Ref was excellent. (The guy before him was HORRIBLE!) Ref always has a smile on his face and made you feel comfortable. Always addressed any issue I had (which were very few!) Access to this place was amazing! Very easy to get things in / out with elevator / dolly and drive right up features. The room was spacious and clean. Please get him some new dollies would be my only suggestion as they are tiring out. Please give Ref a raise or something. He went above and beyond for me, and I will never forget it.

After getting robbed twice at my old storage Extra Space Storage location, I decided I needed a change. Got set up here with Refugio and it could not have been easier. He is super thorough with explaining everything on the property and in the contract. They have better lighting and more cameras than my old place, and you can actually see the cameras working from the office. You can tell they actually care about security here and are more proactive and vigilant. I already feel safer here. It's a smaller property, too which is nice.

I like the convenience of this location. But I don’t like that it’s hot inside and the carts provides dont help you beyond the floor you are storing in. Because I still have to carry each item out of the cart to a few steps up to get it to my unit. Which is also shared with another renter who seems to have the same struggle that I do when trying to open this unit. It also seems like this unit has been forced before which does not look like a safe place. Overall the introduction price plus location is why I give it 3 stars but everything else makes it difficult for me to give it a better rating.

I had a great experience opening a storage account with Storquest. Having never rented a storage space before, I had no idea what I was doing and had to make a morning of storage unit change so it could fit all of my stuff. Mary was at the front desk to help me through the process. She was very friendly and patient. She actually gave me a great discount on my first month just because the system was lagging and she had to reboot while she was helping me. Now that is great customer service! As I was making trips putting my stuff away, Mary would walk the facility and it made me feel safe about storing my stuff there. The associate I spoke with when I first entered the storage facility, Katrina was fantastic. Amazing. I am not being hyperbolic. I am literally amazed by her helpfulness, kindness, competence, and professionalism. It was my first time using a storage facility and I was admittedly a bit stressed out by moving and also nervous to leave all my things in a strange place. Katrina smoothed over all those worries and left me feeling reassured that everything would be okay. I wanted to hug her but I didn't want to make it weird and then I thought about tipping her but I wasn't sure if that was allowed or what a polite amount would be. I may simply one day invite her to my wedding to repay her. I hope she reads this. I hope her bosses are reading this. The front desk people at the Hollywood location are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. However, the pricing is much too high for the quality, and design of the place if your planning frequent access to your unit. The weird split level thing they offer is incredibly inconvenient and the lifting required if you're stuck with an upper level unit is just begging for a back injury. Despite this, I would still recommend it to others if you plan on never/rarely accessing your stuff

The storage facility itself is very secure with multiple cameras and multiple forms of locking for storage including a secured gated entrance. I highly recommed StorQuest to anyone that Is looking for a place to store their belongings in comfort and peace.

StorQuest is a storage company that matches and in many ways exceeds some of the other competing storage solutions like public storage in a few ways. One of the main areas is customer service. The customer service that you get from this particular location from the quality of the setup process to the managers there and finally to the cleanliness of the units speaks volumes. When I signed up it was simple, fast and to the point. Problem resolution is speedy as well. Had a problem with accessing the facility due to a issue with my code not working for the gate and spoke with one of the managers by the name of Lucy who within minutes resolved the issue by changing my code to one that works and then testing it to ensure any further problems with it was eliminated. If you need to store something its great to have options like StorQuest available and if I were asked I'd definitely recommend checking them out.

Best Storage Units Ever!!! This is where you want to get your storage unit. I went there, an amputee in my wheelchair, and told them that I needed a storage unit. They were way helpful in setting me up with exactly what I needed - a simple unit but accessible via the elevator because stairs are definately not an option; and with a door on the unit that I can manage by myself. They showed me a unit that was precisely the size I needed based on what I told them I had to store, not too big or too small either. And I got it for a price that I had in mind that I could afford - that fit my budget. They were also really courteous, they helped show me the facility and the elevator, how the entrance and exits worked and with the keypad. They explained the rates and billing information, which there are options on billing - I especially like that I can pay my bill online incase I'm not going to be around on that day. You can also have automatic payment set up if you want. The facility is clean, it's not a busted up dump, it's safe, secure, and monitored by camera - so you know that your stuff is safe and secure, and also that you're safe while you're there loading and unloading your property. You can't find a better place for storage.

I decided to go to my mother's storage. To pick up a few things for my mom. However I don't care the light when you walk by and turns on itself. I prefer off and on timer switch is better.. Since I was going through some things in the storage and the light motional sensor went off and I had to walk to turn them on.. That's ticks me off.

Staff is helpful and professional...and an asset to their employer. I have to say that I am bothered by the ACTUAL size of the locker storage units. If you advertise a 5 foot by 5 foot by 5 foot size and ONLY the depth matches that dimension...then you are not being truthful. People take a space according to estimates. The ACTUAL height of the unit is under 4 feet high! The professionalism of the staff enabled me to do business with them, but the company needs to be damned mindful of truth in advertising.

Fun to use it as a utility .. and re generalize the way to view such a probable predisposition of how a wardrobe should be treated. 9-5 and floored, because you know.. if you could choose IKEA or taco bell before heading to beautify before waiting for the next day to come so it can happen again, you'd choose 7/11 and a convenience of some kind. Probably modern thought with traditional keynotones. TransformationAL concept though, ill keep going here until Google patents it and makes mood stabilizer lights to change the style for the demographic of each floor and regional, without conflict or opposition. 2 phones, one four star tourz beat out, finally Hollywood does it.

(Translation) The storquest Self storage I went to was at 5138 Sunset Blvd. The first time I went, the manager who received me was very enthusiastic and introduced me to storage of different sizes and prices. And take the initiative to take me to see the storage I want to rent. The manager said that although this kind of storage has its inconveniences, the area is large enough and it is very cost-effective. For me, a little more effort is better than more money. But after leasing, 1, the two holes used for locking the storage door were not aligned. It took me a lot of effort to lock the door. The manager said that the locks bought from storquest must be used. Every time I store something, it's a headache to unlock and lock. 2. The first time I went to put something, it went smoothly. The second time, I went alone. Unexpectedly, after entering the elevator, the elevator stopped there without moving. Fortunately, I can speak some English, otherwise I would be very scared, and then I was in the elevator, and after talking to someone, the elevator would move. 3. The third time was even worse. I brought a lot of things to store, but the door of the elevator couldn't be opened. I went to ask the manager on duty. She told me the elevator was broken and you could use the stairs. My storage is on the third floor. My friends and I moved the things we brought to the third floor in several sections. Because of the hot weather, by the time we put our things away and were about to go home, our clothes were soaked in sweat. Fortunately, I brought water, otherwise there might be problems due to dehydration too much. Generally speaking, in terms of human services, it is very good, but in terms of storage equipment, it is not so good. (Original) 我去的storquest Self storage 是在 5138 Sunset Blvd。第一次去，接待我的manager 很热情，介绍我不同size 不同价格的storage。并主动带我去看我希望租用的storage。The manager 说这种storage 虽然有其不方便之处，但面积够大，很合算。对我来说，多出点力气，比多出钱更好。 但是租用后，1首先是storage 锁门用的两个孔对不齐，我费了九牛二虎之力，才把门锁好。The manager 说必须用从 storquest 买的锁。每次我存放东西，开锁，关锁都让人头疼。 2.我第一次去放东西，还算顺利。第二次，是我一个人独自去的。没想到进了电梯后，电梯就停在那里，一动也不动了。幸好，我还能讲点英语，否则我会很害怕，后来我在电梯里，与什么人通话之后，电梯就能动了。 3.第三次就更糟了，我带了很多东西准备放入storage，结果电梯的门怎么也打不开。我去问了值班的经理。她告诉我电梯坏了，你可以用楼梯。我的storage在三楼，我和我的朋友，把所带的东西，分几次，分几段，搬到了三层。因为天热，等我们把东西放好，准备回家的时候，我们的衣服都被汗打湿了，幸好，我带着水，否则也许会因为脱水太多，而发生什么问题。总的来说，在人服务方面，很好，但storage的设备方面，就没那么好了。
