I am a short, wide, senior woman- one night when I was at my storage unit I let go of the door pull, too fast, and the door got really stuck. I called Brian, and he came to assist within minutes. He was polite and kind he added a longer cord with a loop on. It may sound like a little thing but it made all the difference to me. It's so much easier to access my unit now. Brian is a very considerate employee that goes the extra mile for his customers.

My name is Amina mejrhirou, I would like to thank Bryan very much about his help.on 30th of January 2023 I drove from MA to Manchester to pick up last item left in my unit at the storage, when I reached to the storage I noticed that I forgot my key! I have with me my 2 years old baby who is on feeding tube so I can not go back all the way to MASS (about 50mi away) and get the key bcz my child can not be in the car driving 4 hours same day , Bryan solved my problem and he broke the lack .He also offered to helping empty my storage since my child was with me at the car .he was soo sweet and helpful with hight standers of kindness I wish all businesses have people like Bryan.other stuff are very kind as well thank you all

I feel welcomed EVERY TIME I need their services, I am a student in Rindge NH and live in AZ so this makes myself and my family feel good to know we can always count on Extra Storage for my storing needs. Not particularly stand out service. Unit got wet and dirty inside from wind blowing other than that it was ok. I had the insurance but luckily there was no real damage just dirt. Over all a decent experience. Office personnel friendly and getting in and out was easy. Just wish the unit was sealed better.

I was suggested this facility by a friend. It's on my way to and from work so it makes it very handy for access. It's clean, organized and Bryan thoroughly answered all my questions. I thought all storage facilities were a dime a dozen and the same, but after my previous bad experiences with a big name facility I had to try somewhere else. You still get what you pay for, and in this case you get a clean safe facility and great staff. I trust my stuff there 100%.

Very pleasant and professional experience from the time that I first called the service center to inquire to the appointment at the storage facility to sign up. This was my second or third call as I searched for a storage unit and I noticed immediately that it was the right decision to move forward with a rental here. The other competitors had me on an automated system for far too long trying to navigate to a representative only to sit on hold for 20 minutes and find out they didn't have a solution for me and didn't seem interested in finding one. When I called extraspace it was the complete opposite which was refreshing but more importantly they really took their time finding me that solution and even worked with me on the pricing. I ended up getting am even larger unit than I initially expected and the price was reasonable. Most importantly for me is that the units at my Extra Space Storage location are easily accessible. I can drive up and park right in front of my storage unit which made things much easier for me. Given that I use this unit to store most of my tools and supplies for my flooring business, it seemed like a no brainer. Also, the storage units are completely fenced in and secured by a gate which is a bonus. All in all glad I decided to rent a unit from Extra Space.

Finally found a company that puts people ahead of the all mighty dollar. I went in to close out my unit and they refunded my money which I was not expecting. The store manager Tom and his assistant went above and beyond what they needed to do which made the transition seamless. Had the best storage experience here. Better than public storage in hampstead, even when it used to be extra space storage. My family and I hit hard times, and Dan has been so understanding, nice and accommodating to us everytime. Helped us out with everything we needed, even if it meant running late at all times, he even took the time to find convenient transportation on the golf cart for my mother with physical disability. We all have a storage unit here now, lol. But since we came here, I wouldn't choose a different place.

Recently had a concern regarding payment arrangements (banking issue due to address change) and they not only helped me, they made sure any issues I had were dealt with in a very friendly manner and allay any fears I had! I transferred to this property a little over 2 years ago when Mc Gregor Extra space closed down. This is a great clean property, with friendly and helpful staff. Always courteous and aware when you are on the property. Dan has held down high standards as far as curb side appeal. Both winters snow removal has been done fast allowing immediate access to my unit by me and ups and this in turn helps me to get my workday started promptly.
