I got my things to Prime Storage, but we had an issue. The lock had been changed due to improper locking and we had not checked our email. Not only did they have an emergency line open for customer service for us for the Sunday before the 4th of July, but they were open on the fourth to accommodate us so we could deposit our things in a unit before I had to have the U-haul back. They worked with us at every corner and provided fast efficient and friendly customer service. I will be taking all my storage needs to Prime Storage!! Their units are climate controlled, indoors and affordable. Great Customer Experience!!! Shout out to Mike for being an awesome dude and facilitating my move in and making me feel like a valued customer.

Forgive me for not remembering the name, but he was super polite and helpful and I would recommend anyone to work with him on finding their storage unit.
Willie WoodleyI had a storage with my step dad there since 2021 it's was all good until Mike became manager he just gave me all kinds of problems even now. My fiance is trying to move her stuff out and I was downsizing to an 5×10 and he literally told me I couldn't because of involvement with her. I explained to him I work on the road but he denied me still and lied to me 3 times about policy not knowing I was on the phone with customer service. Get the lady back from Lexington she was nicer please.

When I lost my job and needed to be late they gave me a week to get it paid and told me they’d help me if I needed it to be longer ! They’ve done the upmost to keep that place running smoothe and very nicely. Very appreciative of the staff for always answering all my questions. Would def recommend!
