My experience with Go Store It was exemplary. I stored my belongings for about 7-8 months and have nothing but positive things to say. I always felt like my things were safe and secure and I felt comfortable going to the unit anytime. The building is always clean and the customer service is impeccable - warm, welcoming, and kind folks. I highly recommend using Go Store It!

The last few times I've been to the storage unit I needed to access to get through the gate and it's almost always locked with a note on it. Today 6.19.22 the note says, "Use the Front Entrance" because the office is closed due to unforseen circumstances.. And yes those things happen. The gate could have a timer on it so it locks at a certain time along with the doors that are within the gated area. On the phone recording it says gate access is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. I can understand why it's not accessible to 10:00 p.m. because of people going in the gated area and maybe trying to stay in that area, which makes sense. But I think it should be accessible especially if the recording mentions it. It's Sunday and I can't even access the gate when it is clearly supposed to be accessible until 10pm and its currently 2:26pm. I love this place and I love Marissa & Adam that work here. But not being able to access through the gate is not accommodating at all. To be honest, there shouldn't even be a gate if it can't be accessible when the office is closed. There are cameras everywhere surely someone would be alerted if something went wrong.

Excellent customer service, took time to highlight the necessities, listened to our needs and explained the requirements well. Made sure we saw the unit and were satisfied. Clean and welcoming! Super husband and wife managing team. Would recommend for your storage needs.

Adam and Marissa were extremely helpful. My unit was very clean, the building was always clean and most importantly I always felt safe there. I have rented units from other places and my experience with Go Store It self storage exceeded my experience at any other facility. Highly recommend!!!!

Adam and Marissa are some of the most friendliest people you can possibly meet. You're not going to get this level of customer service anywhere else! They go above and beyond! With that said the facility is super clean and I recommend this place! If I could give it more stars, I would because of again how amazing Marissa and Adam are. I can not stress it enough. So you getting quality when you come here. Also always ask about their promotions!

New to the area? Downsizing? Inherit some furniture you don't have space for? Any storage need you may have, THIS IS YOUR PLACE! Management is outstanding. The facility is brand new. Nice and clean. Friendly environment. Outstanding customer service. Reasonably priced for the area. Adam was incredibly friendly and professional and was able to answer all of my questions that I had! I'm very pleased with my decision to store some of my things here. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Go Store It is the best. Adam made it real easy to rent a unit and then worked with me when we discovered i needed an additional storage. The place was very well kept, very secure, and the access hours gave allowed me to come and go when I needed.

GO STORE IT IS THE CHICK-FIL-A OF STORAGE! I MADE MY RESERVATION ONLINE. ADAM CALLED ME TO CONFIRM. HE ASKED WHAT ALL I WAS LOOKING TO STORE. I TOLD HIM, HE RECOMMENDED THAT I RESERVE A BIGGER UNIT TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT ABOUT THE UPGRADE. HE AND MARISSA ARE GREAT! THEY ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION THAT I HAD. THEY ARE BOTH VERY POLITE, PLEASANT, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. IT WAS A PLEASURE MEETING THEM. MY FIRST TIME USING STORAGE WAS GREAT, THANKS TO THOSE TWO. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!

Adam and Marissa are easy to work with and very friendly. I think the prices are little high, and I do not like that they are not 24hr access. The hallway space is limited, and it makes it difficult to work in my unit during the day because I do have to drag things out and rearrange when I gain new inventory. So having 24hr. access was important and upon renting a unit when they first opened, I was told that once capacity reached 30% they would then be 24 hr. access, them later found out 24 hr. access wasn't going to occur.

A young man , I believe his name was Adam went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. Very pleased with customer service.
