Max and his team were amazing! They are very professional and dedicated. It was a big move but they did a great job. They wrapped up all our furniture and we didn’t even need to ask and they were very careful with all our belongings. They had a great attitude through the whole move and toward the end it started to rain but that didn’t slow them down at all and they still had a great attitude throughout. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

We hired Pure Moving for a local move and they did a great job! They were even able to navigate an oversized couch down tricky stairs in our townhome with no damage. They were able to move everything super quickly and carefully - we finished much earlier than estimate! Would recommend for anyone looking for efficient and friendly movers.

The complete opposite of every other moving experience I’ve ever had. Reliable, kind, everything looks great and in perfect condition, price was reasonable. They communicated well leading up to the move. Moving is usually stressful but with these guys it was not. We were moving from LA up north to Oakland and went with full service packing and it was so seamless, I recommend you spend the money to do this. It’s worth it. They even moved my plants, I couldn't find anyone else to agree to that. I worked with Alex's team but I'm sure they're all great. Thank you SO MUCH for everything, Pure Moving!!

We moved from the Bay area to L.A. this week. Sergei was there to manage the "pack and load" in the bay area and he coordinated the team at the final destination in Los Angeles. I feel that the move foreman concept is incredibly reassuring. It is very helpful to deal with the same person at both ends of the trip. Our home in the bay area is on a hillside and he and his team muscled all of our earthly possessions down that hill. The Los Angeles move in went smoothly with smiles and kindness from the whole team. They worked hard, did not complain and continued to ask us where we wanted the items to be placed so that we felt comfortable before they left. I hope never to move again but if I do I would absolutely call and ask for Sergei and his team.

Could not have done this move without Pure movers, Sergio, and his crew! I am so beyond happy we had them to help us move over 400 miles. Communication from start to finish was excellent. Everyone got back to us right away, let us know what was going to happen and when, and every single time they were exactly right. Sergio and his crew were very friendly, efficient, and careful! Moving is stressful enough. I cannot tell you what a relief is was to have such professional movers. I've moved 18 times in the last two decades, and they were the best movers I have ever encountered. Everything was taken very good care of, careful wrapped and handled. They put the boxes in the rooms they were labeled with. I always label boxes, but I've never had the movers put them in the right rooms for me. They disassembled and reassembled all the furniture that needed it. Our fridge barely fit through the door. They had to take off not only the fridge doors, but our front doors as well, and down a narrow flight of stairs. They managed quite well given the circumstances, and I am so grateful. They handled every little detail so nothing was lost or damaged. Anything with loose parts got wrapped. They even took the light bulbs out of the lamps. They worked all day to load the truck, and then drove over 400 miles that night to get to our destination. Then they unloaded the truck the next morning. All with great energy. They quoted a flat rate based on a video consult, and they held to their rate, there were no surprise charges. We are so fortunate to have had their help. I chose them based on their glowing reviews, and from what I can tell they deserve every one. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Pure Movers!

Simply put, my experience with Pure Movers was the best moving experience I've ever had. We were doing a relatively short move for a 2BR size apartment, but our items were intermixed with our roommates so there was some complexity for the day of the move. We received our initial estimate via e-mail and then set-up a video appointment to walk through our apartment. Our sales rep was very communicative throughout the entire process and responsive to our inquiries / modifications. The day of the move was very impressive! Sergy, the lead for the day, texted us in the morning to give us an advance notice of when and the rest of the team would arrive. What would have normally taken us a couple of weeks to do was completed in no more than 5 hours from door to door. Our items were packed and dropped off very well. I was especially happy to see that none of our larger items such as desks and drawers were left with any tape or sticky residue, a common problem in our past moves.

Moving made easy! I had such a great experience with Pure Moving Company- I would absolutely use them again for any future move. My move was fairly straightforward, a 1bedroom in Burbank to a 1 bedroom in Glendale. From the very first contact I had with Pure I was well taken care of. The quote process was easy, completely straightforward, and at the end of the move I paid exactly what was quoted to me on day 1. On the day of my move I received a call from my team of movers (Alex G. and Robert) 30 minutes before my move window was to begin and they confirmed their ETA and where to park. They were kind, courteous, and efficient. They were super careful with my belongings and wrapped all of my furniture even though I told them they didn't need to. Delivery at my new address was a success, nothing was damaged and my entire move took less than three hours. I received a call the next day from Pure to check in and make sure everything went well. This company really goes the extra mile. I've moved 11 times in the past 6 years and Pure is the only company I would book again in a heartbeat. Thanks Pure! Alex and Robert were fantastic.

I just finished my move today and for the price that you pay, the moving experience was great. I worked with Alexander who I had emailed a few times and he was extremely responsive and emailed me back within minutes any time I had a question. I was able to book my moving date fairly quickly and there was no problem. Moving day went pretty smoothly and was relatively stress free. I had two movers, Eduardo and Armando, and they moved everything in and out of the home within three hours. Nothing was scratched and everything was intact. Overall, it was a good experience working with this company.

Tyler & James ROCK!!!!!!! They went above and beyond during my move last month... I had a one way from Los Angeles to South Lake Tahoe. It was raining cats and dogs down in LA and it was raining in SLT. Their crew in LA moved efficiently and they were exceptionally careful and mindful of EVERYTHING in my home. The next day, they unpacked and carefully re-assembled my furniture up here at my new home and made it an amazing experience. Now I understand why these guys get such rave reviews. Pure Moving moved our household 400 miles from West Los Angeles to El Dorado Hills near Sacramento. They worked quickly and efficiently while also being very careful and responsive to our needs. It took about 3 hours for their team to load 35 years worth of stuff into their truck. At first we worried that all our furnishings wouldn't fit into their truck but when they had finished all our belongings were packed so tightly and carefully that the truck was only about 2/3 full as you can see from the picture. When unloading at our new home they arranged boxes in the garage very carefully leaving room for us to walk around them and find the boxes we need. They even helped unpack the bigger items and set them up in our new home. Nothing was broken or scratched. Many thanks to Alex Red, Andrew, Max Pav and Ihar, a great moving team!

It was great to see from the quote that they take packing and wrapping seriously, which I was able to experience once they were in the apartment. Definitely pros! My partner and I recently moved with PURE. They were recommended by our real estate agent. We were a little nervous going into this as our previous move 1.5 years ago with a different company was a disaster. I am happy to report that this was not the case with PURE and that the move was a spectacular success. From the initial logistical details in customer service with Michael (outstanding by the way!) to the actual experience with the move itself - 5 out of 5 stars all around. We did have a few minor glitches that needed to be sorted out and this is where PURE moving moves from 5 stars to an off the charts 10+ stars! Frank, the GM was so incredibly patient and thorough with insuring not a single tiny detail was left to be solved. Seriously, this felt like Waldorf Astoria or a Four Seasons level of service. I used Pure Moving Company for my move from Hollywood to Venice. I hate moving - who doesn't, it's the worst - but this went about as smoothly as you could hope. What you basically get are a couple of big strong Russian guys. They are quiet, professional but totally friendly if you want to chat to them. But they just get on with the job very efficiently otherwise. They had spare boxes when needed, and they wrapped everything up before storing in the truck, so I got through the whole move with absolutely no damages. When unloading, my building didn't have a good parking spot so we were forced to put the truck further away then we'd like... the guys handled it no problem, still powering through the move quickly and efficiently. I've heard other people tell horror stories about their move, normally because they called someone off Craigslist. Seems crazy to me. My stuff is expensive, I don't want some amateur moving my new TV or busting up my sofa. Pure Moving Company were great, very professional, and I would use them again. They even did a follow-up call after the move to check that everything went OK.

Pure Moving & Storage moved us from the East Bay to San Diego with a 2-week storage period in between in LA. I have only the highest praise for this quality company. Our Emeryville movers, Denys, Gabit & Ruslan were on time, efficient, courteous and friendly. We had packed our own boxes (all 130 of them) prior to the movers arrival. The guys did a great job wrapping the furniture - nothing was damaged in the move to S.D. I want to give a special shout out to Rick and Alex who brought our items to us from the LA storage. They were hard working and really nice fellows. The communication with Pure Moving was excellent. They always responded to questions in a timely manor. I highly recommend this company for any move within California. I am sure we will be hiring them again in the future.

I had never used movers before but when I found out I needed to move for the second time in three months, I really just wanted it to get done quickly and painlessly. I requested a quote through Yelp and got a fast response from Alex, and their’s was the lowest quote I received (they offered a reduced cash payment rate). In the past I’ve just bribed friends to help me move and not had any issues with that, so I wasn’t sure if hiring a moving company would be worth it or not. Turns out it’s definitely worth it to have people who know what they’re doing help you move. I really had no idea what to expect but the entire experience was fast, easy, and stress-free. My movers were Michael and Rick, and both were fantastic — polite, friendly, and hardworking. They called about 40 minutes before my reservation window started to tell me that they were 30 minutes away, which was really helpful since I was still scrambling to pack some last minute things. They arrived on time, did a quick walkthrough to see what was being moved, and got to work. They provide the furniture pads and plastic to wrap all the furniture, and they wrapped everything expertly (nothing was damaged). I didn’t include unpacking in my reservation, so I sort of expected that they would drop all the boxes in the first room and be done, but instead they asked where each box should go and put it in the proper room. The most impressive feat was watching them get our massive couch up three very narrow flights of stairs. It had been the one thing I was dreading because I was worried it wouldn’t fit, and they did it without a hitch. All-in-all, hiring them was a great decision and I’d highly recommend them.

Wow, what a fantastic moving experience. These guys were on top of it from the first call I made to them. Alex was crystal clear with communication and the details of the initial estimate. A few days from my set moving date, I had a few things come up. Alex was more than accommodating and allowed me to change my moving date at no additional charge. On moving day, communication was fantastic. Frank and crew showed up at my place ready to go. They were incredibly polite, efficient and careful with my things. Like most people, I had a few left over things that I didn't know how to pack (or my brain had reached capacity with all of the sh*t). They will come to your home and give you a quote based on how much you have to move and then if they exceed the number of hours quoted, you don't pay! From the back office support to the moving teams themselves, everyone is organized, efficient and polite. We had a complicated move - move out of one apartment, store all of our stuff for a few days, move into a new apartment (which at the very last minute turned out not to be ready for us) - and the Pure teams handled everything flawlessly. During every stage Pure was on time, on budget and the movers were willing to work with us to accommodate last minute requests and apartment-building-related catastrophes. There are other moving companies in LA, and there are probably even cheaper moving companies in LA, but if you've been looking for a stress-free experience by a good team of movers at a fair price, your search is now over.

We moved from San Francisco to San Diego. Some furniture was dropped off in Paso Robles. The moving team (6 people) sent a text one hour before, providing an ETA. Alex was the supervisor when packing and loading in San Francisco. From the moment they arrived, they were very efficient. Alex took time to understand what would be delivered to Paso Robles vs San Diego and what they would be packing. He then organized the team to divide and conquer. The team was professional, friendly, and efficient. Alex and Victor did an excellent job of packing all items in our kitchen and pantry. The truck was expertly packed by Alex. Items for San Diego were effectively separated by a wall of empty garment boxes to ensure that items for San Diego were not dropped off in Paso Robles. The delivery in Paso Robles (my sister’s home) was done by Alex and Victor. When they were done, she called me with a raving 5 star review: professional, friendly, and very efficient. They unloaded into the garage and stored items very safely and efficiently using a minimal amount of space. The delivery in San Diego was done by Mattis and one other. Once again, the team of 2 were very professional and quick. After unloading all the boxes and furniture, they setup our bed frame. When looking for a moving company, I reached out to several for quotes. The PURE Moving Company quote process was the most efficient and the quote was the most detailed. I requested a quote from PURE. An estimator had a video conference walkthrough. Later, they emailed a fixed rate cost quote with a detailed list of move items by room and a list of ares that they would pack. The list of move items was 100% accurate. The PURE moving experience from requesting a quote to packing, loading, driving and unloading (at 2 stops) was 10 STARS. Unfortunately, they only allow a max of 5 stars. Thank you to John and Tim in Customer Service, Alex(supervisor - packing, loading and unload at 1 stop), Victor, Mattis(supervisor - unloading at final stop), and four more on the packing and moving team for making this an easy move. Could not have asked for more -- the guys wrapped all furniture and artwork professionally, got everything to the house safely and without any damage, and unloaded at the other end navigating a difficult street situation. DON’T BE FOOLED! If you are reading this review, and the “Pure Moving” company you have chosen, does state to state delivery, this review is not for that company. This review is for Pure Moving & Storage, which only does moves in the state of California. If you are looking into a company of a similar name, that offers anything other than CA, run. I was duped by Pure Moving Solutions, who used these Google reviews, to gain clients. They lied and manipulated to attempt to get me to pay more money in order to get my stuff within the designated timeframe. I have been waiting over a month because I refused to pay the extra $2,000 and my stuff still has not arrived. Pure Moving & Storage is legit and all of these wonderful reviews are for them, but keep in mind, they only offer CA moves. So if the “Pure Moving” company you are about to choose, offers other states, go elsewhere. I originally gave Pure Moving & Storage a bad review. You can clearly see below that I indeed gave a bad review for the wrong company. I couldn’t delete it, so I have changed my review to warn you of the fraud that is taking place against this wonderful company.

They got the job done, and I am happy with the result. No damages, competent movers. That said, they're experts at extending a move. They took 6.5 hours @ $85/h to move within the community a medium sized 1 bedroom that was completely packed before arrival :|. The move should have taken 4h tops, but they quoted me 7h - 9h when they showed up!! I said that was ridiculously long, and almost sent them packing. My advice is to get a flat rate quote ahead of time, and once they know how long they have, they probably won't jerk you around.

The company charges approx $105/hr for 3 movers which is a pretty good price and our move for an overstuffed 2br apartment came out to be $700 total which was surprising because we own A LOT of stuff. Einars, Dima and Kostja were friendly and courteous and took excellent care of our belongings. They moved our packed boxes quickly and wrapped our furniture thoughtfully and with care were not rushed but kept a good clip and didn't try to milk us for extra money by going slowly. I would recommend pure moving and this crew in particular in a heartbeat!

These guys showed up with 4 athletic young men and one seasoned foreman, and they knocked out our move so fast and so perfectly without breaking a thing that I was impressed. I'm not impressed easily. Usually, if I'm giving a review, it's to give a warning. Not with these guys. These guys are great. They also came in at a decent price which made me really happy. I will say that I was honest about what I had, and how I had packed things. BONUS: They put together the IKEA bed frame from hell that my gf bought. We had used it in the old apartment. And the thing is, they hadn't taken the bed apart. All 30 of its parts were disassembled by the company that moved us from our condo to our storage (the company that moved us from our condo to storage were the antichrists of movers compared to these guys. They came 4 hours late and almost blew the sale of our condo, and by “they” I mean two sorry guys with beer bellies and drugged out eyes. It was after dealing with them that I called Pure Moving.) Anyway, when you close on you new home, and you're dying in 100 degree heat, you'll wish you had called these guys and not some other jokers.

I hired PURE MOVING SYSTEMS LLC for my interstate move. When you google them the real PURE MOVING company comes up. DO NOT FALL FOR IT ! They use PURE MOVING COMPANYs good name and reputation. Without knowing that, I hired this rogue company they quote me a cheap price for interstate move & I said yes. When they come to pick up they added more items on the list and made me buy storage options. They picked my furniture on 5/31/18 with a PENSKE truck from my Maryland address and I told them I can accept them on 6/6/18 in California since I was going to drive cross country. I was expecting delivery for the following week since I have been told their max is 21 days. they kept my household in storage unit in Maryland until 7.5.18. Every time i called them for an update they usually hang up on me. The sales person never called me or emailed me back. I have tried to reach him several time. I was promised 15 days delivery or max 21 then they started saying we have 30 business days. I have waited for 45 days. On top of everything on 7.13.18 I got a call saying that f I don't pay them extra $600 delivery fee (cash only - I offered them credit or debit card payment they refused to take any other payment method) they won't deliver my furniture. when i asked the reason for this I have been told that 18 wheelers won't fit in my street, I told them they knew my delivery address from day 1. They tried to hold hostage my household items. after hours of debate and crying the operator ANNA waived the fee. On 7.14.18 2 guys showed up at 8PM for delivery when I said it is dark & late can we do it tomorrow they said don't risk it and have it today. They did not have any kind of ID or uniform and they did not look like long distance drivers or mover I was scared for my life but had to let them in because I needed my stuff badly. They said they would not give my furniture unless I pay the balance upfront. When I refused they threatened me and said they won't deliver anything and leave. I counted the money in from of them I said money is here but I won't pay you until I have everything. they finally agreed , they also tried to charge extra 65 dollars. I told them this is your tip take it from there and all of sudden they decided not to charge $65 extra, all boxes were in poor condition , some of them were ripped broken smashed. I took pictures of all boxes and I also took a picture of the delivery TRUCK. It was MARYLAND PLATE PENSKE truck . I believe they never used 18 wheelers and tried to charge extra. When I called real PURE MOVING they told me that they are suing this scam company, They said there are about 200 people on their list with same style scam. I Would like to bring these people to court. DO NOT HIRE THEM PURE MOVING SYSTEMS.
