The facilities are spotless, secure, and easily accessible. But the thing that will make me a forever customer is the professionalism and personal assistance of the Manager, Denise. She walked me through the entire process, showed me the storage unit in advance of signing on to make sure it would meet my needs, and took the time to explain everything from the coded entry system to monthly payment options and procedures. Denise's considerate and thoughtful customer care and assistance is much appreciated and she gets a 5 star rating as well!

Clean, modern, very secure. Units are climate controlled, and rates are very reasonable. Customer care is friendly, efficient, and organized. There is a huge entry you can drive up to (or in to) to keep you out of the rain while you move your stuff. I am not a fan of moving, but this place really made things a little easier.

I have been renting storage units since 2007. First one I was there for 8 years, and moved to a storage company that was closer to my residence. The company raised its prices 4 times in 2 years @ $22-$25.00 each time for a 10X10. This was getting ridiculous. Reserved on line with Life Storage, then went in the next day and met with David Bucceny. He set me up, and the price is much less, with a bigger unit. My fiance and I are very pleased with the professionalism of this individual. Not only that, he said the prices rarely go up. Thanks David and Life Storage. We should be here for quite some time.

The best customer service, hands down! I was running a few minutes late and was walking up to the office door right as they had finished locking the door and flipping the sign closed. But the staff working heard me and opened right back up for me with a smile and was even friendly enough to give me advice for a few minutes about the process involved with switching between unit sizes and even some cool information about using one of those item—selling phone apps that I didn’t know it would be useful for me but I was so glad she told me about that too. I’m so glad I chose to store my things at Lifestorage on Wellington in Manchester. If they had just locked up on the dot like most people would have, I would have gotten stuck paying a late fee so yeah, I was pretty relieved. Thanks again ladies!!

Great place to store possessions. Staff is first rate, experienced, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Grounds are carefully cared for, regularly inspected and secure. Rates are good. I have three sheds at two of the company's locations in NH, and each site is what one would want in a storage facility.

Units are reasonably priced. At the Wellington Road, Manchester, NH location, access hours are just right. Last winter when it snowed, the snow was always removed in a timely manner to allow access to units. Store manager, Denise Field is polite, pleasant and always availble.

Pretty pricey but a lot of different sizes of spaces. Very strict with their pay date which is understandable but I wish that it didnt default on the first of the month instead of when you opened the storage unit.
