I gave 4 stars is because I booked my storage unit rental online because it stated 1st month free. However it's definitely NOT FREE. There's a one time Administration free of $25 and Life storage requires rental insurance. If you don't carry personal renters insurance than they provide it for $14. So $40 after all said and done is FAR FROM FREE😐

New to Manchester and really great. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The units are easy to access, temperature controlled and there are plenty of entry ways to use. Security is top notch which is one of my main priorities. Great central location in the city and to the highway. Many size to choose from. Really impressed by the staff. And, oh...have I mentioned the staff?!

HIGHLY recommend. Im a cleanliness finatic so I wanted to be comfortable with storing my things. It!s beautiful, brand new, climate controlled storage. Even the floors are gorgeous. Ive never had a problem here in 2 years except the last time I went in to pay my bill. The clerk was someone Ive never seen before and she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. It's even more disappointing because up until that point, I had always been treated well by the staff. Hopefully she isn't there long because she is clearly not a people person. I don't know her name but it wasn't Jen. Jen is a sweetheart 💕

Easy, fast, and worth the money you spend! They require insurance on the space you rent, I'd suggest bringing your own lock so you dont have to pay 14 on top of everything. Really convenient and easy access!! Really friendly and knowledgable staff, they gave me a tour to my space before even talking about money! Great staff, especially Tobias! Good job guys :)

I had the most amazing experience getting my storage unit! We laughed we joked we had so much fun! I still to this day talk about it and it's been a month! Every time someone tells me they're looking for a storage unit I say Life Storage in Manchester. Today I called about my bill, left the most ridiculously funny voicemail ever because they weren't open yet, and I got the most delightful phone call back from Pam. Pam is incredible! Hysterical in fact. She made my day today when I talked to her on the phone and all I was doing was asking about my bill that's due in a few days. No joke I recommend this company! If you got a sense of humor and do you want to make your life a little bit happier do it

First of all, it is clean. However, there is a big lip at the entrance which makes it extremely hard to get the wheels of cart over it!!! Especially if you have a bad back. That being said, where's the ramp for handicapped people. And it's almost impossible to steer and maneuver the cart due to the wheels. I wasn't acknowledged when I walked right by girl at desk, she was on her cell phone..

Brand new, High Security facility. Climate controlled storage units only and 2 floors. Helpful and extremely nice employees work here that care and conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure everyones units are secure and not left unlocked by mistake.

If you have a unit on the 2nd floor, the elevator is really slow and a hassle. U have to pull down the door and step on it to latch it to make it run. The carts suck, the wheels are already messed up, forcing u to run into walls. And the entrance door has a huge lip meaning if your bringing the carts either in or outside the building your hitting the lip causing u to get stuck and possibly knocking over whatever you loaded on the carts. For a new facility they really went cheap

Sometimes it's hard to find carts to use. Also the freight elevator by the loading bay beaks frequently. Makes sure to check in the freight elevators for carts people leave them there often.
