Yesterday I walked into Life Storage, met with Lee and as I've done times before asked to see the *Special Priced* unit online. Lee and I talked about the company and it's standards for keeping our property safe and more. She then showed me a few units and allowed me to make my choice. Location and customer service was great. The building is incredibly clean, the loading docs and entryways convenient and some personal touches with the access machine. The elevators are slow though. Amy was helpful, nice and patient throughout the leasing process. I’ve heard this company increases rates but that’s a corporate thing...location and staff wise, 5 stars!

The storage facility is very well organized and maintained, easy to access and the unit we rented was spacious enough to accommodate all of our belongings. The property is located conveniently in the heart of Downtown Louisville which made coming and going easy for us as we had been living temporarily a few blocks away while we were sorting out our relocation. I would absolutely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone that is in need of a storage unit in the downtown area and would return for the great customer service provided by Brian and Ellen alone. I am renting one of their units. Their staff are great. They keep thee place clean. The rent they charge is reasonable. They have a nice selection of different size units that you can rent. Make sure you take an ID, and either a credit card or debit card. They don't like taking cash. Their security is great, and their units are indoors with the temperature comfortable.

Have used this facility before. Using now for second time. Wouldn't use any other facility for my storage needs. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Indoor and temperature controlled which is a big plus. Friendly staff who is full of knowledge and helpful with providing discounts to offset cost. Storage units are fairly priced, especially considering they are all indoor. Elevator and moving carts are very helpful. While it isn't 24/7 access, it does provide very good hours of availability. Again, I have used them before and wouldn't use any one else for my storage needs!

201 E. Market Street location - Brian, the new property manager, is awesome!!! He came into a mess created by the old property manager and has gone above and beyond to fix all the issues customers were having. He is a very personable person and is always willing to help any way he can, within reason of course. The facility is climate controlled and you have to have a code to enter the building so it is very safe and clean. I was very pleased during my time I had to store my things there. If I ever need a storage unit again this will be the facility I will use!
