One of the very few places that actually answers their phones. I called to ask about their rates; just basic information to see if they were a good fit. Their employee, a Mr. Luna, answered my questions and then some. He was very friendly and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience. It really meant a lot to me, and it’s so good to see that customer service isn’t completely dead.

the service is good enough to say that they will be able to remind you of your dues to avoid penalties on the monthly payment & the staff are so friendly & easy to be asking things & would really attend to their clients well. the only thing i dont like it here is when youre inside the floor where your storage is that the lights will be timed every 15 or 30 mins if im not mistaken and you have to go back to the area where the lights has sensor & its near the elevators where & its not always a good thing when youre not so familiar as you get lost & sometimes the lights just dont go on when you get to where at times & you have to do it over & over while doing so leaving your storage open where its not comfortable to even leave it as is while looking for that sensor to get the lights on back again.. & also hard to handle the dolly sometimes where the wheels on the front dont turn as it wouldve been easy to navigate but then again its only probably not easy for me & those not used to using it other than that there is none really of an issue to ssy you'll be good enough to trust that whatever you had inside there is safe & until you come back its still gonna be as is when you last left it nothing taken nothing missing.. though they also have a policy that prices will just change and obligated to pay each month for the insurance.

All the staff is really good at answering all your questions and they do so in an amiable manner. The area is really convenient for me and they have several unit sizes from which you can chose. I rented two units and so far no problems for me. I highly recommend this location for all your storage needs.

I'm not really a fan of storing my things in other places due to how crazy the world is right now, but the girl with the strong friendly presence from there (Cynthia I think) made me feel so safe to store there. Been renting storage unit here for more than 2 years. After having my unit broken into I started paying more attention to the security flaws this location sufferes from. Went back to my unit today and people are still living in the units. Urine on the hallways, restrooms always occupied by homeless people doing who knows what in there. I received a call from a district manager couldnt answer so I called back. Number given is non-functional. I do must say though that the young man in front desk is SUPER helpful and nice but Im sure theres only so much he can do. Thank you for taking the time to reading this. I mean all this with the utmost respect. ***Update: Spoke to DM and she was kind enough to re-assure me they (PS) was looking into the situation with people living out of their units. Which, should help with the other sanitary issues.

I want to rent a space and even though the prices are a bit high for me and unfortunately I’m not renting her service was so amazing I have to give her a review. It’s 2022 and we need a new review. So far since the last few years I’ve had 2 storages here and I’ve been completely satisfied. I just went there this past week and spoke to a lovely young lady by the name of Sheyla M. She’s quite new but we’ll trained. Very cool very calm and easygoing and very helpful. Made my trip over there an in and out situation. The place is still kept clean even the bathroom was very clean. Standard have absolutely been kept good. Good job in helping me get settled in again. Thank you Sheyla! Doing well in my eyes and I do appreciate your help.

I walked in earlier this afternoon to the facility in San Pedro with a friend looking for a unit to rent out. I'm not from LA so I was skeptical on what I could find to hold my things for a reasonable price. We were promptly addressed by a woman named Carla at the counter. She was genuine in her greeting and insisted that had there been any questions that arose that we not hesitate to ask. We had been to other facilities but seeing as this was a pretty big store we had asked if we could take a look at one of the units, hence I wasn't too sure if I was ready to rent one at this facility or even rent a unit at all. Carla was able to relate to us on a personal level and kept her explanations short and to the point. Since I'm from Alaska, I was planning on transitioning over to LA but wanted to make sure I had everything in check for myself. I also was a bit worried with what I need such as extra boxes. Carla reassured me that they happen to have boxes at a decent price as well if I happened to run into trouble needing things to make the haul of the load somewhat better. Carla was very knowledgeable, respectable, helpful, kind, genuine, and not to mention hilarious. Not only did she have us to deal with but all the while busy with answering phone calls and other customers in such a professional manner. I was highly impressed with her talent for multitasking at such a quick pace, ( A comment my friend also mentioned to me) Her customer service was pure excellence. It's very rare to find great customer service like hers where everything just flows naturally. When we were finished with our visit Carla walked us out the store with such a warm smile and ended the day with mentioning how their doors would always be open to us if there were anymore questions or interests. Thanks to Carla and her wonderful service, she's made my decision on moving to LA a quick and easy one especially on where to rent out a space and given me the influence to constantly return to the facility and to share it with many other people. Thanks Carla so much, you're awesome :)

So I went to inquire on spaces at this location because I'm moving to the downtown area and found out that right now is not a great time to rent due to high prices and no promos. But due to the amazing customer service that Paul provide by giving me a great tour of the property and answering all my questions. I will be storing here soon sometime this year thanks Paul we need more people like you.

I walked in to this establishment to see the various prices and sizes. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Paul. ( I believe he is the property manager) his front was clean, and he was very well versed in his trade. And the way his property was clean and well maintained. Made me feel confident that my belongings would be safe. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for decent accommodations for your belongings. I went to public storage near downtown on san pedro street where i was greeted by Paul the property manager he showed me a few spaces and was so professional and knowledgeable at what he does, although I didnt rent a space at his location due to the prices being kinda expensive during this time of the year. He did tell about other locations which met my target price and i will go there to rent. Im writing this review to show how valuable this individual is at public storage and knows what customer service is all about.

So let me tell u why I rated this location 5 stars ...I was already coming in frustrated because I had gone to the location on grand and it was closed and it said it opened at 9:30 i was there at 10:30 am I have been trying to pay my monthly on line for a couple of days and was having problems so u can imagine I was already frustrated so since grand was closed I look up the nearest location which was this one ....let me tell u as soon as I walked in I was given some awesome customer service by Cynthia and as someone who works in Customer service and deal with people all day . . It's a pleasure to come across someone with the same professionalism. ....thank you
